Amazing experience from start to finish! Everyone I talked to was kind, honest, and clearly cared about helping us. I wasn’t even sure if we had any mold issues, but I wanted to get our home checked just to be safe. When I first called, I spoke with Nick—he was super friendly, reassuring, and got us scheduled for mold testing within just a few days. Jason came out to do the testing and was awesome. He explained everything clearly and answered all my questions without rushing. Once the results came in, Nick personally called to go over everything with me and let me know our home was totally fine—no issues at all and no mold remediation required. He even said there was nothing he’d recommend doing, which really showed how honest they are. So many companies try to upsell you, but not these guys. They genuinely care about people, and it shows in how they treat you.
