I recently had the pleasure of working with Green Attic for attic insulation, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their service! From the initial consultation to the completed installation, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. They took the time to explain the different insulation options and helped me choose the best one for my home. The crew arrived on time, worked diligently, and left my attic looking spotless after the job. I also appreciated their transparency when it came to pricing, and there were no hidden fees or surprises. If you’re looking for a reliable, skilled insulation company, I highly recommend Green Attic. They exceeded my expectations in every way!

We had a unique situation with our attic once we purchased a house. We needed someone to come in and put in access to an addition that didn't have one, and to do it from inside the existing attic so we didn't have a separate access panel in the middle of our ceiling. Clint was prompt and helpful in his response and came out quickly to give us an estimate. The biggest reason we went with Green Attic was because of their rebate program with PSE customers. We saved a LOT of money (over $10k) just in rebates by getting the attic fixed up, doing wall insulation, and insulating our garage space. There are 2 big reasons why this isn't a 5 star review. 1) They kept trying to change the scheduled dates for them to do work. On 3 different times they asked to change the dates. We had other work scheduled for the house based off of the initial timeline Green Attic gave us, so it was really frustrating that they kept trying to change the agreed-upon dates. Your poor planning does not equate to me needing to change things around for you. Keep better tabs on your schedule and don't make promises you can't keep. 2) In terms of promises they can't keep, if you go for wall insulation, GET IT IN WRITING THAT THEY WILL DO IT ON THE EXTERIOR OF THE HOME. Do not believe them when they say they can do it outside. Get it in writing. Clint told me that they'd be able to lift the old siding on the house and do the insulation from the exterior for the bulk of the areas. When the contractor showed up, he told me that they couldn't do that. So we then had holes all along the inside of our walls that we then had to patch and repaint ourselves! Not to mention that some are still VERY visible because the workers did a bad job of filling them. Despite our best efforts we now have permanent ruined walls all because someone didn't communicate properly. If you want to do the wall insulation, wait until you are replacing the siding on your house or something because you'll be left with a huge issue later on. Their false promise has resulted in us needing to do hours more work and delaying our use of these spaces in our new home. Its a great company with good people working for them - Kassandra is super communicative - but they really need to work on their internal communication and organization to make sure they are actually selling what they are providing. EDIT (11/14/24): Clint reached out after seeing this review and worked to make things right! He sent someone out to fix the holes in the wall, free of charge, and now our house looks like it did before they did any work. He also assured me that the team would be getting a refresher course on how to do this type of work before the company began doing wall insulation again. I'm glad they worked to make things right, but I just wish it never came to that in the first place. They are a good company doing good things.

We had a great experience with Green Attic. Clint was super helpful in diagnosing our problem, answering questions, and walking us through our options, and the team that did the work was friendly and respectful of the house. We'd work with them again any time!

We are so grateful for their immediate response and timely inspection .We had three bids and Clint’s was by far the best and most thorough. we wer are grateful for his help in thinking through our insurance claim. They send the best three person team that we could have ever had. In addition to arriving as scheduled, they were very professional, communicated clearly and did amazing work a at a great price. We are so grateful to Clint and Green Attic for making sure that the raccoons have moved on and our crawlspace is now secure.

Clint and his team were phenomenal.They were timely, consumate professionals with the experience and knowledge we were looking for to correct our mold problem as well as upgrading our attic insulation. We are very thankful to have found Green Attic and highly recommend them to anyone having attic mold issues, insulation issues, or just looking to make smart, energy-efficient upgrades to their home!

We bidded out a project to remove contaminated insulation in our crawl space and to replace it with spray insulation. We had easily 8 different companies bid it out and Green Attic was the first group to really hear us in what we could afford, and what we needed. They tried to think out of the box for us and didn’t just do a prescribed quote. Because of that, we immediately signed with them. During the work, they were very professional. The space and surrounding areas with completely clean and they didn’t leave any trash around anymore. They worked late and did a very thorough job. I’d highly recommend them to anyone. *Edit* Due to a perfect storm of situations and misunderstandings my original review was written out of frustration. I changed my review from 3 to 5 because despite my frustration they stuck with me and we found our misunderstandings and made corrections, they made this right. That to me reaffirmed their 5 stats because customer service is about how you handle these situations. I do highly recommend this business. Just if your uncertain about the process, email the office with your questions beforehand. I have learned that lesson. Thank you Green Attic for being understanding and willing to work with me.

I highly recommend Green Attic! Sadeq was a pleasure to work with and extremely professional and knowledgeable. He was very responsive to all of my questions and quickly fit me into their busy schedule. The crew were careful to fully cover the area inside my house and cleaned up nicely. They also were careful not to let my cat and dog out when they were going in and out of the house. From start to finish they did a great job and provided great customer service.

I contacted Green Attic while I was in a tough situation with the place I just started to rent. Having moved into the house that initially seemed nice and safe health wise, i started to have stuffy nose and difficulty breathing. when I contacted to property owners and communicated my concern they said that their previous renter did not complain and if I don’t like the house I can leave the deposit and leave in 45 minutes. i was shocked and said let me try to air out the house and I will make it work. 2 week later, the smell in the house and my health state has gotten even worse which gave me no choice but to hire home inspectors. Thats when the initial inspector recommended Green Attic to me to see if there is mold in the house. Sadeq, one of the company employees came out on a short notice. He thoroughly inspected the house and told me right away that there is mold in the house. i was shocked and So Grateful to him because it can cause a lot of health problems. He then kindly arranged for a company they work with to come the very next day, take the mold samples so I can get a formal report from the lab confirming that it’s in fact black mold. i got the report back in 3 days and A Huge Thanks to Sadeq for being extremely efficient in getting me all the information I needed to get all the money back I invested in renting this property from the owner and move into a different safe place! i cannot Thank Sadeq enough for all his help! if it weren’t for him I would have most likely had to go to court with the owner and would have still had to stay in this place with poses a big health hazard. SO Grateful to him for being easy to get a hold of, responsive, efficient and whats amazing is that he arranged for exactly what I needed within hours. i highly recommend this company. if You want to work with reliable and truly nice people, Green Attic is the way to go! You won’t be disappointed to say the least!

They did an excellent job of insulating my crawl space and adding a vapor barrier. Also had attic insulation added very professional and left job site Clean. Would highly recommend This company to anyone.

I have been researching insulation companies for a project at my home and I am finding that only a few have real address. Green Attics does not have an actual address they are using 3 fronts in 3 locations (one is located in the 6th floor of a building in Tacoma). I wondered when they said on their web site that they are "locally operated". I have grave concern whith a contractor offers a warranty but has no physical address. I even drove by before I wrote this to make sure and guess what I found....a canabis store. Always verify your contractor. It pays to check.

Our realtor referred us to Green Attic and they were fantastic. Very knowledgeable and helpful with our project. Lots of follow up calls to confirm details or make appointments. Responsive and professional. They did excellent work and will be using them for another insulation job in the next months. Highly recommend it.

Our experience with Green Attic began positive with the initial inspection but that was it. The negatives: - Management did not communicate the work to be done to the team that came out to do the work and we had to attempt to explain all of the details to them - The team that did the work did not finish the work they were asked to do (and that we were told would be done in one day) - Did not remove the debris we were told they would remove from the attic - They put a hole in our living room ceiling - Came back the following week to finish the job and “repair” the hole in the ceiling - Did NOT do an adequate ceiling repair by any standards. The hole had mud slapped on top of it, did not blend it, and it cracked when it dried immediately. We will now have to pay out of pocket to repair this correctly ourselves. - Claimed they could not seal visible gaps to the outside in the attic and that they “didn’t need to be sealed” when we consulted our inspector who said there was absolutely no reason they should be open. This was included in the original quote for work. Again, something we will now have to pay out of pocket to complete. The only reason we caught half of these issues is because my partner went up into the attic to check while they were there and had to ask them to finish the job. Others may not be as lucky. If I could give this review negative stars I would. Do not work with this company.
