While searching for insulation in Boca Raton when came upon Atticlean. David and his team came out right away and increased our insulation in our 1980’s home. Previously when we would leave our AC on 75 it would read 78 and now it reads 75. Our daily usage of AC decreased from around 20 hours per day to close to 16 hours per day.

Had a fantastic experience with the team from Atticlean. They arrived promptly as scheduled for the initial inspection as well as for the day of the job and took clear pictures of my attic both before and after. I think their work will make a big difference in the cooling of our home and our electric bill. We had some spots with zero insulation and others with barely any. Now we’re in good shape.

The service by this company was phenomenal. Most companies work only Monday-Friday, but they were able to come on a Sunday to my amazement, I was able to not lose a day of work and they were able to come and do everything in a day. Our house is from the 70s and has not had insulation since then, so it was much needed, and it is much cooler now. They were even kind enough to take down everything from the attic that the previous owners left there so we can inspect it. Super grateful for the opportunity to have come across their page, don’t regret it one bit.

We had a great experience with Atticlean! They are a company with integrity which is hard to find these days. David came out several months ago to give us an estimate on attic insulation. He said he would love to do the job, but pointed out we had some issues with our existing AC duct work that had to be addressed first. He said otherwise, the insulation really wouldn’t perform and provide the benefits it’s supposed to. We really appreciated his honesty! That’s why we called him back to do the job after we had new ducts installed. We just had the insulation blown in a couple days ago and his crew was really efficient at getting it done. They provided us with multiple photos of the attic so we could see the insulation was blown to the agreed-upon height. I am including just three of them here. Let me start by saying how professional AttiClean Attic Insulation was from start to finish and how they treated us from the initial return phone call to completion of project . They returned phone call same day we called looking for estimate on the job. I was contemplating doing my self.Charlene reached out to FPL got us a rebate and we didn't even realize we were entitled to with out us even asking . Next being that I was not able to be there while install was taking place concerned they would insulate behind newly installed duct installers sent me pictures of the attic as work being installed 100% and new duct not damaged. I was really impressed to see that they were using gauges to ensure the full thickness required to achieve the R value and not spraying the soffit vents closed . We were very happy satisfied with the work and they were very efficient and when they left you couldn't tell they were even there very clean professional. Is the only company in South Florida that does air sealing in attic, that I am aware. I called over 5 insulation companies with an unusual problem, and they do not do air sealing in the attic. Great people. Great price. I uses to people been late. They told me they'll be at my house 7. So when I got a call 6:45 I was thinking they will late. But no to my surprise it was a call that there outside. Waiting on me to open the door. Within a few hours they where done. And now I can feel the difference for before my house no longer gets as hot. One of the best things I done to my house.

I’ve owned my house for 5 years. There was some attic insulation. Not alot, but enough for me to stare at it and think it’s enough. Boy was I wrong. At first I was skeptical that additional attic insulation would make enough of a difference in my electric bill. I did it because I had enough of $500+ electric bills, when I would put my house between 78F and 82F. I also monitor the number of hours through the Nest thermostat software app. Since the attic insulation was put in about 2.5 months ago, my electric usage for air conditioning went from about an average of 10.5hours per day to 6.0hours per day. Additionally the new temperature setting has been 76F 24/7. That translate into a cooler home at about $200 less of an electric bill per month so far. The cost of insulation was well worth it.

AttiClean took care of my attic cleaning (sanitizing and insulation replacement) after I had a raccoon infestation. If you are looking to add insulation into your attic and up to code, AttiClean is AMAZING! The team who attended to my home were prompt, professional, clean, covered all exposed areas with covering to not damage the surrounding flooring and in my case the banisters. While in the attic, they will take pictures pre and post work to include checking for any rodents. I highly recommend this company as the gold star in product line for South Florida.

Sadly, his company did not work for me. They came and put mouse traps in the attic for a couple of weeks. Then they vaccumed the attic and installed loose insulation. The problems were the following: 1. They did not solve the rat problem and they came back. 2. New rat's pooped and peed over the new insulation. 3. New rats ate the new a/c ducts that were installed after their remediation. 4. Every single contractor that came to look at the attic space said that the amount of insulation was half of what it should have been (the R value of 30 that we wanted was never reached). When the Owner came back to look at the conditions of their work he said that they couldn't do much for me. Those are the facts of my experience with this company and I have to pay someone else to do it again.

Found this company on FPL's website for insulation and very pleased with their overall service. Very good and clear communication. Efficient and on-time. The consultation was thorough with excellent recommendations. Scheduling was very easy and convenient. The staff arrived early, laid down paper on the floor and stair rail for protection. They covered clothes and bed with plastic. They filled the attic quickly and quietly. I work from home and was not disturbed by any noise. Before I knew it, they were cleaning up. They moved very fast. Before I realized it, they were done, cleaned up, and left. Invoicing and payment is completed online. As you can see from the pictures below, it was a successful job even with the narrow space in the attic. Definitely recommend.

The summers have been very brutal and we had been paying high FPL bills. His team came by and pumped the attic with 12 inches of new fiberglass insulation, and he even helped us receive an FPL credit for the invoice. I recently hired Atticlean to remove, sanitize and blow in new fiberglass insulation. From the moment I talked to Charlene and David, I felt like I was dealing with a company that had my best interest at heart. The communication was top notch from beginning till the end. The work crew showed up on time and was extremely courteous. Before the prep. work was done David showed up and not only supervised the work but actually did it. They were very careful to keep the job site clean and not damage anything. When they were done they cleaned up so well you would never know they had been here. In summary, if you hire Atticlean, I am sure you will not be disappointed.

AttiClean did my attic insulation in February. I cold called the company, no referral. Dave came explained the job and gave me a good quote on the spot. I was so comfortable with Dave and his explanation i looked no further. He was timely, didnt rush me , and made sure I was happy with the job. I will keep him in contacts as a referral going forward. We highly recommend AttiClean. Jordan was very knowledgeable and professional. The job was done in 2 days. They took out all the old insulation, cleaned and sealed all the attic. They replaced the old insulation with a better grade insulation and put enough insulation to be up to code. We have seen a huge difference throughout the house as far as how hot it gets. Definitely worth the money!

Professional, prompt, thorough and reliable are all words that come to mind with our experience working with AttiClean. David came out and provided an estimate and was on time every time he set a date/time. Their work ethic is phenomenal in terms of keeping things tidy and orderly. They prep the surrounding space where the work will take place (inside & outside) and clean up after themselves at the end of each day. Good quality materials are used for the insulation. About a week after the work was done we noticed our Ring doorbell was not appearing as hardwired. We put two and two together and realized that during the attic cleaning process a wire must of been accidentally loosened/disconnected. We called David and the very next day he was over fixing the problem and reminded us to call him back should we run into any other issues. Classy guy running a great company that delivers service. Happy customer here who would recommend AttiClean and will most definitely be using their services again in the future.

David and his team are very professional and attentive to details. They went above and beyond by doing a tremendous job both removing the old insulation and installing the new one. They took care of everything from covering furniture to walls and floor. I am extremely happy with the job they did.

David was right on time for the estimate and the pricing he gave was very competitive. I did some research and estimates with other companies but ended up deciding to use AttiClean. I am glad I did. The guys were very respectful of my home and took the extra steps to ensure everything was protected and clean throughout the entire process. My house holds its temperature a lot better than before, so the AC is definitely loving the break from working so hard. They even insulated my flat roof!

David was the only insulation company rep to actually come out and look at my attic before making a recommendation. He was able to schedule my job very quickly and they did a great job of installing the blown in type. I noticed a difference in the temperature of my home immediately and expect to save money on my FPL bill each month now that my home is properly insulated.
