I'm so thankful I called Clarity Pest Control/Chris! My front and back yard had so many fire ant beds pop up and then they found their way inside my home and garage. I came home from work and they were all over the place! The dining room/table, windows, entry way to back yard off dining room, front door entry and kitchen. In the garage, they had a trail going the full length of garage. I have OCD/Panic Disorder (keep a clean- organized home) and this just had me sickly.. Chris was so professional explaining the why's and his plan based on the info I gave him via phone call which helped calm me down.<br>He came same day which also eased my mind. Once he arrived he told me exactly what was going on and how he was going stop it immediately! He runs his business with honesty and integrity, and he’s taken the time to thoroughly address my concerns and find the most effective mosquito treatments. I trust him completely and highly recommend his services.

We had a major problem with rat infestation in our attic. They had eaten holes all in our duct work. Clarity Pest Control got rid of the rats and we were able to replace the duct work with confidence. They come every 3 months at a very, very reasonable price. They go above and beyond to make sure that the problem is taken care of. They are very knowledgeable and are willing to listen to and answer your questions. I would definitely recommend them for all your pest control needs!!!!

The dos and don’ts of taking care of our house against insects. Chris was respectful. He was educational and he eliminated our problem within two days. I had no idea how bad my clients home was with termites that no other pest control company wanted to mess with because it was a pier and beam home, until I found Clarity Pest Control.<br>The home needed a complete remodel and had severe water and termite damage.<br>Chris was able to complete the job by treating the entire home (new and existing condition) and proving the 99-B form to pass inspection.<br>Our client and I are completely satisfied with Clarity Pest Control. I had a 20 min chat w/ Chris this Saturday morning: he was very helpful & informative; he was recommended so he could have easily sold me a treatment & make a buck, but he said to do nothing other than have an annual inspection after 5 years of my new home purchase, so 1/2027; only subterranean termites in this area, active (flying) in spring; building codes requires 1st 2 feet of framing treated for termite and a 6” concrete foundation so very unlikely termites made it to untreated framing; just do inspections annually starting 01/2027; thank you Chris!!
