The Beehive Bee and Wasp Removal

We got a call from our neighbors that we had a swarm of bees on the side of our home. As soon as we saw how big it was, we were panicking and started to call a bunch of companies to see if they could come today to remove the bees. Unfortunately, due to the holiday many of them were telling us we had to wait until Monday, which did not sit well with us. We have a lot of families and small kids that come out and our neighbors have a newborn so there was no way we were going to wait. Also, it was right in front of our house so how are we supposed to leave as well? Thank God for the BeeHive LLC Company and for Ryan coming and saving the day. when my husband spoke to him, he was very courteous and professional. We had a wasp infestation at our home. They were everywhere including the front yard, the back yard and in our swimming pool which ultimately prevented us from enjoying our pool. We called The Beehive Bee and Wasp Removal and 3 hours later Tom was at our door. Tom found that we had 25 wasp nests strewn about our property (in the aloe vera plants, the bougainvillea, the trees, etc). Tom was outstanding. He managed to quickly rid our property of the problem and now we are wasp free. We are very pleased with the prompt & professional service and we highly recommend this company.

If I could give them 10 stars, I would! We had bees building a colony in an outdoor cat house in our backyard. We called early in the a.m. and our technician arrived by 10a.m. The problem was remediated within 15-20min- they removed the hive built within the cathouse, sprayed the area thoroughly, and charged such a reasonable price. The bees cleared out completely by late noon. I can't thank them enough for helping us through a very stressful situation. They gave us a 90day guarantee. I called the company at 4pm on a Saturday and Ryan was at my house by 4:30pm; I asked for live bee removal and he was able to vacuum them up and released them back into the desert and sent me a video of the release. My wife and I are extremely pleased with this company and highly recommend them and the cost is very reasonable.

After the initial service didn't remove them, Ray came out with his son and went above and beyond to take care of my bee issue. He used a camera to find where in our roof they had made a home in the least destructive way possible. He removed 80-100 POUNDS of honeycomb and honey and then put everything back together with a very proper repair to ensure they wouldn't come back and that my roof was in better condition when he left than when he started. It also came with a 2 year warranty against re-infestation and leaks. Very impressed. He even changed out a couple broken roof tiles for me while he was up there. If I ever have a friend with a bee issue, I wont hesitate to call these guys and ask for Ray!

I’ll be honest! When I called them. I thought they were keepers. I thought they were gonna take the bees somewhere. These guys are actually exterminators. Bee hive removal and disposal. They took care of a beehive forming around my property and did it quite quickly. Reasonable price too and great service. I won’t knock them for their service. Great at what they do.

We had a bee infestation in our short palm tree within 24 hrs after our neighbors sprayed their bee infestation. Juan Sanchez was at our home within an hour. We did not want to kill the bees, we wanted them removed so he vacuumed them up, sprayed a repellant, and will release them elsewhere. He was efficient, very professional and informative. Several weeks ago, I woke up on a Sunday morning to the sound of a very loud insect buzzing around my room. My husband quickly realized that it was a bee, and that there were more bees near the AC vent. I called The Beehive and they assured me they would send someone out that morning, though they were very busy, and gave me instructions for what to do in the meantime. Fortunately, our bedroom is upstairs and has an attic that is completely separate from the rest of the house, so we were able to hang out downstairs for a while while we waited (and I imagined our room slowly filling with bees, which was terrifying, but definitely not the actual situation).<br>When Ray arrived, he immediately noticed the bee behavior around our roof and identified that a swarm was scoping out our attic for a nice comfy home, as well as identifying their points of entry. He sprayed the perimeter of our attic and told us what we needed to fix, how to fix it, and how much it would cost for him to fix it. We decided to try to handle it ourselves. Ray was quick, honest, and great to work with, and when we returned to our room, the only sign of that morning’s events was one dead bee on a windowsill.<br>Fast forward a few weeks, we’ve purchased a ladder and my husband has completed some of the repairs but just isn’t comfortable reaching the very top edge of our two-story wall (and I don’t even want to go up two steps on a ladder) so we call The Beehive again. Ray swings by that afternoon, double checks what he needs to do, and schedules a time to come back to do the job, letting us know that he can give us a discount if we have cash on hand. He came back this morning, took care of everything quickly, and gave us the promised discount. He even touched up a few other things that he noticed while he was up on the ladder.<br><br>I hope we never need bee or wasp services again, but if we do, I’m definitely calling Ray. He’s knowledgeable and friendly and was great to work with.<br><br>Edit to add: Two years later and I see a wasp building a mud nest on my door. Called The Beehive right away and they had someone here within an hour. Removed the nest (caught it while it was still empty) and sprayed around the house. Love the promptness and clarity of communication. Love that I have a 3 month guarantee so I can be confident that we won’t have wasps hanging out here any time soon. If I could leave a second 5-star review, I would.

(1) Professional communication with the on-site bee exterminator (Ray) was Tense. The responses to a couple of the questions I asked were: "Like I told her already" and "She asked me the same question already" ... Whenever he said "she/her", he was referring to my wife. There is a way to talk politely with potential customers, and that was certainly lacking, which has triggered this review.<br>(2) Before he began the work, he asked me for the method of payment. Looks like there was a LACK of trust that, I, the customer, would probably not pay for the services. I headed back to the inside of my home to write the check, and only then the work began. He later mentioned that they have MANY customers that do not pay for the service after the fact, which is why he had to confirm my method of payment. Companies who treat their customers like they are NOT going to pay ... well ... these companies should also realize that honest customers like myself have written them off and will not contact them again for follow-up services. If you treat me like I am not going to pay you, I am not going to rehire you OR recommend you.<br>(3) Information for potential customers: I paid $225 for 3-4 minutes of bee treatment services which basically included spraying some special concoction around my pool ... with the written guarantee that THERE ARE NO GUARANTEES! So, whether this will work or not, how long will it work, has to be seen...

Ray was on time, professional and very friendly. We had a hive forming under our tool shed in our backyard. He was able to quickly eradicate the problem and gave me some important tips to prevent any issues in the future. Thank you!!!! We suspected bee's yesterday when we saw them swarming outside the side of our home and I called Beehive late in the day and Ray came out the next day, this morning. Thankfully they have high tech equipment, a camera they used to see inside and know what the problem was and where it was before tearing the roof apart. He was able to locate the exact location of the honeycomb and hive and extract it extremely quick. Javier is coming next to insulate and rematch. We're so thankful its a one stop shop who works very quickly and efficiently to locate, extract, clean, fill patch and repair without having to call anyone else to come finish the job. I called Monday morning and by that same afternoon the bees in my garden were removed and safely relocated. Ray did a great job today. Turns out they were 100% European honey bees and they could easily be saved.<br>Highly recommend using this service to relocate honeybees without killing the hive. Save the bees!!!

Tom showed up a little over an hour after my first call. He was able to remove the bees and treat the area quickly. I was very grateful for the quick response as I am very allergic to bee stings. For the quick and efficient response time the price was on the lower end of what I was seeing quoted online. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Bees in my eaves! I called The Beehive on a Saturday, they were at my house within an hour and an hour later the bees were gone. Reasonable price quoted on the phone, no up-charging, good advice, great service.

Tom was very friendly and came out in a timely manner both times! The first time he came out he had said wait a few weeks and then fill in the crack in our brick wall where the bees were at. He said if they don't go away he would come out again, free of charge. 3weeks later I gave them a call and they were out the next morning to come spray again and he filled in the cracks in the wall for us! Free of charge wouldn't even let me give him a tip! Thank you so much! Def recommend giving this company a call if you have a bee/wasp problem. They are super affordable and don't try and over charge like most companies.

I thought I only had 1 Yellow Jacket nest in my front bush, boy was I wrong! Ray was very diligent and kept looking and spraying. It turns out there were 5 in one bush. Ray explained what he was doing, all the while his partner kept spraying the outside of the bush. They were great! I recommend The Beehive to everyone.

I came home from work to a huge swarm of bees 🐝 making themselves right at home on my patio. I have a dog that gets horrible reactions to bee stings and Kevin was able to come over tonight and remove the hive. I am so grateful! We had scout bees planning a nest near our chimney. We called and the owner came out the same day and treated the area to stop the colonization process and gave us a 3-month guarantee also. What a great service - they do it all, and we wouldn't hesitate to call on this business again for bee problems.

Called for wasps swarming our pool. Was told by this company there was nothing they could do if we didn't know where the wasp nest was. Gave two stars because the guy was nice on the phone, but was told there was nothing they could do to help us. Don't know how they are with bees, but if you have a wasp problem and don't know where the nest is, probably not the company you want to call as they were of no help.

We discovered a huge bee hive in our backyard covered with hundreds of bees. After seeing how many positive reviews Kevin had, I called him and he was able to have somebody out in 2 hours to safely remove the bee hive. Extremely disappointed with using The Beehive. I originally asked for a bee removal. But instead of a removal they did a extermination and gave me an explanation of the bees were acting aggressive and needed to be killed. They did this without consulting with me first. I will not use this company again and I will be letting everyone I know to stay clear of this company.

Amazing service. We called and they answered the phone right away and gave an estimate on bee removal. Came out within an hour of calling. So I came home to find a bunch of bees scurrying around the bottom of a storage shed in the back yard...called the Beehive and they came out right away, removed the bees, and informed me on bee habits.<br>I highly recommend this company and will use them again I am sure.

Quoted 325.00 on the phone. Ended up being 450.00. They wanted to remove the roof tiles and cut a hole in the roof of a 1yr old house, for 2500.00. We said no, so they just sprayed a couple squirts of spray, were there 15 minutes and we were charged 495. I said that’s not what we were quoted on the phone, so they made it 450.00. Not too happy!

Ray came to our house today and removed over 100 pounds of honey and honeycomb. He also educated us on the entire process. Who know that the QueenBee had babysitters? Right, lol. We HIGHLY recommend this company, especially if they keep Ray:)

Quick response, showed up on the same day as promised. Ray obviously knew his stuff, and easily and quickly collected the bees in a large mesh bag and put them in the back of his truck. I only gave four stars because the price I paid seemed high considering it was a relatively "easy" bee hive removal job, (The bees were in a flowerpot; Ray covered the pot with the mesh bag, put the whole thing in the truck and that was that.) and it only took a few minutes. I paid the price we had discussed on the phone ($150 cash), and while I was happy knowing that the bees would be relocated safely, I felt that the price would probably preclude lots of other people from dealing with a bee infestation in a humane way like this, even though they may want to.

Five star service from The Beehive. Ray arrived at my house within a half hour after I called them. He told me that if there is a honey cone where the bees are collecting then the bees will not leave the area.<br><br>He explored with a drill bit and discovered the cone that was inside a large window ledge. He opened the ledge with minimal damage and removed the cone and cleaned up the area. Later, Javier came and did all of the repair work necessary to restore the area.<br><br>Ray and Javier were prompt, professional, courteous and explained everything they were doing. Had a wasp hive show up on my porch, super nice guy arrived very quickly, even late (~8pm). He was in and out, took care of everything. Prices appear to be based on time of service, not amount of work, so it can be a bit expensive for small jobs, but I would still use their services in the future.

Had a very pleasant experience with the beehive and its employees. They were able to schedule a time to come out the same day I called to remove a hive that was estimated about 30-40 lbs in the eves above my entry way. Javier arrived a few hours later and started the removal. He immediately informed me that there is a possibility of a second older hive and he would make sure that it was all clear and would do what he could to prevent further damage to the area. After all was said and done he pulled out 140 lbs of honey and hive. We ended up settling a little over the estimate due to the unexpected size, but Javier was very flexible and explained the whole process very well. Just had Chris out to help us with a new bee issue in our irrigation valve box...thankfully the bees were just starting to make a honeycomb, but we weren't sure what to do and they came and took it all away! I have large, older Cottonwood trees in my yard and have had to use The Beehive a few times now. Unfortunately, I am allergic to bees. Every time I have used The Beehive guys, they are prompt, courteous, and super professional. This last, 3/13/18, Chris came out and did his job of removing the bees. However the very next day, the remainder of the bees were back and were in the same spot. I contacted Kevin and he arrived at my house 20 minutes later to take care of the rest. Wow! Amazing! I called them and they were here within 20mins. Done in 45mins. Chris was very knowledgeable! Explained everything he was going to do. You get a warranty which is nice. I will definitely use the again. Which I hope I don’t though.

I had bees under a wood deck. They came out and sprayed but could not reach the hive without tearing up my deck. So 10 days later another swarm of bees took over the hive. Ray came out and thoroughly sprayed the area even though it was a different group of bees.

Yes they show up quickly and work quickly - impressive in fact. I have had three previous hives removed from another company but randomly called these guys based on great reviews. Mistake. They left a huge mess and did not clean up the dead bees or the area where the hive was located. There are still pieces of honeycomb left. Other companies clean up and take their mess with them. These guys would be stellar if they completed the job. They didn't.

I called Saturday morning, and they were out by 1:00. Ray was knowledgeable and professional. After Ray was done extracting the honeycombs, the cleanup crew came about an hour later. They sprayed and primed the area and then put everything back as if they had never been there. The overall experience was excellent.

I had a company come out prior [Valley pest control] and they did the job and supposedly had a warranty, but they didn't honor it. I called The beehive and they came out within the hour and they fixed the problem and gave me a reduced rate because the other company wouldn't come back out and honor the warranty. The Beehive got rid of the bees and they haven't come back. I highly recommend The Beehive!

These guys are awesome!!!!! Called them at 8:45am this morning and the owner Kevin came out himself at 10:45 because they are really busy today. Explained what was happening and how he will treat the problem. Took care of the problem and gave us advice as to how we can prevent future problems. All of this was done at a fair cost. Highly recommend these folks!

We realized we had a nest of bees happily building their honeycomb home in our front yard, very close to the sidewalk. Good for them but not good for our neighborhood. Talk about great service! The Farmhouse Restaurant is in downtown Gilbert and the foot traffic on a Saturday is so busy. The last thing we needed was a beehive...called and removed with in an hour! Plus the bees will get a new home! Awesome!

I called The Beehive yesterday to remove a swarm of bees in a tree next to the community mail boxes. They responded within an hour. Marde the technician was able to successfully remove the swarm and spray to insure they would not return. She was very professional, efficient and well versed on how to handle the problem. I would recommend her and The Beehive for any job requiring bees and the handling of bees.

They know bee's!!! We had bee's get in our exterior wall. Everything the local exterminator told us to do was wrong. Which was to spray them to kill them and seal them off, when we did this they started coming in our house. This company came out on a Sunday for the same price as midweek. They removed the hive along with 50,000 + bee's from the exterior wall of our house. They were extremely professional making sure they removed the entire hive, even vacuuming up the bee's, spraying the area to remove the smell and repairing our wall so you can not even tell they were there.
