I would recommend Moxie, their employee Luke W. was awesome. Appreciate his kindness & how thorough he was.

I had maxi pest control come out to my house twice they charged my credit card $149 each time it was only supposed to be $300 for the year I wasn't happy with the few minutes that they spend at my house and then told me that they had sprayed my whole acre and a half they did not uphold their end of the bargain so I tried to tell them that I did not want their service and I see that they just charged my credit card another $288 without providing any service at all and without any discussion on my unhappiness about their performance so if I had anything to say to anybody I would definitely not recommend Moxie pest control

Would not recommend. They make you sign a yearly agreement, prices continue to increase regardless what rate you pay and at some point you will be paying over $200 for them to come ONCE every three months to spray their regular product.

Do NOT use them if you have pets. They claim their poisons are safe for kids and pets and takes 15 minutes to dry. The first time they sprayed inside, our dog became shaky, lethargic, wouldn’t eat or drink, and had loose bowels the very next day. They just sprayed inside for a second time yesterday and all day today my dog has had the same symptoms. We called to find out the name of the poison used to let his vet know and they refused to give us that info, why? When we called for 5th time demanding to know the name of the poison the call center agent told us to give him a shot of potassium. Oh, I thought it was safe for pets? Will be cancelling our monthly membership with this shady company asap

Trace is an excellent technician glad to have him assigned to my home. He took extra time and explained to me all the workings of their termite product. Thank you trace.

I talked to several different companies and although they were all fairly competitive, I chose Moxie based on my conversation with Andrew. He was really nice, patient, easy going and very helpful. He made me comfortable and he was able to work with my crazy payment plan request. EXCELLENT SERVICE! Then Xavier came out to do the job, he too, was very nice. Listened to my concerns and wants and addressed them. Very happy all around with this company. Oh, and they're locally owned! It's very important to help out your average person trying to make a living and build a business. Thank you Andrew & Xavier! Hope your boss sees this 😉

Alfonso was out to my house yesterday. He was friendly. And asked my concerns/ and if I saw any pest activity since my last service. Wore shoe covers inside my house which I really appreciate.

Had a great experience with Delaney. She was very thorough, explained what she was doing and why. Asked if I wanted the garage or interior serviced and answered all my questions.

Our home was treated this morning around 10 am. The technician was pleasant and did great job. I can read his name but he is an excellent employee.

Alfonso A., was friendly and very professional. He took a few extra minutes to walk through today’s plan and I appreciated how thorough he was. Wonderful!

Tristan did an amazing job and was so friendly. I don’t think our new rental house has had pest control before because we are seeing so many dead bugs! So happy this stuff works instantly.

I set up an initial service for my home, scheduling was very easy to do and the staff was very easy to work with. They offered a same day option which was great. Trace B came and we had a great experience.

Today was our regular maintenance service. Each time we get a new technician we wonder if they will be as great as the next, and Alfonso A was; he was on time and explained everything that he was going to do and why. He checked every inch of our exterior foundation thoroughly and interior baseboards with a smile, and treated our home for scorpions, earwigs, mosquitos’, general pests, etc.…We are so grateful for your amazing, professional and informative technicians to service and protect our home for many years to come.

Moxie always does a great job. They took care of our termites and our regular guy does an excellent job of keeping the pests away. Stevie today explained what he was doing and did a very thorough job of treating all around the house.

Had our initial service today. They would have come same day that I called, which wa impressive, but my schedule was already full so they came the next day. I talked to Eovert to get everything set up and. Then Xavier was the texh that came to the house. They were both so friendly and courteous. Looking forward to working with this company.

Ryan D was the field expert that visited today. He did a great job. Very professional and courteous. Ryan carefully treated the entire property following the notes pertinent to our account. Afterwards, he gave me an overview of work performed. I have been pleased with the quality of field tax on Moxie staff.

My father uses Moxie. His field expert is Megan. She serviced my Dad's house in Sun City West. She is awesome. If you get a chance to get your bugs gone by Magen you know it will be done right 👍.

This company is great but it's because they have staff like Alfonzo, my tech. I've never had a technician that goes to such extremes to do his job. This isn't his 1st visit: he's been doing my house for a year now. I do recommend both MOXIE & Alfonzo.

The service technician appeared on time after a couple Moxie reminders that the job would start soon. First ever time using and interacting with Moxie Pest Control. Let me say… wow. I have nothing negative to say. They sent Marlin “Trace” out to our home when they said he’d come, greeted very nicely, he sprayed interior and exterior of house for cockroaches. Once done Marlin “Trace” came in and addressed any concerns we might’ve had and before leaving gave us a gift box. Overall can’t wait for them to come back next month!

Excellent customer service all the way around! I can’t speak for the effectiveness yet of the actual pest control because we just had our home serviced today. But between scheduling and our technician Xavier, so far we have had a wonderful experience.

Our house was just serviced today by Fred. He was professional, outgoing and went the extra mile when I explained we were visited by lots of crickets recently. He took the time to explain what he was doing and the product he used. He is definitely an asset to the company.

I’m not an AZ native so after surviving a few odd mini plagues, unique to the desert, Moxie showed up and started eradicating the ants and checked for rodents. The staff appears young but well educated and eager to communicate what service they provided, suggest services to prevent seasonal pests for instance smogging the eaves to prevent mosquitos around mosquito monsoon season lol! As a home owner unfamiliar with the local pests I’m grateful to be able to relax and just let Moxie figure out how to keep as many insects and pests outside and away from my home as possible. Best pest service I have had in 35yrs of home ownership. Moxie responds very quickly. There’s always someone friendly and knowledgeable to answer the phone when you call. They show up when they say they’re gonna show up and the technicians are also very knowledgeable and friendly. Over the years I have had other Pest companies in three different states that didn’t bother to show up half the time, you always got messages when you called But Moxie has been there for us 100% since we moved to Arizona. Highly recommend these guys really good company.

We called Moxie on Thursday because we found evidence of termite activity. They were able to get technician Ezra to our home the next day. He addressed our concerns and confirmed they would follow up in a few months to verify the issue was resolved. Moxie is a well run and responsive company and would suggest anyone use them for termite control.

We have been with MOXIE for over a year now and couldn’t be happier. Have been with a hand full of other companies and not one of them compares to them. Both their products and professionalism are top notch. I rarely see any bugs anymore on our property and we only have to get our property sprayed every three months. Our animals are safe around the product once it’s dried. Jeriel W. was our technician today. He was the nicest young man. Listened to all my requests and was very efficient, didn’t miss a thing. Alfonso was great! He was very informative about the service he would provide today. He went above and beyond by picking a few weeds he found on the side of the house and after disposing of them he put my trash can behind the gate. It’s technicians like Alfonso that make customers happy.

We have used Moxie for over five years. A rep. comes to our home once a quarter. Every rep is courteous, knowledgeable, thorough, and makes sure you are satisfied, including any special requests/concerns. From the beginning we noticed a big difference in the reduction of bugs and spiders. They also came to our aid when termites were noticed in one small area of our home. As a company, do you train your employees to rip off the elderly/disabled? Your tech came to my parents’ house, said there was current termite activity, and tried to talk my disabled father into signing an $1800 contract. We got a second opinion because we are used to having companies take advantage of my parents and it turns out the “current activity” is actually drywall tape. Your company should be ashamed of itself. You can actually see the outline of the tape in a square pattern in the surrounding area. Thank god for Onyx Pest Management that gave my dad an honest inspection and second opinion!

The longer I've had their service the more disappointed I've been. The general pest service continued to increase in price and the amount of time spent treating my home continued to decrease...more homes in one day at an inflated price. I cancelled my quarterly service and kept the termite. However at renewal for termite no one every scheduled service but they kept sending bills for $350. I'm not paying for a service not preformed. Once I got around to calling about service they told me I could pay after service was complete. On day of service I received a text message that tech was en route, an email requesting updated payment info, and a receipt of payment to a card I had removed from auto pay and not the card I planned to use simultaneously. It's a complete violation of authority. They had no authorization to charge my card and me voicing my concerns when the tech finally arrived only resulted in him asking if I still wanted service. Of course I said as apparently I've already paid for it on a card I didn't authorize. Completely fraudulent. I will definitely be looking for a different option before my yearly renewal.

Moxie does a great job making sure that their customers are happy. They will send people out in between scheduled visits if the customer requests it, at no charge. Moxie has excellent customer service.

He was very patient as I moved things out of the way; he also explained a new risk factor for bugs (neighbor’s tree limb over my roof). Now I feel empowered to do more to keep bugs away. I had to last minute cancel a previous appointment, because my son was having an allergy flare up. I called and let a dispatcher know. She was super kind and very understanding. First day wasn’t too bad but the second day there was over a 100 of flys in my windows and all over my floor never in my life have I seen so many flys this was a ridiculous amount. The guy who sold me the package made it seem like they were the big thing but the only thing they did was attract flys and hundreds of them. There was nothing but dead flys and others still ALIVE all around my house, the most flys there has ever been in my home was about 6 and that was for leaving the door open. I left this morning for work and came back and found all of this. Most disgusting thing ever. I had got them for scorpions, spiders, ants and this is what I got flys all around my house.

We’ve been with moxie about 7 months and it’s been an okay experience, but on our last check in our technician Trace came in and was EXTREMELY thorough. Really he’s the only reason we’re writing this review. This man is an absolute Chad and we’re grateful he was able to service us!

Field expert came and checked everywhere and did goo job . And he also put them in a garage. He is kind and friendly with my dogs . We are so happy.

I showed the tech areas of concern outside where Kangaroo rats has been under tree area. Also talked about 2 Scorpions I had found in the house that my cats were playing with!😱 I was super worried about Scorpions and another indoor bug and he assured me he'd put granules down over the yard and some powder around doorways. They do not carry or apply diatomaceous earth. I had wanted that covering all borders of my property but he said granules would do it. I have a decent sized backyard and he was done within 10 minutes possibly less and inside was just as fast! Time will tell if this will work but in comparison to another company I had, they are way too fast finishing up. I do have to say that customer service when you call or text the office is above all expectations!! The office staff is amazing! It's the service itself that leaves something to be desired. Add to the fact that they are 3-4 times as expensive as my old company, I am going back to them as soon as my contract is up. Speaking of that, they hem you in to a 1 year contract by giving you a "huge discount " up front and show you what you'll save. If you cancel b4 the year is up you owe that money! I feel like I am being held hostage! Over promise and under deliver is the wrong way to do business.

I have been using Moxie, since January of 2020! I’m on a rotation schedule for every 2 months which is perfect.<br>JJ, my pro, does an excellent job of keeping my home protected, as have all of the pro techs.<br>I am extremely grateful for their excellent work, knowledge and expertise! Not only that, but they are friendly & caring also!

They always take care of our needs and I really appreciate that if we see any bug and/or rodent activity they always come back and take care of our problem in a day or two after we contact them! The staff is always super friendly and always happy to meet all of our requests, no matter how big or small! Would highly recommend! Joe was the representative who came out to my house. As a new customer, I had a lot of questions and Joe had quick and confident responses. He is very knowledgeable and has a great personality. I would welcome him back for our next treatment.

I was very pleased and happy with my service that Moxie provided! I’ve never had a pest control company pay so much attention to detail and to really take their time to make sure everything was done and taken care of. They give you a 2 hour window of when they’ll be there and I received a text to give me a 30min heads up so I knew exactly when they’d be there!

We’ve had Moxie almost a year now and can honestly say we’ve never had better service or results. Their communication is unparalleled. They text and email you to let you know when they’ll be here and they always show up as scheduled. They also email a detailed receipt after the service to what was serviced and what product(s) used. Our tech Donavin L was prompt, bright and early with a smile on his face. We highly recommend.

Have been using Moxie for the past 4 years. In the beginning we had the same technician each month and were good service. The technicians would spend between 20-45 minutes at our house and then end the service by ringing the doorbell and telling us if/what they found. Today the technician rang the doorbell and then I watched him carelessly sprayed randomly around the yard. He was done in 6 minutes. He didn't ring the doorbell and quickly left. I've attached a picture of his spray job.

We’ve used Moxie for years now and have been very happy with them. Brandon M. Was our most recent technician and he did such a great job! He was very thorough and communicative. We used to have cockroaches and crickets get into our house frequently, but now it is a very rare occasion. Thanks, Moxie!
