We've been using Ky-Kyo Pest for a number of years now and we've never had anything but a good experience with them. They come out on a regular schdeulde for a general pest service and we have not had any issues. At one point I thought we may be good without service and within a couple months of service we started to have issues again. Vance has been our technician for sometime now and he always calls or messages me a day ahead of time with when he will be out and asks if we are having any issues other than our normal concerns. There's only been 2 occasions where we had concerns outside and he did his normal thing plus some and it was all taken care of. From the techs to the office staff, we have nothing but good things to say. Thank you!

Update: We have a new technician, Daniel who has been out to our house at least three times and is simply fantastic. He is so polite and does a great, thorough job. I really appreciate this company. They have always been very friendly and helpful on the phone when I've had questions and every tech has been great.<br><br>Kayden always does a great job but went above and beyond his role by informing us of a gas odor that was later revealed to be a leak requiring parts replacement. Very thankful to have such a respectful and responsible technician!

John is our hero! He sealed our home 5 1/2 years ago and have never had an "unwanted" indoors - ever! Not one scorpion (yikes!) or any insect. Today he and Robby performed smake protection for us. Gate is now screened from snakes and block fencing seam spaces filled with sealant!! We love John Williams!

We have used Kyko for 13 years and have always been happy with their service. Their tech Bobby calls to let us know when he is coming and arrives on time. He is very diligent in protecting our property and, when we are home, asks if we have had any problems. In addition, he always brings up packages to our garage if he sees any sitting by our door. Bobby is a friendly and nice young man. We have used Kyko to seal our place which we think has really controlled the scorpions. We highly recommend them.

Says a lot about the company and her representation of the company. They need to hire more professional CSRs that appreciate having a job. She clearly hates her job. I wouldn't recommend this company at all.

Our regular technician, Bobby, has been great. He is prompt, reliable, always friendly and willing to explain what he's doing and what he's finding. I got an education on box elder bugs (I think that was it) one time. We recently had a termite problem discovered. KY-KO was very quick to respond with an estimate and got the work done within a few days. They have been great.

We have never had a "bad" technician with Kyko over the years, they seem to do a great job hiring/training high level people. Shauna is our current tech and she is a great communicator, always letting us know when we are on the schedule and also letting us know if there is a major change in day/time. With dogs & a toddler in the house I appreciate knowing when someone is going to be walking around the front & back yard! Great Job!! Great Service.

Our Ky Ko Pest Control Technician, Shauna, always keeps us informed about upcoming service times and dates and updates if there are any changes. She does a complete job quickly and completely. She provides us with a summary of the work done and the products used. We picked Ky-Ko’s pest prevention service for our new construction home. They came thrice during each phase of construction project and did the final sealing after closing the home. The job they did was very professional and high quality. We can see the value of getting the services done. The technicians were punctual and professional and answered all our questions. We decided to stick with them for our routine services! Highly recommended!!

We are very pleased with our service we received from KY-KO. We figured out we had termites when we saw strange tubes coming down from the garage ceiling. We had 2 companies recommended from friends but when we checked them out they had a lot of complaints online and with the BBB. I then got 2 estimates from 2 companies that are BBB accredited. The first company sounded good, but sounded like they were trying to sell us and impress us. Then we had Mark from Ky-Ko come and give us a quote and we were very happy we did. They use a superior chemical than what the other company uses and with a competitive price. We HIGHLY recommend them. :) Oh! And we were very happy with the tech who came and did the work. Very polite young man who was very thorough.

KY-KO has been amazing. I recently moved to Phoenix for a short term period and every other company out there requires a 12 month contract. KY-KO does not require that. Caroline was amazing when I called and gave me helpful tips until someone was able to get to my house. She had Giovanni come out within 2 business days and he was so nice and made sure he knocked every time he needed to walk in and out. I appreciated how respectful he was since I was home alone. 3 weeks later I had them return due to some more activity and it was free of charge and I was not expecting that-it was due to it being within a 30 day window. Shout out to Caroline and Giovani! I highly recommend the KY-KO team.

Very professional! Kyko accommodated my “short notice urgency” and made the dates happen without question! Nate was very professional and knowledgeable of the business. He even returned the next day to finish the job, due to rain, I believe on his day off. I can’t thank this company enough for their promptness and helping me meet the escrow dates. He always texts the day before our scheduled appt to confirm, makes sure that he talks to us about whether we're seeing anything, and then goes about performing a very thorough inspection and service on a regular basis. We have had excellent service from KY-KO! We originally contacted them due to a scorpion problem. Having 3 small children made resolving this problem a big priority. Since they have been servicing us monthly we have had no issues. Our exterminator, Ron, is great! Gives us monthly notifications, is prompt & thorough. We give KY-KO two thumbs up!

Update to this review. Met with Jerry and him and the company have pledged to work with me to make things right. I really appreciate them coming out and following up to fix this as they promised. I am changing this to 5 stars. It's great when a company today will do what it can within reason to satisfy the customer. I thank Ky Ko<br><br>Had a sales person come out and showed him where the problem lies with Pigeons and the issues that I am having. He suggested some spikes and screening and I spoke that I see them on the tiles and at the top of the roof. We looked and did not notice that there was any nesting going on but he suggested this should work. They installed a spike strip and a screen. Well nothing has changed and was informed they will come out and give me a new bid to fix the problem when I already paid for this. Still awaiting a solution

We have used Kyko for a little over 8 years and have been thoroughly satisfied. They are very professional and courteous and have virtually eliminated a pretty severe scorpion problem (through house sealing and monthly service). Our technician, Genesis, is incredible! She communicates regularly, is always on time, is very thorough, and pays special attention to be sure our dogs don't get out.
