Do you know how many inches of insulation you have above your bedroom? I do. This is how many inches I have above my bedroom. When my builder (Woodside) asked for it to be filled - Mesa Insulation said this is an appropriate amount of insulation to have above my bed. I've hired another 3 contractors for quotes. No suprise they disagree.

the truck in the photo almost killed me and my dog in Tucson, 4/17/24 on S. Alvernon. He did not have time to jump out and make a left. I was heading south on Alvernon and if I hadn't slammed on my brakes, I wouldn't be here today.

Fulton homes uses this company as their contractor on new builds. We have a certificate from Mesa Insulation stating R30 insulation is in our ceilings over livable spaces. Our second floor was always hot and temperatures were in the 90s. USI Mesa insulation came out to our home several times and never found the problem. Another insulation company did though in only 5 minutes. Missing insulation is a problem solved usually by on site observation. My son's bedroom is on the second floor, he told USI Mesa Insulation he had heat rashes from sleeping in a hot bedroom. Our entire second floor attic had no insulation, R0 For 18 months! Fulton homes and USI Mesa insulation failed.

From scheduling to execution the project was first class. The technicians on the job Juan and Scott were clean, courteous and efficient.<br>I have used Mesa Insulation in the past and will continue to use them when necessary and certainly recommend them in the future.

The only thing I know about this company is their practice every morning where they take their trucks and take up every single pump at the gas station while they all go inside and wait for 20 minutes.

Overall was not happy with the service provided. Estimator that came out to bid job was very professional and explained all my questions. Very happy with that process so we decided it would be a good decision to use usi. However once it got handed over to the scheduling department it was one break down after another. I was strung along week after week, it was always next week. Excuse after excuse. I told them in the beginning I don't care when it gets done just pick a date and stick with it. Finally I spoke to a supervisor and he came walked the job and said it could be done in one day the following weekend. That did happen, however it wasn't one day it went into another day and held up production at the business and in turn lost revenue because of their poor scheduling and planning. The insulation does look good and I am happy with the final product

Very friendly, office staff (Karen Fisk) was awesome, the crew that came out friendly and courteous. Would definitely recommend them. They recently bought a company and now do bathroom doors and glass.
