Fortified Insulation

Not impressed after initial quote. No pictures, (He said he would send them) no written quote. First day on the job late. First day SRP had power shut off for an hour. Steven left, didnt set up a new time to return, didnt call back, didnt answer texts until I finally told him don't bother. At that point it just seemed so very unprofessional to have to chase Steven down. I paid him 50 bucks for showing up and hauling off an old satelite dish he INSISTED on taking off the roof. I decided on IZZY'S INSULATION. Hands down Milton was the absolute BEST at insulating our attic.

They solicit in private neighborhoods leaving flyers on doors that explicitly state “No Soliciting”. If an instruction this simple cannot be adhered to then I have no interest in hiring them.

My family called Fortified Insulation after looking online a bit for a good insulation company. We weren’t sure we had the money to do it right then but the tech came out and gave us a quick and free consultation and we were shocked by how good their prices were. The tech Steven took pictures while he was up in our attic and explained it to us step by step but never once pressured us. We decided to call around to a few other companies just in case but at the end of the day Fortified was the most communicative and by far had the best pricing. Easy to work with, respectful, and nothing better than a family owned business!! If you’re considering putting in new insulation OR removing the old then we highly recommend Fortified!!

Steven has removed all the old insulation from my 1947 house. The insulation was original to 1947 and he did a great job removing it. I am definitely going to have him install new insulation as I finish my remodel.
