Reviews
Drystar overcharged significantly. They billed my insurance company way more than the original billing. They used more than twice the equipment needed for the affected sq ft, less than 300 (per USAA). I had to have them remove their equipment. I would not recommend.
I had a water pipe leak in my attic and Dry Star came out the same day and started drying things out. Neal and Tyler spent most of a day removing wet wallboard and furniture and did a super job - very polite and friendly.
The Drystar demo team of Neal, Tyler, Sam, and Edwin were top notch. They were on time, friendly, helpful and professional. They made and ugly situation easier.
Neal & the whole team at Dry Star having been amazing! Since the moment they came in and told us the issue with our house leak to days later continuing to check on the issue and fixing it . I recommend this company to anyone needing these type of home repairs!
The following guys did a great job with a pack out and floor board removal
Cody. Edwin. Neal Andicw
This company shared with my insurance company an original quote and then waited for my insurance company to share their estimate and then charged me the that price which is not something. my insurance company said that they should be doing. They should have honored the original quote and not waited for my insurance compant's estimate amount of money they would give me. I will not be going to this company again and do not recommend it.
Cody and Austin were phenomenal made things smooth and seamless along with Tyler as well! Highly recommend them!
*Update: My exeprience with DryStar has been very poor. They started out great, they were responsive and quick to tear everything apart once they found out I had water damage, but when it came to repairs it has been a nightmare. After three months, I was finally able to get the amount they wanted from my insurance to replace my shower and drywalls, and we are almost approaching month 4 and I still do not have my shower and bathroom repaired. Communication has been poor and every response has been "I got caught up working another case."
Great job on cabinet demo. Neal, Cody, Andrew, Edvin were fast and very professional.
I would not recommend this place to anyone. After my previous post recommending, that I can't delete or edit. The water heater closet floor preparation work before plumber placed water heater same evening was only 1/2" particle board not attached anywhere on sides, balancing on one joist.

Manager offered to give an estimate to correct after I already paid over 2800 to run 5 fans and two dehumidifiers 3 days, and tear closet walls and floor out. We're talking about a 22"×27" floor, and patch back floor was junk

Would you want this leaning water heater supported by a floor this contractor installed? See photos
Others will do the same work for half the price, and it'll be done right.

I have 1 star because they did successfully dry the house out.
Incurred water damage from an upstairs bathroom to the downstairs office area. Plumber and Dry Star found significant water damage to my subfloor. Within a couple hours Cody and Andrew were on site and digging in. I woke up this morning thinking a simple leak fix from my plumber. While it stinks to deal with more significant damage Im relieved the Dry Star through Cody and Andrew were quickly taking care of business with courtesy (despite my over friendly dog following them), professionism, and quality work. Thank you guys!
Neal, Edvin, and Anthony were great! We had a leak from recent plumbing work that we had done and these guys were quick, punctual, and got the job done.
The technicians (Neal, Edrin, Cody, Andrew, and Anthony) arrived very quickly and worked hard. They were efficient and kept the work area clean.
Our technicians for the remediation of our flood damage, did an excellent job. Arrived on time, polite, hardworking, stayed on task at all times, answered any questions we had and very helpful.
After the initial water mitigation work was done by Anthony and crew when a pipe burst in our attic space, my wife and I had some concerns about a couple of other areas we noticed that may have been affected. I called Anthony, who told me he would be out the next day to survey the areas we were concerned about. He called ahead of time to let me know that he had to reschedule and again called ahead on the next day he was scheduled to come out. He let me know that Neal and Edvin would be coming out to survey the area since he couldn’t make it. I was grateful for the prompt communication and the time Neal and Edvin took to inspect the areas we were concerned about. So far our experience has been fantastic and we look forward to the repair team coming out and returning our house to normal. Thank you Anthony, Martin, Neal, Edvin, Alan , and the rest of the Drystar restoration team!
Extremely responsive and professional team. Had a pipe burst within our wall the day after Christmas and the plumber who came out recommended that we contact Dry Star. Tyler showed up before the plumber was finished and took moisture readings, removed some baseboard and then came up with a plan and recommendations. Set us some dehumidifiers and the next day Neal and Edwin came to remove the drywall. Did a great job and cleaned everything up extremely well. Great team and great service!
Neal, Tyler & Edvin are amazing. I had an emergency issue and they were here in record time. Super friendly, efficient and knowledgeable beyond means! Took the time to make sure I understood the entire process that would need to be done!! Would recommend them to anyone needing this type of service!!
The work was done quickly and correctly. Neal, Edvin, Deandreand Brice were great. Very respectful and we’re also nice to our dogs. Highly recommended.
Anthony and Andrew came by and explained the process of what it would take to mitigate the garage area that my hot water tank leaked. After explaining the process I chose to use this company. They had came with all the materials and began working immediately. I would use this company when needing any mitigation. My daughters said they would give them ten stars if they could.
We had a really great experience with Neal, Bryce, Edvin and Deandre. They came in quickly, worked efficiently and left everything super clean.
We have had a great experience with Justin, Cody and Andrew so far. Really appreciate their professionalism, work ethic and positive attitudes as they have handled all of the issues we've been facing this weekend. Very quick work and clear communication, plus all of them have a sense of humor which made it a better experience!
Justin and Cody and all the rest of the staff have been a pleasure to work with. They are attentive and on time, communicate well and are very informative.
Dry star was recommended by my plumbing company to come in after my dishwasher had broken and leaked into the drywall behind the kitchen. Mitigation went well, but the troubles came after when the repair was supposed to take place. They put someone in charge which according to them was the equivalent of putting an “elementary school kid on a college project.” This resulted in my kitchen not being done (and still isn’t) for almost 3 months due to their lack of action. I even had to call them to find out that the employee had been fired for this and I was never notified despite not being contacted in weeks. I’m left extremely dissatisfied and was offered $100 on a $12000 account as compensation for 2 months of my time being wasted by someone under qualified for the job. I will not be working with them again for any restoration or remodel needs moving forward.

Edit to address the business's response below: Apologies for getting the account value wrong, it's simply been so long since I received the initial invoice that I switched some numbers. The $100 compensation offer still amounts to a .96% discount rather than a .83% discount. I instructed your unqualified employee that I was available and would make arrangements to have access to my house during my vacation but he seemed more interested in not working during that time. Every time I was contacted by your unqualified employee he delayed the project 1-2 more weeks due to him not making the proper reservations for contractors. Even before he was let go for not doing his job my kitchen had not been completed at the 8 week mark. Still over the estimated time by 2 weeks. And on 11/21 I was the one who had to call you that I could not reach your unqualified former employee. I asked for a 20% discount, which seems reasonable for taking double the amount of time of your estimation and having to work with someone for 8 weeks who did not know how to do their job. This business will not have your back if something goes wrong due to their error.
I had a major flood in my garage due to my water softener machine braking. Drystar is very knowledgeable, professional, courteous & friendly. They showed up on time they did an awesome job, restoring my garage interior, including the wall that from the garage that leads into the master closet I can’t thank Tyler, Neat & Edvin enough for all their hard work. I could tell they love their jobs and helping people. I highly recommend Drystar.
Neal Jaden, thank you for your quick service! You were quick and spot on with the service you provided! Thank you to DruStar for all their quick service and support!! Kim
Cody and Andrew called ahead and arrived a few minutes early. They understood the odd parking situation on my street and managed their oversized van perfectly. An estimate of 3-4 hours was given and they were finished early. Again, they called, I had to run an errand. They walked me through everything they did. The very best part was they were able to keep my original, vintage countertop intact. Friendly, polite, capable and they did an unexpected clean up of all areas. I would totally recommend this team for any similar deconstruction project for water damage. I am unsure of the pricing as a claim is filed with my insurance.
Yesterday I had my Dining room Ceiling fall due to a water leak. Two trucks came from Drystar to help. First was Antony followed by Neal and Edvin. All three were exceptional. Professional in everything they did. Thoroughly impressed.
Neal and Edvin were extremely professional and efficient from start to finish. They arrived on time, worked with great attention to detail, and completed the project faster than expected without sacrificing quality. The team kept the workspace clean and communicated clearly throughout the process. I’m very satisfied with their work and would highly recommend them to anyone needing drywall services.
Justin was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I spoke to many companies before choosing one. His thoroughness, patience and willingness to listen made me feel good about using their services.
Neal and Edvin worked tirelessly to remove damaged drywall from a leak with short notice and long hours. Clearing out the debris, sanitizing the studs, tile and concrete as well as setting up equipment to dry out the room. They were pleasant, helpful and professional. Thank you! Chuck
The whole Drystar was very professional in communication. The team went above and beyond to ensure the property was restored from the water damage. Cody and Andrew worked to ensure the property was protected from further damage as the process to rebuild will take some additional time.
My sincere thanks to Cody, Deondre, Bryce and Andrew. They did a fantastic job cleaning up after a water pipe leaked and the ceiling caved into the master bath. Huge cleanup process, I couldn't have done it without them.
The company responded immediately to assist the problem of pcb pipes cracking and shooting water upwards to floors! Major damage to bathroom, laundry area and 2nd bedroom!
Removed damaged flooring and lower dry walls and dried out with fans for several days!

Repairs groups were extremely courteous and efficient and came on time! Quality materials were also used! They Didn’t waste a minute! Worked well with insurance company! Kept me informed of all stages!

I would use them again without a doubt! Did not respond to pricing since they worked with the insurance company! I will be responsible for my deductible!
Be very wary of using Dry Star if you are trying to utilize your home owners insurance. I had water damage/dry wall damage at my home and we utilized this company for what they referred to as mitigation of damages as well as repair. Given how long it takes to go through insurance I went ahead and had the services done and paid. When going through my home owners insurance there was a very wide disparity in what the claims agent felt was a just cost and what dry star was trying to charge including many fraudulent charges such as claiming they came in after hours, etc which was incorrect. I paid my invoices to the company for all services rendered while awaiting my insurance input. Both myself and my insurance company are being constantly harassed for what Dry Star feels they were owed based on their initial claims to insurance despite me already paying my invoices that I received. They are requesting additional money after all my invoices have already been settled. They hired a third party company that called, texted and emailed me within a period of a few minutes.

I felt the restoration work that was done was excellent but I am extremely concerned about unethical practices in the mitigation department. I feel they are taking advantage of people who are in a vulnerable position with home damage, etc and trying to take advantage of insurance company payouts as well which translates to increased premium costs for everyone.

Update: After a few months we were able to get resolution to the confusion regarding payments through insurance vs out of pocket. Robert was extremely helpful and was able to look through the insurance appraisal with us so we could clarify what the third party billing company was erroneously looking at. We are very happy with the end result of our work, the restoration was excellent.
I am happy to change my review back to 5 stars after speaking with Robert. My wife and I were able to review our invoices and payments with him and clear up the discrepancies we were having. He provided great customer service and caught the mistake the third party billing company made. I'll also take a moment to comment again on the quality of work the drywall/restoration team completed. Everything looks great and all issues were resolved.
I had a water leak in my kitchen that required fast action to minimize the damage. The team of Tyler, Neal and Edvin were quickly on site for remediation. They were very professional, lightning fast on the necessary demo and did a wonderful job with the cleanup. They are an A+ organization.
I had a water leak (ceiling) and my plumber fixed the issue then referred me to Dry Star to do the restoration. First the sales focal Anthony came out and he was very professional and explained to me every step they would be doing, down to the description of what a HEPA filter was, how it worked etc. He was very knowledgeable & friendly. He explained the pricing very clearly, making sure I understood it completely. Then he had his restoration team come out, which was Neal & Edvin. Again very professional, nice workers, who even cleaned up the floor so when they left the house was as clean as when they came. This team of 3 were very quick to get here, despite it being a Sunday. I felt all 3 did excellent work. I took picture of the hepa filters air scrubbers with dehumidification to my out of state relative in this line of business and he commented: "they are doing it right". I would for sure recommend this company and am glad my plumber recommended them to me!
The team responded within an hour to a water leak from my refrigerator water line. The damage was much more extensive that I first thought. Anthony Neal and Edvin were terrific. They assessed the damage quickly and tore out the damaged flooring and cabinetry within a couple of hours. They also hooked up a temporary sink so my kitchen is still usable during reconstruction. They were pleasant and polite. I would definitely call them again.
Justin has been awesome to work with! He represents the company so well and has made a crummy situation better. We are looking at not having a kitchen for a while and having to change Thanksgiving plans due to our master shower upstairs. Working with Dry Star has been great so far. They don't waste any time and Justin's customer service is top notch! Thank you Justin and Dry Star for taking care of us!
Neal, Daniel, & Tyler were great. They came in and did the demo & set up the remediation for spare room & garage. They cleaned up afterwards & they even put my trashcan back in the garage after trash pickup! Great service!
Water leak in my half bath that went behind my drywall & damaged the baseboard with dirty water from the commode. Neal & Daniel were quick and efficient letting me know their arrival time and never stopped moving from protecting my floors from the entry to the bathroom that was on the other side of the house. They gutted the damage drywall & baseboard. Removed & reset the commode & left the area clean & vacuumed. They also scheduled a follow up for the next day to inspect their work. I truly appreciate the “sweat equity “ they put into the demo & clean up.
I had water damage from rain and Tyler was able to come out same day and give me a quote on restoration. Neal and Daniel did the work and did a great job and were very professional.
We had a burst supply line in the kitchen. First time handling anything like this but Justin has made it easy! He explained everything I needed to know and more. This is just the start but I am confident that this company will take care of my needs. Justin earns 5 stars himself!
This company is amazing. Neal and Daniel were my technicians they are very professional about the work they do also worked around my schedule. I highly recommend this company.
Thanks to Neal and Daniel fir the quick service and great job they did addressing my water leak issue. The project was bigger than first realized but they handled it quickly, efficiently and effectively. Couldn't be happier. Thanks Neal and Daniel and the rest of the Drystar team.
Neal and Daniel came promptly when scheduled and did a great job. When finished, did a great job of cleaning up and explaining everything that they did.
Dry star LLC was referred to me by my plumber as they were fixing my repair and they arrived at my address one hour later. I couldn’t be happier with the response time and the mitigation that they did on site.
Neal, Anthony, and Daniel came out today for the demo and were fantastic. I have a newborn at home along with a toddler and they were quick, efficient, and incredibly professional. They left our house cleaner than when they entered and worked very hard. I will absolutely recommend this company to others!
I’ve been unfortunate enough to have to call Drystar twice in as many months for two different water issues at my house. Both experiences were great. They arrive quickly and their communication is excellent. Even though this last call was a smaller job, Justin went above and beyond making sure I was happy in the end.
Neal and Daniel spent the day at our house today working to complete a very complicated job involving water damage inside our home. Without one complaint and such a positive performance and attitude, we feel so lucky to have had them do this job. Thank you Neal and Daniel for working so hard and diligently! ! Hope you get some much needed rest tonight :)!
Cody and Andrew were great! They did the job quick and efficiently. Ready to answer any questions we had and left the house as clean as possible considering the circumstances. Tyler, also with Dry star has made this unfortunate experience as easy for us as possible. We will definitely be recommending them to anyone who is in need of these services 👍🏽👍🏽 thank you guys for all your help and hard work! We appreciate you
I read all the reviews of other restoration companies and so glad I went with this one. Sometimes it’s a gamble and I hit the jack pot picking this company. Love seeing such great service from beginning to end. We had cabinets taken out and then a garden box removed. Cody and Andrew were immaculate with the removal of the garden box. Not an Easy task! Would use them again and again! Hopefully I don’t have to though 😂
I have been thoroughly impressed with Dry Star. Everyone has been communicative, knowledgeable, kind and professional from the moment I reached out to them. On Day 1 of a bathroom demo, Deondre Bryce and his crew were here. The amount of care they put into prep, clean up and ensuring everything was done safely and correctly was awesome to see and made me happy. Very considerate company too! With no other bathroom onsite, they made sure to leave me with a temporary solution. Day 2 just started and I am again so far highly pleased. Grateful I landed on DryStar through this situation. I definitely recommend them!
Neal and Daniel were absolutely wonderful to work with. After an AC leak caused damage to my ceiling, they came out right on time and handled everything with professionalism and care. The demo work was done quickly and efficiently, and they went above and beyond to make sure the area was cleaned up afterward. I really appreciated how respectful, caring, and attentive they were throughout the process. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of this type of work.
Deondre and Bryce did an excellent job! They worked efficiently and cleaned up perfectly. Very happy with their work.
We had a significant Pex-sourced leak in the attic of our PebbleCreek Az home. Cody and Andrew arrived at 7:45 am on Sunday 8/31/25 to remove soggy insulation and cut out damaged drywall. It was hot here - even in the early morning (it’s now 4:05 pm and it’s 109 outside). Cody and Andrew did a polished professional job. My wife especially appreciated their meticulous cleanup of the areas impacted by their work. Our thanks to Cody and Andrew for a job well done!
I had a water issue at theeee worst time. I call the comany and they came out right-away. Very professional from the start. Evin and his two associates Deondre and Adam were on the spot ready to save my situation. It was late in the evening when I called, but they were on it. The follow through and communication the next morning was impeccable. What ever you guys are doing to train and keep these guys motivated you are doing a fantastic job. My flooding situation is now under control and has stopped. I am now waiting for the construction process and anticipate an even better outcome. Again, I salute Adam and Deondre for their professionalism, prompt, and efficient service. You both will make great business men and leaders someday.

Thank you,

The O'Connors
Evan was so helpful and explained everything fully. Deondre and Adam did an excellent job tearing out my shower due to a leak. They were very diligent and courteous in the process! Definitely recommend DryStar 100%
My first call to Robert of DryStar was very successful after learning I had sewer leak in the crawl space. Robert the next day sent his Field Mgr, Anthony to determine what was needed for cleanup. The following day Anthony and Neal arrived with 2 helpers and cleaned up, sanitized and prepared the ground for plumber to repair the broken pipes. Once plumber completed the repairs and Anthony returned, he confirmed all was dry and added top soil and wood chips, and removed the hepa filters.
Anthony was very professional, communicated what to expect during the cleanup process, clean-up was well done. Most importantly was Anthony.became the contact for my insurance adjuster providing all needed documents, photos and updates to complete my insurance claim for payment.
I would not hesitate to recommend Drystar Restoration if their services are required.
Job well done
Would recommend 11/10❣️ We did 2 different repairs and they were amazing. Not only did they work with us but they also work with our insurance as well, which can definitely be overwhelming at times. Very professional and super easy to work with. As a homeowner, it’s really reassuring to know that you got an awesome repair team like Allen, Will, Parker, Martin, Wyatt and I’m definitely missing some more names but Thank you 🙏 We appreciate you.
Evan from Drystar exemplifies Customer Service and true professionalism! He took all the stress out of our water leak trauma by helping with the insurance claim and prompt demolition of the affected areas. Thank you Drystar for employing true professionals.
Joe & Chris Gruenwald
No one wants to have to deal with water restoration, but my experience with Drystar has been great so far. Deondre and Christian did a great job with the demo! They were on time, friendly, and left everything tidy when they were done. We still have to put everything back together but everything has gone really smoothly so far and I’d definitely recommend them.
Neil and Elijah were so kind and courteous! They did a very thorough job and handled our property with great care. Hopefully we won't see them again, but if we ever have a problem, we know who to call and will recommend this company to anyone needing their services. Thank you DryStar!
Dry-Star restoration was great. Came out immediately to start the process of getting my home back in order after a leak started in my walls. Cody and Andrew, the Technicians were knowledgeable, fast workers, took care of your belongings to protect them, and nice to work with. Great job!
Today was demo day and our technician, Neal was right on time. He gave us a call beforehand which was great because actually *I* was not running on time due to school drop off so I let him know. He was not bothered at all and was very kind. He came in and took out the machines that were drying the flood and then helped us understand what needed to be taken out of the rooms etc. He moved some items for us and then waited so that we could get some personal items out of the room because we were not going to have access. A little bit later his team arrived, Cody and Andrew. They were just as nice and knowledgable. They spent a lot of time taping up the area where they were working because they were treating the area as if it had asbestos, because we are still waiting for the lab to tell us. When they were done, the areas of the home they have been using to come in and out, such as the hallway, were very clean.
My water pipe broke in my shower. Anthony was literally amazing in helping me figure out the best plan and making me feel at ease with the whole process and I appreciated his kindness and patience. Neal and Gavin were also fantastic in taking down the shower- I’ve never seen two people work so hard and so well together to get the job done. Thank you.
Tyler arrived less than an hour after my call. He completed a thorough investigation not only on the wall where the "leak" was suspected but also in a back to back adjoining bathroom wall, inside the wall with a camera scope and at an outside wall. No visible leak was found anywhere and that was great news. I deduced it to a bathroom tile issue and needed to know it wasnt a pipe leak before i tore the tile out. Plus he check for mold and found none. He was very professional and knowledge and I couldn't beat the price, no charge, for all the work he did. Thank you Tyler. You made my day!!!
Neal and Gavin where awesome in the demo of my shower area after I had a water leak in the pipe coming into the house. They took great care to not cause any damage to my flooring as they took the items out and did an amazing job of making sure the water affected areas were removed and remaining area treated. Also did a great job of cleanup. Both gentlemen were extremely professional and courteous, even when having to come out on a holiday!
Cody and Andrew did a fantastic job during the demolition process. They were incredibly helpful, friendly, and thorough in answering all my questions—even when I came back multiple times to ask more. They stayed patient and professional throughout, and even gave me a great plumber recommendation when mine fell through. I really appreciated how they moved items in my garage to protect them from dust and were very respectful of our belongings. Highly recommend this team!
I wanted to take a moment and recognize the exceptional service I had from the team. Neal, Deondre, Gavin, and Christian were punctual, courteous, professional, and highly skilled. They took the time to answer all of our questions. They treated our home as if it were their own and were extremely neat and clean. I can’t thank you guys enough!!
Had an emergency need and Dry Star were engaged. They turned up within the hour. Tyler explained what was to be done clearly. The team of Neal , Deondre and Cody came and showed me what they were going to do.
All very courteous. Work done efficiently and effectively and they did a great clearing up job.
Throughout a really great group and did a fabulous job.
Gotta be honest, I wish I would’ve read the reviews before I hired this company. Unfortunately, they were recommended by my plumber, who I actually trusted to give me a good recommendation. I figured they would know since they’ve had to do this a few times. So I’ll agree with the other reviews I’ve seen- avoid this company at all costs. Take your time and do your research. My water leak happened back in the beginning of October. this company was very quick to get out and start the process of pulling out my cabinets and taking out my drywall to get everything dried and get rid of the mold from the burst pipe. The deconstruction crew was amazing. They were pleasant, polite, easy to get a hold of and very responsive. I’m not sure if it’s because they are ran under a different department and maybe have a different boss or it’s because that’s how they trick you in to trust them with doing the job. So unfortunately, my project manager was Adrian and he was somebody who probably shouldn’t have been in charge of anything. At all times he avoided my calls, didn’t answer texts and told me lies. I waited weeks for anyone from this company to come by and bring me samples so I could pick out granite and tile and it never happened. I finally got to a point where I had no choice but to take my days off and go out store after store looking for what I wanted. I sent off the samples that I had decided on to Adrian to let him know what to order. A month or two went by and I still hadn’t heard anything. I wound up having to go into the office to find out what was going on and the samples I had picked were not even in my files. Along with that, they mis- measured my granite and had to come out a couple of times to remeasure it. That wasn’t necessarily a problem, but they took the measurements and didn’t bother sending it off to my insurance agent for over a month. It took repeated calls to him to finally get a lie stating that the insurance wasn’t approving it and it was having to go“ Upstairs” to be looked at a little bit more in depth and to give it about three more weeks. well, I called my insurance agent the same day and he told me and showed me by email that he just received the request and approved it that day . recently they’ve gotten rid of Adrian and there is a new project manager. He seems to be a little bit more on top of returning calls and texts but unfortunately, once again I feel like I’m having to chase things down to get them done. I was told yesterday that I would be getting my granite installed this afternoon. I wound up having to take a half of a day off of work and pay other people to come in so that I could be home for them and what do you know? they never showed up nor is anyone answering my texts. It cost me a lot of money today to be out of work and have coverage and I can’t even get the courtesy of a phone call or a text to tell me that they weren’t going to be able to make it. I am at the point where I’ve set up an appointment to talk to a lawyer because unfortunately, I feel a little bit trapped, having paid them half of the money that they were going to charge me. At this point I would love to just be able to hire someone else to finish the job. My burst pipehappened in early October. It is now the beginning of May. I still don’t have the countertops, baseboards and missing paint and other miscellaneous things in my house that still has to be done. I have been washing dishes in my bathtub for a month after being told by the granite fabricators that it would only take them a week to have the granite cut and ready to come back out here. Even the demolition crew who had to come back out to the house to take out the old countertops and pull out my sink for the template to be made couldn’t believe how long I had been waiting. I understand that their new project manager probably has his hands pretty full after the debacle I’m sure that was left by Adrian, but the fact still remains that I still can’t get a return call or text when installers don’t show up on the day they’re scheduled.
We requested Drystar to help up repair after some water damage. They arrived promptly and called to verify that they were on the way. Neal and Deandre explained what needed to be done, carefully moved items out of their way and left the surrounding area spotless when they left. I couldn't ask for more. Really good experience
Neal did an awesome job containing exactly what we asked for. He was quick, thorough, and efficient in his job. After he finished he walked us through to make sure there wasn't anything else we needed and overall earned every bit of this 5 star review.
I was very impressed with the detail and scope of their work. Neil and Christian did an outstanding job fixing our problem. I would recommend Drystar restoration and construction to anyone who has had water damage in their attic due to a broken waterline. They were very timely completing the work And answered any questions that I had throughout the day. It was a pleasure working with this team of professional .Steve Flynn
Avoid at all cost. Evan, from DryStar came to my residence to do a flood mitigation assessment. He assured us our Rental Insurance would take care of it. After sending in paperwork to the Rental Insurance the claim kept being denied because it was the Property Managements responsibility. They now want me to pay them 13k for ripping out holes in the walls, baseboards, the doorframe, the flooring in the bathroom, the carpet padding without getting permission from the property manager even though they told me they would speak to them before proceeding to demo the bedroom and bathroom. They completely did everything unprofessionally and racked up charges that they didn’t even complete. They literally came into demo 2 days into the drying process without getting permission from management, like they told me they would have to do before moving onto that step. I had to complete the repairs myself because obviously the management was not notified and it was seen as TENANT DAMAGE! I was continuously ignored and told not to worry about getting a bill but they want 13k for ripping apart my bathroom and bedroom which is a small space like maybe 4 ft by 6 ft. I’ve told Adam what happened and no one wants to do anything other than collect money even though Evan promised me this would be covered.

Back story on why I didn’t go through the property maintenance; there was a period of time where I did not have the emergency maintenance number and didn’t know it changed so the line was disconnected and we had flooding from the toilet continuously flowing. I did remediation on our own using a shop vac and carpet cleaner to get as much water up as possible and could’ve waited for the office to open to get the services done through the vendors our property manager uses but were referred to DryStar by a friend and told it was important to get an assessment done, Evan made the situation seem very urgent so I agreed after being told it would all be covered by rental insurance after he looked at the policy directly. I have tried to fix this issue with them before posting anything negative because the referral from a friend(who works with them, not for them, and never experienced their services personally).
This team is outstanding!! My demo crew mopped my kitchen floor! Leaving everything better than when they got here for a bathroom remodel. Cody, Andrew and Christian did a great job, showed up on time and were all smiles.
Even the owner came in to repair plumbing and make sure everything was top notch.
You won’t find a better remodel team or team to rescue you from a flood or fire!

Thank you Dry Star!
I had a pipe break inside my kitchen wall. Tyler was here quickly to inspect and set up mitigation and explained the process. Neal and Gavin were here so quickly, boxed up the contents in the affected cabinets, carefully took apart counter & cabinets, removed the damaged pieces, and set up air dryers. Only the beginning of a stressful event, but everyone was respectful and polite. Thank you, Tyler, Neal & Gavin! Edit: The remediation side went smoothly & quickly and was 5☆, but the reconstruction part, unfortunately gets a 2☆. Not getting flooring sample requested & had to find a sample at a flooring store. Very little communication from company since the team member I was communicating with left the company. Subcontractor sent to repair wall & reset & repair cabinets. Not much going smoothly on restoration after 1/2 deposit.
I had a great experience with Neal and Gavin, who helped repair and restore mold damage in my home due to a plumbing leak. They were professional, knowledgeable, and thorough in their work. I highly recommend their services for anyone dealing with similar issues!
Martin came out and assessed our dry wall issues. Called us after a shortly to schedule the repair. Neil B arrive this morning on time and ready to work. Neil did a wonderful job, quickly and left the job site cleaner than when he arrived. The entire experience was just wonderful
Neal and Gavin did a great job. They were on time. They did a nice job of taping off and containing all the insulation etc from the ceiling. They were courteous and did their job in a timely manner. Thanks much!
Neal and Gavin were fantastic technicians. Very pleasant, efficient and precise with their work. I highly recommend them as well as Anthony S who helped me expertly navigate dealing with my insurance company.
Had a pretty serious issue with a water heater. Dry Starr guys did a phenomenal job and in a pretty good timely fashion as well. Extending many thanks to Neal, Gavin, and Evan for their services. No bad experiences whatsoever.
We received very prompt on time service this morning to access damages from kitchen water leak. The team of 4 men, Neal, Cody, Christian and Gavin were very polite, knowledgeable and helpful.
They took extreme care in our home to protect the area and removed all of the water damages. They left our home clean and removed all debris and making sure we were informed of all the necessary steps to complete the restoration and welcomed all our questions and concerns.
Thank you for doing a great job,
I had two leaks at my house. My plumber called Drystar and Anthony arrived within 45 minutes. He gave us a detailed description of everything he was doing. He was very friendly and professional. He worked non stop for over three hours and did an excellent job! I would definitely recommend Anthony and Drystar to anyone needing restoration work. Anthony is great at what he does and he's a great guy too!
One day I came home from work and discovered one of my bedroom carpets was extremely wet in the closet. I called my plumber for help not knowing what was causing the water leak, and he called Dry Star Restoration. They came out rapidly and started doing damage control as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, since we discovered it was the water heater (and not a pipe) that was the problem, and it did too much damage to my drywall and my carpet, they started up a plan of action right away and got to work. From the quick response, all of the demolition teams that came out, other specialists that came in, the restoration team to restore my bedroom, and to all of the managers and everyone that maintained 110% communication with me, they did an excellent job.

The only complaint I had was with State Farm in delaying Dry Star Restoration from being able to promptly fix my house. That is not the fault of Dry Star Restoration as they complied with ALL requests from State Farm and on several occasions communicated with my insurance agent with all documents and photos needed (and State Farm claimed they never received anything on more than three occasions), Dry Star Restoration did one hell of a job. Amazing work!

My bedroom and water heater closet looks as if NOTHING EVER HAPPENED. The quality of work they did was above the standard. I wish I could give ten stars for everything they did for me. Thank you to everyone who came to my rescue.
Dry Star crew Jacob,Andrew, Gavin and Neal were awesome! They delivered their task fast, effectively and neatly! My Kitchen will always be reminding me how good job has been done by these guys!
Thank you!
We had significant water damage in our home and Dry Star was prompt and professional. Great communication and experience getting the job done. Very grateful for the team of Tyler, Cody, Christian, Neal and Gavin!
My water heater burst and flooded two rooms of my home. I called Dry Star. Tyler arrived in 90 minutes, arranging fans to start the drying process. Then Cody, Daniel and Allen did an amazing job shielding and sealing the rest of my home from their work area with plastic and removing drywall, carpet pad, manipulating contents, etc. The Restoration team, including Noah, Daniel, Miguel, Chad, Will and Martin were outstanding. It was a pleasure to work with them and to have the crew in my home. A wonderful group! They came highly recommended by my plumbing company. So glad I selected them.
Evan walked us through the entire process after one of our supply lines broke leaving water damage in our roof and made it very easyto understand what they would be doing and how they would be doing things during the whole process. He explained everything thoroughly and was very patient while going over the contracts and addressed any concerns during everything and set-up most of the machines all in the same night.
After we decided to work with the insurance provider directly for the whole process he was super understanding and picked up everything the next morning and didn't charge us anything. Best experience working with a contractor so far regarding the initial phase.
Fortunately we found drystar through our plumbers recommendation. We had a pretty major leak in our home and drystar was out within an hour to assess the damage and get things dried out. Big shout out to Anthony who was our technician. They looked after everything with our insurance and put everything back together far better then it was to begin with. All of the guys doing repairs were super friendly and very knowledgeable. We can't thank them enough and highly recommend their services for anyone in need!
Came home Thursday night noticed water running out of my walls and into the rest of my house. Called dry star dispatch had someone out within 45 minutes. Evan took charge and walked me through everything what’s happening the next day. Alan came over and led his team thoroughly and put my mind at ease what was going on and came back for the demo later that week and Alan‘s leader ship And workmanship were unbelievable made me and my wife at ease of what’s going on with her house even though it is a catastrophe. This company is top-notch.
After finding a leaking pipe in our wall, our plumber recommended we call Dry Star. We're glad we did. Tyler was at our home inspecting it within 45mins, provided the most competitive quote, and had his team on the job. His colleagues, Allen and Daniel, were on-time, professional, and courteous. Within just a few days, the job was done. Thank you, Dry Star!
Evan and his mitigation team responded quickly to our water leak emergency. He explained the mitigation process thoroughly and immediately started the cleanup and drying process. All this was handled in a professional and timely manner. In addition, Evan helped us in working with our insurance carrier to ensure that our claim got properly processed. Dry Star has my strong recommendation.

I also want to add to this review, the great work that Cody and Neal did at our house during the above mitigation process. They both did a great job with the damaged cabinet and wood flooring tearout. They were extremely thorough and very easy to work with. 5 star rating all around.
Dry Star did the restoration work for us when we had a water heater semi-disaster. They were fantastic to work with, from Cameron, Tyler, Chad and Will who helped coordinate and manage everything, to Rafael and his team who did the actual restoration, including Rafael Sr., Carlos and Edvin. The whole team was courteous and professional, and the work was completed promptly, at a very high level of quality and in the specified time frame and quoted estimate. They were easy to work with and made the process smooth and seamless. Hopefully, we'll never need to have restoration work done again, but if we do, Dry Star is going to be top of our list.
DryStar is an amazing company. Everyone I have dealt with have been great and kind. Tyler is amazing and very informative. With my kitchen demo, Alonso and Aaron were awesome and kind. They did their best to take care of my cabinets, while taking them out. I was also shocked on how quickly and clean they were.

If you are having issues with water, please call DryStar. They are marvelous.

Thank you for the amazing work and patience.
Dry Star is great! I was having some remodeling work done at my house when one of the contractors forgot to reconnect some plumbing pipe. When they turned on the water my upstairs bathroom was flooded. I contacted Dry Star and greeted by Robbie who sent out a tech to assess the job. They tech, Tyler, did a great job of conducting the assessment and giving recommendations on how to resolve the issue. Really great customer service all around.
I had a water leak and the plumbing company contacted Dry Star to inspect the water damage and give me an estimate on mitigation. Evan inspected the damage and gave me a quote. He was very professional and good to deal with. The service guys came out and, among other things, ran some ducts from fans into the ceiling of my garage to dry out the affected area. One duct repeatedly disconnected from the ceiling, as you can see in the picture. After the first time the duct disconnected, Dry Star came back to my house and reattached the duct. By that same night, the duct was disconnected again, so I grabbed a ladder and reattached it. The duct disconnected a third time, and I contacted Dry Star to understand the best course of action. I was advised that it was fine to shut that fan off since it wasn't working on the affected area. I figured there would be some consideration of these issues on the billing side of things, since for several days, I effectively rented and ran a fan that did almost nothing but use up my electricity. But I was billed for the full amount of the quote, without any adjustment for the issues with the duct. I spoke to management about the issues I had, and they said that, despite the issues with the duct, I owed the full amount. I was reminded that, because I didn't go through insurance, I was already paying less than I should pay. Was the work successful? The area is now dry, but Dry Star took no accountability for the issues with their work. I suppose if both ducts disconnected and the whole thing air dried, I would have been charged the same amount. While mitigation was successful in the area affected by the leak, I cannot recommend Dry Star's services.
Awesome company that stands by their warranty. Same day service. Fast, easy, and clear explanation of the process and cost. Left our home clean and neat. Made a super stressful situation better. Tyler R. was our technician.
I love my new kitchen. Dry star did a good job. They were knowledgeable, professional, knew how to deal with the insurance and fun to work with. (Especially Martin)
I would recommend this company.
