Allan has been our “bug guy” for at least 5+ years. We have been with Critter Getter for over 20 years …. Not one single issue!!!

I live in Washington State but was in Arizona while my mom was in the hospital. She is allergic to bees and when I came home after visiting her in the hospital there were 15 to 20 bees on the kitchen floor. We called critter getter pest control and they came the next day to check everything and make sure that when she was released from the hospital that we would not have any issues with bees in the house. Quick response and they let me know to give them a call before 3:00 if there was any more concerns and they would drop back by to check it out.

I have had Critter Getter coming to service my home for nearly 10 years monthly for desert rats and for gophers when needed. They are super to work with. They always let me know the day before that they are coming and then again about 30 minutes before they arrive. I highly recommend them. A wonderful family owned business and lovely people.

The technician, Ashton Fitzgerald called ahead and arrived on time. He walked the entire property with me and identified the gopher activity. He was very professional and courteous. He set traps and returned on time to check the traps. I trust he will be able to get the gophers under control. I have used Critter Getters before and I would recommend this company to my neighbors.

We've used Critter Getter since we moved from FL in 2000. They've only raised their monthly service fee twice in that time period. The Techs. are always professional and kind and take their time to make sure they do a great service.

Watch out for this company and how they treat cats! Cats should not be treated as pests!!

The gentleman that assisted us with our feral cat problem was fast, considerate and addressed all of our concerns! If you notice there are reviews that state they dump the cats, but that simply isn't true. This place is not humane at all. Horrible business.

They trap cats and won’t disclose where they take them. These cats are often times TNR’d ( Trap Neutered, released ) or fixed/neutered and being cared for at a specific place by someone . It’s inhumane , they don’t confirm if these pets have owners before removing them . They don’t help out many people who are looking for these cats. Who knows what they do with the cats !! Even if these cats are feral and TNRrd by someone , they don’t help. Who knows if they put them down or where they release them

Trapping and disposing of feral/stray cats and out door cats is illegal. What do you do with them? Kill them? Dump them?! People have seen you leaving out traps with cats inside and no food or water! You have stolen outdoor cats and dispose of them! You’re a horrible person and company for doing this!

They will trap your cats and dump them far away to starve to death.

This company is inhumane and will trap and remove cared for TNR'd cats. Don't support a company that has no regard or respect for animal. As a side note to support how clearly unprofessional they are, their website looks like it was designed in 1999 by a high school student.

We hired critter gitter in 2017, for our very 1st time, but they been very inconsistent for the last 3 years coming to our house monthly to provide service. Wonder why? In the times they didn't come, we hired someone else. We had a rat outbreak we discovered in February. although we hired them in June to come help us. We were charged a lot of money for 2 weeks and the only good thing about the service was the tech. He was a nice guy. We left after 2 weeks of service for rats, because we did not want to pay the full price again for 2 more weeks of service. You should get a break. Well where a lot of other companies would give you a lower rate for the rat service, plus a very cheaper rate for an extended time after 3 weeks of service, not two. Very disappointing. If you get good service from this company, you're blessed. Because we did not get good service, not consistent.

Critter Getters were excellent in providing a service and solution quickly after dealing with a previous company that was problematic to say the least.<br><br>Critter Getters solved my Feral cat problems that had made my attic their home. They were thorough, made sure that every concern I had was addressed without question, were very courteous from the office staff, owner, and expert technician that came out.<br><br>I cannot say enough about how thankful I am to have them solve my problem quickly. I had been dealing with this problem for months, they brought my worry, anxiety, and previous failed service and financial scam to an end with a fair and quick resolve in a very short time. We have had 10 scorpions inside the house in the last 2 years while having regular pest control services with other companies. After finding 2 more already this spring a friend recommended critter getters to complete a home sealing service. Several employees showed up and took the better part of 6 hours sealing the inside and outside of my home. I could not believe how much work went into it. Caulking in all cracks and foundation holes, lights, plumbing and mesh in external vents. They were polite and on time and cleaned up all the mess also wearing facial coverings while inside my home which was appreciated considering covid19 spread. Added bonus is they were 30% less expensive than the other quote I received that only would do the outside of the house. Definitely the best bargain for the money and 2 weeks have passed without a single scorpion in my house.

Critter Getters successfully trapped a grey fox that had burrowed deep under my backyard shed in preparation for having a litter. They stayed with it even though it took several weeks to finally trap her. After she was removed, they installed a wire mesh hardware cloth barrier around the bottom of the shed, which has already proved invaluable, as another critter/fox attempted to dig under the shed again but thankfully couldn't get through the wire barrier. Good service, professional staff.

Contacted Critter Getter for help with a woodpecker issue and also needed help keeping pigeons from roosting on the roof. Had a bit of a snafu getting an initial appointment set up for an estimate, but since then they have been very friendly, prompt, and reliable. The quote was fair and work was completed today. I was impressed that they even cleaned a lot of the pigeon mess off the roof and side of the house, I was not expecting this and was a nice touch. Woodpeckers and pigeons are gone!
