Discussed mechanical barriers as well as the chemicals used to mitigate scorpion exposure. Lexi in the office, likewise, was very helpful and assisted in scheduling for the pest control.

For many years I had a serious Scorpion problem at my home. I had Scorpion in the house and in my yard. I tried over-the-counter products at first and they didn’t work I tried two other companies and they were not able to solve my problem. Finally a friend recommended Scorpion Tech and they got rid of my problem with the first treatment. I’ve been so thrilled with their service for all these years The office staff and the ownership are always pleasant and easy to work with.The service technician today, Tim Martinez was the technician who came to take care of my property. Timhas a very polite and professional manner and he does an extremely thorough treatment of my property and home. I highly recommend him and this company.. He asks questions to make sure that I have no problems and that the coverage of my property is exactly what I need.

Alberto comes every month and I never have pest issues. I traveled for a few weeks and came home to some drain-borne pests as happens when water not flowing. I called Cape and Alberto came over the next day and took care of it. He does great work!

Albert knew exactly what to do in our situation. I thought we had a minor scorpion issue but Albert took his time and discovered we have an entire scorpion ecosystem just under our back patio! He assessed the situation carefully and made sure I was absolutely comfortable and knowledgeable of everything he had treated and the next upcoming steps of what to look out for as well. I was very impressed with how Albert even managed to find and kill multiple black widows and dozens of baby scorpions around my property. Even though we have a scorpion infestation I feel pretty safe and confident we can get it taken care of thanks to Albert. He knows what he is doing!!

In the time of nobody wanting to do anything for you unless you sign some sort of ridiculous monthly plan you do not need and sell you crap you don't need, this guy, shows up, after multiple other companies, points out exactly what the issue is, gives you a no BS price, fixes the issue and goes. ScorpionTech has really controlled our scorpion problems. Stopped service for a month to see if I could do it on my own and had a huge increase in live scorpions inside our home. We restarted service and resolved the issue immediately. Albert and others have always been great. Very courteous and professional. Very accommodating to our schedule and managing our pets.

Andy has sprayed our homes for over 10 years now. We have lived in 3 different areas and in every home we have had different issues that Andy continually helped us resolve! His customer service was always so helpful and made it easy for us to communicate with him. I was always so grateful that I could call his company and know that someone would be out quick to spray our home, especially when we were seeing scorpions and termites. We have always been sprayed regularly by Cape and it’s so nice to not have to worry about scorpions and bugs coming into our home. I've been a customer since 2017, if that tells you anything. CAPE Pest Control has the best prices, but they don't skimp on services and quality of products. And their technicians are always friendly, knowledgeable, punctual, and I feel comfortable with them in my home. Got to meet Marcus yes, and it was such a pleasure having him here. In addition to being a bright spot in my day, he was quite thorough and also respectful of my husband being in a work meeting (Marcus was quiet which was awesome). Joe from Cape came out to spray for scorpions and he is Always so kind and pleasant. He comes early and gets the job done early even before I leave for work. He sprayed the foundation, garage, indoors and front to back property and set traps in the garage. I hope Joe knows how kind he is and that CAPE appreciates him. Also, I think Sean is the text communicator and he easily is a 5 star customer service professional.

I had called S.T’s phone representative for service. Lexi was so professional and polite, I was instantly amazed by her service. I was able to get a termite inspection that very day! Andy, who was the tech let me know when he was on his way to my house. This was appreciated. Andy was very professional and knowledgeable. Lastly, the company allowed me to pay a full year up front and with cash! As simple as it seems, in my experience everyone has to have a credit card on file, so being able to pay cash was so convenient. So far, I can say, WOW! We started our service last month, and Joe was here for over an hour, completing a very thorough first time inspection of our property. I had asked him to do the interior as well, because it had been awhile since our last treatment, and he was great with our dogs, which I really appreciate! I definitely live in a scorpion area and we've only found 1 scorpion in the house...which was only because we were having a waterline dug next to our home, so it was understandable. I never write reviews, but Scorpion Tech has done SUCH a fantastic job for us, that I’m compelled to share. :) We’ve been pleased with all our techs over the 8 years we’ve used them, but we currently have Zach, and he is top notch! Always wondering if we’ve seen any activity to address to specific concerns, I feel like the service is personalized every time and the treatment they use is SUPER effective. We live in North Scottsdale and our home backs up to the mountain, so we definitely are in a prime area for all types of critters, and we could not be more pleased with the effectiveness of having our home treated by Scorpion Tech.
