Jose did an excellent job of providing the interior of our office with pest control services. He sprayed every baseboard around the perimeter of our space. He replaced all the box sticky traps, and even put new stick traps where we requested. He happily accommodated each of our requests. Jose is professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and pleasant. A week or so ago someone got stung with a wasp in my yard. I was both surprised and concerned. Not wanting this to happen again, I needed to find an exterminator in a hurry. So with a few steps online and the help of AI, I found Arizona's Best Choice Pest & Termite Services. They were at the top of my list and they didn’t disappoint. The technician, Jose, came out the next day and carefully inspected the property. I showed him where the nest was and let him get on with his work. I was aware of only one nest. Jose found several others! I was afraid it was going to cost me a bucket load when he was done. Instead of that, Jose only charged me another few dollars more for taking care of ALL the nests. That was more than reasonable. My experience with the company and certainly with Jose, was totally positive. I recommend them without reservation!

Shaun termite treated our whole house after we pulled up the flooring, for preventative maintenance under our warranty. Our house was a mess due to construction - but he actually cleaned up the flooring after he drilled and treated. He left it looking better than before he got there. He also came back on a Saturday to finish what he couldn't do the day before - hard worker, trustworthy and all around good human. They are fantastic!

I've always had great customer service prompt care. And very detailed services for both past and we'd control. Mike doesn't excellent job of killing all my large backyard weeds that get in the way of me, designing the landscape for the backyard and pool. He really knows his plants and knows what to do and where to treat the area so that things don't come back.<br>And makes feel good for not having to bother them even for a call back, just to get some of the stubborn weeds out of there. Javier is great at the pest.Control both inside and out of the house and always really gets the important Spots and really knows his bugs. I really enjoyed talking to the customer service. And both Javier and mit's the best pest control place that I have ever tried. I would highly recommend to anybody. To switch to Arizona's best pass control.

I'm writing this review for my grandmother since she wanted to voice her opinion, but she isn't tech savy enough to do it herself. On multiple ocasions this company has been unresponsive and they have also been very unreliable. Every single time on days we were expecting to be serviced the technician did half of was on the list of areas I wanted serviced. Just overall a terrible company. The office also always sounds annoyed and frustrated when I call.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by this company. Despite their claims of expertise and professionalism, my experience with them was anything but satisfactory.<br><br>First and foremost, communication with the company was severely lacking. I found it difficult to get in touch with anyone regarding my pest issues and when I did, I was met with unhelpful and dismissive responses from the office. It was clear that my concerns were not a priority to them.<br><br>Additionally, the quality of work provided was subpar. The final product did not meet my expectations and fell far short of the standards I had been promised. It was clear that attention to detail and care for the customer's needs were lacking in their work.<br><br>Overall, I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable and professional service. My experience with them was frustrating and disappointing, and I would caution others against using their services in the future. I’m so glad I found AZ Best Choice and especially Hanna! She went through my attic and roof thoroughly and sealed up all entrances from rodents. She’s a special find because a lot of companies don’t want to actually solve the problem, they just want to put out boxes and charge you monthly. We needed a pest inspection done and within hours of calling, had a gentleman schedule a time to show. In 24 hours he was here and completed the inspection in about 20 mins. Very friendly and courteous. Even after a small hiccup with the report (which was my fault) he returned quickly and was able to get the report I needed the same day. Today I called for a specific issue with a roof rat in my garage and I they were able to have Hanna come to my house the same day. She is a true professional. Hannah and Nate were very professional, on time and knowledgeable. Unknowingly Arizonas Best Choice trapped a rat I had in my attic. Hanna sealed my home on Tuesday (took her at least half a day) and by Thursday same week, the rat was trapped.<br>They both understand their business and provided recommendations that took care of all my problems, most of which I didn’t know I had.<br>All products they used/use did not harm my 2 cats, 2 dogs or my kids and didn’t impact me working from home.<br>Thank you both so much!!

We’ve had 3 pest control companies attempt to solve our rodent problems. I’ve been hearing rats run and scurry in my bedroom over my bed! Ew! It has been giving us insomnia and stress for months!!! I was able to get an appointment for the free inspection very quickly. Hanna was very professional and thorough. She explained everything she found, showed pictures of many of the places they might be getting in, and gave her recommendations and why. She set some traps and came back a few days later to seal everything up and check/reset the traps, finding 3 mice already caught. Will definitely be keeping the service for the rest of the season as she advised. Highly recommended!

I've had AZ Best Pest for a year now, starting with their whole home seal. Before the home seal, we were seeing multiple scorpions inside and had a cricket infestation in the bathroom.<br><br>Between the home seal and monthly visits, it cleared all those problems up. We have only had 1 scorpion and 1 large roach in our home (both our fault for leaving the door open or bringing in boxes).<br><br>The tech's have always been responsive, courteous and professional. Shawn Crawford came out to do a termite inspection and pre-treat my new home. I’m having a patio extension done and he came out today to treat before they pour concrete. He is the epitome of customer service, always personable always on time and professional! My concrete pour got pushed to Tuesday so Shawn is putting me into his schedule and coming out again on Monday. Thank you so much for your flexibility and commitment. Now that is customer service!

I called Arizona's Best Choice Pest Control to help us with a persistent bee problem, as our current provider was near impossible to get a hold of, and when we did they didn't show up to a scheduled appointment. I was at my wit's end with this problem and reached out this past Sunday via their website. I received a call back early Monday morning and had an appointment set between 1-3 p.m. Tuesday (today). Not only did the Don show up on time, he walked me through our home inspection. The good news is that the bee colony does not reside on our property. While he could not do much to deal with the bees congregating around two corners of our pool, he was able to make suggestions regarding a solution, and provided several reassurances. I am so impressed with the office staff and Don, that I switched our pest control service today. With all the modern conveniences of technology, it means nothing if customer service does not exist, and Arizona's Best Choice Pest Control not only provided caring and competent customer service, they did not charge for this initial inspection. Two Thumbs Up to Don and this company!

We had AZ Best Choice for a complete structural termite treatment. Shaw Crawford was the employee who did the work. He was competent, professional, friendly, and helpful. We are in the process of selling our house and upon inspection were told we had active termites. I reached out to Arizona's Best as I have used them once before and was happy with their service. I had Shawn come out to inspect and treat our house. I can't say enough about him. He was very personable and professional. He showed up on time and explained the process to me. I will definitely use the company and Shawn again in the future if needed.

Technician Shawn was fantastic! Experienced, knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and responsive. His work is amazing. The holes he drilled in the garage are perfectly spaced and refilled so evenly there is no evidence and he carefully cleaned up before he left. I'm completely confident in his work and so glad I chose Shawn at Arizona's Best Pest for my termite problem!

Before he had finished spraying the outside we had a beetle that died from the indoor treatment. His coverage of the exterior of our home was way more than we had received in the past. This company was recommended to me by a family member and I am so happy I went with them. I recommended them highly.

Derek by far is the best technician I’ve ever had to conduct business with. He is always on time, friendly and very professional when he comes to spray my property. Just had our 6th annual termite inspection completed by AZ's Best Choice. Our tech was Don. Very experienced. Professional in every manner. On-time and courteous. Explained where the risks of termites come from. Was thorough. Respected our home. We'll continue to trust our home to this company.

Called AZ best choice after I found a few problem areas in my condo. Made the appointment and they came out and took great care of us. So courteous and professional. Shawn is just great. He came in and got right to it, explained everything to me, and it was all done quickly. He answered all of my questions and overall made the experience way easier than I thought it would be. Big thanks to him.

We paid for a one time service package that was only partially done.<br>There were 7 items listed. ONLY 1 1/2 were completed. They did seal around the house and they did check 2 of 4 exhaust vents, that were already sealed.<br>They did not seal plumbing areas inside the house, replace weather stripping on 2 doors, seal around all electrical boxes outside, seal around thresholds and they did not do a complete pest control service. All items are detailed in writing on the agreement.<br>We are very dissatisfied with this service.<br>Since we have already paid and brought these issues to their attention, with no one contacting us about these issues, I would NOT recommend their service.<br>Jeffrey Sanderson.<br>Follow up: After speaking with Shane, his crew came out today and completed the service. Shawn came out to expect my Aunt’s house for terminates and did a great job of explaining the situation, this was on a Thursday. We scheduled service for the following Tuesday, Shawn did a phenomenal job of walking us through his work and was extremely professional. Shawn treated my home for termites 3 years ago and no issues since then. I would highly recommend AZ Best Choice.

I just want to say what a great experience I had with Arizona's Best Choice Pest Control. They were awesome they took the time to explain every detail to me. they took all precautions for me and my children and they have alleviated all of my issues and problems.
