I don’t know the gentleman’s name who helped us today. But the service he provided along with his knowledge to every question I had was top tier. Great place!!!

We heard noises in the attic and found The Pest Shop thru a realtor friend who'd used them on two client houses. We've been very impressed. On the first visit, our technician came out and thoroughly examined both of our attics and all along the roof line, looking for potential entry points. He took detailed photographs so I would understand and be able to see exactly what he saw. Once we approved the work, he used high density foam with copper mesh to seal up the holes, as well as setting traps in both attics and lots of bait boxes around the perimeter. He was very careful to leave two entry points unsealed, so that they had a place to exit. He's back today for the second visit and is rechecking all of the holes he sealed up and then painting over the foam that he applied last week. We've been very impressed with his attention to detail. He's very easy to understand and communicate with. Highly recommend.

There is nowhere else to go for pest control needs. Knowing what I know now thanks to Mike and his crew I’m able to completely take care of my yard and home! Saving me thousands of dollars and headache because I know what I’m getting and doing works!

I normally don't use chemicals as a solution to my issues, but sometimes there are no other options. I am looking at you Johnson Grass and Dallis Grass! Patrick helped me find a solution to my issues and helped me understand the best approach in using the product recommended. He is someone you can trust that isn't just trying to sell you something. Great place to go he sold me a can of fly spray and after 2 applications my fly problem in my house was gone then after 2 weeks my Nats was gone as well

I cannot brag enough about the customer service. I personally dealt with Patrick, and although he was the best of the best, I’m sure anyone here is just as amazing.<br><br>Patrick assisted me about 2 months ago and was not only educational but he treated me like a human and not his next sale. At the time I was under contract with another company but he was still willing to answer any question I had. I left the store empty handed but very knowledgeable.<br><br>Fast forward to now, an emergency situation came up and Patrick was the first person to come to my mind (yes I even remembered his name). Even with leaving the store empty handed, he left an impression on me that will now make me a repeat customer.<br><br>Can’t thank him enough for the customer service he offered. It’s very rare to get that nowadays.

My friend recommended coming here, and I’m so glad I did, they have the best stuff to get rid of ants. And they were honest in saying don’t use the ant killer and the mosquito spay at same time. I went in to get assistance with something to kill Dalisgrass and unwanted tree stumps. The products they sell aren't cheap but they are effective and worth the money. The person who helped me was very well educated about different types of weeds and what the solution was. I will be going back to get pre emergent when I need it

I worked with Patrick at the McKinney location to figure out what products was best for my application. Patrick has great product knowledge and was very informative. I went with the One Guard and started seeing results in one day. I’m seeing dead bugs I didn’t even know were in my house. For around $200 I got set up with enough product and a quality sprayer that will last me several years. With what I was paying in a Service it paid for itself compared to 2 service calls.

These guys are really knowledgeable and helpful! A guest brought bedbugs from their previous hotel into our guestroom, so we went to The Pest Shop and spoke with Patrick and Mike. They walked us through the process and the products we would need to get the situation under control and keep it that way. I was really appreciative of their thoroughness and the fact that they made themselves available by phone when I had follow-up questions. These are professional-grade products - NOT the cheap stuff from the hardware store that everyone who has dealt with this issue told us are not effective! They coached us on the specific timing and safest approach for application of each product. Results have been great and, although it wasn't cheap, it cost me about 1/3 of what professional exterminators estimated to come in and do the job.
