Thank you for the refund! We were only serviced a couple times by BMPC. But we were happy with the results. Our backyard pool was mosquito free despite backing to a creek. Unfortunately our house got stuck by lighting and burnt down and we can no longer live there until it’s rebuilt. They were nice enough to return the money I had paid into our account. Thanks again for taking care of us!!!

Worst company ever! We loved Stampede pest control. But this company is horrible. They won’t return our phone calls and when we speak with someone they said they will have the refund in the mail next week. This has never happened. Absolutely horrible company. We just want our $900 balance refunded to us…

Do not use! They damaged our house and also illegally took money from our account.

Loved them back when they were Stampede. The service has gone downhill since they merged and I’ve tried for weeks to get ahold of someone to cancel further treatment to no avail. Super scammy.

HORRIBLE SERVICE, I was a longtime customer with Stampede for years, but Once they merged with the new company, every single service date was beyond subpar, not even spraying Half of the things that should’ve been sprayed, still had bugs weeks after they left, even with calling them back and retreating, they still cut corners the entire time, Still charging me full price For a service that wasn’t even close to what it’s been In the past. If they make things right after reading this, I’ll remove the review, But based on the past few services and being charged full price for not even getting full service, I highly recommend you shop around and find another company if you want your property to be treated properly

Terrible service and customer service, they called my mom and put her under a pest control contract without letting her know, and keep charging her card, after I myself contacted them directly to cancel the service, they said their going to call and they call two months later, the guys barely know what their doing and just spray everywhere even out edible plants/garden and then bugs still lingered around probably putting down water a major practice in the pest industry when their getting a ton of sales and can’t actually keep up with the demand, They ruined my mothers garden and they won’t let us off the contract, without paying a car payment cancellation fee, which again they didn’t let my mother know, so if you are reading this choose Hawx pest control or any other serious and develop company who don’t hold their customers hostage, oh and they keep sending reps out even tho all my efforts trying to cancel and they charge my mothers card everytime I send them back, and I’m the one really having to pay out of pocket.<br><br>Terrible company to say the least and very unprofessional, and that comes from a Small business owner as well.<br><br>We DONT HOLD PEOPLE HOSTAGE WHO DOESNT WANT OUR SERVICE. Received my termite inspection yesterday, tech seemed nice but once he was done he just left ? A simple knock on the door to let me know the status of the stations would be helpful. Notes on the invoice state job was completed and if I have questions to call or log into my portal. I have logged into the portal and I don’t see any notes on current situation.

We’ve been using Stampede since 2021 and have only had excellent experiences. Every technician is polite and knowledgeable. They are on time and quick to help you schedule a treatment at a time that works for you.

I am review the company of stamped , this company they have good employees, like Donald, William Mathew, they have great service, But stamped I do not recommend this company, they don’t have good pest control, I called them because I have spiders and after a year I am still have spiders, so they don carrier a good product to protect my house of that pets. So I don’t recommend this company at all. So dissatisfied with them.

I felt my pest problem was an emergency, and Chad made sure they had someone out the next morning. Matt showed up as scheduled and was knowledgeable, efficient, and did an excellent job, very thorough.

ZERO STARS!!<br>The WORST customer service I have ever come across. We signed up with this company and received our initial service. A few weeks we saw no improvement with spiders etc. and called to request another spray. The team did come out and once again no improvement. After this company has failed to provide the quality of service they preach we decided to cancel our contract after being charged month after month. Jennifer in the office was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL as she was laughing on the phone as we were explaining our daughter was bit yesterday by a spider. Never again we will use or recommend this company to anyone.

Spray was done in a timely and neat manner. Inside was sprayed as well as the outside. The fellow who did the work was very nice and answered questions we had about special attention to wasps and bees. We were happy with the work he did and hope to see no bugs in the next three months! Thanks!!

Stampede has mostly good techs. But like just about anywhere else, occasionally you get the questionable tech.<br>We also received service that was late recently. But that’s normally not the case.<br>Overall a good pest service provider.

The technician that treated our home today was very professional, thorough, and a pleasure to talk to. He represented his company very well.

I have had a very, very poor experience with signing with them. They have good pricing and that's about it.<br><br>1. After the first service, I had to have 2 re-treats during that quarter. I do not routinely have the interior treated but I scheduled for an exterior re-treat and interior treat at the same time. I was sick so when they arrived I asked them to just do the exterior re-treat and they said they could not do just the outside so they did nothing. They do not clear spider webs unless I stand out there and direct them to each place, and even then they still missed some.<br><br>2. After the second service, I still need a re-treat and I have not been able to get that scheduled. They also completely missed a dirt dobber/hornet nest.<br><br>3. Every single time I make an appointment (which has been at least 6 times including the re-treats) the office person tells me that the tech will call me when they are on the way. They called me literally ONE time that they were on the way. All of the other times, they ring the doorbell then call if no one answers. The office gives a time frame that they will come, not an exact time so it makes it impossible for me to plan my day (I find that I need to be present in order walk the property with them to get full treatment).<br><br>4. They do not return calls consistently. I have to keep calling them.<br><br>5. I told them I wanted to cancel due to their poor service. They are not letting me out of the 1 year contract. I find it very frustrating and that it is a poor business practice to hold me in while I'm having to chase them down in order for them to hold up their end of it.

Staff is alway responsive to texts and phone calls. They were excellent in removing rodents from our property and now ore providing regular surveillance for recurrent infestations.

They were very professional, arrived on time, called ahead of time to advise us when they would be here, provided a thorough inspection of the situation and gave us a quote of what their services would be.

Koreane serviced my house in Gunter TX on 9/12/2023 for a wasps issue in one of my bathrooms. I must say by far one of the best techs on the team. This gentleman went above and beyond to prevent the wasps from entering the home, removed any nests, educated me in what to look out for, and prepared my home for the upcoming seasonal change. He was friendly, professional efficient and an overall delight to have visit my home. He is one of the reasons I continue to go to stamped for my pest problems. Give this man a raise.

Not the tech that is bad it is company overall. They were supposed to call on the way to our home and did not which was not the tech fault cause he was not told. Since we did not answer the door maybe they should of called us then they would not have to come back tomorrow to service the inside. Hopefully I get a call tomorrow saying on the way so I can leave work to meet them. Strike 2 right now which is not looking good.

Donald with Stampede was awesome! He was timely, called me when he was on the way and did a thorough inspection of a house that had damage that was thought to be from pests. I would 100% call them again for any of my termite concerns!

Using their services has been a pleasant simple & an all around positive experience. From bugs, indoor bees & wall squirrels… these guys have come through quickly & effectively. Only meant to use for temporary measures but have stayed for over a year due to affordable pricing & quick service calls. Tech’s are all nice guys.

I have to say this company is great. The first time they came out, they didn't just come do work and leave, they explained everything me in detail and gave me tips and showed me problem areas and not just said it was here or there. Even the customer service over the phone is a great experience. This company should be the first company you call for pest control services. If it wasn't for us moving to another state we would still have them.

I switched to Stampede from a different pest control company that could not resolve an ant problem in my rear yard. They have always been very professional and have responded in a timely manner. Stampede was one of the few companies I called who took the time to understand what my concerns were, scheduled an appointment and then showed up on time with the very fair price. I had an emergency that I needed someone to come out that day to take a look that's something and they were completely accommodating and added it to one of their technician's routes and came by within a few hours to take care of it not many businesses take care of their customers that way. They were supposed to service us this afternoon. As of 4:00 pm we had not seen or heard from them. We had an appointment and left and honestly, I am not convinced they ever showed up!!! We were told we would be notified when they were on their way but never heard anything. All we got was an email asking for feedback. This has been a great company for several years but recently the service has been lacking and we are ready to look elsewhere for our pest control.

signed up for 1st service and technician didn't address all the bugs. didnt do web cleaning around the patio and porch ceiling. Big ant pile in backyard was unattended. I called the office and lady was very nice and mentioned technician was new and 1st time on his own. She offered me that manager will come and visit after 2 days. 2 star for problem was attended properly, however it should be done right begin with. Now I signed up for full year contract and see how this will go.

Stampede has take. Good care of our home for several years. While others in my neighborhood have fire ants and other pests we haven’t had those issues. Always prompt and courteous too. Stampede is great!
