Great price and service

Green Smart quickly installed their radiant barrier in our attic. We no longer feel a temperature difference as we transition upstairs and the AC unit for upstairs no longer runs all day. Easy 25° cooler temperature difference in the attic than prior to the installation.

Service: Attic insulation. Comment: As new home owners, we felt the need to improve the attic insulation. We met with Dave and he was really good explaining how this home improvement will save around 30% on our electric bill. The work was performed in a timely and efficient manner. We are extremely happy with the work that was done. The temperature in the attic already feels much cooler. I was originally going to get a spray foam service for my attic but 1 the service costs way too much. 2 after doing some research I found out that spray foam can potentially void your roofs warranty. So I decided to go with GreenSmart and their Insulation services. After speaking with Dave we came to the conclusion that instead of topping off or removing and adding new cellulose Insulation the best option and most economical solution would be to go with the radiant barrier. Dave was very informative and helpful. Hes not trying to sell you anything you dont need. Any questions I had about radiant barrier he was able to explain in detail. So make sure you ask questions and fully understand what you're getting. This is an investment that will benefit you immensely after a few years. As for the installation process... the installers they were very efficient. They were respectful and observant and will inform you of any potential issues that they may see. Since the installation I can tell a difference and it seems to be doing its job. However the true test will begin when summer arrives. Services Performed: Attic Insulation Green Smart Insulation was awesome. Dave worked with me through the entire process and made sure the service I was getting will be performed to perfection. Which it was! I’ve stressed over my attic for a year because when I got my house I had little to no insulation. What a great experience it was having Green Smart Insulation come into my home. They educated me on various ways to properly insulate my home and the customer service was excellent. Dave Murdock and his crew went above and beyond and I was always use them from this point forward.

I called Dave and his team looking for options for re-insulating my attic. This summer has been so hot that being in my upstairs office in the afternoon was a sweat-box even with AC blasting. The team was fast to reply, I was talking with Dave less than a day after submitting my inquiry. We talked about insulation and radiant barrier only but ended up setting an appointment for a whole-home energy efficiency audit. Dave showed up to my home and walked me through his several step process and let me know how it would go. I was surprised at just how detailed it all was (Who knew that outlet covers on walls could waste so much heat and cooling?). His prices were extremely reasonable when compared to traditional insulation alone and he even offered gift cards to Home Depot and Amazon to help offset the purchase of other pieces that will end up saving me money. There was no hard-sell here, it was all very to the point. No extra "Buy now and save" BS. And the finance options were very reasonable. Dave even offered me the option to defer financing for up to a few MONTHS at his own expense if I needed extra time to get everything in order. Now THAT is an A+ customer experience! The day of the install went off without a hitch, and almost immediately I noticed a huge difference in how my upstairs feels. I can't wait to see how much I can save over the next few years.

I had a radiant heat barrier installed by Green Smart and was very pleased with the service. Dave is very detailed and did a great job explaining ways we can improve the heating/cooling efficiency in our home in addition to adding the radiant barrier. He gives all the information you need to make an informed decision and then gets the job done.

I was looking for a way to cool my attic. I was trying to decide which method to use and came across Greensmart and the Radiant Barrier installation. I am happy we decided to go with Green Smart. They were response and got my installation done in no time. So far there has been a nice difference with the AC units running less and the attic has been cooler. Hoping when the Summer temperatures hit we will see a big difference
