Koala Insulation of Greater South Charlotte

Had called Koala to have whole house insulated. James came out and sent me the proposal for the job with in a few days. Impressed with that. We agreed on the price increase since the first proposal had expired due to my scheduling delays. I returned the the email excepting their contract and never heard back from them. Had followed up with phone call but still no response.

These guys worked well with my project schedule and did good work. They were very responsive and I’d definitely recommend them.

Hello! I had a family member who went through this company, paid a ridiculous amount to have her brand new home insulated with spray foamed only to have EVERY DOOR AND WINDOW AS WELL AS 2 DRESSERS RUINED, by the negligence of this company and it’s employees! Sense this has happened they’ve admitted their mistake but refuse to do anything to rectify the situation & claim she must sue the FORMER employee. So, to koala I say this is an amazing example you’re setting for future customer base! If you fired said employee I’m sure it was for this reason exactly and yet you’re going to keep your name attached to something someone who was representing you MESSED UP ROYALLY. Customer service is awful, whatever you do DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. YOU PAY AN INSANE AMOUNT AND HAVE YOUR BRAND NEW THINGS RUINED BECAUSE EMPLOYEES ARE TOO LAZY TO TAKE PROPER PRECAUTIONS TO PROTECT YOUR HOME. !!!! If you don’t want negative reviews don’t do shoddy work for someone who works incredibly hard for their money only to have your company not only ruin her personal items but do an awful job at a payed for service.

Koala's team is top notch ! Spray foaming my attic will be by far my best return on investment - I have already noticed a difference in my heating bill ! I would recommend to everyone - whether you will be living in your home long term and reaping all the benefits or as a sales point for the future buyer of your home !
