The removal was done in one day and saw that it done perfectly.

A company that stands behind their work is a good company in my book. Unlike Clean crawls and their warranty of work performed is no good. Charged me $700 to replace the access covers and seal in all Possible access points which was not done. Their office warranty gal would not even send someone out to see what the problem was. Doing business behind a desk is rediculous and through it back on me as it was in the contract to hire a pest control which has nothing to do with their workmanship. I have found another reputable insulation company to do business with. Bye bye Clean Crawls and Karma will get to you and hopefully the public will see right through your inadequate work.

I thought I’d pass on some kudos I received today — we called in Critter Control today re: a squirrel nesting just above our eaves. The service person that came to the house took a look in the attic as a precaution. Belinda Arrell and her crew cleaned out and insulated our attic one year ago when we purchased our home in Queen Anne. The Critter service person told me several times that he had never seen such a good job. He specifically noted the cleanliness, the level of the insulation and the workmanship regarding the vent covers as excellent. I'm pleased to pass on this independent testimonial for Clean Crawls and add to it my own impressiveness with their workmanship and communication.

Rodent damage to our ductwork caused our heat pump to not work correctly! Clean Crawls sent a great crew to clean up the mess and later to re-insulate after the new ducts were installed. Excellent workmanship and follow up with photos of work.

I highly recommend Clean Crawls. They were prompt, fair priced, polite, knowledgeable and efficient. They were neat and cleaned up after themselves and treated my house with care. They added rolled insulation to my attic and blew insulation into the ADU on my property. And I appreciate them only wanting to sell me what I needed.

We had asked them to come give us a bid twice. Once was a few years ago and they never showed up. The second one was last month. They showed up and said they coukd do some things bit not others and would send us a bid. Never did. Bye clean crawls.

We were very pleased with Cody Hale from Clean Crawls. He was prompt, helpful and very thorough with his quote. The team from Clean Crawls that came to our site at our trailer park was very professional & upon our return the area was spotless & they did a great job. They wrapped the water lines, spray foamed around the heating ducts & joists - and they installed a new vapor barrier on the ground.

Last year, we found out we had mold in the attic of our home that was built in 2008. After getting multiple quotes, we had Clean Crawls do the work. They not only charged 4k less than the other two companies that gave us quotes, but are also the only company that automatically provides a 10 year warranty. A+++

Clean Crawls did a great job in our Edmonds home! They came and added insulation to our attic and it has helped tremendously. Their consultation was also great, and they clearly outlined our options and the prices, including a rebate we could get. Our house is almost 5 degrees cooler during these hot months now. They also sent the nicest handwritten thank you note to us after completing their work! What a nice personal touch that you don't see these days anymore!

I don't know the quality of their work. Their bid was double other companies. They seem to only want to replace and foam everything. Other companies want to repair, exclude rodents, and replace insulation, foam the vulnerable places.

Job Description: Cleaning Attic and Crawling Space, Removing Old Insulation, Installation of new Insulation, Install Roof Vents (to achieve proper exhaust venting of the attic) and etc. Christopher D Strovas thoroughly inspected the attic and crawling space and gave us the best bid compare to other companies bids. The workers came out the very next day. They showed up on time, worked hard, cleaned up, and completed the project quickly and as scheduled – in 3 days. The entire work crew was friendly and cleaned up very good after the job was done. After the work in the attic was done, we noticed small lines on the ceiling and contacted the office. The supervisor resolved the issue right away. He sent the drywall specialists on the next day and everything was fixed in couple of hours with best result. We are 100% satisfied with the work and will recommend Clean Crawl to everybody who is looking for the descent appraisal and exceptional quality job performance. Insulated our attic for us. The service rep, and the installation crew were all polite, easy to work with. The service rep answered all our questions, helped us file paperwork to earn an energy rebate, and provided us the lowest bid. The work crew was friendly, cleaned up after working and left no trace of working in our home.

Crew did under my house they worked diligently to finish. It was a mess due to previous contractors moving insulation for installations in the past which let rodents get in and make a mess. They were amazingly quiet, efficient and completed job in 1 long , warm day. Cleaned everything up and tool old insulation away. We are already discussing completing attic work in Spring once moisture from ventilation issue dries up. Thanks Clean Crawl!!

After Nathan provided a thorough inspection and provided a professional proposal, we opted to proceed with the clean up and restoration of our crawl spaces. The team arrived yesterday and performed the work like an army of surgeons! My wife and I inspected the work and were very impressed with the quality and completeness of the job. The team led by Juan were very respectful, provided explanations of the work, and did a great job of cleaning up the premises after. Very impressed and I highly recommend Clean Crawls Marysville for work you need in your crawl spaces!

We had clean crawls clean and insulate the crawl space. I am 100% satisfied with the work. I would use them again.

Called "Clean Crawls", scheduled inspection the day after next. Price was slightly less than what I feared and performed the next day. PUD rebate for increased insulation installed, senior discount and work was performed the day after the inspection. Old insulation and vapor barrier removed and hauled off, new installed on a long day. One problem quickly corrected by the crew. Thank you, Patrick. The floor is armer with the new insulation and vermin are sealed out.

They came out the very next day. They called because they were running AHEAD of schedule. 🤓 They were scheduled for 1-3 but were here at 11:20. 👏👏👏 2 guys 4.5 hours later, done and done. $40 less than the other bid. I still have to have the furance test done but everything looks great.

I'm surprised to see there are so many sub-5 star reviews on these guys. They were super responsive, prompt, and professional. As a new home owner with basically zero attic/insulation/general house-keeping knowledge, I'm an easy target to push unneeded services. That was absolutely not the case with Clean Crawls and I'll go back to these guys for more work in the future as well as recommend them to my friends.

Rob the Sales Rep was very through and took the time to make sure I understood all aspects of the job. I got 3 estimates and Clean Crawls was the same or better than the others. The work was done is 2 phases. First was removal of all the insulation in the floor joists and the vapor barrier on the ground in the crawl space. Leo, the crew leader, was great to work with. He built a vinyl tunnel from the access hole inside the house to the front door to mitigate any debris from getting through the house. They also eliminated all entry points into the crawl space to keep the new rodents from coming in. Then the whole space was sprayed with deodorant/sanitizer. The next phase was to eliminate all of the rodents that had made a home in the crawl space. After 2 weeks and 15 dead rodents later we had Clean Crawls come back out to perform phase 2. Being very satisfied with Leo and crew I requested he come back out to finish the job. New vapor barrier was applied and new R30 insulation was installed. The insulation was held in place with nylon cord strung below the floor joists. All pipes were wrapped in R11 insulation. I went down to take a look after the job was complete. I am quite happy with the work performed and have no problem recommending this company.

If you want the cheapest and fastest company then choose Clean Crawls. If you want professional and responsive to their customers; choose somewhere else. I emailed and called to let them know that their installers had left foam insulation in my backyard (where my dog can get it) and scraps of insulation in my front yard. The lady on the phone was rude, the manager never called me back, and the guy who did my estimate never called me back after I left him a voicemail. The tape they used on my walls for their containment tore paint off my walls which they never told us. I was never advised to leave my driveway clear for them so my fiancé had to let one of the installers move my sports car. Next time I'll pay the extra money to have a more professional company do the work.

Clean Crawls (Marysville) did job for me March 2021. Removed old attic insulation & vapor barrier. Also removed & installed old vapor barrier in crawl space. Patrick did the inspection & bid. He was fantastic to work with. They did a great job in crawl space. Actual work performed in attic was very good. My problem with them is the damage they did to the inside of my house. They marred & scratched my wood trim, window sash & a bed post. This was caused by their hoses & not bring careful. In fact, my opinion too much of a hurry. Patrick was prompt in getting back to me. I was able to blend, fix most of damage. They refunded me the 100.00 I asked for in damages. I would rate higher if not for damages.

So very responsive and professional. Just called yesterday. They took a disaster of a 3/4 height basement/crawl and cleaned, re-insulated the space, cleaned up and removed all debris and were very polite and responsible. I would not hesitate to recommend them. The amount of work was well worth what was charged.

I would like to give lower than 1 but that's as low as I can go. I bought a manufactured home in late August. The previous owners had Clean Crawls come out in July and insulate underneath before they sold the home to me. There were a couple of things the previous owners did not have them do so when I purchased it, I chose to complete those items. I called Clean Crawls and gave them my address. The lady that answered said she would have the man who did the work call me, which he never did. I called back a bit later and so she told me that she would send out a different man to give me an estimate. This man came out from under my home and told the things that I needed to have done, including adding insulation. I was shocked. I pulled out the invoice from July and showed him that it had been insulated, "supposedly", a month earlier. He was a bit speechless and then told me that they couldn't guarantee the warranty because the warranty followed the previous owner and did not stay with the home. He said he would double check and get right back with me the same day. He did not call me back. I called again and the nice lady on the phone said she would have someone call me and no one has yet called me. I have had 3 people under my home; an inspector, an energy audit person and a foam inspector. All 3 have told me that my home needed to be insulated and whoever had insulated it or tried to insulate it had done a really poor job. They showed me pictures of the gap between the floor of the home and the nearest insulation; a gap of 4-6 inches in spots. The previous owner paid over $1000 and got nothing for it. My church knows the owner of one of the Clean Crawls and I hope it is not this one. I hate giving bad reviews but I do NOT recommend anyone use this particular Clean Crawls.

My wife and I are restoring our 100 year old family home. We had rats enter our home during the demolition and reframing stage. They multiplied quickly and contaminated most of our crawl space. A quick web searched directed us towards Clean Crawls. I submitted an online contact form through the Clean Crawls web site and was contacted by phone almost immediately. A Clean Crawls estimator was at our house the next day right on time. He inspected my entire crawl space and produced a written bid before He left. The bid was over 20% less than the other 2 that We had received. We hired and scheduled them to complete the work in 2 phases. Removal and haul away. And then new insulation and vapor barrier after the plumbing and wiring was completed. The 2 man crew was on time for both phases. Both times they called 10 minutes in advance to announce their arrival. All 4 crew members were very polite and they did high quality work. We highly recommend Cleans Crawls and will be hiring them again to this coming summer to clean out and re-insulate our attic.

Had Clean Crawls do an abatement and spray foam under my house, $7,700. This was 3 years ago. Dude said it stop the rodents from getting in my house. 3 years later just found rat poop in my oven drawer. Called about the warranty, oh you didn't continue with a pest control, warranty dosen't cover for rodents if you didn't continue with our monthly rodent control. Dude said, this was all I needed to do to stop the rodents. Well now I feel like an idiot for paying that much money.

On the day they scheduled the work, they decided not to change the insulation in the garage and in the attic, insulation was added instead of replacing the insulation as discussed.

**Update #2: The team has warrantied the work. Very professional and on-time. There were a couple of things that were missed originally and after the experience with the front receptionist was resolved the team could not have been more pleasant to work with. ****Update: Specialist called me and was very pleasant. Assured me that there was a warranty on the work they did and that they would work with me to get this resolved. Much better experience and I will update after the issues are resolved. ________________________________________________________________________ Worst customer service and they do not guarantee their work whatsoever. Patty, their receptionist, is a special kind of non-helpful person. We used Clean Crawls and paid over $4K for rodent entry point repair, removal and installing new fiberglass and wrap in the subfloor of our house. This was done in March and now that the weather has gotten cold that work was worthless as the rodents are back and Clean Crawls has clearly stated that they, "...do not warranty any of the work that they or their subcontractors do and that is why customers must sign up for ongoing service." That is an absolute joke give the price tag and the work that was done. I do not recommend this vendor as there are many companies that will make every attempt to do right by their customers especially in circumstances of this monetary price point. It would have been a much different conversation if they would have offered to send someone out to help, but the first thing out of Patty's mouth was we don't warranty anything we do and you must be on an ongoing plan for us to do anything in this situation. Oscar came out to give us an attic insulation estimate. He was very professional and did tell me we have black mold in our attic (the other three companies I had out told me we have great ventilation and no mold), but I have yet to receive an estimate. I followed up via e-mail to ask/remind I was waiting for an estimate and I still have not heard a word.

We were hearing scratching noises under our house and my husband put traps down and caught 3 possums, my husband built a boat garage and couldn't finish because of the dryer vent location and figured that it would be a difficult process to move the dryer vent himself so he called Clean Crawls to get a bid and we were told that they wouldn't be able to do anything unless we had the whole crawl space done ( the previous owner had the crawl space done 4 years ago) and they would have to have all of the rodents gone. It was a mess under our house after the rodents took residence and tore up the insulation and made holes to be able to come in and out. There were two guys who came out and worked nonstop taking out all of the old insulation covered all access holes and moved the dryer vent to the other side of the house also built an awesome access door and those two guys worked over 10 hours to complete the first stage of their work. The second stage was to rid all of the rodents and they did a great job at that too! We are on the last stage and it's the insulation and all the other stuff that has to be installed, and the guys have showed up on time each and every time. I would have to say this company goes way beyond what we expected. I only wish more companies would take as much care of their customers like Clean Crawls does. The price was less than expected and only paid half before the job and the other half on the last stage and we got a Military discount. I would highly recommend Clean Crawls for any attic, walls and crawlspace areas that can be a pain and gross to do it yourself. Very professional and very effective company! Had clean crawls come out to quote cleaning up a grey water mess from a broken drain in my crawlspace, about 300 square feet for the affected area, as well as replacing vapor barrier and sealing and insulating the ductwork. My house had the original vapor barrier from the 70's and plenty off missing and loose insulation on the ductwork. The salesman that came out, Chris Strovas, was on time, professional, and gave me a no b.s. assessment of what would be done to clean up the water mess along with removing all the old insulation and vapor barrier. I also asked about insulating the floors, most companies would probably jump on an opportunity to grab more money but Chris explained to me that it wasnt really necessary. A couple days later a 3 man team came out to do all the work. They put down plastic dropclothes from the front door all the way to the crawlspace access, cleaned up after themselves, and even did some extras that were not mentioned in the bid(reinforcing the vents with wire mesh to keep critters out, insulated the access hatch). One of the fellas noticed a rather large hole in the bathtub drain and told us about it. If he hadn't noticed or told us, that would have made a nice mess all over the brand new vapor barrier, eventually flooding the area, i cannot thank them enough for bringing that to my attention. The team had all the old stuff removed, sealed all the ductwork joints with mastic, and reinsulated all the ducts in about 6 hours time, pretty impressive for the quality of work for ~1600 square feet. After they were done I inspected everything from corner to corner, good overlap on the vapor barrier, properly wrapped the insulation on the ducts, no more nasty water smell. Overall I was very impressed with the experience i had with clean crawls, my crawlspace even smells good now. From the first call I made, to the professionalism of the salesman, and the execution and quality of the work itself, five stars all day for these folks. Thank you Clean Crawls!!!

Insulation seems ok, but showed up 1hr early, did not clean up after themselves well, and took the towels that i had put down to protect my new floor.

This is a great company. Octavio Jr. did my initial estimate. He arrived on time, answered all my questions, and returned my estimate quickly. He then continued to work with me on my bid and was quick to return my emails with modified bids per my requests. I ultimately chose Clean Crawls due to the great reviews, Octavio’s professionalism, and the competitive final bid. The team arrived on time for installation day, worked quickly, and left my home clean. A couple weeks after install I had some HVAC workers in my crawl space and they commented on how clean the space is and complimented the work done. I would definitely recommend them!

I couldn't give 5 stars because I had not had any work done by them. But I am a realtor and have had them do estimates for my clients. They are fast and great customer service!

They did an awesome job cleaning out my crawlspace after years of undergrowth and animal infestation from the previous owners. They removed the old vapor barrier and installed a new one that looks great and works great. Kudos to the brave workers who go under our houses!

These came out to blow in our attic, they quoted us for heat shields around the lights and ducting plus getting us up to r49(?). The crew was super friendly, clean, and flexible. Super pleased, prior to the job when you open the attic it was a vacuum and the hot air would immediately vacate into the attic. I haven’t ever felt a difference in heat retention quite that drastic. They did a wonderful job, plasticed the whole place, shot in 20 something inches of insulation and the house feels it. The furnace hasn’t run as much, the air feels more solid and they insulated the hatch. Money well spent.

These guys supposedly "clean" crawls... but look how they left the posts and the mess on the concrete. I ended up going with Western Insulation for the rest of my addition/remodel insulation

My crawl space flooded during the February deluge. Clean Crawls took care of the pumping, soggy insulation removal and floating plastic. They cleaned up everything and left no debris.They came back when all was dry and reinstalled insulation and vapor barrier. The communication was terrific and I knew I was cared for each step of the way.

Don't do business with these frauds. Save yourself. Summary: 1. They simply DID NOT DO a significant portion of the work outlined in the contract. 2. They were extraordinarily rude and dismissive of my wife, who has health issues and taking care of a toddler, when she asked them to come out and re-evaluate their work. 3. They promised 100% eradication of rats. 2 months later, I have photos of 4 footlongs running amok. Now they're going back on their work. Details: We had some rats in the crawl space. We hired Clean Crawls in September to fix the issue. Nathan came out, was professional, kind, and responsive, and promised that rats would be gone after his team did the work - cleanout, trenching, installing mesh protection, and other work like pipe insulation. A smooth $5000. We also hired Cascade after their recommendation. Sadly just a month after their work, rats were back, and it was getting worse. Several times I emailed Nathan asking for advice, but he basically said it's Cascade's issue now. Things got worse. I asked Nathan to invoke the Warranty section of the contract and receive 0 response. Huge contrast to when he was still selling us. My wife called their office and was shamed and spoken down to by a woman, claiming that the contract is void. My wife has a chronic illness, and stress causes her to outbreak. Who does business like this? Finally, I installed video in the crawl space and saw 4 huge footlong rats running amok. I was forced to clean out dead carcasses in there as well. I had someone else come in. The other organization indicated that about $1200 of the work was simply not completed - pipes weren't insulated, and the mesh Nathan promised just wasn't there!!! So I sent Nathan 3 notices: 1. Requesting an apology for their behavior to my wife 2. Trying to understand why he made such promises 3. Requesting a refund for a very simple matter of me paying them for work they didn't do. Crickets. So far I've received no reply. As far as I am concerned: 1. They should be admonished for the way they treated my family member, and a sick one at that. An apology even? 2. They should be held accountable for the promises they make. 3. They clearly indulge in fraud by taking your money for work never done.

Crew did a very thorough clean quick job

Oh my..... The employees did good work. I was the unfortunate recipient of the "new guy" for my representative. Out of decency, i will not name the person. I asked for total crawl replacement, wanted everything perfect, i was sparing no cost. After having to approach the rep for a PSE rebate (he failed to offer it initially), we agreed that the net cost to me after the rebate would be $100.00. I didn't flinch and signed the contract immediately. When the employees were done with the job, one of them stated - "oh, by the way, you have holes in your heat duct"..... I asked why they didn't fix it, they proceeded to tell me "Because you didn't pay for that".......... Again, as above, i stated i wanted it perfect at whatever cost. Is it not the job of the rep to give the customer ALL options for an informed decision? This was upsetting, to my wife especially. 1 week later, my wife received a call stating that the PSE rebate was denied and that they (clean crawl) had to charge me the remaining $300.00 and that i would need to go through Cascade Natural Gas to use their rebate application instead. I'm a contractor --- Rule number 1 - NEVER CHARGE A CUSTOMER FOR AN EMPLOYEE MISTAKE --- He's the professional, not me. The gall of the company to charge me is mind boggling. Again, as if i was supposed to know. After talking to Cascade Natural Gas - They stated that 1 rebate I could have had was duct sealing, which involved a pressure test of the system before and after work was rendered. Insult to injury really. Not only was i not aware of this rebate till 3 week after work was done, I now have 1 less rebate and, according to the employees that did the work, the holes in my duct work to show for it --- all because I didn't ask...... Brutal.....

We had Norway rats in the crawl space under our house they came out and completely removed all the insulation you Vapor Barrier resealed everything and did a perfect job highly recommend super nice people

Wonderful experience working with this company. We called to okay a bid that we were given and scheduled for the next day. The guys were out and started a little earlier than we expected and finished a fantastic clean out under our house, with spray and vapor barrier in about 3 hours. I’m very impressed with the politeness and efficiency of this company and will absolutely work with them again given the need. Thank you!

Customer services is below average, schedules Clean Crawl to come out for a free quote for their services. I called twice, once the day before they were supposed to arrive. I was told that I didn’t need to be present during the quote as long as they had access to my crawl space (which they did). The day before they were supposed to arrive, I called the office and verified the time as well as to let them know that they can access my backyard on their own with no complications of pets or any other issues. They lady said that she would placed that in the notes. The day of my appointment I never received any sort of call and two days after I called the office wondering about my quote. She stated that they cancelled because of a “no call no show” which she had no clue or any information as to why they never showed up to my house. Definitely need to educate their employee on how to answer questions pertaining to their customers and to work on their own communication skills with their coworkers. I refuse to use their busisness. Highly recommend using someone else.

Very poor follow through. They did half the job they promised, and left our attic in an untenable state. We had to call repeatedly to try to get any follow up, and finally had to contract a different company to complete the job, at our own expense!

Started process January 17th for Attic and Crawl Space removal/ insulation and rodent control. We have been trying to call and have them finish the crawl space insulation for almost 2 months. Called multiple times with no call back. Spoke to someone and scheduled a time and they canceled due to weather but no follow up call to put us on the schedule to complete the project. Irritating to say the least.

We worked with Rob from Clean Crawls and he did a fantastic job managing the whole process for us. We have a large attic that was filled with dead mice and feces as well as piles of old things from a previous tentant. It was not a fun job to haul everything out and clean up the attic but Rob's team worked fast and diligently to get everything prepped for the new insulation. The next day his team came back out to add the new insulation and finish the job. We chose to go with the blow in loose fill cellulose treated with Borax. I was impressed that Rob even shared the MSDS to ensure I felt comfortable with the chemical composition of the insulation. After the attic insulation was installed the team left the place clean and the attic air quality smelled great. (Previously it smelled horrible and like dead mice). Our house has never felt so warm and cozy. It made a dramatic difference in the temperature in the house. Definitely worth the price and two days of work! My only complaint (minor) is that they arrived later than the expected arrival window. My guess is that was mostly due to the fact that our house is in the middle of nowhere and hard to find. I highly recommend Clean Crawls. They offer the whole package of clean up and insulation. Not many companies will do both and do it well. Thanks Clean Crawls!

I got an estimate from them yesterday and they started phase one of crawl space rodent removal, clean up and replacement of insulation. To say I'm impressed would be an understatement. I'll update as the work progresses. Update: 12/07/2018 It's been 4 weeks since they started work in my crawl space and I haven't heard from them. I was told that they would be back between one and two weeks after they started with the first phase but since they needed to bring out their rodent expert after I requested pest control it could be up to 3 weeks. here I am at week 4 and not one word from any one.

DON'T USE THEM $6000 is what we paid. We had clean crawls do our attic and crawlspace. This is the 3rd time I've used them at different locations. So I was kind of shocked when I went to inspect. These pictures are what I see right when entering the attic from the access. There was the area above the garage that they did not even touch. There is still lots of rat poop, old insulation and debris still left up there. It looks like they took stuff that was around the attic and put it above the garage. The door to the attic was missing. I checked the attic and it was no where to be found. I had to go buy one and install. Surprised no one called me to let me know. On there quote they put in weather stripping around access door was included but the door was just missing. This is the first time I have had them do a attic and again am very surprised at how much was left behind. I got a quote to clean attic and crawl space and this is not cheap. $6000. I just wish that they would have finished the attic and if for some reason above the garage was not included they should have told me because we thought we were paying for getting everything done. I called and there response to me was that they would do it for another $300. They said that they would give me a credit of $70 for the attic access not being done. I decided not to have them come back out and asked about getting a refund for work not done but was charged for. I have never heard back from them.

I worked for Clean Crawls years ago. I am highly aware of the quality they provide. We didn't even get more than one bid, because we wanted the experienced labor, procedures and guarantee they offer. I chose Robin Compton to give us a bid because I knew that with his experience (he's helped replace a LOT of crawlspaces and attics) nothing would be missed. I wish I'd taken before and after photos, I walked into the crawlspace when they were done and I was literally in awe. Wow. It's beautiful, it really is. The insulation is all strung up so it's never going to fall out, the vent pipes are wrapped with thick insulation and the black plastic covers the ENTIRE crawlspace. Wow #CleanCrawls, as if I didn't already know, you are amazing. I'm so glad I chose ya'll! The crews came in at 9 and were gone before 1. It's as though they were never here. I am still impressed. Chris came out on time and did a great walkthru of both what needed to be done and what kind of options I had. He was also open and honest about what did NOT need to be done. The crew that came out was friendly and seemed very energetic (no slacking about that we saw). Only thing I would recommend is if they took before and after photos, since I am rarely down in the crawlspace or up in the attic.

When the two Clean Crawls employees showed up at my door they insisted on my paying them first before doing the work. After paying more than $1100 they did the job, which took both of them only one hour. I called the company and they were unwilling to refund me any money. It is hard to not feel ripped off at the price of $500/hour. I realize there is the cost of materials, too, but how much can black plastic sheeting really cost? I was never even given pictures or anything to verify that the work was done well, either.

Clean Crawls got rid of rats in my crawl space in a short amount of time and kept them away. They stay with it and do what they say. The every other month check up is worth it. Great job to the entire team.

It was a tough job, but they persevered and now our attic is rid of bats and in way better shape than it ever was before. They even installed vent baffles that were not there before. Top-notch work. We had a horrible problem with rats and a family of raccoons in our crawl space. It reach the breaking point when we thought they would rip through a wall to the inside of the house. Heat ducting was destroyed and insulation pulled down throughout the crawlspace. The raccoons had come through an outside wall under a window bump-out to the crawlspace. It was a lot of damage. Robin came out quickly, assessed the problem and we had a wild-life control company remove the family of raccoons. Clean Crawls came out quickly to take out all the damaged material. The gentlemen were professional, arrived on time and did not waste a minute in their work. It took nearly 4.5 hours of continuous work to get all the destroyed materiel, traps set and repair to the heating duct work to be completed. I will say we finally had no noise under our house to our great relief. The next phase will be completed in two weeks - giving time for repeat "visitors" to be caught if they return. After checking around for pricing on such work we feel the estimate for all the work is on par and we are happy with what has been done so far. I would definitely recommend Clean Crawls and have already done so!

They came and made a bid, then showed up on time the day they were scheduled. They did a good job removing and replacing all insulation under the house and laying down a new vapor barrier. The price was fair and the workers were responsive to special needs. I am not pleased about their payment policy--pay in advance for all work or they do not start. They need to make this very clear during the estimate process.

We had a serious rat problem. We had used Redi National, but the problem actually got worse with them. Clean Crawls in Marysville came in, figured out a plan and are working it. I have been using Clean Crawls for about 1.5 years now. They have done a great job getting carpenter ants and other pests under control at my home. They are always courteous and helpful.

I have used Clean Crawls for the second time now and cannot recommend them highly enough! Business-like, friendly, and very efficient. Their staff arrives on time and completes all work required of them. And it's not pleasant work!

After spending thousands to block entries for vermin with no success, we hired Clean Crawls. We should have started with them first! It took a few visits to eradicate the infestation but now the house and crawl is devoid of rats. We had CC clean and re-insulate the attic and that made a huge difference, too.

We have hired Clean Crawls twice for our home. First to clean out our crawl space and put in a vapor barrier, and then to insulate. They removed all of it and took it away so that we didn't have to dump it. They were polite and efficient. We had such a great experience that we had them back to do our insulation in our walls. Our house is old and had a lot of holes in the walls. They filled them as they insulated and cleaned up their mess as they worked. It was a lot of extra work but they did not complain for increase our quote. We highly recommend their services!

We had three quotes to redo our insulation in attic and possibly walls. This company was honest, upfront of what needed to be done, and what did not and how much it would be. Easy report to read, much cheaper than the other companies and they do the PSE paperwork for you, added bonus! They were clean, professional, and on time. Excellent service and price! Easy to work with! Clean Crawls did exactly what they advertised and left no mess. I crawled underneath the house and it was clean and looked brand new and they built a better vent door for the crawl space.

Our crawlspace was a nightmare we did not want to explore! Clean Crawls came in and removed all the old dirty insulation as well as any evidence of animals, set traps (didn't find any new rodents, thank God!) and built the most awesome access doors I have ever seen. Their crews are fast, professional and clean--we had our attic done as well, and they made a plastic path from the front door to the attic access so that they would not harm our floors. Impressive. We highly recommend them and the only reason I did not put 5 stars is the price, which I felt was a little high. But looking at our clean, newly insulated crawlspace and attic--maybe not?

I noticed one of the company's trucks on my way home one day and called them up. The inspection of my home was scheduled and handled quickly. I was able to schedule service right away as well. The crew arrived on time and worked a little longer than projected but the job was thorough and clean. The old vapor barrier was removed and so was the torn and worn insulation on my heating duct work. While the crew was working I checked in now and then on progress. The duct work was completely sealed at each section with mastic and taped. Once the new insulation was in place it was followed up with twine to secure it and even hung up at various points. The vapor barrier was done just promised. I had questions and all were answered promptly. I fully recommend these guys for anyone needing the same work I had need for. Thanks Clean Crawls!

The company did not complete the work correctly and after many attempts to get the operations supervisor response, they finally sent over a QA and he agreed the job was not done correctly. they said they would return after the first of the year. I am hoping that will be in Jan 2017 and not later. The supervisor is not very responsive. She just ignores the messages (or so I think). Still awaiting the company's response- VERY POOR CUSY|TOMER SERVICE 23 Jan 2017 Follow up:: The company was now very responsive. They came and did the follow up correction and I am very happy. The personnel are great. Special note is Octavio who is extremely attentive to detail and very conscientious.

We purchased our home 2 years ago. I have asthma so when we moved in we gutted the house, we put in all new flooring all new paint and ran a very good air purification system so that I wouldn't have any health issues. Well, throughout my house (especially in our bedroom and bathroom) I could smell a terrible urine death smell coming out of the vents. My husband went into the crawl space and it was littered with live rats, endless dead rat carcasses, huge spiders and the insulation was torn to shreds with rat nests everywhere. The moment we opened the crawl space door the entire house was flooded with this putrid smell. Parts of our vents had come apart and were mangled as well. I hate looking for contractors for this kind of job because it is terrifying that you have no idea if they will do a good job or be a legit company. My husband prefers to do these things himself because he doesn't trust anyone but after working 60 hours a week and coming home to a toddler that has been waiting for you all day, I finally talked him into letting me call Clean Crawls and get a quote. Thank God we did because they did the most AMAZING job! The guy who gave us the quote was so informative and then the guys that actually did the dirty work were so efficient and clean and in and out in 1 or 2 days I'm pretty sure. Had my husband done it, it would have taken probably over a week and a huge mess. Not to mention borrowing a truck, trips to the dump etc. So anyway fast forward to now, not only is the smell totally gone and my health has improved vastly (plus I know my 2 year old isn't inhaling dead rats and their feces) but in September when the spiders begin to come out of hiding to mate, leaving me in a constant state of fear and panic that one will run across the floor at any moment when I'm alone at night watching tv, WE HAD NO SPIDERS! They completely tear everything out seal everything up fix any issues, put in a barrier and reinsulate! I feel like I will never move into another house again without having their service completed wherever I move!

Over all this was a great experience and company to work with. The sales man was able to get right out to give me a quote and even to get the work done next day. The reason I rated only 3 stars is the rebate process. As a licensed contractor with PUD, he knew the process for rebate; however he did not follow procedure leaving me to figure out how to get our money back. One of the reasons I chose Clean Crawls was for ease of rebate, which I am not getting.

My project was to blow in insulation in a finished but un-insulated garage. I am a very picky person and I am very pleased with the results. Sales visited the day I called & job was scheduled for the next day. Workers arrived on time & worked non-stop (7-8 hrs!) Good attention to detail was observed. Clean-up was in fact cleaner than when they started! Cost was slightly below competitors and there were no surprises. Great Job!
