We had a fantastic experience with Patrick from xceptional Wildlife Removal! He came out promptly, and it turned out the noise we were worried about wasn’t something trapped inside the house at all—it was just a big woodpecker outside! Patrick quickly identified the issue, which saved us a lot of money and unnecessary hassle. He was super professional, checked the roof and the chimney cap for us, and gave clear recommendations on what we needed to fix, even though it wasn’t something his company directly handles. He also let us know we could call him back if the woodpecker became a recurring visitor. Plus, he was really friendly and funny, which made the whole experience even better.<br><br>Fun note: we had actually tried using AI to figure out the noise from a video clip, and the AI thought it was a raccoon stuck inside. What wonderful folks! I had a dead deer that my puppy found on Saturday afternoon. I started calling for a company to assist. Almost no one answered their phones, just a recording. Those that did answer would only commit to next week.<br>Not only did they answer, they told me that they would see if they could get someone out even though I had requested Saturday, same day. Patrick was kind enough to call me back and although he couldn't commit to same day he would commit to Monday morning at 7am. This is my second time using Xceptional Wildlife Services for the removal of raccoons. Their work is exceptional. Brett and Josh were courteous, great customer service, thoroughly explained the service, and did a fantastic job.

I was awoken in the middle of the night by my oldest daughter, in a slight panic, there was a bat coming through her ceiling. We had another flying around the open second and third floor. It was a bit of a harrowing experience to start with.<br><br>We were fortunate enough after a fruitless visit with animal control, to be referred to Xceptional Wildlife Removal by a close friend and neighbor. Not knowing what to expect, and already set upon the path to the grueling experience of the rabies post exposure protocol, the family was worn ragged and fearful. The not knowing if this was a freak occurrence, or how big the problem was, was completely overwhelming.<br><br>Geoffrey and Joe came in, educated my family on what to do if another bat was in the living spaces of the house, made us feel comfortable immediately we were in good hands and thoroughly explained the process for addressing the bats roosting in the unfinished floor of our home. They carefully addressed inspecting all the areas of access points to the home, quickly identified the intrusion point and found there was in fact a 50+ bat colony roosting in the home. It was absolutely overwhelming. However, with the expert support, in depth experience of the team, and the extra miles taken to care for our home and for my family to restore our sense of peace and safety we now in short order have our safety, our peace of mind, and our fellow ‘roommates’- the bat colony- moved on.<br><br>Thank you so much to Geoffrey, Joe and all of the team that consulted/contributed to restoring our sense of home for our family.

We noticed rodent droppings outside by chimney and outside upstairs window sill.. Patrick came out and determined it was a bat issue.. he was very knowledgeable and suggested sealing up all entry points as bats are persistent .. Bret and Josh came and did the work all very professionally. We discovered we had large snake skins in our crawl space over the course of six months. We called Xceptional Wildlife Removal and Brett Wheeler came out to inspect. He did an amazingly thorough job over 4 hours by removing the snakes skins, finding out where it was getting in and covering up all the openings, and putting in a mitigation plan to remove pests and deter the snake from returning. He even sprayed the entire perimeter of our property of almost 2 acres. Brett was wonderful and patient and explained everything. Received great service from Brett Wheeler this morning. Our water meter guy informed earlier that we had some snakes inside the water-meter box. Brett was able to come in a very short time and performed an exceptional job in removing the snakes, setting up rodent and snake traps, pest control both inside and outside the house. Great customer service, timely wildlife removal & repairs made. Patrick came out and got the birds out of our attic, and covered up their entry same day. That's all I was expecting, but in talking with Patrick, I realized they provide so much more service. We hired him and his team on the spot to provide some additional countermeasures, which were done essentially the next day. I will happily use them again for any future needs, and fully intend to use them to get gutter guards next Fall.

I called Xceptional after we found a venomous snake in our yard. No one seemed to know what to do with it until we called Xceptional. Unfortunately the snake got away before they got anyone to the house. We decided to have Xceptional do routine preventative services (setting traps, removing potential food sources etc) because their communication and speed were better than the local competitors. Sean communicates when he’ll be coming, informs us on preventative treatments are being done and makes recommendations based on our location and our family’s needs. Really worth it for the peace of mind and now we can quickly reach Sean if another snake turns up.

Kevin arrived and produced 2 proposals. Explained the ways options on what can be done and but no info on term of the package was disclosed. Patrick who works in the field called prior to set everything up, confirmed the issues. After his discovery Patrick expressed more details on his findings which we were not aware of. Glad to had someone who follows up. Even after the treatment Patrick called us to see how our dog was handling the treatment on our yard. Now that is service. Patrick should receive 10 stars ⭐️ for extreme effort, follow up as well as his professional attitude and attention to detail.

Highly recommend these guys. We had bats in our attic and previously worked with another company that completely failed to solve the problem. Matt did our initial inspection and quote and was very thorough and knowledgeable, night and day compared to the other guys. It was a big job, but the work involved and the need for it was made very clear. The guys who did the work, Anthony and Drew, were also knowledgeable about bat behavior in addition to being hard workers and very polite. The level of professionalism across the board was impressive, and I don't think I'll look anywhere else for pest removal in the future. I'm confident our problem is solved once and for all, and wish we hadn't wasted money elsewhere before.<br><br>Update: A little under 2 years later the bats had been able to get back into our attic. At the time of the previous job, I'd been assured the work would be under a 2-year warranty and while that wasn't in writing and the employee who offered it is no longer with them, the company honored that. I ended up getting another round of work done. Joe gave me a discount considering the previous work hadn't completely fixed the issue. He, Sean, and David added soffits around the edges of my house where bats had been able to get in. I don't think anyone who I worked with this time around was the same as the last time, but they were all honest and professional. Special shoutout to Sean for being very polite, and all of the guys worked hard in some oppressively hot weather.

We used Xceptional to remove bats that had made a home in our gable vents. Jason did an amazing job assessing our property and took extra time to answer all my questions and concerns-I really appreciated his knowledge and patience. They did a wonderful job removing the bats, as well as sealing up small areas in our roof that would prevent more rodents/bats from nesting in our home in the future. After the removal process, they sanitized our attic and replaced insulation that was affected by bat guano. Sean and Joe did the sanitation and insulation replacement-and they did an amazing job!!! They were so professional and went above and beyond to ensure our attic and gable vents were clean. Sean was so great - he even took the time to show me and explain their work in the attic after the job was complete, which I greatly appreciated (I always love learning about the details of a job done in my home, and appreciate it when those who work on my home actually demonstrate and explain their work to me). I would choose this service again in a heartbeat! The only issue (and this was very minor and related to the scheduling only) was that the scheduler only emailed me to schedule appointment times/update me rather than calling me or texting me directly. As I sometimes don't check my email for days, I would have preferred a phone call or text. But when it came to the actual service, it was outstanding and of very high quality!

Xceptional is EXCEPTIONAL! The squirrels had done plenty of damage to my roof and were nearly in my home. Xceptional Wildlife presented a professional plan to address the squirrel invasion including secure gutter covers, and netting to keep squirrels out of the drain pipe. Also, I chose a monthly extermination plan to rid the property of palmetto bugs (roaches), spiders, hornets, ants, snakes, etc. Yes, we live in a suburban area and have plenty of wildlife. Since entering into a relationship with Xceptional Wildlife, I have never felt so comfortable in my 20 year-old home and without the ongoing threat of wildlife. In addition, when Sean Spratt makes monthly visits, he texts the day before the visit to let me know he will be on the property. On the day of the visit, Sean calls to ask if there are any new critter problems. When informed of a lingering issue with jumping spiders, Sean reassured me that he would resolve this issue- and he did! The spiders are gone! The cost of the covered gutters with galvanized steel was competitive. No complaints here. The monthly extermination cost is less than what I paid previously to substandard companies. Calling Xceptional Wildlife is one of the smartest things my family has done.

Nick was great! He came to my house for a wasp nest extermination. He did a great job!! I asked to get a call before he arrived & he gave me a 30 minute notice. He was professional, on time, & did great work! I totally recommend.

Scott, very experienced, took a lot of time with us to give us a quote, and Travis and Austin came out within 2 weeks to perform the work. Travis and Austin were amazing. Excellent Service and Workmanship! We used Xceptional Wildlife Removal in May 2023 for a total exclusion of our home. Our initial visit and quote consisted of Scott coming out and spending at least one and a half hours with me going over my entire house, attic, and crawl spaces. We had multiple entry points for animals to use to get into our crawl space and basement. Scott has been in this business for years and is very knowledgable. They were able to work us in and get us on the schedule within 2 weeks. We could not be happier with the work. We have inspected it, and it all seems good. We are currently in the middle of a 3 week trapping period to see if anything was left in our house before it was excluded. We have not found anything yet. Will report back with another review in a few months after we see how everything goes.

I’ve been using Xceptional for a little over a year now and very pleased with the service Ashley provides. Since Ashley has been doing my monthly service I haven’t had any issues with insects getting inside my home. Ashley was also able to eliminate the ants in my yard so I can enjoy being outside. Ashley is extremely knowledgeable, addresses any concerns or questions I have, and is always polite and friendly; it is a real pleasure working with her. Great service, professional, and came out right away! Drew Tomlin was amazing, very friendly, helpful, and detail oriented. Drew explained everything to me in detail and went through the estimate line by line to ensure I understood everything.

We had bats in several locations of our home and I called Xceptional (and a couple other companies) to get quotes to come remove them. I felt from day one that Scott from Xceptional knew exactly how to handle the problem in a legally compliant and bat-friendly manner and would take the needed steps to keep bats from being a problem for me in the future. Scott was always extremely professional, courteous and thorough. He spent way more time closing the entry locations, removing guano, disinfecting, spraying for other pests as well as educating me along the way than I ever expected. He is a knowledgeable, trustworthy man and I could not have been more pleased with my experience with Xceptional. I'd hire him again in a minute (but I hope I never need to)!

Tristin and Justin were absolutely amazing! They were incredibly knowledgeable, and their inspection of our home and attic were far above our expectations! We have an infestation of European hornets living in the siding of our house, and these men were fearless, thorough, so incredibly personable while they helped us. I strongly recommend this company for your wildlife control! They helped us removing bird nests. Their response is so quick. Matt Olsen is the most helpful, kind and professional guy I have ever met! He sincerely cares about customers and relationships! Drew Tomlin is also such a wonderful service provider who removed a bird nest that was built in our pendant light at the porch. He cleaned, sanitized the area and even replaced the light with new one. Drew is so nice, polite and friendly and his work was excellent! We are loving the new pendant light and enjoying our clean porch!! I am so happy that I have found them for our pest control!!

These guys are great and really seem to care about the customer. Matt was kind, knowledgeable and reassuring on the phone. He called me back quickly, answered all my questions and took time to make sure I felt good about their services. Noah and Tristen were also friendly and knowledgeable. Plus, they were super quick to get here, even though we were slightly past their normal service area, and they were very hardworking. I felt assured that the bat problem was being handled expertly. They bat proofed our attic in one day (on the weekend,) and the company will soon be back for cleanup and to install new insulation. Although this was a large unexpected expense, I felt good about paying these guys for their knowledge, expertise, and excellent customer service.

My experience with Xceptional Wildlife Removal was truly exceptional. Of all the places I called, this was the only one that was professional, and was able to get to my house the next morning. Matt was honest and I was able to trust he was doing everything he could to take care of the wasps that had found their way into my home. It was snowing the day he came, and I was impressed that he got on my roof anyway, had the right kind of boots, ladders and all the equipment he needed for flushing out the wasps, filling in the gaps along my roofline, to keep them from getting in again. I was truly impressed and won’t ever call anyone else for pest control or wildlife removal services. Highly recommend!

I’ve used Xceptional Wildlife on more than one occasion. First time I had a stray coyote roaming about only feet from my house. I called Xceptional and Geoff came out right away, set a trap, and in no time I was coyote free. The second time I was in need of an animal removal service to come remove some animals from my property. I have a small farm so it was important that the situation was addressed promptly. I was so impressed with their service The first time I called and spoke with Geoff again. He listened to my issue and sent someone out the same day who resolved my problem. I have squirrels in my attic and Sean Bleckley was sent out. He was wonderful! Very friendly, knowledgeable, and just a joy to work with. My process is still ongoing, one squirrel already trapped and removed. Sean says he's only been with the company one month, but it appears that he has been representing Xceptional Wildlife for years. He is definitely an asset to the company. I have every confidence that all of the squirrels will be removed, the attic sanitized and the job will be well done. Sean is a fine young man.
