I was so pleased with Rite Way Animal Removal and will be recommending them to anyone who needs assistance with wildlife removal. Nick was incredibly professional and very pleasant. Good customer service is rare these days, but Rite Way goes above and beyond for their customers!<br><br>Just wanted to update my review because I recently used Rite Way Animal Removal again for another property and they exceeded my expectations once more. Chelsea was friendly and so helpful with scheduling and answering my questions. Elijah was knowledgeable and was extremely thorough with his inspection. This is my go-to business for all my insulation and wildlife removal/exclusion needs. I highly recommend!

I would recommend rite way animal removal to ANYONE! We recently discovered bats in our attic window and other companies were quoting us outrageous numbers ! Rite way was reasonable and affordable! Elijah and his colleagues greeted us with a smile every-time and made us feel comfortable by answering any questions we had at that time. The professionalism and mannerisms of these young men were like none other ! This type of service will keep customers returning and telling others about your work ! Sarah the office representative was efficient and understanding. Everyone was very knowledgeable, professional and polite. I had some rodents getting into the attic from the crawl space. They sealed all points of entry, ensured all the rodents were caught, sanitized, cleared my attic of ruined insulation, and put in new insulation. Would highly recommend to anyone that has a critter problem.

Fast, reliable service. Will use again for our HOA. A wild animal was struck in the roadway and ended up on Community HOA property. Learned a lot about right of way and who claims responsibility for clean up. Very helpful & insightful staff. A+++.

Had a problem under my house with some animals taking up residence. Called Rite-Way and they came out and assessed the situation and made recommendations about what to do. Also suggested that I needed to replace the moisture barrier that was in real bad shape. Got it all done and they were real professionals, especially Omar and Alonzo. Would recommend.

Lesson learned: call Rite Way first. I could hear something in my walls and I knew a bird had flown into my dryer hose because it had happened before. I called another local business and was told I needed expensive and unnecessary repairs and all new attic insulation. I’m so glad I did not hire that business and instead called Rite Way. Omar came and did a full interior and exterior inspection of my house and confirmed that I did not need thousands of dollars in repairs to keep critters and birds out. He made a simple fix to keep birds out, he was honest, and he was thorough - he even took care of an insect nest I didn’t know was forming outside near my roof. I appreciate hiring businesses that you can trust and won’t take advantage during urgent situations. So take my advice and call Rite Way first.

They did not follow up correctly. Original crew quit and was generally glad handed with appropriate action not taken.<br>Also, when I told them I was going with another company they came and removed the one way trap that had been installed, allowing squirrels to continue coming in the attic.<br>They were also fully paid and did not offer any compensation.

I just used Rite Way to remove squirrels that were in my attic. I was so impressed with the service I received, especially from Nick Courie. He was professional, reliable, personable and VERY CAPABLE. These days we don't often find services that are worth talking about, mostly just want to complain. However, this company far exceeded my expectations. Kudos to Rite Way and to Nick Courie.

Installed blown-in insulation

We thought we had a critter issue in the attic so we called Rite Way Animal Removal in Marietta GA. They showed up on time. Super professional. Communication was great. They didn’t find any critters and inspected the house for outside access points. Good news we didn’t have an issue. And their inspection was truly free. I thought we would have to pay for his time and he said no, the inspection is free. I would highly recommend them if you find yourself needing this service.

Nick from Rite Way was thoroughly communicative and extremely helpful while servicing our yard for pests. I would recommend Rite Way to anyone who is looking to remove critters around the house in a more-so humane way.

The last thing a first time homebuyer wants to deal with is a rodent situation but sure enough, two months in, that's the issue I had on my hands. Thankfully, I found Rite Way. They were responsive, efficient, knowledgeable, and provided top notch service. Nick worked on my house and he went above and beyond to make sure the situation was resolved and all of my concerns were addressed. I pray to all the gods I never have to deal with a rodent issue again but if I do, I'm calling Rite Way and I'll be requesting Nick.

I received service from Nick at Riteway. He was SUPER professional and knowledgeable. I had bats in my attic, and he did a fog treatment and plugged the holes to prevent any future bats. Not to mention, it was like 100° in my attic that day and he never complainined (He took water breaks as needed, and had a such a great attitude about it). I highly recommend Riteway to anyone who has any unwelcome critters!

We had a bird trapped in our dryer vent. They surveyed the house, interior and vent to make sure animal was no longer there and secured the vent to ensure it wouldn't return. The technician was extremely helpful, professional, and knowledgeable about the right solution. Hopefully will not need them again but will use them again if needed.

Very satisfied customer! RiteWay answered the first time I called unlike the other animal removal places I called beforehand. When I mentioned the raccoon problem I was facing they ensured someone would be out the following day and provided recommendations on how to protect against further damage until my appointment. As promised, they showed up when they said they would and were extremely professional and knowledgeable when describing the issues, impacts and risks to my home, family and even to the raccoon itself. I got a sense that they truly care about the animals they work with as they repeatedly mentioned that they relocate and don’t exterminate. RiteWay offered a couple options to resolve the problem all for reasonable pricing based on what I was willing and able to spend. All in all, my home is now secure again and the raccoon relocated to a new home thanks to RiteWay!

The company was extremely thorough in finding the rodents’ entry points into my home & made great recommendations on the repairs needed, as well as removing the dead ones in my crawl space. They also disinfected & sanitized the area of the dead rodents. They took care of the needed repairs in an expeditious manner & provided excellent additional tips to help avoid further issues.<br><br>The staff was always pleasant, polite & courteous!
