I did lots of research before choosing Findlay Roofing to replace our 16-year old roof. Findlay did an excellent job for us last month, and we are pleased with the new roof and new skylights. Findlay completed the job in one day. From start to finish, it was a pleasant, stress-free experience. Findlay's crews are employees, not contractors. and they used premium 30-year Owens Corning True-Definition asphalt shingles. Findlay gives a lifetime leak-proof warranty on parts and labor, excluding normal aging and acts of God. Trey, our very knowledgeable consultant, did a thorough inspection of our old roof. He also inspected our attic and took lots of pictures. He was very patient and answered all our questions. After discussing the inspection with him, it became obvious our old roof needed replacing. Madison was our point person, our main point of contact for the project. Her communication was outstanding; she responded quickly to emails and kept in touch throughout the project and even after its completion. She is a true professional. Felix, our crew leader, went above and beyond. His 15-man crew arrived promptly at 7 am to begin the job. They covered our HVAC units and the plants & shrubs near the house. The efficient crew worked diligently all day, and finished around 4 pm. They cleaned up when the job was finished, and they ran a large magnet over the driveway to pick up any nails. They left our premises in pristine condition. I'm sure there are ways to cut corners in the roofing business. We are confident Findlay did not cut any corners. We highly recommend Findlay to all - thank you for a job well done!!

Requested an estimate fearing that our solar panels penetration points were the cause of our ceiling damage. Ben came out and looked into our issue and found that our problem was actually related to HVAC and not our roof! I was so pleasantly surprised at the level of honesty he showed! The roof inspector that came out was Rivaldo Da Camara. Cannot speak highly enough of him - friendly, courteous, respectful of the property, very thorough in his explanation of findings and recommendations. I got quotes from six different vendors to replace my roof. All six were reputable with multiple quality reviews on google. Five of the six vendors quoted me $15,000 +/- $500. Findlay was $28,000. But if I signed on the line right then and there to give me a 5% discount. If you don't know they were bought out by venture capital A little over a year ago. I'm sure you're getting a great product, like every other roofing contractor will give you, but you're going to pay a premium because they have a lot of overhead now.

Findlay Roofing installs windows. This not a well known fact. I stumbled upon this information while looking for replacement windows for my nearly new home which had builder grade windows! I called and they sent Vonn out who explained that replaceing all 19 windows in my home with the same Ply-Gem windows made no sense as so many had failed. He recommended Norandex windows! Vonn was very knowledgeable and I agreed with his recommendation! Alexe Crowe was the Installation Contractor and he did a careful, precise, thoughtful job. He took down my blinds before installing each window! At the end of each day he and his wife cleaned up..After each window was in place my blinds were re-installed. Several other companies told me that this was to be at my expense! I cannot speak highly enough about this process and the workmanship! Findlay Roof should be known and Findlay Roofing and Windows going forward!

I called Findlay for an estimate for a roof replacement. During The visit gentleman managed to show me 40 to 50 photos of issues with my current roof which is only 14 years old. While the estimator was in my home. I pulled up a folder. The previous owner left me with various service records. I found the invoice from 2014 where Findlay had installed the roof. So all the issues they were pointing out, were in fact for workmanship done by the same company. The visit left me with several questions One, why don’t they know they did the previous install? Why does a roof need replacing after 14 years particularly when it’s covered with premium shingles? Is it reasonable that after 14 years, the cost to replace the roof increases by a factor of three? Not sure what happened to this company. The Company doesn’t seem to operate with the same principles and practices they did previously. Customers just want to be treated fairly? I’m not going to use them for my next project.

We are very happy with Findlay Roofing. Heath was professional and friendly. He thoroughly examined our roof and gave us a clear idea of what to expect. The roof on our home was installed by Findlay only three years ago and we’re already dealing with leaks, visible buckling, and exposed nails throughout multiple areas. This kind of deterioration in such a short time is completely unacceptable and speaks to either substandard materials, careless workmanship, or both. Upon closer inspection, I found several nails completely exposed to the elements, areas of uneven shingle placement, and what appears to be a rushed or negligent installation. These are not minor cosmetic flaws but rather serious indicators of poor quality control and disregard for long-term performance. We even had Findlay come out to inspect the roof and they quoted the repairs at $6k on a roof that initially costed $8k. From this, their own verdict was that within 3 years, their new roof has already reached the point of requiring substantial repairs. We purchased this home believing the roof would be one less thing to worry about, given its relatively recent installation. Instead, we are now facing costly repairs and water damage. I have documented the issues extensively with photos that clearly show the defects. Homeowners deserve to know that Findlay’s workmanship did not hold up even a fraction of the time a properly installed roof should. I would strongly advise anyone considering Findlay Roofing to think twice before trusting them with your home.

Roof replaced by Findlay in 2017. Got them specifically for their warranty. In 2022 called them about faint water marks on wall with chimney cap. Man came out looked at it said he put some extra stuff up there but all looked good. Over the years water marks got worse and we called them in 2023, 2024 and this year in June. With same results. Marks so bad I called another roofer to look at area and they found leaking and replaced wood, flashing and shingles. I got in touch with Findlay showed photos. Findlays response. After reviewing the situation thoroughly, we must clarify that Findlay Roofing cannot assume responsibility or costs for work performed by third parties. This is a standard condition of our warranty policy, which is voided when outside contractors alter or repair the roof without our involvement. Based on the photos provided, the leak near the chimney seems to stem from water intrusion through the brick itself. We observed multiple cracks in the brick, and the chimney cap does not adequately cover the top, also evident is ponding water. The rot visible in the images originates from behind the brick, further supporting this assessment. Had you contacted us directly, our next step would have been to conduct a controlled water test to pinpoint the source of the leak and remove any speculation. This approach ensures accurate diagnosis and appropriate warranty coverage. Then they showed us pictures of the brick and chimney cap that they had not shown us before which we would have taken care of if we had known. So they don’t care about helping you fix a problem. Why didn’t they do the controlled water test years ago? Thanks Findlay! At least we know what we need to do now.

I had a small roof repair after cutting a hole for a new vent hood and didn’t feel confident sealing it up myself—I definitely didn’t want any leaks. When I called Findlay Roofing, Nick came out the very next day. He was professional, responsive, and went above and beyond to help, even though what I needed wasn’t part of their usual work. Rivaldo came out to my house and gave the most detailed overview and quote on what was going on with my roof. Out of the three roofing companies that I've had out, he was the most detailed with his inspection, knowledge, and explanations. My family and I greatly appreciated the patience and professionalism of Rivaldo - he took time to identify and explain the weak points in our roof and attic. Findlay Roofing installed this roof on May 15th 2025. The roof is sinking in places. Shingles are coming up. Nails are wedged between the gutter and the house. The shingles installed are not the shingles named in the signed contract. Findlay Roofing has placed a lien on my home and is now threatening me with a civil lawsuit because I have not paid. Would you pay for this roof? I have never refused to let a representative from Findlay Roofing on my property. Findlay posts publicly on Google that they want to address the issues. Just this morning, 10/6/25 , Findlay Roofing told the Better Business Bureau they would not.You can come to my property with a crew ready to install the correct shingles, Owens Corning TruDefinition Duration Architectural Shingles in Driftwood and repair the structural issues in the photographs I posted. Update: 10/10/25 Brendan Casey, GM @ Findlay Roofing, emailed me that they will not put the correct shingles on my roof and they will not fix the structural issues shown in the photographs. Update 10/23/25: I want everyone thinking about inviting a sales representative from Findlay Roofing into your home for a sales appointment to know that they are recording you. Now unless you reside in a two party state, where both parties in the the conversation must give consent, this is perfectly legal. However, coming into my home, recording me, and not telling me is creepy. Why not just tell me you're recording the sales call for safety and training purposes? Findlay Roofing was great from start to finish. I called to have someone inspect my roof hoping it would just be a repair. They were flexible on the appointment time but 90 minutes seemed a bit of a stretch of time to me at first. However, Sam did a very thorough inspection and explained all the issues very well (and another company told me the exact same unfortunate news that I needed a new roof). They had great financing options and while they are more than some of the smaller companies, it's a 25 year tile and labor warranty (there's also a more expensive 50 year option). They had several tile colors to choose from. They called when I told them I was available to schedule the job and I only had to wait about a week. The crew came earlier than 7 am, which was totally fine with me. Jose and his crew were courteous, did a great job, finished in about 9 hours and cleaned up afterwards. I would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting a roof on a long-term house.

I would highly recommend Findlay Roofing if you need a new roof, including gutter replacement and carpentry work. From my first interactions with Rylee when I called the office for a consultation to job completion I was extremely satisfied with the results and how smoothly the process was and the professionalism of the whole team. The sales rep Heath Kuriger took the time to listen to what I wanted, was available during the installation process to clarify some minor items, and followed-up after install on a technical issue regarding the drip edge. The roofer Jose Hernandez was careful with my landscaping using some tarp-like structure that did not flatten out my bushes. I found very few nails after clean-up and the roofing took 1 day to complete. I was impressed with the carpentry skills of Oscar Reyes-Portillo on a complex area on my house which was built in 1937. In addition, he matched the color of the flashing to the gutters perfectly. Maria Salazar's team did a great job on the gutters and were very polite even though I was very picky and made them adjust them a few times. Shout out to Juan Carlos for the after install tweaks.

Findlay roofing did a great job installing my new roof. Their crew leader was very friendly and professional and ensured that the whole crew was respectful of my property. Findlay has always been my go-to roofer since I've needed a roofer. There may be more economical roofing options out there, but Findlay stands by their work, products and service. In the state of Georgia where there are no licenses required for work such as roofing, getting a reputable company that stands behind their service and that will be there in the years to come is exceptionally important, and in fact critical! Findlay was so professional and the customer experience we had with them was phenomenal. Our insurance gave us 2 weeks to get a new roof or they would stop our home owners insurance coverage due to our roof being in too poor condition. Findlay took this stressful and time sensitive situation very serious and they were there for us every step of the way. They scheduled us for an inspection appointment right away and set us up with financing options. They were able to rush our application and schedule the new roof install the same week! They began work at 7am and completed by 1pm. They left my property super clean, I could not see any debris or nails anywhere. I was very impressed at how clean they left it. Findlay scammed me on a job they did 5 years ago. They told me I needed all new pipe boots on the roof, and they charged me for all 6-8 of them, plus install. Several roofers came up there, and told me I got shafted—they said Findlay just simply put a coat a black paint on the old ones, and caulked around them. I’m still dealing with leaks around those pipe boots today. They didn’t even do a good job with the caulking—this is the 4th or 5th time I’ve had to call repair companies to fix their jimmy rigged job—each leak was around a pipe boot not being sealed correctly.

Not different or better than any other roofer out there. Installation appears ok but did not live up to all the promises made by sales. Roofers put nails into window trim to hang tarps along house in an attempt to protect home. When asked project leader to fill holes with caulk or silicone they then got globs of it all over trim and I had to clean it up. Also crew put huge screws into hardy plank of my home to tether themselves. Broke 3 landscape lights, planter dolly, and ripped patio furniture cover. Some damage I caught on final walkthrough but some noticed the day after. They did list damage found during walkthrough but office did not ever attempt to reimburse for damage. Office did not return calls and salesperson was apologetic but never got any resolution through him either. Took three calls to get pictures of completed work however they did not email all the pictures that I saw on project mgrs phone. Very frustrating and disappointing experience after meeting with salesperson. If you use Findlay ensure you document everything. I had pictures but that never got resolution. Can not recommend Findlay roofing after my experience and dread having to use them for any warranty work since I’m sure it will be a similar experience. To “the owner” that responded: you did not ever provide 45.00 credit and while yes only the 2 landscape lights were identified at the walk through and documented on your checklist by the onsite project mgr. Yes the plant caddy, additional hue light and patio furniture cover were identified after they left. Hence I am warning anyone that does business with you to document and document. Also Dennis and Devona are supposed working on this issue am I to assume their lack of response means your business has no intention on rectifying the damage. I also ask why you think the damage wasn’t your crew when they covered most with tarps that they walked on and must have stepped on them. You can call or email me anytime to discuss further rather than post falsehood about paying 45.00 in damages on this post. Received check from Findlay for damages 8 weeks after installation.

First of all, the main word is - PROFESSIONAL! This team, spear-headed by Armondo, did an EXCELLENT job on my home, affectionately called, "The Cottage". The roof job is absolutely stunning! The care they took in arriving on time and even the day before arrived to place the dump container in my yard was exceptional step in being professional. His crew arrived on time and promptly got started, I'm still amazed all the crew work together seamlessly and effortlessly as a professional team. Armando kept me informed as to the process and asked if any questions. The cleanup and care taken has me thoroughly pleased. It's been a long time since I've sent this much praises for such exceptional work. Thank you so much Findlay Roofing for this great team sent to me!

Armando and his team came on time this morning. They performed their task removing the old asphalt shingles, and tar paper quickly. Then they replaced a sheath of the old roofing where there was water damage. Armando’s men put down weatherproofing that was better than what was there before, and installed the new roof by early afternoon. I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. Many thanks to Christopher Prickett the sales rep that came to our house. He was informative and helpful in presenting the possibilities for the new roof. The price was right and the payment plan reasonable. Thank you again Findlay Roofing!

Armando does a great job at explaining every issue and documenting them with pictures so I can see what was repaired. His team was quick and professional. Gavier and his crew did an incredible job installing a skylight. I did not expect the plywood rough opening to be framed with zero gaps but that’s the quality I received. It was seamless enough that I don’t necessarily have to finish with drywall right away because they essentially already sealed the attic opening. Had to come back and add the final picture because we just HAD to have the gutters done too! Great job as always!

Well, I did it! I finally climbed onto the roof to see the job the roofers had done. Hurricane Helene dropped over a foot of rain on me in less than two days, and the inside of the house is bone dry! Glad the roofers were here before the storm! The Findlay roofers were here a half hour earlier than expected and got started preparing everything as quickly as they could get out of the truck. They replaced two roofs, the house and a large outbuilding, and had it all finished shortly after lunchtime. I thought they had stopped for lunch until I saw them hauling off the debris trailer. And when I say finished by 1 o'clock, I mean cleanup and everything! I have never seen a roofing job done so quickly and so completely. Between my house and my mother's, and now my outbuilding, I have observed six roofing jobs and never seen anybody better! From the roof I could see their attention to details that other roofers didn't even think about in the abstract. Not just the roof itself, but chimneys and vent stacks are in better shape after they are finished. These guys are good! And the cleanup was more complete than I would have thought possible. They have their techniques worked out down to a science and an art. In my experience, no one can find every nail that gets dropped, and the homeowner is left picking up nails for the next month afterwards - but not this time. I used a large bar magnet and could only retrieve a small handful of nails, and half of those were extremely rusted, which means they have been in the dirt since my last roofing job some years ago. And i have not found another nail since, which is completely unheard of. At the risk of sounding glowing, I have to say that these guys are the best I have ever seen. They came highly recommended to me and I can highly recommend them to anyone needing a roofer who not only does a great job, but also treats your house like they would want their own house treated - with care and respect. I mean it, they are simply the best. I had several numbers, but I am glad I called Findlay.

The severe thunderstorm (with hail included) that occurred on August 29th around 9:00pm caused several damages to the roof of our house (in Alpharetta GA), the shingles, and the skylight, which was broken. The insurance company sent a roofing expert to assess the condition of our roof and decided that the entire roof, skylight, and gutters needed to be replaced. We then contacted Findlay Roofing to do the replacement, and they did a magnificent job, very efficiently. It was an excellent work. Their teamwork was excellent (Austin, Brandon, Shahdai, and Devona, among others), and the work crew on site. For these reasons, we highly recommend Findlay Roofing.

Findlay roofing replaced our roof recently and I have to say they were excellent ! Very efficient, clear communication, friendly and courteous crew. They said they'll be home between 7 and 8:30am but they were there by 6:30. We didn't expect them to be there so early, so we had to scramble a bit to clear out the spaces they needed. Once done, they started working. They were finished by 6pm, cleaned up after themselves, including running a magnetic roller to get any discarded nails, and informed us that there could still be a few nails around. Indeed, I found two nails on our driveway over the next two days. Accounting/billing department was also very clear and efficient. Overall, expectations were set, met and we are happy with the results. Would definitely recommend them when your roof needs replacement.

Wow, great work! My wife and I had storm damage and Findlay Roofing helped us through the whole process of filing a claim. Tim came out and performed our initial inspection and was a big help on how to work with our insurance company. Today we had our roof replaced. Armando and his crew did a fantastic job! They arrived early, worked hard, and finished way earlier than we expected. They also cleaned up extremely well!
