Terrence did a good job. He let us know he was on his way. In addition to normal spraying around house and checked for rodents in basement and attic.

I have called on three separate occasions for the past three months to re-set up autopay and confirm that my account is current but I’m still getting calls from people in the other side of the world telling me my account is behind on payments and that autopay is not setup. Absolutely embarrassing. I wouldn’t trust these people with my money much less trust them in taking care of my home. My property is in Rome GA. You guys have the chance to make this right. The technician called me 20 minutes before he arrived, which was nice. When he arrived, he had covers on his shoes, which was nice. He introduced himself was very kind and informative about the ants that I’m having trouble outside. I felt the treatment was thorough he said he would be back in a week and would treat again, which made me feel secure that the service was going to take care of my problem. Had my quarterly service done today and had a great experience. We’d been seeing a lot of spiders lately, and the technician took the time to clean around the entire exterior of the house, remove all the spiderwebs, and apply treatment thoroughly. He was very communicative throughout the visit, explained the different services and options they offer, and even set me up for a free inspection. Very professional, efficient, and easy to work with. Hoping the spiders stay away, but so far I’m very happy with the service!

I repeatedly had issues with them coming out when I was not home to bring my dogs in and unlock the fence despite my explicitly telling them over and over and over the two days someone could be there. "Please don't come out on any other days but these" - though noted on my account, just went in one ear and out the other and I'd come home to a note that they checked the stations in front, but not in back. So, I paid for full contract, but consistently got half the work. Breach?

Ace arrived on time. She asked her to tell her what bugs we had seen. Once that had been discussed she started spraying. She sprayed all the window sills and doorways. She was very thorough in answering all our questions. She was very polite and professional.

Our termite bond is held and serviced by Active Pest Service, and we’ve been pleased with the courteous and attentive service we’ve received for many years. We’re contacted promptly each year to schedule service and receive helpful reminders ahead of the service call and a text from our technician about 30 minutes before they arrive.<br><br>Today our technician, John Duke, texted ahead of their arrival and worked as a friendly, knowledgeable professional. They inspected for termite activity thoroughly and even saved us from a water disaster, pointing out a leak we hadn’t noticed from our aging water heater. We’re sitting in gratitude for John’s expert eyes today.<br><br>Year over year, APC has improved their customer service, and we’re grateful to rely on their technical expertise as well. Five Stars!

Jacob does a very thorough job when he comes to treat our space.<br><br>I’m not happy with the scheduling of “off routine” visits when we need treatment in between.<br><br>We have had multiple issues where they have not scheduled our visit in a timely manner - this is not Jacob’s fault though.

Jacob arrived to our house early in the window given to us and treated for the ants we’ve been struggling with all of this summer. It’s been a few days and so far we’ve been ant free yay! Very happy with the service. My only suggestion would be for technicians to wear shoe covers when inside the house.

The service provider was very courteous, timely, and professional. He went above and beyond and took the time to go throughout each room and spray, even check the attic for me.

I observed the technician on my doorbell camera providing poor service. She barely sprayed the porch, did not service the back of my home and was on her phone, cursing not paying attention. She lied in her report about the time she spent at my home. Active scheduled another technician to come out and he never showed up. He reported that we were not home, I was home all day and once again I have cameras, no one ever came to my home. They don’t provide good service recovery at all. I’ve been using active for years and once the company changed things went downhill. I will be looking for a new service provider as I do not trust their quality of work.

I watched them take care of next-door neighbors yard.. the tech didn't even do half of their yard then jumped into their truck and left. I highly recommend you look for a more trusted company.

Fantastic job by Jacob. He didn’t just apply a treatment. He did a thorough investigation of what was likely causing our problem. His response was comprehensive and well-tailored to the issue. He guided me on what to watch for once he’d be leaving, and promised to return to ensure his treatment was working fully.

Jake always asks if there are any problems and then addresses them efficiently. This time, the pests are small tiny flies that Jake treats and says he'll come by and check on them in a few weeks. Jake is very personable and willing to explain anything. The consistency of having the same agent is appreciated.

Used to be a much better company (signed up originally with BugOut). I have been a customer for 5 years and within the last year, service has gone down. I am in an ongoing issue (since December 2024) where I was convinced to upgrade my crawl space door, then they did a HORRIBLE job (warped door, not weather treated, basic plywood, hole in door, sloped door - I’m on my 5th time trying to get this fixed). One of the attempts to fix it, the service person who came to install, literally said he cut it badly before he left. I have asked multiple times to speak with someone in management but I keep getting the run around. Especially when they turned off my service for me not paying for the poorly installed crawl space door (so not completed service) even though I paid regularly for my normal pest control service. Honestly I am so fed up with this company. I have pest control, termite bond, mosquito service, wildlife protection, and gotten insulation repaired and based on this crawl space door issue I plan on cancelling all services and telling all my neighbors to go with another company unless someone comes to me with some monetary fixes and apologizes.

Ive never had such a good experience with a pest control company. PERIOD. We used them at work for a rat problem and I was so impressed with their service and price that I called them out to my house. Scott and Tim have been amazing. Their attention to detail and professionalism is bar none. They call before they come, call upon arrival and always follow up. I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER, this from a man that's been in the service industry for 29 years. Side note, other employees from work have signed up and are happy as well. BRAVO 👏

Great service in protecting our home from pests. They communicate via text or call about upcoming appointments and when a technician is on the way. Once they’re completed the technician also sends a text letting us know he’s completed the service. When we had a mole problem their service helped alleviate that issue. We’ve been using Active Pest Control since 2019 and will continue to use all their services.

We have used Active Pest Control for many years now and have been very happy with their service. They spray the exterior of our home and create a barrier to prevent bugs from entering. On the rare occasions that ants get inside going for the cat food in our kitchen, we simply call them and they come right out to solve the problem in a pet-safe manner. Very professional company! Associates came and sealed any entry points on our home. Removed all instillation and installed new installation. Company had very good communication and preformed service in a very timely manner.

Termite renewal was an easy process and our representative from Active checked all of the bait stations and keeps them up to date well. He even added a spot of coverage that had changed due to landscaping changes. Easy process and reliable worker.

Nate, the technician that came out was great. He had good information, was professional and patient. I’d give him a 5 star all day long.<br>Management, on the other hand would get a 2 or 3 star and that would only be because they finally scheduled an inspection and technician to come out. I’ve started a pretty large remodel project that has resulted in the removal or destruction of several bait stations. It’s Dec 9 and I’ve been trying to get someone to come out since March. I suspect they’ve only responded at this time because it’s time to renew. Very poor customer service…it’s all about the dollar.,<br>The good news is…my stations are now in tact and I feel a little better about renewing.

Since Active has acquired Bug Out, my prior post control company the service has declined in quality and the cost has increased. The service technicians who perform monthly service have to be reminded to complete all of the services that come with monthly maintenance, like removing the spider webs from the home. When I'm not home when service is being performed, I noticed it does not get done. They're more concerned with quickly finishing rather than being thorough.

Been w/ Active for years and 100% satisfied. Our tech is like a member of the family…she asks questions about our property, listens to any concerns, and helps make everything work out. It’s great to work w a company that you feel really cares about your property.

“Ty” Jones came today for a call-back to treat for roaches that we have seen in recent weeks. He showed me several entry points that are prime paths for these “passerbys.” Ty was professional, polite and courteous. I received a text when my 4-hour appointment window was made, a reminder that Ty was coming and a call from him when he was 15-minutes from arriving.

Jim had been absolutely incredible to work with. He's been working with my team mates for years. This was my first transaction using Jim and I couldn't praise him more.
