I had almost no insulation in my attic and Florida Attic came and took care of that problem. They were very professional and friendly. They were in and out probably within an hour. We recently purchased a 20 year old home. The insulation was old, sparse in many areas, and dirty. After a few phone calls and not wanting to hear any more sales pitches on spray foam, nothing against it, I knew what I wanted… removal of all old, air sealed, sterilized, a radiant barrier installed, and new blow in installed.) Dennis knew what I wanted done and did not try to upsell the spray foam which made it an easy choice to use him. His crew Rio and Lafayette, (attic ninjas) showed up, on time, and ready to go. They hit the ground running and as a team had everything completed in 2 days. I am very pleased with their work and follow up when Dennis called to make sure if everything was to my satisfaction, that alone is great customer service. What an amazing experience. Very professional treatment. Easy process. From reaching out and receiving a quick call back from Dennis, to receiving a very competitive quote. I was surprise that they could also come over so quickly as other vendors were quoting me something for next year. So in less than three days I had my quote, the job done, and all finished! And this was because I was still working on closing up the ceiling! This was for a 30'x30' detached garage that I have in the back of our house. Excellent company to work with. Dennis was very helpful in explaining what was needed and how much insulation to add. I had a second attic over my living space that I wanted to add insulation to but after he inspected it, he said it was not necessary. Communications with him and the crew that were scheduled to install the insulation were outstanding. The crew that installed the additional insulation took before and after videos and shared them with me. The price that was quoted was reasonable, but the selling point for me was the service to detail that Dennis and his crew provided. The technicians who did the installation were respectful, courteous, and efficient. They left no mess. Photos were supplied to me afterward to show the work that had been done. I scheduled a cleaning on a Monday, days before my wind mit inspection, since it would be easier for them to see the extent of the water damage if the old insulation was gone. I called a could days before to make sure we were still on track, but apparently Dennis had forgotten to call me to say he couldn't come and was all booked up. But he promised to come Wednesday morning before the inspector arrived that afternoon. So I got the kids up extra early and my partner took an unpaid day off from work. The work order was for 7 AM. Well 8 AM rolled around, then 9 AM I kept calling and kept being told that they were just waiting on a tech. Mind you, I had to reach out for these updates. In the end, they canceled on us. So we wasted time off from work, had cranky kids who were up too early for no reason, and the inspector couldn't see the full issue we're facing, so we'll likely not get the grant money to fix the roof. It would have been worth the $50 extra to go with the other guys, because this company is not professional in communication or scheduling, and it ended up costing us more.

We struggled with high humidity in our home for years and no one in the spray foam or HVAC industry could give us real answers. Awesome experience, the guys showed up and told me everything about the process and how they were going to do it. They are fast and very professional and knowledgeable. They insulated my house first thing in the morning and by mid noon you could already tell a difference. I hired this company to insulate a garage attic. It was scheduled for Monday between 08:00 and 08:30. I received more than one message about my schedule . By 09:00AM, nobody showed up, then I called them. They told me they will solve the problem and call me back in ten minutes . They NEVER called me back and NEVER showed up to do the job. I hired a different company to do the job. Very UNPROFISSIONAL!

We were uncertain on which method of insulation to go with in our 1980 stick frame house. Dennis came out and gave us all options and recommended spray foam in our attic. We visited the Florida Attic Insulation Pros website on Saturday morning and took Dennis up on his 7 day a week availability for a call. He returned our call immediately. We explained we were selling a home and the home inspection noted we needed to blow insulation into the attic. We talked through the dimensions of the home and immediately he provided a very reasonable quote. He understood the importance of our situation and had a truck at our home 7 AM Monday morning. Very unhappy with the service, I hired FloridaAtticinsulationPros to insulate my house and also my garage door, unfortunately the job on the garage door was done very poorly. Even though Dennis came back to my house to try to fix the job, he couldn't. I insisted again to have him fix what was wrong from the beginning but he only promised to come back and never did. Please do not hire this company, the fiberglass is coming out everywhere, the work was 2 months old and these are the current conditions. Please DO NOT HIRE this company if you expect a job well done.

To top it off he insulated my entire attic that afternoon. I’ve rarely encountered that much professionalism. I really got lucky finding Dennis. Called back quickly for quote, completed quote timely and scheduled service quickly when prompted. Showed up at 6:30pm for a 5:15pm appointment, understandable due to another job and stuff happens. Job was completed quickly and efficiently. Stove top fan wasn't working... just found it full of insulation, guess I have to go in to the attic and clean it out wish it wouldn't have gotten put in there. Asked for an invoice the day after service for my OUC rebate and weeks later still haven't gotten it but I'm not going to continue calling or texting for one. For a $1,700 job that took then 50 minutes it'd be nice to get a piece of paper from them to save me $200.

Lee and Dennis had the 22 year old insulation removed from a house that we were renovating. Following removal, they replaced it with blown in R38 fiberglass wool. Communication was excellent price was not only fair but after I wrote the check from his proposal and he was finished with the job he said it actually turned out to be less and asked if I minded re-writing the check for the lower amount. He went up in the attic first took pictures to show me and although I thought I would need a full replacement he said I had plenty of coverage on the sides and just needed it down the middle which made sense. While installing the insulation he saw an area over kitchen that he hadn’t seen before and filled that in also and still the final cost was less! I am happy!

We just had our whole house insulated by Dennis and his co-worker last week. Scheduling the service was quick. There was no skimping on the insulation. Any insulation that fell onto our floors was picked up. The whole house was done in less than 2 hours. They did an amazing job. Already, we can feel a difference in our house. When the AC kicks on, the air is instantly cold. Rooms that are typically warmer at certain times of the day are staying cooler. I’m about ready to pull out my soft, warm fuzzy pants with how cold the air comes out when the AC does kick in. Love it!!

Dennis and crew did a great job. After I noticed my house had approximately 3 inches of attic insulation I knew I needed more. I submitted for a quote online and Dennis quickly called and explained the process and provided me a quote over the phone. He fit us in that week and arrived on time and ready to go. We had rooms that "ran hot" but after the insulation was blown-in those rooms feel a lot cooler (in addition to the house). I found this company on the internet and chose to call because they had lots of information about insulating the house. We have been putting off getting more insulation in the attic since we moved in 5 years ago. A master bed and bath renovation caused us to remove the ceiling so it prompted for us to do it.
