We called Ronin at 7am with an emergency. They showed up same day just a few hours later. The technician who came to give us a quote (William) was kind, professional and efficient. We received a quote that was honest and fair. The visit fee went toward paying the quote which was helpful and not an added expense. We needed this issue to be taken care of same day or it would cost us significantly, we explained this to William and Judith (in the office) and both were super kind to make this happen for us. We had another technician show up at 4pm on the same day (Raul) and he went above and beyond for us and performed the pest treatment within the hour. Everything was made easy by the Ronin staff. 5/5 for customer service, 5/5 for professionalism and quality of technicians! and 5/5 overall. Essentially they took a really negative experience for us (dealing with a pest issue) and they made it easy, quick and effortless. Very thankful for Ronin. I was (barely) dealing with a living nightmare of a termite infestation in my apartment. It's hard to communicate just how many termites there were, and so many just out in the open. Imagine how many were in the walls. No, don't, it's too gross. Did you know termites have wings and can fly? I didn't. Now I do. ISSUE: solo rat shawshank'd itself down into our crawl space; silverlake area. little man chewed through the insulation foam around a gas line pipe making the tiniest space possible to squirm into our kitchen area living rent free behind the walls, cabinets and subfloor. two nights ago, rat boy made a surprise visit from the underhang space below our oven to my wife chilling on the couch resulting in an octave level ranged scream believed impossible.<br><br>SOLUTION: received a “tech’s 25mins out” customer service call. upon the tech’s on time arrival, he completed a fully comprehensive points of entry review across our crawl space, exterior, interior and roof (no attic); taking pictures along the way pointing out the needs, wire meshed up all potential entry points while strategically placing traps. I called to arrange an inspection for a section 1 clearance report. Ronin was kind, courteous and responded to my request in a timely manor. In fact they were able to get out to the property the next day! The technician was efficient and minimally invasive. Im am going to use their services for the recommended fixes. Rats had made themselves home in the subfloor of our older house, and we didn't know where to turn. Other great reviews led us to Ronin, and their team has been fantastic: fast, friendly, experienced, and reasonably priced. We did their initial trap service, which included a first inspection and trap-setting and two follow-ups to remove and replace any critters caught. That, plus some good advice they offered, has solved our problem (a huge relief!).<br><br>A special shout-out to Jonathan, Marilyn, and Beatrice, who all went out of their way to help us so promptly, with kindness and consideration. We had a pest scare earlier this year and the Ronin team has been nothing short of accommodating and incredibly sweet. The team comes by the house once a month to inspect the traps, and each encounter with a pest control member has been lovely. We have always used Ronin for termite control. But the last inspection seemed different. First, they charge $200 to come out to do an estimate. None of the other highest rated vendors charge to do an inspection. In our 4 unit, 3 story building they found 3 small local areas with termites. And their bid included the pricing for $8299 tenting. But in the past, their inspectors recommended localized spraying for this type of small thing. I'm now going to get other bids from Fenn Termite and Home Sheild. I'm giving 3 stars since they have been good in the past, but seem overly expensive now.

I have been using RONIN a number of years and they have been good. However, this November 2024 when I used them for house termite fumigation, they were so disorganized, unreliable, and the subcontracting company so creepy and messy, I will not recommend using RONIN for this type of service at all.<br>1-RONIN was unreliable about times and geiving good instructions, nor explained the process so quite confusing and frustrating<br>2-The company they contracted with that did the actual fumigation were messy, no protection for shoes, hardly any English, highly suspicious behaviour opening shelves and drawers without telling, most probably there was some minor theft of foods and other small things, I had to keep an eye on them all the time as they would disappear into the rooms alone, very creepy and scary. ANd I had to give them the house keys for the days I had to evacuate! Very unpleasant and am angry at RONIN for using such people.<br>3- no followup instructions from RONIN, they just stopped contacting me after taking the payment. They also messed up time arrangements with the Gas Company so when I returned to the house finally, I could not turn on hot water for a day and a half due to confusion of arranged dates for them to turn the gas back on; I ultimately had to do the arrangement myself.<br>For me I lost more than 2 days in this unpleasant process, and will not use RONIN ever from now. It is better to use another company like ORKIN that handles fumigation for termites directly and it will be more professional.

Ronin Pest Control provided excellent service in ridding my property of rats! For some unknown reason, rats began using the top of my back fence as their highway. Their droppings littered the fence and surrounding ground. Ronin responded the same day I contacted them. One of their experienced exterminators walked the property and proposed several options. Their work served to eliminate the rat highway traffic! As a precaution, I opted to receive a bi-monthly service. Rats now know to steer clear of my property. Also, Ronin's customer service is exceptional! All of my questions were patiently addressed. When I called to have a rat removed from the property, an exterminator was there within hours. I was truly impressed with the Ronin staff - exterminators and office staff.

It was easy to set an appointment and the technician explained the issues thoroughly and seemed to do a good job of addressing the rodent issue.

Horrible, ZERO STARS. My landlord hired Ronin for a few years for rodent control and they completely FAILED. 2024 and the mice are still in the duplex building. I don't think they even did anything to resolve the issue. I am being honest and just want to warn others.

This company responds promptly. The technicians I’ve interacted with have all been exceedingly nice and professional. They arrive when they say they will. They explain the different levels of treatment and were honest about what we needed (I didn’t feel like they were upselling). Enthusiastically recommend.

I’ve used Ronin Pest Control for several years. Their technicians are always responsible and professional. I don’t feel comfortable with rodents, so they always let me wait elsewhere as they check everything. If I had a concern, it’s that for years, I was able to pin down a time for their service. Now I am told that they’ll do the best they can. I understand that there are probably not enough technicians to service everyone, but I don’t like the fact that the window can be several hours for service. Other than that, been very pleased with their service.

I live in a rented apartment where I started noticing those disgusting baby German roaches everywhere in my kitchen. I contacted the owner and she swiftly arranged with Ronin Pest Control to do inspection and provide treatment to control the situation.<br>Jesus from the Co. reached on time, inspected the apartment, and gave me a brief plan about the treatment he will be doing and asked me to stay out for 30-60 min for the spray to settle from the air. I appreciate his work and hoping it will control the pests through the next few days/weeks.

I came across Ronin Pest Control online due to the Termite infestation in our property. They respond really fast and schedule an inspection pretty much the next day. The inspector is really thorough. He came in and automatically get his hands in dirty going in the crawl spaces, ceiling to check the termite situation. He gives me some suggestions as of what services to employ, the pros and cons. The actual treatment is scheduled the following day. They are responsive, on time and get the job done! It also comes with a year warranty.

I was having a mice problem in my kitchen. I had caught several with traps but realized they would just keep coming in if I didn’t call ronin to figure out where they were coming in from. Jonathan came a day after calling and made great suggestions of what I should seal to prevent them from coming in. I sealed the areas he told me , set more traps in the kitchen and went away for a few days to cat sit at a friends. Just got back and none of the kitchen traps went off so I’m guessing his suggestions worked. Thank you Jonathan for the great tips ! Hoping this is the end of them !

Beware! Unethical and deceptive business practices -- despite their website claiming BBB accreditation, we confirmed with the BBB that they have never been BBB accredited and in fact have an "F" rating. This flagrant dishonesty is emblematic of the experience we had with Ronin Pest Control.<br>Our apartment complex contracts with Ronin; when we contacted our apartment about a possible bedbug problem after my fiancée noticed some bites, Ronin was the service provider sent out. The technician sent out was very friendly and seemed knowledgeable; he told us the bites didn't look like bug bites and that he saw no signs of bedbugs. We were shocked when our apartment complex told us that Ronin's report recommended nearly a thousand dollars in treatments. I suspect that our technician's report was "rewritten" by the unscrupulous management of this business in an effort to squeeze a couple extra bucks out, since property management wasn't present at this inspection.

I am glad you sent us a great and helpful technician. He was very courteous and did what I asked for the job, both times. Will definitely ask for him for the next time. I've been a customer with Ronin for years. All of their technicians have been friendly, helpful, and do good work. I've been doing the bimonthly service and if I have issues in-between the scheduled services they come out for that too.<br><br>No exception with the latest technician that came out, Enrique Mejia. He listened to all of my concerns I had and took care of resetting traps, bait stations, and doing a thorough all-around job. I was very happy with how he spent a lot of time to make sure everything was taken care of to my satisfaction.

We had a great experience with Ronin Pest Control getting our house and property fumigated recently. The crew was excellent and so careful with our landscaping and older home. Jonathan has come out 3 times and has done a great job. He sealed up our house and the traps are actively catching mice. I set some on my own previously with no success.

After spending a significant amount of time arranging an early office closure for a pest control appointment, Ronin Pest Control canceled our Friday afternoon appointment with less than 24 hours notice.<br><br>With a choice between having to give up my Saturday morning and having to arrange a second early office closure in less than a week, I decided to take the loss and come in on Saturday, just to be able to get the issue dealt with. They gave me a 9 to 11 window and I told them very clearly I absolutely needed to be able to leave by 11. They promised me that it wouldn't be a problem. PROMISED me. 11am on Saturday rolls past and no one shows. I call Ronin, and they tell me the previous stop took longer than expected, could I wait 2 MORE HOURS? Eventually they found someone who could show up slightly earlier (still over a half hour late), and my Saturday plans still got entirely screwed over.<br><br>Never once did they show me the respect or curtesy of reaching out to me or show any consideration for my time until after I called them incredibly upset on Saturday. They just left me waiting, and failed to follow through on their word twice in a row. I am a courteous and accommodating person, but I only got actual responsiveness from Ronin when my frustration really came through and I became much more forceful--it makes me wonder if before then they just thought they could walk all over me because I was nice and polite.<br><br>I rarely leave negative reviews, but I am beside myself. Ronin's incredibly unreliable and unprofessional behavior forced me to choose between getting my workplace's pest issue dealt with in a timely fashion and personal plans I was really looking forward to and had already paid for, and out of consideration for my workplace reputation and career that hardly felt like a choice at all. I am so upset.

Excellent service that I highly recommend!<br>Service technician Owen Foster called me ahead of schedule to let me know what time he'd be coming by and arrived when he said he would.<br>Owen thoroughly inspected the interior, attic and exterior. He showed me small open areas where rodents entered my home. He explained in detail the services Rodin Pest Control offered and showed me specific step by step procedures how their techniques could help my situation.<br>After my consent, Owen drew up a detailed and easy to understand proposal which included all areas agreed upon. After I signed the proposal he quickly and efficiently went about closing the open areas of concern and set rat traps, carefully showing me placement and how and why they are effective.<br>Following day Owen came by to set the mosquito traps.<br>Bottom line is I believe Owen to be an ethical representative of Rodin Pest Control, he's straightforward, exudes confidence, knowledge, skill and most of all really cares about people and doing an EXCELLENT JOB!!!

Making an appointment and working with Jessica M. was pleasant and the other operators were responsive and knowledgeable about their products and services. OMG, Jonathan was great, not only did he explain everything so well, but he actually caught and KILLED the rat!! There was only one that I've seen in the house. And this rat made its way into an entirely different part of the house! He is my hero! Killed the dragon, aka rat face . :) I've also used them in my business space, again to great results. We have used Ronin in the past and this time did not disappoint. We've had stray cats and animals walk along out fence and sometimes in our back yard. Also the neighbors have had rodent problems. Had Jonathan out to check for rats and Salvador out to check for termites after finding some evidence of both in my detached garage. Both were on time, friendly, and knowledgable. Even better, both found that I did not have to have costly pest control treatments. They could have easily told me I needed thousands of dollars of services and I would have been at their mercy, but both recommended some inexpensive, simple options that they thought would solve my problem. Jonathan (our technician) was fantastic. We noticed a few fleas in our entry area from cats that hang out on our porch from the neighborhood. Jonathan arrived right on time, called before hand, explained everything in detail and worked EXTREMELY efficiently both in our home and outside in our yard. He even removed spider webs from the front of our roof with an extended brush! His attitude and demeanor are what you hope for but rarely get when you think of top-notch service. I recently started using this company for my rental property and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the level of dedication and thoroughness to eradicating any infestation on my property. We had a rat issue in our house and called several businesses to get quotes on resolving the issue. Most of them wanted to charge us an absolute fortune, and told us that we needed to tear out everything in our attic. I don't know much about rats, but it didn't look nearly as bad as we were being told.<br><br>Then Jonathan from Ronin came round and told us that we did indeed have rats, but that the problem wasn't that bad. We had our own guy block up the house and Jonathan came and sterilized the attic, and my woodshop in the back. He also set some traps. He took great care to clean everything fully and basically saved us several thousand in potential costs - and of course the rat problem is now solved.<br><br>Both Jonathan and the office staff were very prompt in helping us and courteous. I didn't realize the service would include spider web removal which has plagued our backyard for years - looks brand new now. We ended up signing up for service every 2 months.
