I did feel the gentlemen who showed up to address the issue did not do a proper inspection? He was kinda in a hurry and wanted a roofer to do his job. I explained to him the problem area had been previously sealed by them and rats were trying to penetrate their way<br>through it. He ended up placing a mesh around the area but only after I told him the problem would continue, and eventually the rats would make their way back into my attic. I then asked him if he had reviewed the rest of the house and he said Yes even though I never saw him looking all around the house. The last few times rodent stop came over they were a lot more thorough.

Thanks to a staff person slight of build, they crawled under the house to discover a sawed off pipe that rats were crawling up to make of our beautiful home their 5 star hotel. Excellent service and results. The “name brand” exterminator failed to mitigate to even the slightest degree. Wasted time and money after several visits. One full day visit by the Rodent Stop team and problem solved. Perhaps a little pricey, but delivered results rather than hollow promises.

I like that they are on time for appointments. They also do through inspections and answered all my questions. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

It was raining hard on the day of the service. The Rodent Stop guys were about 15-20 minutes out. I decided to cancel the service out of my concern for their safety and reschedule the service for another day. Thank you.

The service rep who came out was professional and timely. However the work is not completed. He said we would be contacted by someone from Rodent Stop to return to complete tasks including closing of some holes, etc but nothing occurred.

I have not yet had the service! It is scheduled for Dec 26!

Rodents stop was very professional in scheduling their initial visits. Actual attack and inspections soon after for any rat activity. I have not been home to do a personal check but the folks I have living there and caretaking have not seen any sign of rat activity. Thousands of dollars was difficult to swallow but the rats had taken over. To have them gone gone forever is priceless.

Follow up service is poor.

The man who came out to my house was very kind, courteous and nonjudgmental. This is almost the opposite of the man who came to my home after I first hired Rodent Stop several years ago.

Aside from the fact that two of my friends highly recommended Rodent Stop, I was very impressed right from the beginning by the thorough inspection provided by Gustavo. As my wife and I were both quite taken with Rodent Stop over several of their competitors who provided bids, I called Heather, the company’s business manager, that evening. Aside from being very personable and knowledgeable, Heather outlined everything that needed to be done and course of the work that would be completed. Better yet, she offered a price that was not only less expensive than their competitors, but also came with a lifetime guarantee.<br><br>On the day of service, Israel arrived with his team of three workers; all, of whom, went to work the moment they stepped onto our property. Although the workers went in and out of our house throughout the day, they cleaned their shoes at the door and left the house immaculate. By the time they reloaded their truck with the supplies spread across our driveway, they left no trace of having been here all day.<br><br>As promised, Rodent Stop has sent workers out here for the past two weeks to check traps and look for any movement. For that matter, they reminded us to call right out if we had any concerns. This company permanently fixed my rodent problem by successfully blocking all points of entry to my mobile home. Nothing else that I tried prior to calling them had helped. I am grateful. They are worth their cost!

So far we are really pleased with the services and work. They did a very thorough job of blocking all possible rodent points of entry into the house. We are only two months out but with their guarantee we can call them if at any time we find signs of rodents in the house.
