After being traumatized for over two weeks by a really bad rat infestation in my home, including rats in the house and in the attic and setting traps and trying to get them myself i called rodent professor and Nate came by he was super reassuring. They showed up within 72 hours completely barricaded my house from rats and places traps inside and under the house. the workers were incredibly polite. They really knew what they were doing. Rodent Professor gets 5-stars from me. We had a mice and rat problem in our crawl space and attic. They did a professional job sealing up every small entry point to our house. To be honest, I was initially surprised at how expensive the job was, but I got another quote that came in around the same price. Rodent Professor had a 3-man crew that worked non-stop for 5 hours, as I did not realize how much work was involved. Now 3 months later we have not seen a single dropping. Nate was our rep, he is trustworthy and a good communicator, and I would recommend him to others.

Rodent Professor came over yesterday to rid my house of RATS! Joseph, who oversaw the project was great and went the extra mile to make sure all bases were covered and getting all the horrible Rat droppings cleaned up and now all hiding places are totally clean..<br><br>and so far...no sign of them around the house.<br><br>Irene in the office did a great job coordinating the details.<br><br>The men handling the actual cleanup were efficient and also went the extra mile.<br><br>I had appointments with four different companies but I knew that Rodent Professor would do a great job at a fair price and yes, they all did everything they could to protect my duplex from pesky invaders!

Rodent professor was very proficient in what they do and I was surprised on some of the things they did that I wasn't expecting like even closing any opening in the kitchen and I remember the other company told me to call the plumber to fix the hole. Kudos to Nate who was very friendly and not pushy and upselling and tell you as it is, Diego and crew who did the work and Irene who explained to me the billing. The only thing that I hope they can change is the 3.89% credit card charge and with their price it add up. That's why only 4star.

I want to give a big thank you to Joseph and the Rodent Professor team for their outstanding work. We met with five companies (I know, that’s a lot!), and Joseph stood out as the most thorough in inspecting for rodents. Not only did he provide effective solutions, but he also didn’t try to upsell me on unnecessary services, like replacing all the attic insulation—something many companies do to make extra money. Joseph was upfront and honest, and he patiently answered all my questions.<br><br>On the day of the job, Joseph brought along an excellent team: Diego, Victor, Emmanuel, and David (I asked for all their names so I can shout-them out bc they were terrific). They worked together seamlessly, tackling the attic, garage, and sealing any rodent entry points. They not only worked hard but were also incredibly respectful of our home. Since that day, they’ve returned to respray and check the traps.<br><br>To sum it up, this is a company that genuinely cares, does an amazing job, and doesn’t try to upsell you. I highly recommend them. Additionally, Moesha in their office was exceptional in managing everything— from the bid and the visit to coordinating the work day and follow-up. She worked closely with Joseph and kept me informed every step of the way. I called Rodent Professor based on great reviews and the fact that they do not use poison. Rodent poison does not work. It leaves you with dead rat smell stinking up your house for months. More importantly it kills the natural predators of mice and rats so using them creates a much larger problem for our environment. This company uses the proven technique of exclusion and trapping. The Rodent Professor team came in this morning. They located access areas I didn’t realize existed. The job took about five hours and it seems as though the house is locked up against rodents for a good long while. There are traps set in the utility basement and attic which they will come and check when I ask them. The guys were very neat and left all workspaces clean. They were all very friendly and professional. I highly recommend getting this team of Joseph, Diego, Kunzul, Victor and Emmanuel on the job if you suspect you’ve got rodents moving in.

Joseph came to inspect our house and was not only careful and complete but explained the situation, encouraged us to get counter offers and described in complete detail what they would do to seal off our home from rodents. After two more bids, we decided to go with Rodent Professor. They were professional and responsive, answering all questions. There was a bit of a kerfuffle in using a credit card to pay but we worked it out and are confident that we are well on our way to being able to relax in our home. Rodent Professor is amazing. Jason is really knowledgeable and very responsive. He's eager to help and will answer any questions you may have.<br>He brought over a large team led by Diego and Joseph. They took care of all the work in one day. They even finished earlier than they initially said. Everyone was working fast and simultaneously. They sealed all access points, cleaned out the bad insulation in the attic, and placed several traps. We already caught a few of our uninvited visitors. They are definitely worth it. They also make it really easy to pay with multiple options. Give them a call and they'll take care of your problem.

I checked out the five top rated exterminators in Los Angeles and reached out to several. There was a significant difference between the professional manner Rodent Professor operates and the others. They were pleasant, responsive, amicable, thorough and fair.<br>Jason arrived on time and inspected inside and out. Estimate was free, and fair. Jason and his team of four arrived within three days to seal the house, set traps, disinfect and screen areas behind stove, atop pantry, beside washer, beneath kitchen sink, etc. to prevent any access.<br>I highly recommend Rodent Professor.

I usually never write reviews, but jason/diego and his team deserves to be acknowledged for the superb services they provided. I got full treatment and insulation install services from the Rodent professor. Jason/Diego and his team came out made sure all the access points are blocked. They installed the traps and waited for couple weeks to make sure there are no more rodents around. Jason came in and checked with me several times to see if I heard any traps went off and also came by himself to make sure there are no more rodents. He made 10000% sure there are no more rodents. After everything was checked he and his team came to install the insulation. There were some mistakes where he brought wrong size insulators, but he was very honest about his mistake and very professional where he explained that he brought wrong sized insulators. This didn't cost me anything other than like extra 30 minutes to get the insulation installed. I really appreciated how professional he was and him to provide very high quality services. I definitely recommend the Rodent professor.

When I found out we had a rodent problem I went to Yelp to find companies to come do a free inspection and quote. I had 4 different people come and none were as thorough as Jason! I contacted multiple pest control companies to provide a preliminary inspection and quote for my rat infestation. These companies did not preform a thorough inspection and seemed to pressure me for their business.<br><br>Things changed when I called Rodent Professor. Very professional and thorough service. We had an issue with a rodent that was producing a foul smell. Over the course of the consultation, we were able to spot problem areas where rodents could crawl in as well as find the source of the odor. Jason went above and beyond in helping find the dead critter and removed from a nearly impossible place. Wow. The service we recieved from Jason Nash and Rodent Professor was above and beyond. Jason was prompt and fit us into his schedule extremely last minute. I reached out to Rodent Professor at 1:30pm and he was here by 4pm. He gave a thorough inspection, showing entry areas that we should consider sealing. He helped us find the dead rodent that was stinking up our garage, and went above and beyond, spending several hours to remove it. He then sprayed the garage down with an all-natural deoderizer which smells lovely and removed the odor immediately. Our problem was solved in 1 day. Jason also wasn't salesy, trying to get us to sign up for expensive monthly services. I had called Orkin first, and almost immediately they were pushing for me to sign up for a monthly service, even before they inspected the problem! I am so impressed by this company that I felt I must write a review. After hearing noises in the attic I new I had a developing problem with rodents. I called three companies, the first two didn’t even looked in the attic amd barely inspected the outside house perimeter.<br><br>Then Jason Nash, the company’s inspector came and performed an thoroughly inspection, went up into the attic, after that inspected the outside of the house and finally went up the roof. He explained my rodent problem with expertise and pictures that showed all the possible entrances were rodents can entered the attic!<br>He also gave me the procedure that include closing all entrances, vacuuming of the attic insulation, fumigation and sanitation.<br>He scheduled the job, which took a day.<br>The team came as promised, they were very organized, 2 went up to the roof, and around the house fixing all possible entrance.3 of the workers went in the attic. I had wildlife stuck in my kitchen and after calling the city, and service after service I wasn't having much luck, no one wanted to help! I just needed a critter rescued, and most were extermination services, and the city only cares about barking dogs. I called rodent professor after hearing sounds coming from the attic at my house. They responded almost immediately, and were available to come for an inspection within 48 hours. The inspection was thorough, and the following day they returned to complete the job. They found and patched any and all possible entry points for rodents on the roof, attic, crawl space and around the house. They worked all day long, did a thorough job, and communicated with me throughout the day with every step. Since then, they have returned to inspect the traps that were laid and clear out and reset the ones that were used. They also have a warranty that if the problem persists, they will come back and take care of it again, if need be, which is a nice guarantee to have. Jason, Emanuel and Diego worked hard to fix everything that needed to be fixed all day. Job was finished in a single day, which was great, as I didn’t want to deal with this for multiple days. We had such a great experience with Rodent Professor!!!<br><br>We have a rat problem that has gotten out of hand! We were finding poop everywhere and hearing them squeak and scratch around in our attic, not to mention ruining my veggie garden!<br><br>We called one company who charged $149 just to come and assess the situation and were told that money would go towards the cost of the service. Well, they quoted us $3,000!!! Needless to say, we did not hire them, so we lost $149 and we started to fix the problem ourselves by putting mesh over any entry points to our house. It slowed the critters down a bit, be we were still seeing/hearing them.<br><br>So, I contacted several companies through Yelp, and let each of them know that I was not willing to pay more than $500 (which is still a lot). My wife and I have been going a bit crazy the past couple weeks waging war on a mouse problem. We tried a variety of traps, but the mouse/mice were too clever for those. Tons of work, all top notch. In addition to securing all possible rodent entrances, they replaced three large ducts that were chewed through, fumigated, cemented and repaired.<br><br>I cannot recommend these guys enough. I unfortunately had a rat problem going on with my home. We tried everything poison, traps, electric trap, you name it!!! We contacted rodent professor and they came the next day! Jason arrived that afternoon and found that our home had many many entrances for rats to find to come into our house. He is extremely professional, nice, and very trustworthy. I’m having an ongoing issue with rats at my newly remodeled home in Pasadena. It started in my roof, then upon the completion of the remodel turns out the pesky things have migrated to the walls!
