Great rodent control company happy with their service

Koby provided my monthly services this morning and did an excellent job as always. She shared important information with me regarding the activity on the left side of my house and the probability of it may be a result of my neighbor gutting out his bathroom recently (which I shared with him). I appreciate his feedback and assessment of the activity occurring in the traps as this is activity that hasn’t been happening since these treatments. Excellent service from Koby!

Great job 2 months and no rats have returned

We had ongoing rat issues in our attic and had already tried a few pest control companies without real results. Then we called Rodent Expertz.<br><br>Eli was great. He personally went up into the attic, identified exactly where the rats were accessing the home, and clearly explained the problem. The very next day, he returned with his team. They cleaned out the attic thoroughly and sealed the entry points properly.<br><br>Professional, responsive, and effective.

Guy and his team did a great job! Follow up was great and lifetime warranty makes me feel confident my home is properly protected.

Be careful when calling these guys for service. I was made a contract that they would inspect monthly for a year and they would contain and sanitize at the beginning and once the problem was mostly solved. They never did the latter and never inspected more than two months into the year.<br><br>When contacted once again, the support desk knew of the order, but the person sent to actually reinspect had absolutely no idea what they were doing or any idea of the contract in place. Completely unprofessional. I then some of the black boxes that are supposed to be inspected and replaced monthly and am now going on two months with the same initial boxes.<br><br>TLDR: Very quick to charge and do not come through with their services. Be careful as they charge a pretty penny but you will have to be on them to do service. Some reps also just have no idea who or what is in place with said contracts.

Please be smarter than me and quote around other companies first.<br><br>I've paid around $4k+ for Attic & Crawlspace Cleaning & Sanitization, Rodent Proofing, trap placement, and a monthly service. Similar to the review below they were only around for less than 6 hours for hastily done work.<br><br>For a service as expensive as this you'd expect to have all the work completed. Sean was responsive and prompt, however, i've been struggling for weeks to even get a response about the follow up appointment that was supposed to happen months ago. I continuously call to check in, but always get pushed off that they're still attempting to find a technician to finish the check up. They even told me that they'd follow up with me, however, 90% of the time I've gotten a response is due to my own diligence of calling them back. This was expensive and i've had to pull out a loan, I've tried asking for a refund due to their services not being completed but they keep saying that there's nothing they can do. Yes you can, finish the service you initially promised!<br><br>Please be smarter than me and call around first to see what other companies have better rates. They're quick to complete the work and receive payment, however, follow ups and post-services have been unreliable. I've genuinely tried to be patient but I feel like i've constantly been pushed off.

Excellent and thorough service

If you have rats or squirrels in your basement, attic, and/or walls, this company CAN fix it. That's the only good thing I can say about them.<br><br>The monthly bait stations and repellant spray service is awful. They don't want to schedule ahead of time or have a routine day or time of month, they prefer to operate by texting you when a tech is on their way. Not home? They'll just skip anything behind a gate and charge you the same $148. It took me months to get them to agree to tell me the day before a tech was scheduled to come (and still no time given in advance.) Apparently, they think everyone with a gated backyard stays home all day every day and can allow access when they decide to show up on a whim.<br><br>This past July I contacted them via email to see if I could change from a monthly schedule to every other month. No reply. I called multiple times and if I was able to talk to someone, they would tell me they'd talk to their manager and call me back. When the tech came August 15th, I told him the trouble I was having and was insured someone would contact me. They didn't.<br><br>On September 2nd they finally emailed me and said we could switch to every other month. 9 days later, they charged me again (despite having come in August.) I emailed them and asked them to refund the charge or apply it to the following month. Not only did they never reply, a tech didn't come out at all in September.<br><br>I began emailing and calling, emails went unanswered and the woman I would speak to on the phone always had to talk to someone else and call me back. She still, to this day, has never had anyone call me back. On October 11th, they charged me again. I then called again and told the girl who answered to cancel my subscription and refund me the $296 they'd charged me for and not provided service. Her answer was "oh I can't process refunds, I'll have to talk to my manager and have them call you back." I told her that was more of the same BS, and if I didn't receive my refund within a week I'd dispute the charges they my bank, as that's fraud. I'm sure you'll be SHOCKED to hear I didn't receive a call OR a refund. On October 17th I received an automated email saying my subscription with them was canceled, but no refund. They didn't even mention it. That's the last I've heard anything from them. I contacted my bank to dispute the charges, and the process is still ongoing.<br><br>If you value your time and money, don't hire this company; they respect neither.

Very thorough and quick. I moved but if I need any services like rat control this is the only business I would deal with. Very professional organization. Thanks so much.

These guys are super expensive, which would have been fine if the work had been truly outstanding; but they really weren't as thorough as they could have been. There were some places that should have been dealt with that were ignored; and they should done a much better job of cleaning up existing mouse droppings so we'd be able to tell if there were new ones. That having been said: they were very punctual and responsive, and I liked Shawn.<br><br>Revising my review: I paid these guys $5000. They spent maybe 6 hours here, and yes I think they succeeded in rodent proofing the house. But, they were supposed to do a followup visit today between 10 and 12; I didn't hear anything about an ETA, so I called them and was told they aren't coming. *I* had to call THEM!!! For $5K they can't even call and say I'm sorry, can we re-schedule??? So now I have a bunch of traps lying around the house and who knows when they will be here to pick them up. I do NOT recommend that you use these people.

Fair price. Arrived on time. Workers were thorough. I would recommend to others. Gave me good photos and showed me what was done.

Follow up on previously completed work. Eli was prompt and professional in the follow up work. He removed a dead rat and reattached a crawl space screen that came loose.

Called 3 other places & we picked Rodent Control,Toby came out the next day & was very informative he made sure we understood,the next day the guys cameout & started working, I love they cleaned up after themselves,Thank you Kobe & Angel you guys are the best 👌

Eli of Rodents Expertz Inc was great and his team was exceptional. I was able to get a next day appointment for the work following my inspection and his crew was at my house from 8 am to 5 pm. They secured every possible access point from the interior of the attic to every inch of the basement as well as every possible crack, hole and air vent within our living space. They secured the roof, the exterior of the house then set traps before a final inspection by Eli, the owner. Each time there is construction nearby - in this case next door - we’ve had an issue with rats so this is the fourth company we’ve hired and by far the most thorough. Their maintenance fee is competitive as well. I hate that I needed to have rats eradicated, but that Rodent Expertz actually answered the phone and came out the next day was extremely fortunate for me and my family.

My memory is very great and I don’t understand how I pay 4k for and don’t clean up the droppings in the attic, when they communicated in person , he said they clean the rat poop and urine . And now all of a sudden he said that no we weren’t suppose to do that; we cleaned some but no it was not meant to be clean. Good salesmen but can’t hire y’all again. Liars

Eli came to inspect our outside gazebo which has a small attic.<br>We thought we had rodents up there because of the pee an droppings were were seeing coming out of the light sockets to the ground and table<br>After inspection of the crawl space no evidence of rodents inside.<br>After examination of the droppings it was determined to be bats that are getting inside the sealed light housings from the outside and taking residence in the housing. Just need to put a plastic shield around the light bulb to prevent the bats from going inside the light housing<br><br>Eli was very professional. If we ever did have a rodent problem we would not hesitate to call Rodent Expertz to take care of it

Did a very thorough job rodent-proofing my attic and crawl space. Explained all of the processes and steps.

The services that they offer are great, employees are really kind and they always explain everything that they do. If you want to solve the problem then call them.

The elements of the work were explained & completed. Updated every step of the way. Pictures of what was done were shown with the remedy. I didn’t realize I had so many entry points! The areas they cleaned on the patio and shed were even organized when they put everything back. It was like having an outdoor housekeeper! Very pleased.

Rodent Expertz Inc. representatives gave us customer service excellence! They came to our home, listened to our concerns of rats around the house; they took their time to searched for droppings, chewed activities in the two attics in the house and the garage. They determined that there was no rats in our home. Nonetheless, they suggested to spray with their repellent products for rodent around the house, the garage, and inside the hoods of our cars for a few months to prevent them to get near the premises of our property. Their spray product has a strong mint smell that rodents do not like, it is not dangerous to pets nor children. I have been very happy with the results. I had to call Eli a few times and each time he was very prompt in providing the necessary service. Eli explained what they were going to do and through messages and email kept me informed of appointments and services.

Living in a house about 75-80 years old in a rural setting leaves us open to potential rodent problems. The team at Rodent Control of LA came to our home and went over the house from attic to crawl space. Found some breaches and sealed them up. Not only that, they also cleaned out, sanitized and set some fresh traps under the crawl space. I can't thank the team at Rodent Control of LA enough!

We had a major rodent issue and we tried several pest control services, none of which were effective. We hired Rodent Control of LA about six months ago and we have not seen any rodent activity since then.
