Jacob did an excellent job for me. He really seems to take great pride in his work and tries hard to accommodate the customer's wishes. He seems very trustworthy, honest, and knowledgeable. The only thing that prevents me from giving a 5-star review is that while my attic looks perfect, his crew could have done a better job of cleaning up the concrete debris in my garage. Overall, I strongly recommend this company.<br><br>Follow up... more than a year later, I let Jacob know that a rodent had gotten into my attic. He immediately came out (twice) to handle the situation and make sure it wouldn't recur. He insisted on not accepting payment for his services.

He is not only very professional and knowledgeable, but also an enthusiastic person.<br>He did a great work at my house, including removed old attic insulation, cleaning, sealing, sanitize, install new insulation with good materials, and the best part was his attic rodent proofing policy with 5 years guarantee no rats. Jacob and his team helped us with our rodent problem. They came in, closed up many hole in our attic and home, and did so very quickly and professionally. Jacob clearly has an eye for this sort of work and was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend.

I had called another rodent company, who had not solved the extreme rodent problem in my mother's house. When I called Jacob and his team, they came in and within three days had boarded up, repaired damaged walls, removed all the air ducts that had been eaten through by rodents, and replaced them and had reduced the problem almost immediately with rodents! He was thorough, cleaned my mother's kitchen that was part of the problem, and created a much more pleasant atmosphere. They are wonderful and really did the job!!!! Excellent service!!!!!

Jacob's crew did a phenomenal job in cleaning our attic, installing new insulation and closing off all holes.
