I contacted a lot of pest control companies only to be told they didn't have time and their prices were not specific at all and seemed like every yep rodent company wanted to hustle me until I contacted this company Gladiator they came and did the best job anyone can ask for and were HONEST! Highly recommend this company easy to work with no bullshit ! I'm in West Hollywood and this guy came through!

Very impressed.<br>I have had a rat problem for months. I tried everything inside and outside in the attic and crawl space. This cheerful guy Ralph comes out for a free estimate and gives a quick evaluation. He said my job was easy and told me what to do. Fill a few holes he spotted that I somehow missed. And fix a pipe in the attic. Boom! Next day months long rat problem is gone. These guys are top of my list for recommendation. Ralph is skilled and zero BS.

The night before I removed all drawers and items in cabinets along the floor where it touches the wall. On the day-of your killer (nice fella) arrived, sprayed the house exterior/soil interface, sprayed the interior floor/wall interface, and departed. About 25 minutes of quiet and ruthless intent.<br>13 days later we remain ant-free.

We let an ant invasion problem go a little too long, to the point where ants were making appearances in places far beyond the expected kitchen and bathroom areas.<br><br>Carlos, with Gladiator Pest Control, arrived on time and explained how he was going to treat areas all around the house exterior.<br><br>Carlos was very professional and did not try to up-sell us on any other services; which I was half expecting from a pest control business. Carlos did the job a few days ago and we have seen only a few stray ants and hope that the infestation is solved. We have a warranty that will cover any re-infestation within a few months. Based on our experience, I am very likely to schedule future appointments with Gladiator Pest Control. I appreciate that they are a local, family owned business.

I live in the hills of Northeast LA, and ant infestations are an annual nuisance. However, this my second year using Gladiator Pest Control, and I have not seen a single ant in my home since August of 2022 (nothing against ants -- they're welcome to enjoy the outside of my house). Gladiator has provided me with responsive, professional and superior service. The 60-day warranty assures me I'm going to be pest-free until October. I was pleasantly surprised when my quote for this year's service (2023) was exactly the same as last year, and as a gesture of gratitude I offered to pay a bit extra.

Ubaldo has been super helpful baiting and trapping the rats that were in our crawl space. Very grateful. 🙏🏻

Do not use this service. They create fake invoices and bill your card on file for services they never provide. When confronted with this graft they will lie, demur, and misdirect. Awful company. Be advised.

Great customer service, Ralph and the team are excellent.

An amazing experience with them, and it’s not often I can say that about a pest control company. I was worried I had bed bugs. I sent in a few photos of what I’d found, and Ralph called me back right away. Not only did he immediately diagnose the problem - not bed bugs, thankfully - but he also gave me excellent advice on how to get rid of the problem myself. And if that didn’t work, he also gave me an estimate that was a very good price. Ideally you won’t need to use a company like this, but if you do you won’t go wrong with them and Ralph.

Technician always polite and professional

Work was done as scheduled, George was very professional, prompt and completed the job I had requested. Excellent customer service, I would and will recommend this company to my neighbors or who ever asked me for this particular service.

The technician George Lopez is very detailed , experienced, and professional. He services my residence in Altadena and Apartment complex in Alhambra. He does a great job. Gladiator pest control is very lucky to have such a wonderful technician working for their company .

Reynaldo arrived on time. Was interested in hearing about any specifics and worked quickly and efficiently.

Did a great job this time - as usual. Ants are gone. They have been out to my house several times over the years (I think I must live on an anthill). Same very nice tech comes - although I've never met him. I'm always at work. But the babysitter says he is very polite and thorough and she is comfortable with him. That is a huge plus!

This company is terrible. We have used them several times and twice, their technicians accepted payment and issued receipts but will then lie to the office about not receiving payment. For both times, the office has contacted us to pay again. Looking at reviews, it seems like we are not the only ones experiencing this. Gladiator technicians cannot be trusted with money.

Everyone was extremely friendly the only thing was I sprayed on the outside only. And now we are inundated with ants on the inside of of the bathrooms. They were in coming in through the plumbing it’s been terrible. Now I need to wait 2 weeks for a respray. I wish I had known.

The technician that does the monthly maintenance is very professional. He reminds me when my service is and I haven’t had any issues with pests since.

I spent a few weeks trying to find a local exterminator, didn't get call backs or was ghosted by a few companies. I asked for a call back and got a call back within 15 mins. The schedulers new what was happening and didn't hard sell me on anything. They answered every question and explained it well. My exterminator was John he was so accommodating to my time needs as i have pets and a wheelchair user to evacuate. And explained what he was going to do before he started.

George was my exterminator and he was efficient and knowledgeable. As he was spraying the outside of my home, he even went above and beyond and reconnected a couple of irrigation lines that had come loose and stopped water from spraying everywhere . I’ve used gladiator every few years whenever I get an ant invasion and they are the best.

We had an ant problem when we moved into our house about a year ago. We called Gladiator because we wanted to support a local business instead of a large chain company. The problem was eradicated quickly and now we have Gladiator come in for bi-monthly visits to make sure that the perimeter of our house stays clear of unwanted pests. I used them a couple years ago for a 4-unit that I own. A couple days ago my tenants let me know they had ants in their unit and tried traps but too many ants. I called Gladiator and the next day they were out to the property. Great service.

Have been using Gladiator Pest Control since June 2020, I have not had any problems since. I will always have this company service my home like I have for the past two years. It's a great comfort to my family we are not bothered by any pests.

George is awesome! We had a cricket problem. They were even coming into my house. He was on time, super friendly, knowledgeable and guaranteed me that if my cricket problem wasn’t gone, he would come back again.

This company, is easily, the worst. And its not the technicians that come out, its the billing and accounting dept. Over billing, keep bad records, they are a mess. Run away from gladiator. Go anywhere but here.

I’ve hired other pest control companies in the past but have not been impressed. Gladiator Pest Control was amazing. The women who answered the phone was friendly and so was John who did the work. He showed up right on time, and explained exactly what he was doing and then got it done. I’ll definitely be hiring them again for all of my pest control needs. Very impressed.

I never write Google reviews, but I simply had to for Gladiator Pest Control. I was working with a film crew that had been exposed to bed bugs in the location we were filming in (definitely something they don't prepare you for), and we needed to resolve the situation immediately. I found Ralph and Gladiator Pest Control Inc. after doing some Yelp research (they have 200 5 star reviews), and I definitely struck gold.<br><br>Ralph was extremely wonderful to work with. I think I talked to him over the phone for almost a total of 4 hours, and he was kind, patient, calming, and super informative every time. We built a plan for how to exterminate the film set and my crew's belongings, and he worked with us every step of the way to make sure we were taken care of. He came on set, sprayed everything, then held a Q&A session for my crew about what they should do with their clothing and other personals. Everyone felt so calm and assured that they were in good hands.<br><br>I don't live in L.A, but I highly, highly recommend that any one who needs extermination reach out to Ralph and Gladiator Pest Control. 10/5 stars!

I don't really write many reviews but in this case I just had to. Ralph is a lifesaver. I found a mouse in my home and he came right over. He went way above and beyond what I thought anyone would do about my problem to make sure he got rid of the rodent.
