They came out to squirrel proof my attic. Did a sloppy job, left metal hanging off my gutters and roof, with it looking worse than when they got there. I wasn't pleased with the way the work looked, but the squirrels weren't getting back in, so it was what it was... Until the squirrels got back in. Breda wanted to send me back to square one and charge me in full for them to fix what they were supposed to have fixed the first time. Needless to say, I do not recommend.
I had an amazing experience with Breda Pest Control, and their tech Zack immediately put us at ease. We had a lot of questions, and he took the time to answer every one with patience, knowledge, and a calm, professional approach that made us feel confident we were in good hands.<br><br>Zack was incredibly thorough and taught us so much about household pests and the best ways to get rid of them. It felt like a mini Pest Control 101—in the best way. I even had some caulking spray, and Zack jumped in to help seal holes around our pipes like it was part of the service. He also noticed our dryer vent cap was missing outside (another easy entry point) and put it on for us.<br><br>And we knew we had the right guy when Zack showed us pics of his snakes and scorpions. I jokingly told him he must’ve been hired on the spot and just needed training on bugs. 😂<br><br>Bottom line: I had the best experience with Breda thanks to Zack. He handled everything that was “bugging” me with skill and care, and somehow made the whole experience genuinely enjoyable. When someone shows up, fixes the problem, and leaves your home better than they found it, that’s a win every time. Thanks, Zack!
We’ve always had a great experience with any technician (we had a couple of different guys when we first started). And I’d like to give a special shout out to our regular technician, Christian Donnan-Mayo. He’s excellent!!<br><br>I also very much appreciate that I could call back at any time between services if I noticed any pest activity. This was especially helpful for a yellow jacket problem we had. Many thanks to Christian, and the other tech that followed up 3 weeks later to tackle them in 100 degree heat!
I have been giving the Breda team a real challenge at my 100+ year old home that seems to have some pesky rodents using the basement crawlspace for a speakeasy at night. Through several months I've gotten to know many of the wildlife technicians - too many to name, and each one has done what they can to figure out the issue and I'm always appreciative of the positive attitudes and how they crawl around in small dark spaces. A few weeks ago it was time to bring in the experts and I had the dynamic duo of managers Mike Shoults and Kenny Barnes - the big guns. They spent almost 4 hours at my house, going through as many possibilities as they could imagine, leaving no inch of the basement untouched. We haven't cracked the code yet, but Mike decided he would take on my "project" himself from now on, committing to helping me figure out the entry point and eradicate them. He has come to my house each week since then, always going above and beyond, thinking outside of the box, and taking his time to really think through possibilities. He has done everything from spelunking through the crawlspace, helping me cut out walls, taking out poorly installed vapor mill barrier, filling in holes with concrete, and setting up trail cameras. He is incredibly positive, and very knowledgeable - he's taught me way more about rats than I would ever like to know! Mike is an absolute gem and I appreciate him so much - he keeps the positivity front and center and his customer service skills are top notch. I really feel like he cares about me and my situation and to top it off he always takes a few minutes to say hi to my energetic laborador puppy who just adores him. Thanks Mike, and Breda team for having my back and helping to shut down the speakeasy!
We have used Breda for years. Ricardo is our Tech and does a great job! He is very knowledgeable about pests and our issues. He remembers our issues and continues to treat for those pests that love our home (ants). He is also great with our dog, they have quite the friendship!!
Chris C. Was very thorough in his inspection and explained the reason for recommendations. He also showed us pictures of what needed to be addressed. Was wonderful to work with, and I appreciated the free inspection. I also appreciated the recommendations for the treatment, and the varied price differences for the treatment treatments.
we had the best experience with Mike Shoults and Hunter Underwood they were punctual, friendly and thorough, they made sure everything was taken care of.Hunter did the exclusion behind the gutters with metal and sealed off the foundation.Mike Shoults the wildlife pro is the icing on the cake he placed a camera in the attic and the culprit was caught on camera ,it was a racoon. mike found the point of entry and sealed it off at the right time before he could get back in. The point of entry was under the deck where the racoon dug a hole at the base of the fireplace and found his way into the attic ,so Mike sealed that off with metal.Have'nt heard any noise or movement since. The best sleep I have had in a long time. I said all this because people need to know Breda Pest company is the best in the business, believe me I have tried others and they did not solve the problem.
8 years ago Breda sold me a "wildlife exclusion" service to get rid of noisy creatures in my attic. That came with a $150 annually renewable guarantee (in addition to initial one-time cost) to get rid of similar problems in the future. Recently Breda's quarterly pest control guy found one dead mouse in my attic, and that was enough to mobilize Justin A. from Breda to take care of the problem plus a few follow-up visits. Justin A. was not only thorough and effective; he was also courteous and patient with me when I forgot about previously scheduled appointments. For anyone considering the service, just remember to go with the annual renewal agreement to protect your initial investment in the service. What I really appreciate about Breda is they offer several different services so that when a problem arises you don't just have one company blaming a problem on somebody else.
I asked them to stop servicing my home, couple weeks later a technician "treated" my home while no one was home. I called to inquire and they said I had an appointment scheduled and that if no one is home or confirms the appointment they proceed to treat the outside of your house and that qualifies as treatment. I told them I wasn't paying for it and again to cancel any future service visits. Well fast forward a year later.. they sent my account to collections for a $140 bill - Norman & Associates. I paid it because my credit score won't be compromised because of their crappy business- SO BEWARE.
We have had Breda for several years and have never had anything but absolutely positive customer service. Ricardo is our technician and he always goes above and beyond for us, including giving us loads of information about what bugs are active during each season and what to look for. We are so grateful for the hometown feel of this company and are happy to leave such a positive review as they continue to expand into new regions of Georgia.

From the initial inspection to the actual work, Breda was great! Little Mike and his crew came out and were efficient and hard working. They all had a great attitude, even in the cold weather (something you don't see a lot) and got to work. For the inside work, they were respectful of our home and were very knowledgeable with all our questions. We appreciate them helping with our flying squirrel debacle!
Breda's wildlife exclusion work is top-notch, even on in-town 100+ year-old homes, and Josh Harrison is the best technician!
Last year my partner and myself paid $3500 for an exclusion, have their insect service, and did a termite treatment as well and I'll say that the company seems to hide behind their "family owned and operated" tagline without any real follow through aside from bandaids. Since we've had the "exclusion" we continue to have rats getting under our foundation into the crawlspace because, as I've recently learned from other professionals in the field, they did not properly exclude, only filled easy gaps. Since we are in Georgia on soft clay soil, rats easily burrow under a pier and beam foundation without a proper fencing added around the foundation at least 12-24" deep (rats typically burrow 6-18" deep) and since the "exclusion" they've had to come out and plug at least 4 new holes, most likely from the same rats.<br><br>Most recently, they sent out a tech who was over an our late and "found nothing in the traps" which in his mind meant there is no activity even though we have CLEARLY heard things in our crawlspace and wall. Come to find out, there is a new hole that he obviously did not check for which is near a previous hole they filled. Essentially, they're putting bandaids on an issue that required proper workmanship from the start to prevent this from continuing to happen. We do not want to pay for continuous bandaids which give no long term peace of mind and do not want to call each month to have them come back to fill more holes. Furthermore, the previous tech was clumsy and disconnected hvac tubes from the vent but made zero mention of it - we only found out because one of our vent wasn't blowing air. The tech also discounted our claims about hearing anything (we heard noises in both the crawlspace and attic near the chimney), citing that we should call back if the sounds show up at the same time/place - which is ridiculous because rats do not operate that way (I hear them making noise in a new spot as I write this). I've been down to the crawlspace and the traps are sparsely laid at best (there might be 3 max for a 1500 sq ft home, and they're glue traps so they're not exactly doing much. Bait stations outside haven't caught anything either.<br><br>I also forgot to mention that this is the SECOND time we have called about noises near/in the chimney and come to find out, they never added a cap to the chimney which probably should have also been part of the exclusion. They also have not addressed the issue there each time, and skirted around it instead.<br><br>Another thing to note, initially when they did the "exclusion" they built a new crawlspace door and installed it so the door opening upwards rather than horizontally like a normal door because it was "easier for them", meaning the door would not stay open without some kind of latch... that they did not install.. so we had to have them come out and build a new one that functioned like a regular door.<br><br>Do not let the company fool you with their phone jingle and the promise of quality work. If you have to do an exclusion, I'd recommend going elsewhere and having someone who will make an actual fix, not just do a partial job and then come out 5+ more times to battle a problem that shouldn't be an issue if it was done properly the first time. Of course we thought that the exclusion was what they said it would be but now that we know better, we recognize we paid $3500 for basically nothing but repeat visits and a $300 a year "commitment". It makes me concerned that they even did the termite treatment correctly so may need to have another company check the work.
I called this company with a specific wildlife incursion issue (woodpecker possibly after bugs in siding) and was assured of a call back. I did not receive one. I had to call back and was then told by the second service rep that they could, in fact NOT handle my issue. It was an extremely simple issue. I cannot fathom how a company representing itself as Breda does cannot handle a such simple problem. It was a complete waste of time contacting Breda, they handled my first (and second) contact with them very poorly. I now have an extremely low opinion of them. Would not recommend...<br><br>As for the response below. Thanks, Kenny, for the sentiments you expressed, but it would have been better for everyone if your call-takers were fully trained as to what your company can and cannot do. You had your chance at earning our business but lost it due to our initial interaction with sub-par employees at Breda.<br>It is so true; you never get a second chance at a first impression.

Thorough, thoughtful, and clearly expert, he approached every step with care and precision. What stood out most was how clearly he explained what he was doing along the way, which immediately built trust and confidence. The tech we had assigned this year always did the bare minimum. He was punctual and courteous but did a poor job each quarter (rarely replacing glue traps, outside cleanup was spotty, etc).<br><br>We cancelled after the last service because other companies have done a much better job.
After two years of spending money to have holes repaired and trying every trick I could come up with to keep squirrels out of my attic, I was at a loss. I dreaded leaving every day, not knowing what destruction would happen in my attic while I was working.<br>I had an acquaintance recommend Breda.<br>I'm so thankful to now be free of squirrels. Little Mike went above and beyond to make sure I was informed, and that everything was taken care of.<br>I want to thank Little Mike and his nice crew for all their hard work.<br>I feel so relieved that I don't have to deal with this problem anymore.... and now I can store things in my attic and know that it won't be destroyed.<br>Thank you Breda for quality work and attention to details!!!!

Breda Pest has been wonderful. I’ve interacted with multiple different staff members for a variety of services - bug spraying, wildlife removal, termite protection, etc. I’ve always experienced professionalism and have had my needs met promptly and with ample communication. They are a great business to partner with.
I was at my wits' end trying to outsmart squirrels that seemed to laugh at my efforts. Breda Pest Management was priced in the middle of my three estimates received to eliminate the problem. Called braider out due to some termite damage I had at a new home that I had purchased… Jake came out and assessed the situation with some high-tech equipment. I’ve never seen before… He was able to determine I did not have termites which I was super happy about, however I do have damage to wood that needs to be replaced to my back deck… Highly recommend Jake to come out call him if you need a professional.
Little mike and John John arrived at 9:10am and worked inside and outside of my home until 11:30am. They were good about explaining my rodent problems and showed me what they did to help resolve them. I have a serious problem with squirrels and rats. Little Mike showed me all of the entry points that they had discovered. I was given a follow up date that they would come to check the traps. I was also told that the townhouse owned by the slum lord next door to me was contributing to the problem because his property was severely infested and had been ignored. Had Breda come out for a termite and pest control inspection. Chris C. Showed up 5 minutes early and was prepared for the inspection. He was very friendly and thorough. Chris walked me through their steps for treatment / preventatives and showed me pictures of his findings. The price seemed very reasonable and appointment scheduling for services was fast. Crew, lead by Mike, arrived “on time” and explained whole process… All the guys were respectful, professional.. and even wore booties to protect floors.<br>They explained each process… took pictures of before-after each process. Mr Mike spotted areas that needed added protection and took action to eliminate issue… best part was actions eliminated issues for now, but also will aid in future elimination of future issues…<br>I would recommend Breda to anyone with critter issues .. I heard prancing and pawing in my attic one Sunday morning, and knew it was not reindeer. I contacted the company I have a pest control contract with, and was informed that, although they previously did take care of critters, they no longer did that. Which was a surprise to me, as I was never notified. I had heard of Breda on WSB radio, did some research, liked the reviews, so contacted them online, as it was after hours. First thing Monday morning, I got a call. I explained my issues, and was informed that a technician could be at my house within an hour. Within minutes, Chris C contacted me and let me know he was on his way, and would be there in 20 minutes. He was very professional, did a thorough inspection of my entire home, told me where my problems were, and the treatment options. I was very anxious to rid my home of these varmints for good, so signed the contract. Their treatment teams arrived within a couple of hours, and began working. They were aware that it was a big job, and needed to be completed before dark, so there were multiple workers.<br>I can’t tell you how relieved I was to feel that my problems had been taken care of so quickly. The level of customer service was so appreciated. Chris C, Hunter, and the rest of the Breda team went beyond my expectations. I will be moving the rest of my pest control needs to Breda post haste.<br>Thank you, Breda, for your help when I needed it.
Little Mike and John-John were on time and extremely professional and friendly. They took the time to explain the entire process and pointed out potential areas of trouble. They were efficient and emphasized the fact that Breda stood firmly behind their work and would return if there were any issues after follow up. I used the service once. Paid that, they never came back out to do anything. In October they state that someone was here at my home and preformed services outside, I never agreed to anyone coming to my home. I wasn’t here, they left a note not stating they had done anything. Now I apparently owe them $53 and some change. To my knowledge only one service was preformed and I was here and witnessed it. I never agreed to them doing anything else. In fact I told them I would no longer need the service back in October. Now that we I’ve closed my account all together I owe $353.50 because of a cancellation fee that was yet again never discussed. Anyway needless to say I wouldn’t recommend them to a single soul! Pretty shitty company if ya ask me!
Breda has been great so far. Just had our 2nd quarterly inspection and Russell was outstanding. He did a very thorough inspection and application and was extremely knowledgeable and professional.
We recently bought a house this year and one of our to do list items was get termite prevention handled, I called Breda and they were able to come right out. They sent Chris C out and he was phenomenal. He was both thorough and quick. 10/10 would recommend them for termite and pest management.
Spencer did my pest control service today, and he was terrific! Spencer arrived on time, greeted me a friendly smile, and went right to work. I pointed out my specific requests for bug sightings and he honored my request. Nice guy and he was very thorough. I will request Spencer again. Very pleased!
What a pleasure working with Breda is. They have serviced my home many times and I can always count on them showing up and doing the job right. They have earned a loyal customer from me and don't see why I wouldn't keep using them for life. They always pick up the phone and they always take care of any issues. I am so glad I choose Breda! I scheduled an appointment with Breda and Josh Pinson arrived early. He is one of the nicest, professional young man I've met. He quickly put my mind at ease with his knowledge and explanation of services. Not once did he try to upsell or suggest other services. I did however ask about bug control. Again, I was so pleased with Josh's work ethics.<br><br>When it was time for Adam and Jacob to come to my home, again, they arrived early. They both were very professional and told me exactly what they were going to do and started right away.<br><br>Next to arrive was Spencer. Spencer was in charge of bugs. Today was the best and most thorough pest control experience I have had with Breda! Marty was the best! He sprayed everywhere and brushed down the house for me. Marty even got rid of 2 wasp nest that were high up on the house; no other Breda pest guy did that. I realized the difference between a good job and a thorough job! Hands down the best Pest control service I have ever experienced! I was given an EXACT time for the Tech to show up, not an expected window. When Thomas arrived at 5pm appointment time he was very personal, explained all of what he was doing and what to expect. Thomas was at my home for 2hrs performing the initial service with Breda inside and out. Once completed there was no doubt I have fond the pest control service and company I have been wanting. From the first phone call to scheduling new services at the office to Thomas performing the initial inspection and treatment, my expectations have been blown away. If there were more starts to click I would click them all! Thank you Breda for employing professional techinisions and thank you Thomas for delivering amazing customer service!!!
I was recently referred to Breda Pest Management by friends. I have been very impressed by the attitude of most Breda employees, from the people who answer the phone to the technicians, of genuinely wanting to help and do their jobs well. I was particularly impressed by one of their field managers, Mike Tabone, who showed through his actions how much he cares, how much he knows and how much he wants to do the right thing and all he can to help. Breda sent Thomas Walker to take care of the Yellow Jacket<br>unground nests hidden under a bush in my front yard. Thomas<br>donned his bee proof suit and rooted around in the bush until he found the two holes where the aggressive bees had hidden their hive. Minutes later they were gone. Thanks to Thomas for making my yard safe again!

Chris came today to give a quote for vermin eviction and extermination. He showed me every nook and cranny where my house was unprotected from rodents and there were many! He gave me two prices (kind of like Good and Better) and although his job is to sell (commission), I didn’t feel like he was playing to my vulnerability and sucker me into something using terminology and scare tactics. Simply he understood what I could and couldn’t afford. He was polite and easy to talk to and responsive via text letting me know when he arrived and was on the way to my house. While I haven’t had the work done yet, I am pleased by the initial consultation. My only dislike is the high annual fee for renewal of the contract. Breda was my second opinion company and another well-known extermination company had a lower contract renewal fee.
9-29-2025<br>Breda Pest Management is a company that offers professional 5 star service. Today Triston Riseden came out to my home in Fayette county to help eliminate my armadillo problem. His attention to the details and offering the solutions was just what I needed. Triston went above and beyond to slove my problem and to help me feel safe.. He was very knowledgeable and left me with peace of mind from this pest control problem.<br><br>I have used Breda before, to get rid of a squirrel problem in my attic. The squirrels had done a lot of damage especially with my electrical system. Breda came out, sit traps, closed off all openings and did an amazing job in solving this problem. It’s been five years and I haven’t heard squirrels in my attic since.<br><br>I highly recommend Breda Pest Management to help you solve any and all of your pest problems.
So, again this year ~ what started out VERY below par ended up being EXACTLY how it should have been. It started out a week ago when my daughter and I found 2 men on our property without our knowledge or permission. This could have gone wrong on so many levels! It turns out that the person who 'scheduled' this inspection actually never 'scheduled' it. She left a message that was not returned to actually 'schedule' the inspection. So, she took it upon herself to have the 2 men come to my house, unexpected and walk around our property! When I asked these 2 men if I was aware they were coming that day, they said that the woman who does the scheduling tells them to do a 'drive by'. These 2 men were also nice enough to leave this sign on the door ~ prior to walking around my house! When you read the sign, it appears that the work, or inspection was finished when NOTHING had been checked. That, in itself, is WRONG! It should say, 'hey, we came and you were not here, please call to re-schedule' DUH! So I asked the men to leave. Shortly after that the scheduling lady called and quite honestly, it sounded like she was doing me the favor. She said she has them do a 'drive by' to ascertain if someone still lives here. That is totally insane and quite honestly it could have ended up very bad! What would you do if you see 2 men walking all over your property without permission? NOT GOOD AT ALL. She is running the risk of getting people injured by her stupid 'drive by' action.<br>Fast forward to this morning. I get a call from a nice young man named Jamie to tell me he was on his way. Very smart! He arrived right on time looking so neat and clean I worried about him going under the house. He was courteous, respectful and quite knowledgeable. He did his job and he is the only reason why I'm giving you 4 stars today.<br>I would highly suggest that the lady who schedules actually SCHEDULES and not have people show up without an appointment! Oh, maybe she gets commission on how many 'fake appointments' she schedules?<br>Thank you Jamie! You are a credit to your office!

We have three accounts with Breda, wildlife exclusion, termite, and pest control. Our next appointment wasn’t scheduled until Sept 30th. However, this morning, we had an issue with a roach—yes, A roach, as in ONE roach. Because I am terrified of roaches (see “phobic” in the dictionary) I was instantly hysterical and grabbed my phone to call Breda to tell them I could not wait until Sept. 30th!! A young man named Roger arrived a couple of hours later.<br><br>First, he came earlier than expected. Secondly, he LISTENED to me. Then he went to work to make sure I would not be greeted by any more multi-legged, repulsive critters. He was amazing. He did a fantastic job and went above and beyond what I expected. He was extremely thorough, was cheerful and courteous, and he did NOT make me feel like I was neurotic for being hysterical over one roach.<br><br>(Seriously, I was on the verge of moving out and staying in a hotel. I will NOT live in the same house with a roach!!!)<br><br>Roger did his job at the highest level of professionalism. We were already very pleased with the service Breda has always provided us, but that satisfaction level has just ratcheted up a few notches.

I’ve had an issue with wasps and bees on the interior and exterior of my home for the last 3-4 weeks. I contacted one pest control company who came out, charged me, but failed to address my concerns. I called them a second time and again, they fell short. I needed to get these nagging bugs away from my home and decided to seek help from a new vendor and reached out to Breda Pest Control. By this time, the bees and wasps had fully invaded my property and I was in dire need of help. Breda came out a day or so after calling for an assessment. Their tech Chris came by and within seconds of arriving, he was able to identify two nests that were the culprit. He did a full walk through around my property as well as indoors and formulated an action plan. This required a 2nd trip out at which a second tech, DeAndre, came out and he too, quickly identified the issues and executed the plan. He actually discovered three nests and managed to attack all of them! He sealed up any voids and removed the nests. He just left my property 3hrs ago and I haven’t seen one bug since, inside or outside. I am so impressed but grateful for the outstanding service I’ve received. In addition, the prices were reasonable, and in our current economy, that means a lot. Thank you Breda for restoring my peace of mind and getting these 🐝 out of my life!
Marty is excellent at making sure nothing is missed when he is servicing our home. He makes sure all spider webs are removed and that he sprays in every area where bugs and spiders get in. He is very patient. He takes the time to answer all of my questions cares about my concerns with making sure the service is done right. I have heard about Breda for a few years now on WSB. I really wasn't interested at the time because when I bought my home almost 18 years ago, I already had a company in place to take care of my termite inspection and any pest issues I might have had. But from hearing about what Breda offers and what I wasn't getting started to bother me so I finally made the phone call. I have to say that the customer service was amazing! First and foremost when Chris C called me and made an appointment to come out, I was more than surprised that he showed up a few minutes early and ready to go to work. He was very personable, thorough, and was up front with the cost. He didn't try to sell me, and he didn't bash the other company I was with. He simply offered his expertise, and what Breda offered as a company. Chris sold me on the companies reputation and the cost was very reasonable to me in comparison to what I wasn't getting. I just signed a new contract with Breda and I'm very thankful to Chris C for helping me secure my house from termites and pests.

Great experience with Little Mike and his crew. We had a dead varmint in an AC duct, and “Big” (Bigger?) Mike used a fiber optic camera to quickly find and remove it, while the rest of the crew checked elsewhere in the home.

Breda came out to do their normal quarterly pest control treatment and I was once again amazed at the proffesionalism of the tech who came by. Darius Price was/is courteous, knowledgable and an all around nice guy. Great experience all the way around as usual. We moved to the area about 4.5 years ago. We have a large property with several different pest control needs. We tried other companies for the first year or two before we found Brenda Pest Management. I only wish we had found them sooner. The reps in the office have always been extremely helpful. For the past year, we've had the same technician, Ricardo, and he has been outstanding. He is incredibly knowledgeable about what treatment is needed for each pest. His communication is outstanding, his treatments are the first to work for specific needs that we have (specifically carpenter & red wood ants on our property & an interior asian lady beetle infestation) and his follow-up goes beyond any expected service and is greatly appreciated. I recommend this company to all!

We contacted Breda Pest Management for a kitchen bug infestation. They quoted $400 and said they would come out every two weeks until the problem was resolved.<br><br>On 7/21/25, the first technician showed up but said he couldn’t perform the service because the kitchen wasn’t emptied — something we were never told. He admitted the office should have informed us and rescheduled.<br><br>On 7/22/25, a different technician arrived and told us we needed to be out of the house, with pets removed, for several hours. Again, no one had told us this in advance, so we had to reschedule a second time.<br><br>On 7/24/25, the service was finally completed. We still saw bugs but assumed the two-week follow-up would address it. Two weeks passed with no call, no visit, nothing.<br><br>On 8/8/25, I called to find out what happened. The representative didn’t know, said the right people were at lunch, and promised a call back. No one ever called.<br><br>Extremely poor communication from start to finish. Multiple unnecessary delays, lack of important instructions before appointments, and no follow-up as promised. Would not recommend unless you are unbothered by miscommunication.
I just renewed my wildlife exclusion warranty after a Pest free year. Breda did a wonderful job protecting my property. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. Excellent customer service too. I highly recommend Breda Pest Management.

I don't always do this....but I am going to...and I hope this experience remains. Well, we use Breda...and to be honest...I don't know anything about their personal affiliations...I like it that way. What I do know is...they are always nice, pleasant, personable, professional...and go above and beyond...they sometimes want to come early and most times that is to my advantage...they call and ask for permission to do so. I really want to shout out Josh...because Josh is the best....buttttt, many of the staff are great.
Had a great experience with Breda. They were here to add insulation to my attic. Corey and the crew were very respectful of my home by covering the floors with heavy plastic and even put cardboard around door jams for protection. When they were all done I was happy that all I had to do was run my dust mop up and down the hallway and that was it. No big mess inside or in my driveway. I highly recommend Breda for not just insulating but for Pest Control as well. Thanks Breda!
We have used Breda for years for pest control. Recently, we noticed bay guano in our driveway. Breda was able to come out quick, set traps in our attack, and seal everything up and clean up. They even went the extra mile and reattached a gutter for us! Everyone at Breda has always seemed honest, kind, and hardworking. He was very attentive to my needs and expectations! I was contacted by the booking staff to make arrangements for the treatment date and they were very accommodating to work with my schedule. Technicians Gage and Dustin arrived on time for the day of the treatment and professionally explained the treatment process and were very knowledgeable for any questions that I had. Both Gage and Dustin were very thorough in the treatment process and provided professional paperwork with a diagram showing where and how the treatment was administered on my home. I have been very impressed with everyone with whom I have contacted throughout the process of doing business with Breda and feel as though I have gotten great value in the investment in my property from Breda. I recently signed up for Breda Pest services. I have not even had our first treatment, but I did want to go ahead and give credit where it's due. The customer service my wife and I have received both on the phone and in person have been outstanding. The woman I spoke with in the office while I was setting up quote and initiating service was very kind and personable. It seems more and more it's difficult to find people with such positive attitudes these days, but Breda definitely has one. Also, the main reason we chose to go with Breda is the inspector that came to our house Trevor, was also very kind and my wife told me she wanted to go with Breda on this alone. I was not home at the time, but she said Trevor was very kind and seemed very knowledgeable and trustworthy. I assume the service we receive at our home will match the customer service we received thus far.

Breda did wildlife removal from my attic. For years my daughter told me that she heard what she thought were birds in the attic. What was actually found were evidance of squirrels, birds and bats. Breda performed the initial inspection and told me exactly what they would do to seal up all their entry points, hepa vacuum the waste and disinfectant the attic. The surprise was when they found the area the squirrels chewed from the chimney to go directly into my attic. They had also chewed through the beam holding up my chimney. I called a contractor and he made the necessary repairs so they could no longer have access. Breda workers were very knowledgeable, professional and productive. Their customer service was exceptional and I will continue to use them with their annual warranty on the services that they offer. This company and their staff are all customer service friendly and professional. You will not find a better company. The sound of silence is greatly appreciated.
