Always great service!

The sprays anctually attracts more buys and they are not consistent with their policies. The door to door salesman told me I could cancel anytime and the lady over the phone said there was a $175 termination fee. She is also very rude, she laughed when I told her the treatments weren’t helping. Definitely don’t recommend

Without A Doubt A SCAM in the sense they will go to ur door .. CON YOU! tell you what you need to hear so you give your credit card ..to prepay for a year service billed monthly .. that THEY NEVER DISCLOSE.. You check a box in the fine print that the salesman absolutely lies to you OH IT JUST A FORMALITY.. I TOLD HIM REPEATEDLY I JUST WANT A ONE TIME SERVICE.. He said ok.. no problem.. BUT THEN I SEE REPEATING CHARGES ON MY BANK ACCOUNT.. the service may be decent but the way they go about it to get your business COMPLETE SCAM! BEWARE ☠️

Had us thinking they were going to come and would say the same thing the next day and so on for about 3 days, finally they never came just waisted our time.

Da’monte, was so wonderful! He not only sprayed every corner of my home but he also went above and beyond and got every single spider web, every hornets nests and more! He was kind, professional, quick, so smell from what they used, also haven’t even seen one bug, Insect and most importantly, even flies!!!<br>I couldn’t get rid of these flies for nothing but he came in did his job and did it so professionally<br>And with so much kindness! My house was a mess! At the time he came in and I he didn’t make me feel uncomfortable in any way! I’ve had i’ve Had exterminators before and they would always do a half fast quick job not him. He did it so thoroughly more thoroughly than I’m sure he needed too! I wouldn’t leave a review if I wasn’t amazed at seeing someone not only love their job but to also be kind and do more for me than what was asked with a smile! I can’t say enough about him and the guy Godfrey that stopped by! Wonderful people that get the job done! And these are the people we want to support bc they not only show their appreciation but they tell you! Amazing! 10 stars! Highly recommend! Was quick and again got the job done! Thank you Da’mone! Da’monte did a thorough job of what I asked to be done. Some of the other techs didn’t do near the service that Da’monte did. He seemed to be very knowledgeable and helpful. Would like to have him do my service regularly if at all possible.

The technician who performed the service was great friendly and professional. He listened to my concerns and sprayed as needed. However, the office does not answer your texts and does not except phone calls. It is impossible to reach anyone at the business if you have any questions or issues.

Damontle was very kind and did an amazing job at explaning,taking care of the things.

Da'monte is a beast !!!! I never ever get services like this done at my house. First time ever and this guy went above and beyond. Any little holes he found anywhere he sprayed in there. Truly someone I'd trust with this service any time of the day. Hands down 5 star service.

They had their representatives on our street in Farmers Branch after dark ringing doorbells. They said they weren’t allowed to quit until they reached every house on our block. That's really scary - for the workers and for our household, which got a hard knock on the door and a doorbell ring over an hour after sunset (8:20pm).

This company was contracted by our corporate offices for pest control services. We have been trying to get a tech to our location for a month and a half to no avail- they have no showed 5 times now and we still have a pest problem. If they can’t service corporate clients I don’t have a lot of faith in their ability to successfully control residential pests.

Ray does an amazing job. When he comes to visit, he always makes sure that there are no wasps and no bugs inside.

Aaron was great at communicating what he saw and what he was going to do to treat the problem. He made sure I was satisfied with the service and I was very thankful he got rid of the yellow jackets in my garage.

We started using Truly nolen as returning customer. The methods of communications with them are very easy. They are very Responsive. The Technician came and explained all details and patience with any requests or inquiries. I would definitely recommend them

Their sales people were incredibly rude when going around the neighborhood trying to gain customers. I understand that it's their job to try to get more customers and sell their products. However, they would not accept that we wanted to look into the company more and that we would get back to them. While we were in the middle of doing work at our house, they continued to press us into making a decision immediately despite us saying we were not available the only week they wanted to schedule us. When we finally said that we were not interested, they were very rude. We cannot comment on the work that they do, but they are not polite to prospective customers.

My request was for "Drain Flies", had one application which seemed to reduce them but still plenty left. Not sure if and when second application might be.

Loved the experience! I believe Aaron Bird and another gentleman were the ones servicing my house today. They were both so thorough and clearly communicated all the issues they found and how they treated. I loved how they didn’t rush servicing the yards as other experiences I’ve had with other companies they were in and out. Extremely friendly and I felt reassured. They found 7 wasps nests! Crazy but I feel reassured me and my baby won’t be getting attacked walking out of the house. Looking forward to working with them.

Richard Vickers, our pest control expert has kept the pests away. We "truly" appreciate him at Plustar in Dallas TX. He is very professional and thorough when treating our building. We haven't seen any bugs since our service began.<br><br>Thank you Richard!

It was very disappointing, the exterminator was schedule to come between 8 -10 am. They didn't show so I called and was told that I didn't confirm but I did confirm through the text. Another person came around 6:00 pm. She sprayed around the front of the house. My husband stated that the exterminator came in the backyard, but she didn't do anything.

Super unhappy. Paid them nearly $1700 to rid my attic and backyard of rodents. Said they would come out monthly to change out traps and deterrents. Have not seen them since. Also, technician spent nearly 30 minutes in my home chit-chatting with me about catching rodents and pests in other clients' homes, showing me pictures and video on his phone. I don't have time for that, nor is it professional. Have tried to call and email to follow up on payments and no one ever replies. Calling corporate does nothing. The last guy I spoke to kept telling me he would send someone out to my home to take care of my "roaches" despite me telling him repeatedly that I had rats, and wanted a refund, not someone to come out and treat for roaches. I'm so frustrated with the entire experience.

We've stayed with Truly Nolan for years at our old house. Caleb is now servicing our new home and he is great. Very professional, detailed, and courteous. We highly recommend Truly Nolan Lewisville, and Caleb!

It's been months since we hired them and continue to have problems. I have to call them they never check in with us to see if the situation is resolved.

Caleb was FANTASTIC!! Unfortunately, my original termite inspection and extermination was performed by a different Truly Nolen representative and the termites returned within the year. I thought I had bed bugs at 5:30pm last night, and called to have someone come out to check. I was so happy that they were able to squeeze me into their schedule the next day. Caleb was awesome and very professional. I was quite relieved to find out I did not have bed bugs, and was not charged for his visit. I highly recommend Truly Nolan. They were very responsive, polite and professional.

Caleb was very friendly and punctual. No pressure on the sales side, very honest. I got a 'doom and gloom' statement from two other quotes, and high pressure sales pitches.

Caleb came out earlier this week and gave us a great quote. He was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. We contacted him about getting on the schedule and less than 2 days later he was here taking care of our termite problem! They also didn't have to tear up our hardwood floors (they went in through the baseboards), and he patched the holes up too so we didn't have to worry about hiring another person to come out and patch up any holes. He also gave us a great price on refilling the outdoor bait traps annually, so we'll definitely be a customer for the foreseeable future! We're very happy with how everything went and would definitely recommend Truly Nolen (and specifically Caleb!) to our friends and family.

Buyers Beware! This company overcharges for its services and does not respond when there are errors in the billing. I have had a very bad experience with them, and I hope that I can prevent you from doing the same. Not a good company to do business with!

I have had a wonderful experience with Truly Nolan! I had a terrible mosquito problem that you guys got knocked out! Then I asked about getting rid of spiders and other pests. That knocked out as well! ALL of the employees are nice, friendly and helpful!

I had the 4 seasons service. They had to come out in June because I had cockroaches. In July, I saw another, large, cockroach. According to my account page, they were scheduled to come out in a couple days, so I didn't stress. The day they were supposed to be there- no one came. I checked my portal and date had been moved 2 weeks. I called, they offered to come out a week earlier. The day they were supposed to come out, I stayed home, so I could ask the tech to come in for the cockroaches. Scheduled between 12 and 2. I was home. No one came. When I called, I was told the tech should be there "right now". I responded that he wasn't. Was told they'd get a hold of him. Next thing I know there is an invoice on my account stating he had come and the "owner was unavailable to sign". Did not see him in my property. My dogs would have barked if he'd been there. They were silent.

The Truly Nolen representative comes on time, checks my property and sprays for any pest problems that I have. He is very professional and does the job in a timely manner

Our new rental property has a serious issue with bugs. Truly Nolen has been an essential tool in our fight against bug incursions. The wasps thought this was their home and Truly Nolen fixed that issue and the wasps have since moved on.

They did a great Job. We had rats and squirrels in our roof for four properies. The came out and sealed access points in all the roofs and set traps in all four. They came out several times to check the traps<br>No more squirrels or rats. They also did pest treatment for 3 properties. As far as we can tell it has worked. Great Job.

We are so grateful that the inspector, Jeff, was able to come out the same day we called! He was very knowledgeable about rodents and how to best get rid of them. We had another local pest control company come out a week before and could not offer the same services you would expect! We will absolutely call Truly Nolen in the future and can’t recommend Jeff enough!

The guys who came out to complete an inspection were on time and very professional. They didn’t try to up sell or push extra services on me, which I appreciated and they were very clear about what services would be required as well as the cost. So we called Truly Nolen to ask them some questions and setup a time for them to come to our place as we found termites in our wall. And the lady on the phone told us they could spot treat, as I have had most of these walls opened and only found them one area. So the next day I get a call before our appointment from their technician, wanting to ask me a couple questions. I answered told him what's going on.. Then he told me that Truly Nolen dose not do spot treatments at all its something they don't even offer. Then started with a scare static sells pitch. And this is all before even seeing my house and the situation... I ask him why the lady told us on the phone the night before that they offer spot treatment. And all he said was I dont know... At this point I tell him I wouldn't use them and don't even bother coming to my house as I don't like being lied to and that bait and switch is illegal, I rather give my business to an honest company that dosen't get business by lying.

We had Truly Nolen come to look at a pest infestation in our bathroom that we found while doing the demo to renovate. We worried it could be termites. The guy from Truly Nolen said it was positively termites and gave us a bid for treating it for $2800. What he didn’t know was that we had about 5 other companies come out and they ALL said it was fire ants. We have now done more demo and see no sign of termites or termite damage. This company and their employee are scammers! What a terrible thing to lie to people - this would have cost us almost $3000 to treat something we didn’t have, and also very likely devalued our home by a lot more money!!!

Truly Nolan was not helpful company for any pest treatment, they are only good sending out nice reports for the work they have not done. It's a very bad service and NO help at all

We have had your service for many years. You are always give us notice of with your service day and time. You are always prompt and ask if we have any problems and treat for those pests in addition to the regular treatment if needed. You do great work! Thank you so much, many pest control people come say they are taking care of someones house. They quietly leave when I tell them we use Truly Nolen. You are a great business, thank you so much.

I HATE bugs so I LOVE Truly Nolen. From the first time I met Greg and Richard I knew I was in good hands. They both seemed truly passionate about making my home and yard creepy crawler free. Even when I call to schedule an appointment the person on the other side always shows such genuine empathy and concern about getting whatever issue comes up taken care of right away. Richard is the one that does the quarterly service and he is so great with my dogs and patient with them when all they want is attention. We recently bought a home that had termite issues and damage that the previous owner did not disclose to us. I discovered 2 areas of damage and signs of termites while deep cleaning our new home. When we called Truly Nolen, Greg came for our initial inspection and found multiple areas that our inspector missed. What I loved most about Greg was that he did not give me an over the top sales pitch. He did not show me photographs or videos that use scare tactics or inform me about termites and the damage they can cause. I really appreciated him not treating me like an idiot. He was upfront about what he found, showed me the different areas so I could look for myself, and was clear about service and pricing options. We also decided to use them for rodent and pest control services and were given a discount on those because we combined service plans. Jeff Ahring has been our technician since the start of the treatment and he, like Greg, has explained the process during every visit. These men are friendly and likeable! You know that they are giving you quality work and that if you have any questions or concerns, they are willing and able to address them. We LOVE Truly Nolen Lewisville and will continue to use them with any pest/rodent/termite issues we may have in the future! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I am very happy with Truly Nolen! The person I spoke with to set up an initial inspection was very knowledgable, professional, and courteous. He answered my questions fully and set up my appointment. Service Coordinator Greg Parrish came out and fully explained my options on what would be best for my pest control needs. He was patient and kind with all my questions and my concerns about my pets. As a side note, my cat absolutely runs and hides when strangers enter the house, but he immediately took to Mr. Parrish and wanted to be petted the whole time. I knew I could trust Mr. Parrish as a result! Mr. Parrish scheduled my first pest control treatment for me with Richard Vickers. signed up for a one year contract but did realize they would auto-continue the service until i got a bill. called to see if they could do something about that but were not willing to work with me. (oh, you mean you don't remember what you did a year ago?) at least provide a courtesy call reminding the customer that they will be providing service outside the contract. a company that is not mindful of customer's money they are about to take is not a good company.

We have been working with our technician, Matt Strickland, for quite awhile now. We have found him to be very conscientious in his work on our property. He has exhibited an excellent work ethic. Matt has been knowledgeable regarding the questions we asked him. It has been a pleasure working with him.

Jeff Ahring came out to get a raccoon out of our attic. Once it was determined it had vacated the premises, he patched the entry points and repaired several additional damaged areas on the soffit to keep it from making a new hole. Very informative and absolutely professional.

All parties were very helpful. At first the couldn't treat our house until the following Monday but called just a couple hours later and was able to fit us in on a Saturday. Very happy. Thanks for all your help!

He would use different treatment in different time for different purpose and area. He would spend enough time that the problem need to address. Wonderful company and an amazing technician.
