Just completed insulation removal and spray foam project with Koala Insulation, which was a large project. Mario and Eric did a great job, request them for your spray foam project. Applying spray foam requires skill, but it really is an art to get it all right, and Mario in particular showed he has the skill and has command of his artistry. Brittany, one of the owner's is easy to deal with, a woman of her word, and honest in her dealings. Well done all.

Its a must that I leave a comment about how mario and jonah has made me a believer on how important insulating an attic can and will make a difference.they answered all my questions.talked on how a healthy attic should look like,and the r-value to be energy-efficient.the importance of insulating properly, and removal of old insulation that can cause health issues due to dust or rat droppings that may end up in the h.v.a.c system.i live across the street and my neighbor was having her house done with new insulation and the old removed..she stated her breathing became better her dad who's 80 years old has not had any headaches since Mario and jonah did her insulation.as a resident in las vegas for 20 years. I am very impressed with what koala insulation can do.i will definitely call them if I ever need help.i strongly suggest to anyone who may have issues to call this Awesome company.

could not have gone better, encapsilated our attic for effiency, got all that dirty and toxic blown in insulation out of our attic. Highly recommend this company, and if I have the need will use the once again.

I would not recommend blown in insulation from this company. A few weeks after getting blown in insulation it is October 9th, and it is 65 degrees outside and the bedrooms above our garage are 83 degrees. Their solutions are not worth the high price. First and last time I ever do business with an insulation company.

Price was fair and quoting/scheduling was easy. Everyone was very kind. Only concerns were that I was told when we paid the deposit that it would only take a few hours since it was just the garage and 2 rooms however they were there for 6 hours. There was also brown dust left all over our items in 1 room that had attic access as well as the hallway they had to walkdown so that was a bummer to spend hours cleaning that up - wish more would have been done to prevent that

He explained the types of blow-in Insulation and what would be best for me to use. Mr. Schneider represents Koala company in an outstanding manner.

5 Stars is not enough!!! The people at Koala are Amazing from the initial call, to the estimate, and even the installation process. They were very professional and very clean when doing the job. I had them install closed cell spray foam at my residence to the roof and all the sidewalls. All I can say is it’s AMAZING!!! My house stays cooler all day long especially during the summer and it had drastically lowered my power bill by $400 per month during the summer and saving a lot during the winter! I highly recommend them to anyone you will not be disappointed!

Logan showed up for the appointment right on time . Went into my attic and informed me my insulation was not up to code . The house was built in the late 80s. He recommended removal of old insulation and a solar powered attic fan to improve air flow up in the attic. Sean and his crew showed up promptly as scheduled, laid out plastic and proceeded to blow in 16" of white clean fiberglass. They installed my new attic fan cleaned up and left no trace of their work Super professional service. My AC is running 1/2 the amount . I highly recommend this company. Local and affordable. This was a pleasant experience. From Logan meeting with me for an evaluation and estimate for my project to Sean and George completing it. Logan was very professional, explaining what would be necessary and furnishing options. My house is 50 years old and only has the initial insulation, which has settled to only 4". Sean and George arrived at the scheduled time. Outlined what they would be doing today and began with the prep work. Today we were having record high temperatures in Las Vegas, you can imagine the dust and dirt build up over 50 years and there was equipment issues with the generator. Sean was friendly and pleasant through out the morning. From my interactions with Logan, Sean and George I would recommend Koala Insulation for your project.

The crew didn't seem like they were very knowledgeable outside the lead. The work they did was sloppy and inconsistent. I had to change my plans for sheathing my shed due to the sloppy work. In their defense they did offer to clean it up but I just wanted them gone from my property because I had to leave. I prefer someone that does a clean job up front.
