I had a really great experience with this garage door company from start to finish. The entire process was smooth, quick, and stress-free, which is honestly all you can ask for when something like your garage door suddenly needs fixing. The staff is very friendly and professional, and everything moved fast,they were able to fix my garage door the same day, which I really appreciated. Pricing was also a big plus. It was more than affordable, especially compared to other companies I had looked into, and there were no surprises with the work itself. I especially want to shout out Darren. Even though there was a bit of miscommunication regarding the invoice, he handled it so well. He remained patient, kind, and understanding, took the time to listen, and made sure everything was explained clearly. That kind of customer service really goes a long way and made the whole experience feel positive instead of frustrating. I also want to mention that Rebecca is always very friendly and helpful when I call to make my payments. Overall, great service, fair pricing, and solid work. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing garage door repairs and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

We contacted ALCAL to replace our garage door as they were the Clopay authorized dealer, which is the original garage door brand and required by our HOA. Darren was extremely knowledgeable and also very patient while working with us to determine the best replacement door and upgraded motor. He did a great job of keeping us informed of the order status and ensuring we were happy with the results. In addition, Sergio was an excellent installer and great to work with. He also ensured that our expectations were met and that we were happy with the install. Great service and we definitely recommend them to others.

Darren and his team are a blessing to my family. They installed my 2 car garage a while back. When my HOA forced me to change the 1 car garage, of course I called them again. They do business the old school way. You know the kind where they communicate and keep their word. I trust their team with my home and my family.

I had the misfortune of crashing my car into my garage door. Apparently my door is not a common door, so it had to be special ordered. It was a 3-4 week timeframe. The door came in as promised and I was put on schedule right away for a 7 am appointment time. And at 6:55 am the installer was at my home. He was fantastic and was able to get the entire job completed by 8 am. I will definitely recommend this company for anyone needing a new garage door!

Delivered here in a big rig. Backed in from the street through the gate. Small area but doable. Had a apt for 6AM so there was no traffic to really fight. People here are nice.

On time, professional, and got the job done in way less time than I expected. My electrician and drywall contractor were equally impressed what a great job Alcal did with my insulation needs.

I made a delivery of insulation there. I was early for my appointment and they had no issues with it and got me in and out as quickly as possible. The area is a little tight for a large truck but still doable. Overall I was very happy and would deliver here again.
