Jordan Lucero was our certified technician providing a Home Energy Audit. He is very experienced & knowledgeable, plus patient & personable to learn from. We suspected attic insulation had settled since our past home addition; it is quite uneven, now. Jordan explained every step of the comprehensive inspection of infrastructure (furnace, hot water heater, washer/dryer, kitchen appliances, gas fireplace) finding no combustion problems (no carbon monoxide). He went around the outside of the house to spot any foundation cracks, in the garage & laundry room. He checked all through the attic assessing density of insulation, noticing where sealing around vents, can lights, etc is needed. This will greatly mitigate heat loss in winter & keep it cooler in summer. A reverse air flow blower test (believe me, it's pretty cool) sucked air from inside the house, out through a big fan sealed into front door space. During that test he had an infrared meter with which he pointed towards windows, doors, fireplace, ceiling lights & vents. It lit up red or blue indicating degrees of air leaks (heat loss). Everything has gaps! We will defiantly be engaging Colorado Home Services for insulation & sealing. Jordan's audit was so thorough, we have the upmost confidence in the company he represents. Carl, Daniel, and other electricians did an excellent job upgrading our electrical panel. I needed additional circuits for a new heat pump system and water heater. They worked well in conjunction with the other contractors. Scheduled times of arrival were well communicated. All workers were very polite and personable. They even repaired a GFI outlet that suddenly went out while they were doing the upgrades. I highly recommend Colorado Home Services and would contact them again for any future services.

These guys installed my whole house fan in 2018 and it has a 15 year warranty. This month it decided to go out on me And luckily, I was able to call Colorado home services and they were able to locate my profile and easily get me set up for a repair using the warranty. The man I spoke to on the phone initially was super helpful and kind. The man who showed up for the repair today was also awesome! He was punctual and had it done super quick. Definitely a great company.

Eddie and Kotah were awesome. They were polite, friendly and answered any questions I had. Eddie showed me pictures of how they repaired the roof after taking off the swamp cooler. I had questions about the insulation in my attic Kotah didn’t try to upsell me on insulation. He showed me a video of the insulation in my attic and said I had plenty to meet all requirements. They also cleaned up after they left so I didn’t have a big mess to clean up. They were a great team and I would highly recommend them.

David, Kyle and Quin were great! I had a lot of questions and specific concerns to get the house fan installed. They patiently answered my questions throughout the process. David was knowledgeable, detailed and serious about making sure the install went smoothly and I very much appreciated that. My only only complaint (which was also successfully addressed) was that once a quote is created, the constant messages start. Kyle turned that setting off - so be aware you can ask for it to be turned off. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

We are loving our Quiet Cool attic fan. We already had one for our whole house. We added one for our bedroom and gable fan. Eddie was our installer and he was skilled and polite. Before he arrived I received a text confirming our installation and giving us the installers name and a photo. Very professional.

Carl stopped by to install some weights for our fan blades because of living in an extremely windy area the blades occasionally “rattle”. David G. and his team from Colorado Home Services installed two skylights in our house (new install- no previous cut in roof). Nate was our sales contact and he was kind and was sure to answer all my questions about the install and the final product. David G was very professional- and was sure to verify all placement of the skylight and the flares. He worked with me to ensure that it would look as good as possible (centered between exisiting lights), while respecting the structural limitations (can't cut more than 1 joist- must place between joists/rafters) of both spaces. We ran into some issues with the framing, but David and his team came out multiple times until it was fixed. While it would have been nice to have it all done in the estimated 2 days rather than 4- David and his team made sure to get everything right at no extra charge from their bid. Highly recommend working with their drywaller contact -Luis as well. Together they had a very competitive price. My new skylights are beautiful and are a serious improvement. They completely change the space of a classic Denver bungalow.

Very positive. I had them extend an existing circuit in the garage from 1 dual outlet, to 4 quad outlets. Then add two more circuits. They did a great job overall. Will definitely use them again.

Colorado Home Services installed a whole house attic fan for us a few weeks ago. They did a great job - the crew was great and did a very professional job. The system works great and really helps to keep our home cool during the summer.

My service technician was Jordan, who removed a decades old, noisy whole house fan and installed a Quiet Cool TridentPro fan in my home. Great experience all around. I contacted 3 different companies for a Whole House Fan install. All three were around the same price but what stood out to me was the communication from Colorado Home Services. They kept me updated on everything and everyone I have spoken to there, from schedulers to installation techs have been friendly and helpful.

Update 8/25: Adjusting my rating after realizing these guys pulled the insulation down to install the house fan and never put it back up around the vent. I've been wondering why my upstairs was so hot in the summer and cold in the winter, there was nothing but drywall between my attic and home. Disappointing. Jordan and Isaiah installed my whole house fan last week and I couldn't be happier! They were super friendly, quick, efficient, and did a great job cleaning up afterward! He’s the same tech who installed the attic fan 2 years ago and has been with them for 8 years now When the fan motor failed, covered by a 10 year warranty, Colorado Home Services coordinated a replacement motor and got it replaced today. The only “improvement “ I would say is make sure to discuss your home ventilation in attic thoroughly to make sure you get the accurate size for your attic. Installed a whole-house fan (QuietCool) and everything went smoothly. Work was done very professionally including total cleanup. When he left it was as if nobody was even here. He even wiped down the banisters on the stairs and individual rails, even though they were covered in plastic, just in case they got dusty. That's the attention to detail you want in an installer. In terms of quality of the install, he took the time to help decide the best place for the fan intake and explained how to make certain spots work. The installation of the intake grate was done perfectly perpendicular to the wall and parallel to a door frame down the hall. It would have been SO EASY to mess this up and have the grate slightly askew or an inch or so off, but clearly the attention to detail was there to get it perfect. It's perfect. Price quoted was price charged, no surprises. Came when they said they would. No complaints, absolutely would hire again, at least for this kind of work. For a whole-house fan install, look nowhere else.

I had a WHF installed this week and couldn’t not have been happier with the process. Start to finish, I was treated with respect and patience as I made the decision to purchase the unit. Andrew spent time explaining my options and then James installed the unit and walked me through how to run it, maintain it - with a great deal of knowledge and patience with all of my questions. Carl was awesome! After a quick orientation to the workspace, he got started. I had a few questions about installation techniques and airflow requirements, and he expertly answered my questions, and had the Attic fan installed and running within 30 min of arrival. Within a few hours, the whole house fan was installed and he was all cleaned up. Nick, the installer from Colorado home services arrived and got straight to work installing a Quietcool whole house fan, He was thorough he explained everything that he was going to do. I just had a whole house fan installed by Eddie and Daniel from Colorado Home Services. The guys were held up at the previous job but were able to get my install completed in about 2.5 hours. Colorado Home Services installed my whole house fan about 9 years ago. They did a wonderful job then, and I recommended them to my neighbor. She is also enjoying her fan. I had an issue recently with the fan’s control panel, and emailed Nate for some guidance. Had a home energy audit performed today as well as an assessment of our current whole house fan system as we intend to update it since 30+ years old. Jordan was friendly and professional and seemed quite thorough in his work. The overall process of the audit took about an hour or so and was easy from our end. We intend to move forward with the installation of a new whole house fan system following receipt of our home energy report. I am comfortable recommending this company and Jordan specifically.

Very nice people! However I was a little disappointed on the clean. For how expensive the service was I thought they would have taken the off the vent cover to really clean the fan. They were here less than 30 minutes. They were able to clean above it which was nice but the whole reason I didn’t clean it myself is because of my allergies and asthma and underneath is really where you can see the dust.

Kyle, my sales person explained everything clearly and answered all of my questions. He was able to schedule installation just a few days later. The installers, Carl and his partner, were prompt, efficient and incredibly polite. Carl explained how to use the fan and gave me lots of extra tips. It hasn’t been hot enough yet for me to need it, but I can’t wait until it is!

I had my attic fan repaired and serviced by Colorado Home Services. David Garrison was friendly, communicate great throughout the process, fixed the issues in a timely manner and they cleaned up after themselves. Would use them again. Only suggestion, was I believe they communicated with the main office that they were still on another job and would be late, but the main office didn't communicate that with me, not a big issue, but my only piece of feedback on possible improvements. Hire them, they're great.

Super happy with my experience. Got two brand new skylights installed. Had to reschedule due to weather, and then a second reschedule due to a measurement issue of my ceiling joists. But regardless I am very satisfied with my new skylights. I appreciate getting the job done right, despite there being delays. The workers were professional and did an awesome job tarping and cleaning. Would definitely use them again for my next skylight project.

Carl did an excellent job installing the house fan as well as an additional vent! Very professional and knowledgeable. Will certainly be recommending CHS to others in the market, and will likely utilize CHS for future projects, as well. Start to finish was under 2 hours. Positive experience started with the folks in the office all the way to Carl.

We had an old whole house fan that needed to be replaced. Our technician David G. was wonderful to work with. He was very courteous and communicative throughout the whole process. The process took about 3 hrs including the removal of the old fan, installing the new fan/switch, and installing 2 roof vents to ensure proper ventilation. The process from quote to installation took less than a week which was great for us. Overall it was a great experience and we will be using them again in the future for any of our housing needs.

Jordan and Tyshawn did an amazing job on our fan installation! It went much faster than I expected and they left my house cleaner than it was when they started. They were both super nice and made sure I understand everything about the fan and how to operate it. I am very impressed with how quickly the whole house fan cooled the upstairs of our house. I picked CHS for their 5-star reviews and I was not disappointed. I met them on the phone, they were able to look my house up and give me an online quote, without coming to my home. I had texted follow up questions and they were answered quickly and concisely. They installed 3 sun tubes, and I have never been happier with the new lighting in my home. They also coordinated with my roofing company and came out same day as the roofers and worked with them to get my tubes installed as the roofers removed all the old roof. It coordinated well and worked out well. Jordan and Eddie were fabulous installers, nice and courteous. Nate kept me updated all the way. If I ever need their services again, I will call and trust in them. The lighting in the hallway is unbelievably fantastic. I keep thinking I need to turn the light off and I don't. Super professional, easy to work with and did a great job. I had Colorado Home Services installed two skylights in my home and both turned out amazing. They did all the work in one day and then the drywall guys finished it up on Monday.

I spoke with Nate at Colorado home services and asked a ton of questions researching a whole house fan installation. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and responsive answering all of my questions and delivering a quote. I decided to go ahead with the installation and the installation crew Greyson and Cole were great! The guys really knew what they were doing assessed the planned location and determined that a new location would have to be chosen. We talked about options and picked a spot. They were quick, clean and able to answer all of my questions on best efficient use and of the unit. I’ve been in customer service, marketing, and sales for years and this is some of the best service I’ve had recently. Definitely give them a call. You won’t be disappointed!

We are so thrilled with our new QuietCool fan! It's like magic and cools off the house so quickly! We got the 4.8 Stealth, so it's strong and quiet. Our installers--Carl and his assistant--were so friendly and polite, kept us updated, and cleaned up after themselves. They did an excellent job and were done very quickly, even having put extra vents up in the attic. I am so pleased with everything!

Jordan and his partner installed the QuietCool Whole House Fan in our house. They got the job done quickly and efficiently. I was provided an accurate quote and did not feel hassled to buy anything additional. I enjoyed their costumer service and knowledge to any question that I asked. For two ceiling fan installs on vaulted ceilings, I had to order an extension pole. The store did not help me with this. Having the wrong part at the first appointment delayed the process However, I was very please with to professional and informative discussion with the team as to what to order and why. They answered all my curious questions about how things worked and why so I could make an informed decision at no cost. Also, the managers on the phone scheduling appointments were very cordial and helpful in scheduling another appointment and going through my order to make sure I had the right parts ready. I would recommend their service.
