We recently used Super Attic Solutions in a re-roofing project for our 41 townhome HOA. Ricky’s team Was performing attic remediation in units where the old roof had failed. This required removal of damp insulation, microbial treatment, and re-insulation. Additionally, because we have common fire alarms and sprinkler systems running through our attics, they were able to mark where those were to prevent any Other issues in the future for identifying this. Ricky’s team showed up on time, were super respectful and, performed excellent work. You may wonder why I know he performed excellent work… We had a separate, independent general contractor overseeing the entire project and they reviewed the work. Super Attic even helped us identify something that had been missed by our original building contractor; creating attic access to a unit. We were able to quickly rectify this same day with our general contractor and Ricky’s Team was flexible to stay and complete the work.

I would avoid this place. You’ll get a typical salesman to show up and provide you with a quote which the actual work crew won’t even bother to read much less follow. The only way to ensure they actually do all the quoted work is to watch them do it, and you can save yourself thousands of dollars and do it all yourself in the same time that takes. Worst of all the thin cement patch they put over the primary rodent entry point didn’t stop the rats for more than a day and the earliest they can come back to do an inspection is 12 days later. All around it’s a very disappointing result and warranty for $4000 spent.

While spraying for yellow jackets under the house I discovered that mice had thoroughly trashed our insulation and left droppings all over under the house. It had to be removed, disinfected and replaced. We called several providers including Super Attics and received very similar estimates for the required work, but Super attics was the best for pricing and way better than anyone else for warranty. Ricky and the crew arrived promptly and went straight to work. They really know what they are doing and are very organized. Everyone has a specific job and they do not need to be told how to get it done. They were very quiet and got a large job done in less than the 8 hours they estimated. The before and after photos showed quality workmanship and attention to detail. I never realized how many places rodents could get into a house until they pulled the insulation and we could see the holes from the original construction that were not properly sealed. The Staff at Super Attics has been very responsive to questions and concerns and this has been an overall great experience discounting what the mice did!

Tom was very friendly and straightforward with the inspection, detailed the problems, replacing procedure, and warranties. The decision was made fast with a reasonable cost. 5 stars rate to him. At some point over the winter, rats got under our house and shredded everything in their path. I got several bids for the work, not only did Super Attic Solutions offer the best price but they also offered better quality materials for the project, going with them was a no-brainer. Joey who did the appraisal was professional, polite and knew his stuff, joy to work with. They got me scheduled within a week and I got Ricky as my project manager. I’ll say they knocked it out of the park, the crew busted their butts all day and the end result was day and night. The transformation was mind blowing I had no idea how bad the damage was until Ricky and his crew were finished. Our house was built in the 40’s now we have a crawl space and insulation comparable to a new build! Hired Super Attic to address roof rats after three other contractors declined the job. They were professional, efficient and most importantly, the rats are gone!! Really happy with the service and outcome of their work.

We had an excellent experience with Super Attic Solutions over the past month. The quote process was very simple and transparent. Tom was on time and provided photos and clearly explained what he found in our crawlspace and attic. I mentioned that another (very big local) company recommended a rat slab was absolutely essential (and a $30k price tag), and he explained why he didn't think we needed and how we could do other exclusion work and observe to determine if we have to go down that path. Scheduling the actual work was easy, we asked the company to do clean up work, then come back a few weeks later for the insulation installation so we could repipe the house while everything was accessible. They were completely accommodating to our scheduling needs. Erick was our PM for all 5 days of work, and he was timely, communicative, professional, and courteous. He ensured our property was tidied at the end of every work day, and even took a few random bulky things to the dump for us on one of his runs. At the end of the first day of clean up work, one of the crew members accidentally dropped some scissors resulting in a broken pipe. Erick quickly identified the issue and provided pictures and videos for me to send to our plumber. At the office, Boris assured me that they would take responsibility for the repair cost and they paid our plumber promptly after his expensive emergency after hour visit so we could get the water back on. The last chunk of work took a day longer than expected, and that did result in a wait of about a week and a half to get on their schedule. The payment schedule was very reasonable, at time of booking we paid a 10% deposit, and at the end of every day of work we paid for the line items on our quote completed that day. On days where a partial line item was completed, we agreed to a rough % split (example, crawl space insulation was 2/3 in so we paid 60% of the cost). SAS also identified a PSE rebate we were eligible for and submitted all necessary paperwork. I hope to never have to spend this much on extermination and mold remediation ever again, but we feel very happy we found SAS and would strongly recommend them. First off, Daniel was great answering all my many questions throughout the bidding process for attic and crawl space clean out, rodent proofing, and install of insulation. He was patient and worked with me as I changed my plan to make it a 2 day job so I could have the electrician do work before new insulation is put in the attic. Ricky and his team came out to do the attic clean out and crawl space clean and insulation. They did great work on a difficult job as the attic had blow in on top of old batting and random cardboard all over. They stayed late to get part 1 of the job done. Looking forward for them to come back to complete the job. Update: Diego and his team came to finish the attic rodent exclusion and re-insulation project. They were super courteous, hardworking, and did a great job.

I am amending my review after one year. When I had this project bid out, Super Attic came is $6k higher than anyone else. I went with them because they offered extended warranties. The initial work came with a one year warranty and then you had the option of paying to extend that after one year. I started reaching out to them earlier this month to inquire about the extended warranty and was informed that they no longer offer them. If there are any issues I have to have someone come to inspect it and then pay for any repair work. There is no way to know at this point if I had gone with another vendor for less if I’d be running into any issues. As it stands however, I’ve now paid far above what I could have for the same work and there is now no clear advantage for that. I’m disappointed in their customer service. Can’t say that I’d recommend them in the future based on their expensive pricing with no long term guarantee. —- I had a pest control company monitoring my crawl space for nearly 5 years, and they completely failed. I discovered (to my horror) that my crawl space was infested with rats and mice who had destroyed the insulation, damaged air ducts, and more. I received several quotes from companies to do the extensive repair work needed. From the very start Daniel from Super Attics was a front runner. He was responsive, thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. He was the only vendor that could do all of the necessary work end to end. Super Attics was not the cheapest but their costs were well warranted by their thoroughness, quality, and best of all - warranty on the work. Daniel went out of his way to understand my needs and supported me step by step throughout the scoping process, answering numerous questions and offering expert advice. This was an unexpected very costly project and they offered financing that was easy to initiate and truly was the only way I could get this needed work done. Ron and his team of workers were prompt, organized, and did an amazing job. They worked an extra long day and navigated some unexpected issues with care & expert support. They even fixed a broken stair on my front porch without any ask! Who does that?! It was such a sweet little surprise. These guys are amazing! I hired them for a full attic and crawlspace insulation clean out replacement job. It was a pretty big project. Ron brought the team on site for 12hr of hard work and did a great job completely changed the spaces!! The bad muddy smell was completely gone after their work! I jumped into the crawlspace and attic to inspect the results and was super impressed how clean and tight they were. Ron and his crew came out today and took care of our rodent problem, hopefully! They removed all of our insulation, sanitized it, and put new insulation. While the insulation was out, they could see where the rodents were coming and going and closed up those areas. Ron told me that they did put a few traps with bait and will be scheduling a follow-up with us to check on those. Ron and his crew did a lot of protection of the house by making a "tunnel" of plastic so they would be walking on plastic rather than our hardwood floors. The only suggestion would be to plan this in warmer weather. I turned off the heat because it seemed crazy to heat up the outside, and it got down to 62°. At least it wasn't raining! Tom was the original guy who came out from Super Attic Insulation, and we were impressed with him and Ron and his crew came to do the work, and I was also impressed with him. They both represent the company well.

Really pleasant experience working with Tom and then Ron and his crew. Tom helped identify some issues with the attic and our vents as well as a rodent problem to address along with adding insulation. When Ron and co. came by, they took care to seal off the home and access to the attic and any cleanup afterwards. They had no problem going up through the tiny access point to the attic and finished earlier than the expected time. No smells or disruptions throughout the day either.

As I wanted an attic fan and our roof was metal, the very next day Tony and crew came up and finished putting up the attic fan and I particularly liked how he went above and beyond in the quality of how he put that together. He also made sure to check and fix all the ceiling cans etc. that had moved due to the set up. I again would rate him 5 stars as well. I got all the before and after pictures sent to me by Laurie from their office. She also helped me set up the inspection for 2 weeks after install. Again, a wonderful experience. Would rate 5 stars. Finally today we had the first inspection after the job and Alfredo came in and did a wonderful job sending me pics and vids to make sure everything was working as expected. Again a 5 star rating. Overall, I am very happy with this company and its employees and would rate it 5stars and recommend this place to my family and friends.

Super Attic Solutions did work on our crawl space and replaced the water barrier, insulation, and sealed it from rats which had entered the crawl space. They also identified some mold which was cleaned and sprayed, and came with a guarantee of their work for 10 years. The work was very efficient and done in one day. Ron and crew were very pleasant and cleaned everything out nicely. Would recommend and their excellent ratings appear well deserved.

Joey and his team helped us reinstall our crawl space, including batt insulation, rodent-proofing, and a vapor barrier. I could tell from the details that they were very professional—always on time, highly efficient, and very considerate. After installing the new vapor barrier, they also made sure to remove their shoes before working in the crawl space, which I really appreciated. The project manager was also very hands-on throughout the process. Highly recommended!

Super Attic always does great work they have free inspections with all work and they have a guarantee for their work rat free. Jose came out to do my inspection today and he was friendly and did fast work he also checked for leaks to make sure all the work they did was still good and showed me pictures of the insulation and traps after his inspection was done. Anytime I have a thought that I might have a rodent problem I just call and they come check so I don't have to get under there and look myself. Thank You Super Attic for saving my house. And keeping it clean.

Final Edit and explanation: 5 Stars because Boris at Super Attic Solutions responded immediately to my questions and concerns, and I absolutely wasted their time with trying to figure out my credit card bill and they did nothing wrong. I initially had given a 1 star review because I thought I was being charged but the lump sum that I paid with the credit card had been split into a payment plan and the credit card company itemized a monthly fee onto my statement. I didn't realize that they itemized a whole fee each month like that. Don't be like me. Be like the fine folks at Super Attic Solutions. Signed: Me, the village idiot. Actual details of service: I had my crawlspace done by Super Attic Solutions in April of 2024. Eric was the crew manager that worked with me. He was readily available to answer questions and provided recommendations. Very patient and helpful. The crew worked quickly and the entire crawlspace was cleaned out and redone in one day. They worked with me on scheduling a follow up assessment of the crawlspace and everything went smoothly where the job, the quality, and the efficiency is concerned.

Highly recommend working with Super Attic. Joey and his team did an excellent job walking us through the process of what to expect with cleaning out our crawl space, rodent remediation, debris removal and insulation installation. What I appreciated most was the entire pathway was taped off with plastic creating a barrier from our things and all the cleanup afterwards. You would have no idea they had been at our home other than the basically brand new crawlspace. If you’re looking for help with a crawl space or attic I highly recommend you have them out as Joey’s project management and communication is what I hope for when hiring someone to work on our home.

Eric and his crew were very kind and efficient. They cleaned out the attic of rodent residue and insulation, treated mold, sealed up bad spots where rodents can enter and then re insulated the entire attic. The project was completed in one day. I thought it would take longer. I'm very happy with this company.

Jose came to our place on time with all the gear. He is very professional‌, easy to communicate with. He checked both attic and crawl space very carefully and took photos to show us the probelm and the procedure he took. We recently discovered that we had TONs of ground water in our crawl space under our house. After researching companies we decided to go with Super Attic Solutions and we are extremely happy with the service we received. We knew this job was going to be a huge undertaking. They actually had to send 2 crews (Tony & Erick’s crews) out in order to be able to complete our job. That being said, everyone from estimator, to scheduler to technician was extremely professional and courteous. I have a crawl space which needed replacing insulation and ductwork. Liam from Super Attic Solutions came and gave me an estimate. He was very transparent and professional. The crew team came a week later led by Joey . They were amazing. They were excellent doing their job. Put up a shield to protect my interior and left everything clean after completing their job. From initial inspection/estimate to project completion everything was smooth as silk. Liam as the project manager, who did the inspection/estimate, was friendly, informative, and answered all the questions I had as someone new to insulation projects. Then Juan and team who did the actual labor of removing all old nasty insulation and installing brand new everything was amazing! We had a great experience with Super Attic. The initial inspection with Tom was thorough and clear, and the proposal process was equally thorough and clear. Great communication throughout. Scheduling was easy, too. Then, Evelin and the crew that did the work in a single day were fantastic. Our attic is trickier than most to access but it didn't faze them at all. I especially appreciate that Super Attic provides a 10-year warranty for mold mitigation and recommends quarterly inspections to ensure everything is as it should be. We just had our first inspection, and I get a lot of peace of mind knowing that they'll be be having a look at the attic and their work a few times a year.

Well, they showed up on time and did the work quickly. Unfortunately, at first they completely missed mitigating the largest issue (mold remediation around a vent egress) and improperly connected the fans to the vents. It took two additional trips to get it right. Dany was proactive to get a solution in place, but the initial crew really dropped the ball. Make sure you schedule the post-project "inspection" right away, and get up there with them. Their bid was the only one that offered to replace the fans and vents and to help ensure we were protected from avoidable moisture. That's why I chose them. Unfortunately, after requiring three trips to finally get the job done, it turns out they installed the bathroom exhaust fan in an inappropriate application, not within the installation guidelines for the unit--so I immediately had condensation issues. So now I have to pay to have someone install it correctly. Sorry I just can't recommend this company, way too many issues.

Super attic solutions did an amazing job rodent proofing our whole attic this past summer July 2023. We had tried multiple other services but only Super Attic Solutions was successful at keeping the rats out of our 1978 two story house attic. No issues with mice or rats getting in over the past 5 months. They removed the blown in insulation, sealed all vents and potential entry points (basement and attic), put in new R30 insulation, and improved the attic ventilation by adding a solar fan. There are no more noises from the attic in the middle of the night and the upstairs is now 5F cooler in the summertime. We couldn't be happier with the service and I would recommend them to others.

Super attic solutions did a fantastic job sealing our attic, replacing insulation, and adding an access point for storage. Evelyn and her crew of 3 worked harder than ever from 9am to 9:30pm on a Sunday no less! The work is cramped, dirty, and difficult and I never heard them complain. Any concern I voiced was immediately addressed with the crew. They cleaned and created "work tunnels" in plastic as they moved from each access point. You won't be disappointed.

Prompt, polite, and excellent service. Had our attic cleaned an insulation replaced. Plywood and rafters look like new, ventilation improved with better placed vents, and new ecobatt insulation looks great and upstairs noticeably warmer. Daniel and his crew are excellent!
