Fantastic service. Installation of our rat slab was completed ahead of schedule. The NW Crawl Space Team was easy to work with and were very flexible and professional. The follow up Project Report was detailed and reflected before and after photos (wow) what a difference. I am now not afraid to go under our house which is necessary at times for maintenance of our heating and water systems. I would definitely recommend them.

I reached out over a year ago and I'll be working with them to redo our crawlspace and mold remediation. Excited! ————————————— I was frustrated with the lack of communication for our appointment scheduling, but the owner contacted me directly to apologize. Although I am moving forward with another company for our crawl space repair, I will contact them if I decide it’s not a fit based on my positive interaction with the owner. We had such a great experience with Northwest Crawlspace! They helped us address some groundwater concerns and really took the time to make sure all of our questions were answered. We got three different quotes from different companies and ended up choosing them because of their reputation, the fact that they guarantee their work, and the 10-year warranty. Their bid was a bit higher than the others, but it was totally worth it for the peace of mind knowing the job was done right the first time. Highly recommend them!

They were very prompt in coming out and inspecting the crawlspace and gave me photos on what needed to be done. PSE has a rebate program and got a great price for getting the work done. Scheduling was set up and they got everything done by 4:30 the same day. I had before and after photos. Very professional and did a great job and came back later to inspect that all the work was done to requirements. They completed the vapor barrier, sealed ducts and pipe spaces and replaced the foundation screens to prevent rodent access. Wonderful job and great pricing with the rebates that were available.

NW Crawl Spaces has the most professional, polite and friendly personnel of any company we have ever worked with. From the salesman/representative (William) to the installation team (Dillion and his 2 co-workers) to easily coordinating our work project with Savannah, we gladly will tell ALL of our friends about this company. NWCS was not the lowest of three bids we received, but William sold us on going this direction. And in these times where our money is hard-earned, we appreciate feeling we have spent it wisely!

NW crawlspaces removed and replaced all insulation in my crawlspace (Rafter and Heater duct insulation). Added services that I did not expect: replacing an access door, dryer exhaust ducting and insulation of access dorrs) There scheduling group worked with my structural contractor requiring them to mobilize twice Both crews were VERY professional, great to work with but most importantly went out of there way to accommodate or needs and answer all of our questions.

Prior to my choosing NW Crawl Space Services I approached my neighbors in our Community of Heather Highlands and found many neighbors had chosen NW Crawl Space Services to replace their crawl space and/or attic insulation. There were a couple other companies but it had been 5-10 years ago since replacement. So I then asked specifically why they chose NW Crawl space Services. #1 reason NW Crawl space did all the paperwork for PSE rebate that was offered. #2. Comparison with other companies so value to replace existing insulation. #3 who likes to crawl in your crawl space to see it? Not I so they took videos of what I had down there so I got to see it. Remains of dead mice, sunflower seeds stacked high of when I use to (15 years ago) feed the birds and with that I fed many mice as well but did not realize it until after I had many mice coming into my main floor of living space. Also with mice I had a mound of mice droppings, urine infested insulation and after years of accumulation was not the best for our health. This video was eye opening! #3 Lior was our lead person for questions and he made it easy to understand going over everything I mean everything! Once payment was provided a date to remove and install was provided. The group came exactly at 8:00 AM sharp and rang the doorbell. They introduced themselves and they totally dressed in a white protection suit to protect themslelves. They then proceeded to make a tunnel in plastic sheeting from the outside door to the door to the door to the crawl space. By doing this eliminated any nasty urine/poo dead mice skeletons and just old insultion into our living space. Without even requesting this service it is automatically done. They spent all day removing old infested insulation and then replacing with all new insulation along with spraying foam insulation with any entry pipes, vents, rehung with strapping any HVAC duct work so they will not fall down. And then went on to lay a plastic visculene on the ground to prevent moisture from coming up. They worked hard every one of them and at 5:00PM they all quietly left cleaning everything where they had stepped onto our property to the crawl space. Nothing was left behind. A few days later Liam came back and took another video of our nice clean crawl space and to check the mice traps they had placed after the cleanup to make sure mice were not entering my crawlspace. For the first time in many ears we have not had mice enter our living space. We live next to a lot of woods so we always were around but I bet we won't see any for a long while now that the crawl space is sealed and properly insulated and sealed. Oh yes #4 NW Crawl sends me an email for another inspection to check the crawl space for any new visitors. Guaranteeing their work. Yes we were very pleased with their work and will continue inspections for any visitors. I will continue to advocate for this business with other neighbors. And finally #5 what a difference it has been re-insulating our crawl space. Even during the summer we have used less AC and we find our house more comfortable during our heated summers. Hopefully we will someday get out attic re-insulated and we will again use NW Crawl Space Services. I just love how friendly everyone is. Thank you!

A great team working seamlessly to remove 25 years of deteriorating insulation, seal up entry holes of mice...install new insulation correctly so no sagging, new vapor barrier over that and new barrier on ground. New rodent proof entry door to crawl space. Clean up of all removed material. So grateful this is done at last.

I had insulation installed in the crawl space and new venting put in the attic. They were quick to come out and got a reasonable quote. The guys who came out to do the work did a fantastic job! The four men that did the work in our Crawspace were absolutely amazing! Trustworthy and thorough and so hard working!

After a consultation, I was able to choose the kind of vapor barrier I wanted. I chose a thicker mil (provided with encapsulation) because my crawl space is susceptible to water intrusion. After the work was done, the project manager came back to inspect the job and said the workers had not trimmed the vapor barrier around the posts properly and that he would send them back to secure the barrier. The final work was done flawlessly and the space is now bright, clean, and secure. As part of this inspection, the inspector said he would send their carpenter out (for free) to fix the crawl space door to make sure no rodents would enter. I want to give a shout-out to Alberto who knew exactly what to do, and went above and beyond to fix the door! Thank you to everyone at this company, which does outstanding work all around!

From start to finish Northwest Crawl Space performed with excellence. Their initial inspection was very thorough and the follow up proposed scope of work accurately reflected what was needed to update and improve our attic insulation. Our insulation was quite out of date in our 1949 home. We had them remove the insulation and install new. They fixed any and all problems in the attic, such as reconnecting our bathroom vents and replacing screens to keep out birds and rodents. The staff were extremely polite and careful from start to finish. They arrived promptly and worked incredibly hard the entire day. They clearly articulated the scope of work for the day and how long it would take. They put up protective sheeting to protect our home and floors while they worked. When they were done for the day, they cleaned up so well, I could not tell they had been inside or out. The administrative staff was also incredibly polite and cheerful and helpful whenever I needed assistance. We qualified for a PSE rebate and they handled all of the paperwork. Their price was not the cheapest quote we received, but the price accurately reflected the scope and quality of work. Rave reviews from this very satisfied customer!

NW Crawl Space is THE BEST! Lior (owner) explained the process and answered all my questions when he initially inspected the work that needed to be done. My crawl space had not been cleaned for many years and what was left from the insulation was torn up hanging down, and full of rodent feces. An airduct was lying on the ground and the vapor barrier had long ago became ineffective. NW Crawls replaced all the insulation, laid a vapor barrier, secured the airduct to the floorboards, and secured all potential entrances from critters. The 4-person crew's efficiency exceeded my expectations, as they first hung plastic and securely taped it floor to ceiling from the crawl space access in my primary bedroom closet, all the way to the outside door so that not even a spec of dust entered my living space. That was a huge concern for me! They worked from 8AM until they completed the job at 7PM. A few days later, Lior returned to inspect the work and reported a job well done! Thank you NW Crawl Space!! This is the company you will want to clean your crawl space or attic!

I called Northwest Crawlspace after finding the insulation in my crawlspace under my house had been torn to shreds and there was an awful smell. They came to my house within two days, assessed the damage and provided a very reasonable quote to get rid of what turned out to be an infestation of rats. They removed the insulation and vapor barrier, cleaned, sterilized and sealed all the cracks and possible entry points before re-insulating. The team was very professional and explained everything they were doing throughout the process. They arrived on time and cleaned everything when they finished. I would HIGHLY recommend Northwest Crawlspace.

From my first call to schedule my appointment, to meeting with the estimator, and then the actual project the experience and service was top notch. Our estimator (William) answered all our questions and made sure we were presented with the best option that fit our situations. I had a great experience with Northwest Craw Space Services. I had a mouse infestation in my crawlspace. In just one day, they cleaned out the old visqueen and insulation, did rodent exclusion work, cleaned up any remnants of the mice and re-installed visqueen and insulation. It's a much better job than was done on the home previously. They are professional and experienced, which made the whole process incredibly smooth. They have wonderful customer service and were easy to work with. Highly recommend.

NW Crawl Space Services has done a lot of work for us here at my condo. They've done work in two large attics and two large crawl spaces, including fixing substandard work by another contractor. NW Crawl Space Svcs. is the third company that we hired to work here, and they’re by far the best. The crew worked very hard all day. I'm impressed. Communication was great from estimates, billing, worksite crew and follow-up inspection. The crew kept a clean worksite & wore proper PPE to keep themselves safe while they were in the crawlspace. They also took care to protect the floors, & the rest of the house from aerosols while they removed old materials. Since the new insulation was installed the crawlspace doesn't even smell like it has a dirt floor anymore - no smell to the space. It's too soon to know if the rodent exclusion work kept the critters out but they guarantee their work! I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing crawlspace work.

Overall a great experience. I appreciated the straightforward inspection. It didn't feel very salesman like, just straight to the point. Once the team started, the crew was very nice and respectful of my belongings. They worked on a sump pump installation in my crawlspace along with a vapor barrier installation. They did a great job doing the work quickly and as clean as possible. Quote cost was spot on. No surprises with me. They also provided a nice summary of the work that was done. Overall I would recommend working with them. Total time for the sump pump installation, making a french drain and replacing the old vapor barrier with a 20mil sheet was about 1 day of work for them. So I am pleased it was done that fast.

The inspection and quote process was thorough and comprehensive. William made it easy to access the financing and NWCS took care of submitting PSE eligible rebates which saved a lot of money on the project. Job done on time and for reasonable cost. I would recommend them to anyone.

We were very happy with the work performed by Northwest Crawlspace. Mark came out for the initial inspection and quote and was very thorough with explaining what needs to be done and we scheduled the work while he was there. The work crew showed up on time and got all the work completed and made sure no garbage was left behind. Mark came back to do an inspection of the work to make sure it was all completed correctly and they will come back every 3 months to check on the work for any rodent damage. The office staff was great as well with scheduling appointments for the inspection and for the work to be done. Highly recommend Northwest Crawlspace.

I got the names of two contractors from PSE to get estimates for crawl space work. Lior from NW Crawl Space Services came out and gave me a quote the day he was here on exactly what was needed. They would be replacing all insulation and the vapor barrier, and providing a complete exclusion of entry to my crawlspace by animals. He was able to schedule me in very quickly. Very professional!! (NOTE: The other contractor was too busy the day he came out to provide an estimate. He said he would work on it the next week. That was more than a month ago and I never heard back from him.) Lior’s crew was on time, quick, polite and efficient. They did a great job cleaning out the crawlspace, adding new insulation and vapor barrier, and sealing rodent points of entry. The crew was in and out in one day, plus they left no mess for me to clean up. Lior came back and inspected the work, and he (or his team) will re-inspect every three months for a year to ensure there are no more animals and the work is still good. I would highly recommend NW Crawl Space Services for your crawl space and attic needs. I will definitely be using them in the future.

I would highly recommend NW Crawl Space Services. They showed up on time each morning and worked until well after dark, completely reworking our 2100 sq. ft. crawl space with new vapor barrier, sealed 32 vents, installed rigid foam insulation on foundation walls, replaced batt insulation on floor joists and installed a dehumidifier. Very friendly and professional 6-man work crew. Encountered a plumbing leak and called in a plumber to repair damage the same day.

We had 3 companies come out to inspect our attic. Niko from Northwest Crawl Space came out to inspect our attic and alerted us to mold and mildew, dirty and old insulation which was lacking, and a detached duct. Aside from having the best name on the planet, Niko was kind, professional, and very knowledgeable. We made our decision to trust Niko and Northwest Crawl Space. Tristan and crew came out to take care of our attic. They were professional, kind, and worked hard all day long. They had the attic completed at the end of the day. They were super clean and careful and had all the debris removed from start to finish. My husband John checked out the attic afterwards and said everything looked great. Niko as well came out the next week to inspect the work that had been done. You can tell a huge difference by the pictures that were taken for the before and after process by Niko and Tristan. The insulation in the attic before was lacking, after Northwest Crawl Space completed our attic you can definitely see and tell the difference. Old insulation was taken out, new insulation added in, air leaks were sealed, any entry points were sealed for prevention of infestations, mold and mildew were treated, sanitized, baffles installed for proper air flow, and a duct that was disconnected to a damper vent was reattached. From start to finish we are extremely happy with the work done by Northwest Crawl Space. Communication/customer service was perfect, Niko, Tristan and the team are seriously the best. We highly recommend Northwest Crawl Space hands down. We will be using them next month for our crawlspace. They removed our old insulation, ducts and vapor barrier, dug a French drain in our crawl space, installed a new sump pump, vapor barrier, and replaced insulation and ducts within 2 days. We are still awaiting follow up inspection. I'm happy with this company to this point and would recommend them.

My wife and I found that we were waking up stuffy in the morning. We decided to have our furnace ducts cleaned, which seemed to help somewhat, but would still occasionally wake up with headaches and stuffy noses. We have been remodeling our home for quite some time now and knew we needed to have some insulating work performed. I had a few ideas on doing it myself, then quickly realized that we needed experts to perform the detail that it takes. I called Northwest Crawlspace and set up an appointment for a quote. Their quote tech came out and explained that we had mold in our attic and there was some droppings in our crawlspace. I will say I had a little sticker shock, but after the crew, which was very polite, knowledgeable, professional, and fast had completed the work, the shock disappeared. We were very happy with the service and the detailed work that was performed. We are waking up comfortable now, warm, and satisfied. Highly recommend, a wonderful experience. Thank you Northwest.

Kudos to the entire team of folks at NW CSS - everyone has done their respective part very well to deliver a 5-star experience to the customer. From the initial online / phone contact to the office, the free inspection / estimate appointment, to the date when the work was actually done and the project report that were sent two days after - everything was executed according to plan and as promised. Everyone has arrived on time and in a very punctual manner. Communications with the office staff and the project manager were great. The contract "paperwork" was clear and concise - it was very easy to access and make payment(s) via the provided link. NW CSS also pre-filled the PSE rebate form(s) and made it very easy for the customer to just sign-off on it. The project report with photos of before and after is a very nice touch and well done. The crew that performed the work onsite did a very good job and had built a very nice, solid and very tight new access door that is definitely going to keep-out rodents. Excellent work and great follow up. They did 1600sq ft of attic and crawl space insulation on our 1950s house, as well as lots of air sealing and rodent remediation. The air sealing made a huge difference. A breaker shorted due to a small accident during their work and they sent an electrician immediately (no cost to us) who found and fixed the problem. We also checked the crawl space after a day and found one rodent in a trap. They sent out a small crew, found the entrance that they missed, and fixed it (again no cost to us). Crawl space has been rodent free ever since, and our house feels SO MUCH more comfortable and warmer. They also did all the work to maximize rebates through our utility and saved us lots of money. We're very happy.

Our crawl space was in need of a major revamp and the process of getting it cleaned seemed like it was going to be a gigantic hassle. I had reached out to Northwest Crawl Space and was immediately set up with an on-site consultation just two days later, thanks to Talijah and Savanah. On the day of the consult, Manat checked out our crawl space and provided us with thorough details on what was going on and recommendations on what needed to be done. Talking to him really gave us a great deal of confidence in him and his team to take care of our crawl space. We were scheduled for mid-February but Manat had called us few days later to let us know that he had availability to move our appointment up to the end of January, which we gladly did. We needed to clean up our crawlspace because we were having a rat problem down there. I had a few companies come over to take a look and give an estimate, but we decided on Northwest Crawl Space for these reasons: 1) Matan came and was very knowledgeable and professional. I also found that he was the only one who wasn't "sales"-y in his approach. 2) Financing was an option with 0% interest if paying off in 18 months. 3) Was the most affordable out of all the bids. Don't get me wrong, the pricing was comparable, but this company won by small margin in costs. 4) They provided the removal of items and trashing it into the costs. A particular company was going to charge an insane additional amount to do this. 5) The workers who came to do the work were all friendly, professional, clean and quick. They did the job of about 1500 sq. ft. of crawlspace in one day. 6) When we inspected the finished product the next day, we were happy and their work exceeded our expectations! No more crazy smell coming from the vents and everything down there has been sealed and re-insulated, so no vermin should be coming in. 7) Plus, they have a 1 year "Rodent protection plan" for someone to come every 3 months to monitor the rodent traps to ensure us that the rats are not coming in. So by these reasons, I highly recommend this company! I will update in a few months or a year to make sure we are completely "rodent-free" down there.

First, let me say, I'm rarely thrilled with contractors. I requested multiple bids for this residential project. NW Crawlspace was straightforward and honest. It always helps to be an educated consumer. The company only bid on what they needed to. They prepared my home with care. They completed the job well. I couldn't have asked for more. I'll hire them again to complete the portions that we deferred for the moment. Some of their competitors tried to upsell things that I didn't need nor want. Flashy fear does not play well with me. NW Crawlspace won my trust. I rely on reviews like most of you. This was a great experience.

These guys were awesome! Professional, nice, clean and transparent. They notified us of all issues with our crawl spaces and offered options to resolve all or some issues based on our budget with great pricing and financing options. The workers were great people....very personable and respectful of our space. My project was a large space over 2000sqft of total removal, cleaning, remediations, sealing and insulation reinstall of both upper and lower crawl spaces. Rob was a stud! Kept me informed on progress and kept the operation moving to completion in under 18 hours over 2 days. The results are amazing.....night and day! We purposely waited 4 months after our attic and crawl space were updated (June 2024) by the folks at Northwest Crawl Space and Attic to report on their efforts. Prior to the attic remediation, the summer sun brought ceiling heat into our bedrooms and other second floor spaces. After the 20-year + old attic insulation was removed and replaced, an attic fan installed, and all air leakage areas plugged and insulated, we no longer felt the second floor room ceilings leak warm air into the bedrooms! That alone was enough to lower our cooling costs from June to September! Over the years we'll probably recoup the costs of the attic upgrades by not having the heat pump work harder than necessary. There were days in August and September when we didn't need air conditioning at all, and I give the credit to the great job by the NW Crawl Space specialists. In addition, while the attic insulation was being replaced, and an attic fan installed, the attic space was cleaned and mold remediated also, making the whole attic space look new again. We also had the crawl space updated, insulation removed and replaced, a sump pump installed, and the vapor barrier replaced. I'd never seen a crew work so hard and professionally in getting our home updated. Kudos to NW Crawl Space and your maintenance teams. You've given us back our home minus 20+ years of old attic insulation; a nearly new mold free attic ceiling; a new attic exhaust fan; and a sparkling clean, newly insulated crawl space . By waiting 4-months to report the effects of the environmental changes made to our home, we're honestly able to say, it was money well spent in protecting our home from mold, bugs, birds, and other creatures, as well as insulating it for the 2004 summer when the attic was tested against the daily heat, and the crawl space during the early October rainy period. No signs of any rodents or other creatures to date (4 months and counting), and we're confident that we'll never see any water seepage or accumulation in our crawl space again. I am very happy with the clean up and repair of the crawlspace. It is a nasty job and you have to admire anyone who will do it. The crew covered everything leading into the house with tarp (plastic) to prevent any mess in your home. They moved everything that could possibly be bumped out of harms way. They sent me before and after photos of the crawlspace. I appreciated that very much. Oh, and they were $2,000 less than the competition. Also they will perform yearly Pest Control for less than their competitor without a commitment. It seems to me that if you are doing a service for someone and believe you are doing a good job, you don't have to make them commit for a year. You will probably keep them anyways. With that being said, I recommend NW crawlspace to anyone needing any service of this kind.

They stayed in contact prior to their arrival, and were very conscientious with regard to the yard and clean-up process. At completion they provided before and after digital images of our space. Everything went like clockwork. From the scheduling and interview of the estimate to the scheduling and performance of the job, I was very impressed with Northwest Crawl Space! Other estimators said nothing of it so I would have never known but NCS not only told me about it but said they would fix it. Excellent service. My crawl space and heating ducts were a mess I had crawled into the crawl space personally to inspect and found it a mess. Then I started calling around to get estimates on replacement and cleanup. After a couple estimates that were way too high I was almost ready to give up and planning on doing the job myself. Lior the Co-Owner came out and gave me a good and fair estimate and he had a crew of 5 come out the very next day and removed all the old insulation, heating ducts, vapor bearer and plugged up all holes that rodents could get in. Recently I was in need of a complete crawl space overhaul which also included a new sump pump install. I wasn't sure who to contact so went online and did some research and found Northwest Crawl Space Services. In addition to NW Crawl Space, I also got two other quotes to keep everyone honest. After all, three companies did their inspections and submitted their quotes I choose NW Crawl Space. The choice was based on the great reviews I read, and their price was also the least costly for all the work I needed. The work needed was a complete removal of all the old insulation and old ground cover, sealing of all duct work, it turns out that there was a problem with rats and mice infestation, so they sealed all access point for the pests, and then installed new R30 insulation for the floor and R11 for all the duct work. I had also noticed that there was standing water in the crawl space over the winter, so they also dug a trench around the inside edge of the crawl space and then ran it off to the low corner and installed a new sump pump well and sump pump and ran the pipe out to a dry well rock pit in the yard. What a difference it has made under the house. I used to dread going under there to do anything. Now it is so clean, and I am sure that my wife and I will be much warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer because of new insulation and sealed ducts. As for the work quality I couldn't be happier. The workers were professional, they worked fast and any concerns I had were rectified immediately. Northwest Crawl Space did an excellent job on my crawlspace . It was a mess and now looks like new . I felt the price was excellent , follow up by the owner after the work was complete was an added bonus. When the Owner came out to look at my attic and crawlspace . He was honest about my attic not needing any work done to it. I would have not known one way or another and appreciate the honesty. He took pictures before and after . Set traps and he personally will be out to check them every two months for 6 months even though they sealed up any access points beautifully. The crew worked hard and was on time . Another home I owned I went with another Crawl Space company and the work and follow up and price from Northwest Crawl Space was by far superior.

What started as a burst pipe and concerns about mold, turned out to be even bigger issues at our cabin. Lead estimator Lior promptly arrived at the appointed time, investigated our two crawlspaces. He found rodent activity, insulation that was not installed properly and that was not the industry standard R-factor grade for our property. He gave an estimate on site and online immediately. Everyone on his team handled our project with care. Joel's team did the work at the appointed time and took great care in entering our home covering flooring and beds in the area of the interior crawlspace access area. We found out we had a lot of mold in our attick and that our insulation was not properly installed by whoever sold us the house. Lior inspected my house and came up with a plan. In two days Lior's crew cleaned out all dirt, debris, old insulation, etc, installed a new roof vent, cleaned out the baffles, remediated the mold and painted it with a treatment so it will never come back, and then the next day they sprayed in new insulation. They did an amazing job, were very respectful and careful with my home and cleaned up behind them. They are even coming back to inspect it again a couple weeks after completion. Now my attick can breathe properly , is snug and insulated properly and we will have no more mold issues which is a huge relief! These guys worked their butts off making my crawlspace awesome! They removed old substandard insulation and a damaged vapor barrier, cleaned and disinfected the whole crawlspace, sealed it against rodent invasions, and then insulated to code every sq inch of anything that could be insulated! And my crawlspace is actually a "crawl" space. Everything they did had to happen laying down. If this wasn't a "one and done" project that will easily last twenty years, I'd hire them again. And I will if I ever move and need these services. Meanwhile, I'm really looking forward to walking around barefoot on my hardwood floors this winter!
