Green Attic did a phenomenal job on my attic. They removed all the old insulation and rodent droppings. They put in new insulation.They went above and beyond. They were professional, kind and I highly recommend them.

Green Attic is an amazing company- Clint came and had a look in my crawl space and did a thorough quote which I accepted- then the crew that was sent out worked tirelessly all day until the work was done- highly recommended if you want clean and organized work done

If I'd have known this project was going to take five days.I would have gone with someone else that could actually staff their crews appropriately two gentlemen to blow in insulation, not fluid.Whatsoever, one gentleman to do the sheetrock, understaffed project was supposed to take two days granted.The crawl space took longer.I understand that but no excuses for the drywall on top of that, they left me with a bunch of extra cleanup granted i did say you can leave the plastic that i'm going to use for paint.Because the guy that did The drywall did an 18 inch patch the length of the entire exterior wall, 18 inches for a 2 1/2 a bit ridiculous, No cleanup of plastic that was draped over furniture. That was specifically for sanding and dust. No, taping of regular objects in one room. I have taped off curtain rods in the other room. I have pictures of overspray from texture one room. I have outlets that were taken off the other room they left the outlet covers on inconsistent unprofessional. They did not use corner guards while dragging their insulation hose and air compressor hose throughout the house.So I have to go back and touch up baseboard, because the hose was rubbing on the baseboard. So in general, I have excessive mess lack of forethought with the project and No consideration for the homeowner's property or time. I've also posted photos in regards to the mess. The 18 inch patch and the fact that they over pressurized my wall and cracked the wall in the garage, which they had to fix. Didn't put it back to the way they found it.It has a slight bow in it now. The guy that's in charge of this crew is a joke. He tells me he's gonna be there at 10 o'clock on the 15th. I see him at noon so tons of inconsistencies.

We had a great experience. From Clint coming for the estimate to the men who came and did the work. They covered and protected my home. They worked tirelessly and left no trace that they were ever there. Our job was really big as we needed work in our attic, crawl space and garage. The guys were such hard workers, very professional and I can’t say enough about how good they did. Price was competitive and I felt really good.

We used Green Attic for our house in Bothell. They came out checked the jobsite, gave us a great deal and we choose to work with them. They came cleaned our attic of insulation very fast and they were very clean as well, after couple of weeks we were ready for doing a tent over the sprinkle system and after that they came out for blow out the insulation. FAST, CLEAN, REASONABLE PRICE! I recommend working with them and I will do it in the future for new projects

Green attic was efficient and thorough from the quote to completing the job. I had mold in my attic, which they remedied. They will return in a year to ensure it is truly gone. That made me feel confident they stand behind their work. The home had its original insulation from 30 years ago. Green attic replaced it and left the home tidy when they were done. Sadeq was communicative and educational along the way. All went smoothly!

Green Attic was the first company available for a dead rat inspection over the holidays when others were weeks out. The scope of work was as expected to clean out my crawlspace without adding unnecessary work, and at a reasonable price. They were able to schedule the work for a couple days later, showed up on time, and were done in a couple hours. Would highly recommend!

Green Attic did a great job our crawl space. Clint was fantastic and a great help arranging a plan on what we needed. It’s a relief to have a clean crawl space and insulated floors. What a difference.

Edit: they finally did get the reimbursement for half the ventilation check to me and it went through. It was still not enough of a reimbursement for the amount of damage they did to our roof, but at least it's something. I would never use Green Attic again. We hired them to fix the ventilation on our roof that the roofers screwed up because it was deficient, not enough square inches of ventilation and it was causing moisture and mold problems. Clint came out and made an excellent plan, I got up there with him and we talked it over and planned each vent. The workers came out and put all the vents in the wrong spots, and put too many of them, basically making swiss cheese out of our very expensive roof. If you understand ventilation, it has to be done exactly right, otherwise you end up with moisture and mold which can make you and your family sick. They put in an imbalanced system which would have resulted in mold. Luckily I am hands on and found what they'd done and the resulting moisture with my pinless moisture meter, and I called another roofer who verified the shoddy job, and we had to hire them to install a powered attic fan at that point because the passive ventilation was beyond repair due to the sheer number of vents Green Attic installed on our roof in the wrong places, weakening the structure. We contacted them and let them know all this, and they said they would reimburse us half of what we paid. They sent us a check dated for last year. I contacted them and let them know the error since the bank of course didn't take it, and they said they would send us another check. They never did. They kept putting us off over and over after basically ruining our roof and our ventilation system. They also left insulation over our vents in our attic as well, when I had hired them to fix the insulation. Never again! I'm only leaving 2 stars because Clint was amazing. The company should get 1.

Excellent job, suggested insurance might pay and they did, patient with being paid and stuck to initial estimate.

We requested Green Attic to conduct an initial inspection. Clint came and provided a comprehensive inspection report. He even went above and beyond to suggest other local exterminators who could help us with our most primary need (rodent removal and proofing) without spending too much money. Truly recommend these guys if you want someone who know what they're doing and have a hang of their responsibilities.

I was desperate to have someone help me with a dead animal smell coming from our crawl space. Green Attic came to the house on a Saturday and a crew cleared the crawl space the NEXT day, a Sunday! I am very pleased with the attic and crawlspace insulation project by Green Attic. They blew in fiberglass in the attic after installing 4 roof vents, fixing multiple soffet vents, and treating for mold that appeared after a bathroom vent came apart and blew moist air into the attic. Fiberglass batts were installed in the crawlspace along with insulation of the ducts and water pipes. A team of 4 workers completed everything in one day. They covered the house floor with plastic to keep it clean. I was impressed by the team work. They were very efficient. Clint, who provided the estimate, addressed numerous questions and provided a reasonable cost estimate, especially after subtracting the PSE rebate, which they took care of. I received four estimates for this fairly large project. Green Attic was not the cheapest but they did excellent work. I am glad I hired them.

The guys that showed up to do the work were amazing! Thank goodness they were not large in stature, because I have 2 crawl spaces, and one has pipes at the entrance. It takes a small person to get around the pipes. They explained everything, were very clean with my home, and sent me pictures of before and after. Wonderful people.

We recently contracted with Green Attic to remediate our crawlspace and attic. Our estimator was Clint Walker. Clint was very professional and easy to work with. In fact, on his inspection, he noticed an area with extensive mold that needed to be completely removed. The other estimators completely missed this area! Dates and times were set and the work began. The three man work crew worked the hardest of any three individuals I have ever seen. Their work was done in an efficient and timely manner. They were respective of our property and cleaned-up all areas they had been working in, thus, leaving the interior of our home as they had found it. One of our other contacts was with Sadeq who is the site manager and supervisor. Sadeq was extremely helpful and made every attempt to see that we were pleased with the work preformed by all the company employee's. The on site electrician was Mo Mo who we found to be extremely knowledgeable in his field. He was extremely polite and kept us appraised of all aspects of his work. On many occasions we delt with Cassandra who is part of their office staff. This woman was so very accommodating and understanding of any concerns we had and was true to her word about passing information along to those employee's on site. We cannot say enough for the positive attitude's of all employee's representing this company. Had done: new crawlspace vapor barrier, insulation strung up, and exclusion done for rodents within the past year. I was really happy with the work that was done and the team was efficient and very nice. Fast forward to now, I have had some issues with rodents for the past 6 months or more and there were some hiccups getting a hold of the company again but in the end they made sure to send someone out ASAP once I was able to get in touch and get the exclusion services looked at and see what is happening. I really appreciate their attentiveness to help me and ensure their work holds up. Their prices are competitive and I would recommend.

After recently putting on a new roof I was told we had mold in our attic. Green Attic came out and gave me a very fair price and was able to extract all the mold and install new insulation where needed. I would highly recommend this company. Great to work with!

Green Attic provided high quality work and bundled a few issues together to help with cost. The projects were substantial and involved return visits to fully address the issues, but they showed top professionalism in handling the specific challenges- we would recommend to anyone in the area.

The 3 installers kept their nose to the grindstone from the moment they arrived to when the work was completed. They took pains to keep my home free of dust and debris as they went back and forth from front door to the crawl space and attic to remove and replace the insulation. They did so by laying plastic sheets on the floors and hanging it in doorways so that their workspace was separated from clean areas. Very pleased with the quality of work and professional service provided.

Green Attic performed insulation removal of old cellulose insulation at my home remodel. They performed great, left the site clean and the price was reasonable. The estimator/inspector Clint was vary knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitely give them a call when it is time for the new insulation.

I had my crawl space cleaned and reinsulated due to rodent damage. Green Attic was very competent in all phases of the job from the inspection, bid review, and the performance of the work. The initial inspection was thorough, leading to constructive and open discussions about materials and methods used that gave me confidence in the estimate and work. I’m very pleased with the finished job.

Manny and his crew cleaned out my attic last week. It was covered in fallen batten insulation that rodents had nested in. They pulled a bunch of floor boards, nasty carpet, vacuumed everything out, and patched up all my busted soffit vents. All of this was done quickly at a decent price. I’m happy with the result!

Out of 3 mold remediation companies that I asked to reach out to me, they were the only ones that responded. Green attic was very timely with their response with me. I am appreciative of their inspector letting me know ahead of time which rooms would be inaccessible while they worked in my attic. They were knowledgeable and did a thorough job. The installation team was excellent to work with. They were friendly and had amazing communication with me. Their lead walked me around the house at the end of their installation and pointed out a few weak spots for pests that would need my attention. He went beyond what I had expected. I really appreciate the care they put into my home.

We used Green Attic to take out blown in insulation and install new standard R38 insulation. Sadeq, the project manager did a great job assessing the project quickly and gave us a bid on the spot. He continued to follow up with us until the job started. Manny and his crew came in on start day and were friendly and explained exactly how things would go. To our surprise they put plastic wall barriers up, covered the floor and did a thorough job all the way through clean up. Highly recommend them.

There was access for rodents to come in and they cleaned everything up and patched everything closed. They were kind enough to also remove insulation from my basement. Highly recommend Green Attic for rodent/mold proofing and insulation. We had rodent infestation and some mold growing in our attic and Green Attic crew definitely took care of both and added new insulation and a new solar attic fan to keep air moving in attic. We needed this fixed before we closed. Crissandra in the office was amazing at working us in! I called at least 10 places that couldn’t get us in on time. Sadeq was incredibly flexible rescheduling with multiple hiccups along the way. (Mostly because the seller was still living there and difficult to work with) He could have easily said no, but stuck with us and we are so thankful! They were even able to bill escrow so no extra money from our pocket at the time. They were also very reasonably priced. I recently used Green Attic to inspect the crawl space and attic. Sadeq, the inspector and scheduler was very thorough and knowledgeable and with pictures could readily explain the problems and work that needed to be done. The work phase for both crawl space and attic was very professional and thorough. The team was polite and friendly and really cared about doing a good clean job. In both areas they removed all the compromised insulation and cleaned the area before installing current code insulation which is a lot better than when the house was built in 1987. In the crawl space they also repaired vent screens to prevent rodent access and caulked to seal exposed seams. Overall, I am very happy with their thorough work and professionalism. Green Attic did a great job cleaning my crawl space. I had some rodent infiltration and mold because of water seeping in and my sump pump not working because the cable had been chewed up. The smell of the mold treatment was not bad at all, only lasted a few hours. The house stopped smelling musty right away! What I really liked about this company is that they were able to fix the electrical problem with my sump pump and also repair the HVAC line from my dryer (great insulation work there) which a previous company had cut short and had been adding warm moisture to my crawlspace for years. No wonder it attracted rodents! Cost wise, I couldn’t say because I didn’t have a chance to compare with any others, but the price seemed fair and they scheduled me in sooner than any others could come give me an estimate. I figured since they provided the other two services on the same visit and hiring other contractors to do those separately could’ve been more expensive, the whole project was a good return on investment. Their project estimator/manager was super nice and personable and made the service experience a breeze. I definitely recommend their service!

Great service and price for my attic that was a MESS. Had no air ventilation to outside. Bathroom and kitchen vent were all not connected. Moisture all goes to attic and stays there resulting in terrifying amount of molds. On top of that, there were holes/leaks on roof which lead to rodent problems. Sadeq was able to help me devise a plan to fix all and reapply new R38 insulation and offered very competitive prices! Crew members were very professional during the workday and explained in details of their plans. Also kept my place clean and tidy throughout afterwards.
