Aaron was prompt, kind, considerate and the estimate process was detailed and well explained. They were lower than our other estimates, but included extra services that we were going to sub out. We had some concerns about the financing, but Natan came through in the end and made things right. The crew that came to clean and encapsulate our crawl space led by Luis, was great. They laid down plastic in our garage daily and tidied everything daily until the job was complete. They were kind and polite and even laughed at my husband’s jokes. He loves a new audience! I wish I would have gotten all their names as well. Jason came in to inspect the work and reworked something’s until he could attach his seal of approval. Kanen came in and worked on cleaning our vents at a pace that kept our skittish kitty comfortable and he was very sweet and accommodating. Coleman and Kenny came in on the final day to install the new furnace and thermostat. They were as kind and accommodating as each and every person we came into contact with. Nicole helped us out when we had concerns after the furnace install and had Coleman and Kenny right back to explain our concerns. The heart of the entire company is the lovely Esther, who made each step of the process easy and precise. Every call to her was joyous and filled with excitement for our Hawks. She’s quite the 12! All in all we can’t say enough positive things about Envirosmart. Our crawl space s pristine and our vents are as they should be. Thank You!!!

We had our crawl space cleaned out, new insulation under the house and some new ducts. First of all the crew was very kind, fast and efficient. They were also respectful of our property and did not leave any mess behind. We had very open communication with the office of the status of repairs and scheduling. They sent 39 pics of before and after which was great, but the after pics were not that detailed on specific areas like the furnace wrap, vapor barrier and crawl space cover. 4 Stars for the cost +$12k and the lack of detail in the pics.

After the consultation, The communication to actually have my humidifier installed was very poor. On the day of install, I called when the installers were 20mins late and then again when they were almost 2 hours late to which I found out that they were unable to proceed with the project. I was told they would come the following week for a NEW consult. No one called a week later so I called, I found out that they can install, but they did not get the appropriate professionals for the last visit And that they would call me to confirm a day for the install the following week. At that point, I addressed my concerns regarding poor communication with the Project Manager. Again, one week later no phone call, so I call and On their system, I apparently have an Installed date!! Had I not called I would have technicians at my house, on a day that wasn’t confirmed by me! We are now at one month post consultation!! . The project is over 6K I expect better communication. Very poor professionalism. Update: installation finally happened and the crew was very professional. I’ve got a follow up phone call offering some future free services to compensate for the trouble

The HVAC duct cleaning service was professional, punctual, and thorough. The technician explained the process clearly, worked efficiently, and left the space clean and orderly. The overall experience was smooth and reassuring. I would definitely recommend their services to others.

Another great service this year! We had our ducts and dryer vent cleaned last year and apparently no one had ever cleaned them. So 40 years later the dirt, plaster, toys and socks etc was cleaned out. After a year with using 3-4 less filters we were happy to have them back. Kanen came right on time, calling ahead, and was done in under 1 1/2 hours. Outstanding professionalism and service as we had before and our air is clean again. We look forward to a call next year to have them cleaned again. Highly recommend this company. Price is great too! Less this year as we set up service with them, be sure to ask. Just $219 for clean air and peace of mind.

The team was friendly, timely and thorough at every step. They explained everything really well and worked with us on rebates and pricing. As a project manager, I work with a lot of companies and these guys really match up. We had mold remediation, sealing, new insulation installed and new venting done. They kept our house protected and were great with our dogs.

Nobody else was able to come out the same day to provide us with a real solution, and we’d been dealing with a nerve-wracking situation and a horrible smell for far too long. When we called Envirosmart, we had the pleasure of working with Esther. She was incredibly kind and empathetic and you could hear her smile through the phone. The CRAWL SPACE project was completed on time, exactly as scheduled during booking, and required no major adjustments—proof of the team's expertise and planning. The pricing was fair and transparent, with all options clearly presented from the start, making it easy to choose the best fit for my needs. The team was outstanding: Esther, the manager, coordinated the initial booking seamlessly. Ellie, the project manager, ensured everything stayed on track and was incredibly responsive to any questions I had throughout. And most impressively, Team Brandon handled all the labor from start to finish with remarkable skill and dedication!

Chris and Mo did my vents, dryer vent and installed a UV air purifier system. They were busy doing the job but at the same time they were engaging in conversation with us. The experience was pleasurable. We also saw pictures of a mini Doxie named, Lucy. She is a cute one.

I've had great experiences with Envirosmart maintaining our heating system for the past five+ years. Great and friendly service, explains things in an easy to understand way and is proactive with well motivated recommendations.

I had this company come in and remove the current heating system, install a new hvac, remove the attic insulation and replace the attic insulation and add hvac to my basement. The story begins with Erik who is a good salesman but when I asked for a price reduction he did knocked off 3k for getting me to sign that day. When the attic people came, 4 hard working men of Central American descent came and removed my insulation. When the hvac people came they remove my old heating system and tried to charge me for a different unit. I rejected it until the bid was updated to reflect the correct unit (which was cheaper). Also remember their phone line waiting message is the attached video. Awful customer service! They have some dofuses running HQ project management. Always in meetings or some other excuse. Anyway the new hvac took two-three weeks to install. Because they continuously sent one persons! ONE PERSON! Who was a Ukrainian teenager. Basically took forever to install but it works well. But the guy did such a bad job of installing the conduits. Was this his second house? He left a complete mess in the basement and when he tried to seal the conduits to the wall he just used a dyeing hvac adhesive to attach. WHICH IS UGLY! And he didn’t seal the vent in the crawl space so now I have to worry about Mice coming through. They did a terrible job. I am so happy I opted to not have them cut wholes in my floor! A subcontractor! The electricians were also good people and workers. Although they brought through my plaster ceiling. And had to have them come back to complete the job. Again another subcontractor. Then when the attic insulation people show up…they bring blown-in insulation where I specifically asked for matted! When I called the project manager asked “well have they begun yet” I said no! I knew better after dealing with these losers with the HVAC! I said bring the right stuff according to the contract! They brought the cheapest insulation they could find! Another subcontractor. I could not believe how bad this place was if I could do it again I would not have gone with this place. Can you believe they didn’t insulate the air conduits? Do not believe the other paid for reviews this place provides mediocre work, despite what their over achieving salesman likes to claim! Their on hold line is ridiculously rude. They play music that makes you feel unimportant.

Very glad to hire the team for duct cleaning and furnace cleaning. Very professional and efficiency. Will work with them again if have future project.

I was very happy with the dryer vent cleaning by Chris and Moe's. They arrived right on time were very courteous and got it done quickly. Better yet they charged less than the quote. Great job.

I called to see if the company would honor a coupon that expired on 8/31, because I am a furloughed federal employee and will not get paid until the shutdown ends. I spoke with Esther, whose outstanding customer service combined knowledge with compassion, whose sympathy and smile could be heard in her voice. She was easily able to schedule a service visit that works for me, speedily, efficiently and affordable. I used a different duct-cleaning company in the past that, while good, was so expensive I haven't been able to afford having it done again. In spite of the incredible stress of the current shutdown situation, my encounter with Esther was a huge bright spot in my week.

I'm very happy with the service provided by Environsmart for an Attic Insulation installation. Alan and Juan's crews were very professional, service focused, and respectful of my home. They cleaned up and re-attached the vents and canned lights that had loosened during the removal of 60 yrs of old insulation. Ellie was also especially wonderful in scheduling my project to meet my schedule during their very busy summer season. I highly recommend Environsmart for your HVAC, insulation, and duct work needs.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I contracted Envirosmart Solution to install a bathroom fan and clean the vents. They quoted over $1800 to install just one fan. I scheduled the installation more than two weeks in advance for Monday at 9am. At 4:29pm on the Friday before, they notified me they could not keep the appointment. I didn’t see the message until after 5pm, when their office was already closed for the weekend. I had cut short an out-of-country trip and rearranged work meetings specifically to be home for this installation. Despite that, they cancelled at the last minute and only confirmed during the scheduled installation window that no technician would be arriving. I paid a $900 deposit in advance. They eventually refunded me after I demanded repayment and made it clear I would escalate the matter with WA Labor & Industries and small claims court. This was supposed to be a straightforward job, but their scheduling, communication, and reliability were terrible. Unprofessional, overpriced, and unreliable. I'm giving 2 stars because they eventually refunded my deposit, but I would not recommend them to anyone.

After 45 yrs it was time to removed and replace my attic insulation & reseal the ductwork. The crew: Patrick, Sebastian, Roman and Franco did a great job. In addition they checked my crawl space and sealed posssible rodent access points. Not cheap, but I don't mind paying for quality work.The office worked with PSE to get the maximum energy conservation rebate as well. Highly recommend this company.

I reached out to envirosmart solutions as we had mold in our attic along with uncomfortable temperature in the second story of our home. Erik, sales manager, worked with us to get a rate that was fair along with flexible financing to be able to afford this kind of renovation. Erik hired the best and most hardworking team there was at the company. Juan and his team busted their butts in an attic that was 100F spanning two days to get the job done. Juan was quite patient with me and was a delight to speak to about my concerns. He took my concerns very seriously and made sure the job was done right with pictures of every step of the process as well. I would highly recommend Juan and his team.

I hired this company in late March, choosing them despite a high bid because I wanted a hassle-free experience and assumed a large, established company would manage the process smoothly. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen. The initial sales visit was great: knowledgeable, professional, and supportive. But after that, communication and scheduling fell apart. I was rushed by the office to pick a date for a site visit, only for the technician to no-show without notice. I had to reach out myself and didn’t hear anything back until weeks later. When the tech finally came in late May, he seemed rushed and dismissive of my questions. I was told it would be a three-day job, but due to poor internal coordination, missing supplies, and scheduling chaos, the work ended up stretching across three weeks, involving three different subcontractors over six separate visits. The work itself was fine, but I didn’t pay premium pricing to act as my own project manager. I went with a big company to avoid exactly this kind of stress and they completely dropped the ball.

I called in hoping to get help with a rodent problem in my home and was lucky to speak with a kind-hearted young lady named Esther. She was so patient and took the time to answer all my questions. What touched me most was how she spoke to me with respect and care. She even told me about rebates I might qualify for, which I had no idea about. As a 73-year-old living on a fixed income, it meant the world to feel like someone actually cared. Esther gave me hope, and for that, I’m truly thankful.

Our family decided that it was time to dive into installing a mini split system and decided to reach out to Envirosmart Solutions because they had done an installation around us. Alex the project manager came to visit and survey our home to determine where the outdoor condenser and indoor units would be placed. He walked my wife and I through the installation process and helped us determine which system would fit our needs. The installation team of Victor, Jamal, and Bryce were very sympathetic to our requests of keeping the home clean. They were very nice and understanding and walk us through the entire process. I would highly recommend the team of Alex, Victor, Jamal and Bryce.

I would not trust this company anywhere near my house again. I recently bought an older house with some attic ventilation issues and basement dampness. Eric from EnviroSmart came out to assess possible solutions. The projected bill for all the little projects came out close to 14,000. The workers who came out were frequently unprepared. They were individually good people, but they seemed to have no idea what to expect when they got to the house. There were frequently lacking in important safety equipment, and didn't understand the issues they needed to solve or what work they were expected to accomplish. I frequently had to pull up the spec sheet and show them what was promised. None of these projects involved breaking concrete or any work that touched walls, framing, or the foundation. Just attic ventilation and exterior drainage. One project included French drain about 100' long asking the outside of the house, that connected two downspouts, and a dry well to collect the runoff. It was billed at 4500. The gas meter for the house, clearly visible to the estimator, prevented the work crew from installing the drain. They seemed surprised I had been told it was possible. The result was that only a single spout was routed to the drywell (using simple impermeable plastic pipe), and no French drain. The amazing thing was that the company was still asking for the full 4500 despite doing less than half the work. A separate dry well to handle the external basement stairs was billed at $1800 and was to include crushed rock and a grating over the 4' x 2' landing area. They ended up installing a $80, 12" x 12" x 12" plastic bucket from Home Depot with absolutely no other drainage material. No concrete had to be broken, just a couple of bricks moved. They still tried to charge the full $1800. They specced out a series of attic vents to install, but the crew sent to do that didn't even bring their own ladders and had no real safety equipment beyond a rope and basic harness - not nearly the set up needed for a very steep pitch 3 stories off the ground. Since they couldn't access the roof from the outside (no ladders for a roof job), they cut a giant hole through the decking from inside the house. They ended up skipping installation of 2 specced vents, and the company still wanted to charge me the full price. Worse, the giant hole they cut to get onto the roof seems to be closed with a piece of plywood surrounded by spray foam. The $385 "full gas furnace maintenance" turned out to be a tech with a shop vac who did absolutely nothing beyond a quick vacuuming. I even had to buy my own air filter afterwards. When I called the office to request an adjustment in the total cost, the manager kept insisting that I pay the full amount. After an extensive conversation, I got her to agree to consider my point by point email detailing how their actual work fell short of their promises. After 2 weeks of silence, they responded by letting me know they would place a lien on my house if I did not agree to either pay 75% of the original estimate, or let them return to "finish the job" (that they should have done in the first place). Other, smaller complaints - scheduling was chaotic. What was initially promised to be 2 visits turned into 6 (since they kept showing up unprepared). Some rodent barrier that was supposed to be installed never was. All in all a miserable experience. Would not recommend.

I wasn't home when they arrived, but my husband said they were very professional. We had our carpets clean 2 days before and the team utilized shoe covers and I really appreciate that. Since the duct cleaning my home smells fresher. And if your haven't had your dryer vent cleaned out, at least do that. It is a known spot for fires 🔥.

Very friendly and great service! Had our air ducts cleaned out and sanitized. New to this home and wasn’t sure when things were last cleaned so had them come out to vacuum out the air ducts and see what more needed to be done and recommended them to be scrubbed out and air quality is much better!

Initial Review on April 2025: I chose this company based on positive reviews, especially ones that praised Neta for her experience and efficient work. However, my experience was quite different and disappointing. Despite claims that Neta has 7 years of experience and is actively involved, she did not participate in the duct cleaning process at all. She stayed in the car the entire time while one worker did the job alone. There was no supervision, which led to several issues. When the negative pressure machine was started, I had to personally check if all vents were covered — 4 out of 12 were not. Again, I had to run out to Neta to let her know. If she’s not the one cleaning the ducts, shouldn’t she at least be supervising the process instead of sitting on the phone in the car? After cleaning the return duct with a rotor snake brush, there was still visible dust hanging inside. I recorded a video as proof and had to go outside to show it to Neta. Her response was that it will be cleaned with sanitization. I was never shown what products were used or how each vent was sanitized. There was no walkthrough or explanation, just vague assurances. The “camera inspection” they advertise is misleading — it’s just a handful of iPhone photos taken from outside the vents. There’s no clear before-and-after comparison, and the photos are just dumped together without context, making it hard to tell what was actually done. Additionally, the appointment scheduling was very unreliable. I initially booked an 11 AM–1 PM slot, then was told it would be delayed to 1–3 PM. Later, I received another call saying it wouldn’t happen that day at all — it was pushed two more days. Overall, this experience lacked the professionalism and transparency I expected. I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve both their communication and quality control. ------------ Follow-Up Review on May 2025: I want to provide an update to my earlier review. After sharing my concerns, the company followed up quickly and professionally. They reached out, offered a discount for the service, and took the time to re-explain the process and address the issues I experienced. While the initial visit did not meet my expectations, I genuinely appreciate their willingness to listen to feedback and make things right. It's clear they care about customer satisfaction and were responsive in trying to resolve the situation. Thanks to their prompt follow-up, I feel more confident that they are working to improve their service. I hope future customers have a smoother experience from the start.

Efficient and painless experience from scheduling to service. I called many companies to assess pricing and Envirosmart offered the most comprehensive service package for the price (at around market average) without attempting to oversell. The technicians (Sean and Herman) were professional, knowledgeable, and quick! I appreciated the no-nonsense approach and the flat-rate pricing structure.

Sean was wonderful to work with! He and his team did a very thorough job cleaning out our entire HVAC system. They even found a duct that had become disconnected from the vent and went into our crawlspace to fix it! Much appreciated!

After many months and more than a few trips to my home and down into my crawlspace, our rodent problems seem to be gone. This was the impetus for replacing the vapor barrier, insulation and ducts. The crew did an excellent job. Dan is a true professional managing his team and then during the subsequent visits where him and I tried to find where the rodents were getting in and out. Rodents are so determined and can be a tremendous challenge to eradicate from the crawlspace of an older house like ours. Oksana was also very professional in her demeanor and attention to our issues. She takes her important job seriously and enthusiastically - that is very rare these days. Environsmart is fortunate to have Dan and Oksana working for them.

We did a heat pump as well as a mini split system installation with Envirosmart and are happy with the work. We also signed up for their annual maintenance and had a good experience with Xavier, the onsite technician. For phone support and answering our questions on rebates and Federal energy tax credits-- Esther was helpful.

Neta and her team were great! Very professional and walked me through what they were doing. She laid out all the options for my cleaning needs and what she suggested. Happy with my service today.

*Update* The "field manager" did just as poor of a job repairing the original work as the first crew. I ended up hiring Insulation Northwest who cleaned up Envirosmarts joke of a job and blew in new insulation that got trampled down by Envirosmart. Such a joke of a company, I'd give zero stars if I could. Initially we had a great experience with the estimator. He was very knowledgeable and seemed to know exactly what our house needed. We waited almost a month for the repairs to be made due to having them reschedule our initial appointment. The crew that came out to install our attic fan and duct work had no business working on any part of our home. The attic fan installer first asked us where we would like the fan installed? The roof?? The estimator assured us they would place it in the best location to utilize the solar power feature. About 5 minutes later my wife heard them messing around with our kitchen exhaust fan which was located down on the bottom of the roof. I ran out there and stopped him before he pulled up any shingles luckily. They then proceeded to butcher our roof and completely screw up the install. They tried to hide their poor workmanship with several tubes of roofing tar. We ended up having to get a roofer out there to replace the damaged shingles and install the vent properly. They then proceeded to install insulative wrapping on the ductwork and replace a torn duct to my sons room. I specifically told them which one needed to be replaced. What did they do? The installed 2.5....yes 2.5 ducts. None which needed replacing! On top of that they didn't even connect the hoses to the ducting properly. On the .5 of the duct they installed they apparently ran out of material and instead of splicing it together properly, they half assed it by only taping(poorly) the outer insulation together leaving the actual duct wide open to the fiberglass inside. We only found that out when we had insulation blowing into our bedroom and the attic insulation blowing in from their terrible tape jobbed joints. I ended up having to make several trips to home depot to get the needed materials and tools which they didn't even have and just replaced all of their poorly done ductwork myself. To their credit they paid for my time, materials and roofer. They also sent their field manager out to redo the duct wrapping. Overall it was a compete tire fire and I'd stay away from this company!

Sean and Logan were on time, very friendly and patient. I am a doofus and ordered an air duct cleaning when I don't even have air ducts in my house (I have ductless mini splits). They took pics and offered to connect me with someone else at their company who services ductless mini-splits.

Our 'sump pump' and vapor barrier were installed in a slap job fashion by an intoxicated field manager at Envirosmart Solution. The pump was not installed flush or even glued together, it was clear that nothing had been checked before saying 'done.' If I had not gone into my crawlspace to check, we would have never known of the issue and paid 5k for them to make a mess, break drywall, and leave with nothing in working order. The sump pump they originally installed could not even collect water or pump water that was poured into it. After talking with the office and asking them to not send the same person out, they said they would send the same person out to 'learn from their mistakes.' Even tho this person has a title of field manager and signed off on the original work that did not meet any of contract agreed to. This person had to cancel on their second visit after being 3 hours late, blaming the customer before for us for 'talking too much.' On the phone they were slurring words to the point where it was hard to understand. When the second crew arrived for the third scheduled visit, they were finally able to get the work completed to meet the contract. We asked for them to not touch the dry wall since the project manager in the office said they don't know how good their dry wall skills are.. turns out they want to send someone else out to fix it and learn from that mistake. I thought these were professionals but experience told us different. After taking two days off work to babysit, we finally got our contract fulfilled, but only after asking them to uphold their end of the deal. Further researching their website, we found discounts they offer but they would only accept and honor one of the two. So false advertising on discounts and professional standard of work. Their office has been a nightmare to get in touch with in order to get this settled. We were lucky if we hear back from them within a two day window.. photos are of what was originally signed off on as completed work. So buyer beware, and be sure to double check anything they have done. Stay away and don't let the communication of the sales team represent the quality of work or communication they have throughout the office. These are the people who give contractors a bad name and reputation. Be sure to read the Better Business Bureau reviews as these look like they have been bought and paid for. People from within company leaving 5 star reviews as well so skewed Google reviews at the least.

Wow—what a difference! Neta did an amazing job cleaning out our air ducts. From the moment she arrived, she was friendly, respectful of our space, and clearly knew what she was doing. She worked efficiently, didn’t miss a detail, and even gave us tips on how to maintain cleaner air in the future. The whole house smells fresher, and the airflow is noticeably better. If you’re on the fence, don’t hesitate—Neta is the one to call!

We have had a very positive experience with Envirosmart this past month, both with a total cleaning and re-insulation of our attic and sub basement to address poor heating and attic critters, as well as a duct cleaning that was badly needed after interior construction work and painting. It wasn’t easy navigating the many choices out there for this type of work but I’m glad we chose this company. They are communicative, thorough and highly efficient in completing the job, both big and small. Juan and his team were very efficient and got a major project completed even faster than expected. Sean and his team did great work and took care to ensure our home was clean and protected during the work. We are relieved to know our home is cleaner, warmer, safer with the work Envirosmart has done. We saw the difference immediately in how our home heats so much better and stays warm, and in breathing fresher air. Would recommend them , and while we hope not to need more work for awhile, we’d be happy to work with them again if/when we do.

Great service. I got the service for comfort move in clean. They charged me 575+tax after $85 discount. They spent around 90 mins at the house , scrubbed each and every vent, two intakes, sanitized. Happy with their work and Crew.

We recently purchased a new home and called when we discovered a very unpleasant smell coming from our vents. The team was very helpful with getting us scheduled for later that same week. I have an old house with concrete crawl space which is very difficult to crawl. Insulation and airduct were damaged by previous contractor work and there were signs of inactive rodent activities. I got quotes from several contractors and I had not been impressed with any of them. I am glad to find Envirosmart and accepted a hard to beat estimate to strip out the old and damaged R-11, install new R-30, replace and seal damaged airducts. In the estimate Envirosmart credited me with the PSE rebate up front because they would claim the rebate on behalf of us by providing the “proof” to PSE directly. They finished the job with a complimentary air duct cleaning. The company is well managed with a streamline SOP (standard operating procedure), from scheduling various teams, estimation, IT service to payment. All teams are well trained and professional. I am really impressed. Instead of showing you details of all the work they did for me, I am attaching a picture of a damaged CAT5 cable which I laid inside my air duct a few years ago and forgot. As a result, my internet service was disrupted after airduct cleaning, and I happily replaced it.

On October 25, Environsmart Solution technician Brian Carter and his crew performed ventilation maintenance for my condominium. I received excellent professional service and will continue using Envirosmart in the future. Brian provided great day-of communication. Service was scheduled for noon, but their previous job was running long. As soon as Brian knew, he called and left a text message to inform me. When they arrived, Brian greeted me and introduced me to his team. Before entering, they put on shoe covers to protect my floors. Brian toured my condo and walked me through their process in detail. Cleaning itself was very efficient and took perhaps 30 minutes. While there, Brian did a courtesy check of my ventilation filters and recommended a washable metal static filter insert at a discounted cost! The filter will pay for itself within a year, because I'd been replacing my disposable filters every 3-6 months for my allergies. Overall, I had a wonderful experience. Brian provided excellent service. A month and change later, I'm still very satisfied.

Josh is extremely well qualified. Josh is focused on “Customer Service” A very pleasant experience. He was focused on what he was doing and everything went very well. He made sure the area in and around the heated vents were cleaned and everything put back. It was a pleasure having him in our home.. Josh deserves a 10 star rating. The company was very easy to book an appointment with. We were able to make an appointment within the week. When our technician Brian came out he sent a photo so we knew what he looked like before he got here. I very much appreciated that. They were all very nice, professional and respectful to our property. Brian explained everything and showed us pictures of our vents so we could see they were not in bad condition. They did not try to up sell any services that we did not need. Would definitely recommend this company to friends and family.

First off, nobody really loves the idea of spending a bunch of money on a space you rarely see, if ever. What Envirosmart does well is to give you a sense of value for your investment. From the beginning I was provided with tons of pictures of my crawlspace so I could see exactly what the issues were. Being new to the crawlspace renovation world I contacted a few crawlspace companies to compare services & figures. EnviroSmart wasn’t the low bidder, but they were willing to meet a competitor’s bid to win the contract. During the actual work the crew lead kept me informed throughout the day giving me verbal progress updates as well as end-of-day photos to see not just the progress, but the quality of workmanship too. In a few cases they even went above and beyond to properly support unsupported plumbing supply lines as well as insulate them. All of the crew were respectful and worked from start to finish each day. I am extremely pleased with the quality of work that was performed from initial contact to project completion. Also, if you get placed on hold when calling them, you won’t mind it too much. Envirosmart, Boston, Alan, Ellie and others, job well done & thank you!

We live in a 2 story house and our property sits lower than any of our neighbors. We had flood issues in our crawl space, 3 to 4 feet of water (no joke). The upstairs was always hotter than downstairs. Now fast forward to finally saying enough is enough and find Envirosmart. They cleaned out my ducting system and realizing they do crawl spaces I contacted them again 2 weeks later. The entire process was smooth and easy not to mention fast action. Now I have even heat/air throughout the house and a dry clean crawl space with a sump pump. Juan and his team were curtieous, nice and pleasant. They contacted me to let me know they were running late getting to my house. Everyone I have had contact with fom phone to in-person have been wonderful. They answered all my questions and eased my worries (everyone has) with the financial aspect. Yes, of course I would defiantly refer this group to anyone. I hope not to ever have to use them again but if I do they will be on speed dial. My girls thank you also.

Got one of those valpak mailer coupons for an air duct vent cleaning and dryer vent clean. Joel and Adrian were prompt, professional, and thorough. They explained the process, took plenty of photos, were patient while I moved my kid's stuff out of the way and navigated multiple pets. I had originally scheduled for the week prior, and was rescheduled due to a religious holiday. I understood and had no problem moving it to the next week. Then the next week I was called again to reschedule due to a religious holiday, when I explained that I had just been rescheduled the admin staff was very understanding and changed my technician so that I would not be rescheduled again. When the crew arrived they were very respectful, clearly explained what they would be doing and the cost associated along with higher levels of cleaning with absolutely no pressure to upgrade. No one hates that pushy sales man more than me, but it was nice to hear about services briefly that might suit me in the future. It should ask be said that I slept in and kept them waiting for over 15 minutes at the door and when I let them in it was if nothing had happened, very gracious. I got the basic package. They came in looked at the vents and worked quickly and quietly and showed me before and after pictures of the work provided. - Will definitely be using this company in the future as well.

Xavier was quite the gentleman and very prompt in his timing for the set appointment. When he arrived, he introduced himself And had a great smile while doing so once I showed him the unit, he explained to me what he was going to do what it was going to improve and educated me more about how I should be getting my units serviced yearly. He did a great job cleaning up the pump and double-checking to make sure everything worked. Xavier, was very personable and professional while he serviced my pump. A great experience, from start to finish. Making an appointment was super easy and the customer service rep offered a great deal since we wanted more than one service (air ducts and dryer vent). Josh and Matthew showed up right on time (appreciate the heads up text and call!) and got our new place ready for move in day. Sahara Galvan was amazing. He came and helped with so much. He cut and installed wood to block the ducting inside and outside even though he was here for vent cleaning which turned out great. Extremely professional and kind. He also helped immensely with the smell and tips to keep any other rats from getting in.

Overall a good experience. Andrew seemed to understand exactly what services we wanted and provided us a detailed invoice. The installation team did a really good job and everything looks very nice. The communication could have been be better. Each employee that I worked with seemed to be knowledgeable and skilled, but I think some things might have been lost in translation. For example, the quote we got had a few services such as duct cleaning and dryer vent installation, and these services weren't done on our first install date. We had to schedule a followup for the duct cleaning, and it seemed like they didn't know about the dryer vent situation when they showed up. That being said, Josh and matthew (the technicians that handled our duct cleaning) went above and beyond to help us get to the bottom of it and cleaned our dryer vent and help explain which services were done and why. Overall I am very happy with my experience.

UPDATE: I am updating my review from 1 star to 5 stars! On Monday Jan 15, the manager reached out to me acknowledging the issue and apologizing. He moved some schedules and was able to free up technicians to do the maintenance the following day. Today, they cleaned and fixed my dryer vent issue! Appreciate the help, being open to feedback, and taking extra miles to address the customer concerns! Thank you! ————————————————————— I had my air vent and dryer vent serviced on Tue Jan 9. The following day, our dryer stopped working saying that the air vent is 95% blocked. I reported the issue to them and the earliest time they said they can check it is on Jan 24 leaving us with broken dryer vent for 15 days!!!!! They said this is the best thing they can do with no consideration. So i tried to fix it myself and i was able to get more than half plastic bag of lint just by using a stick! This shows how poorly they serviced my place. I am also worried that they did not do a good job cleaning our air vent. Poor customer service, poor quality of work, definitely not worth the $470 price tag!

Josh, and Brian have done a really awesome job cleaning up my HVAC. My system has not been served for the last 10 years, I can say the dust being pulled out is like tons of marshmallows flowing out from the machine. Tough project with great result.

Josh and Gabe were so professional and hardworking! Not only did our ducts and heating system receive fantastic care, but they took the time to teach us about the system and how to keep it in healthy shape! The office staff were also so friendly and polite during the scheduling process, explaining the service costs and details over the phone prior to the cleaning. Josh and Antonio did a great job getting my furnace ready for the winter season. I had them do an upgraded cleaning and install a UV system. Our ducts had possibly never been cleaned and they were really gross. Very pleased with all of the before and after photos they both showed me. Appreciate the time and care they took to explain the process and do a thorough job. The main office also was very communicative. Overall a very positive experience.

Sean and John came to my home to do an air duct cleaning around 3:10pm. Sean was polite and easy to talk to. He explained the whole process to me and let me ask questions. After that, he started taping the 14 vents (7 upstairs & 7 downstairs) and brought in a huge "vacuum" cleaner machine to suck the dirt and debris out. Sean then used a brush like a snake in plumbing to brush the air ducts upstairs. He took pictures and showed me the before and after inside the air ducts. He asked John to clean up each vent after he brushed it. John looked like a new hand and followed Sean's instructions. Sean told me he was the supervisor and there were 5 people under him. Sean & John did a good job cleaning up and they spent more than 1.5 hours at my home. I strongly recommend Sean to John to anyone for their professionalism.

I saw their van multiple time while driving on the road. So when we need a vent cleaning, I called them immediately. Neta and her partner did a great job.
