I have loved working with these guys. They did a great job fixing up and rodent-proofing my attic and have come back to help patch up any small holes that mice have found since they finished. I highly recommend working with them.

If you hire these guys, inspect every detail of every single thing they supposedly did because there's at least half a dozen pieces of the job they did for me that were just not done. At all. If you hire these guys, make sure you save your contract and get an itemized list of tasks that they are meant to do (which they don't put in the contract) and save that too. There was one thing from the job proposal they flat out tried to weasel out of doing, or pretended like it wasn't plainly written in the job proposal. There are a couple guys that work here that are honest people, but they're managers, they're not on site at every single job to make sure everyone is held accountable. Shout out to them anyway, because they're probably the only reason my job ever got fully completed. Y'all know who you are. You guys are the only reason I put 2 stars instead of 1.

Worked with Scott From Attic Projects to get project plan and bid for crawlspace remediation. Scott was very thorough in his inspection and had attention to detail. He explained the process and scope of work very well, and was able to answer all the questions we had. Overall a very good experience.

I stumbled upon Attic Projects by a random Google search, and am really glad I did! Mike was the assigned inspector for our house and it was such a great appointment! The focus of our appointment was pest control/pest management (specifically mice). I have worked with other "pest control companies" that use the charge you monthly and visit you quarterly model to set up traps, and was unhappy with the plan/strategy as we were still having a pest problem. Plus, whenever I had asked those other companies how to solve the root of the problem (mice getting into crawl space and sadly our house on occasion), I was given "this just happens". In addition, I felt my concerns weren't really heard: I asked repeatedly for them to tell me how the mice were getting into the crawl space, and I also felt scare tactics were used to get me to sign with their companies right away. I also want to focus on humane, sustainable approaches to pest control. So, this led me to Attic Projects. I am SO GLAD I randomly found this company. I hope their company pops up more frequently with time when frantic home owners internet search for a pest solution. Scheduling was very easy, prompt, and Mike was very communicative on timing for the appointment the day of. He showed up in the appropriate estimated time slot, and I am impressed this company used a 1-hour window (whereas standard for most feels like 4-6 hours). Mike took about 30 minutes just talking to me (like a human being) to learn what our issue was and my goals, and I instantly felt like he actually cared about my house, my family, and he aligned with all of my goals for my home and pest control. He then inspected our crawl space thoroughly, and was prompt in his assessment and clear in his follow up plan. I look forward to their recommendations and next steps, and am very hopeful for actually finding a humane, sustainable solution. Mike was great at coming out to look at my attic and whatever was living in it. Explaining both what we could be dealing with before he jumped into it and then giving me a thorough review of what he saw and what needed to be done to fix it.

Initial inspection by project Manager Mike M was thorough and efficient. He took photos of all conditions and explained what he documented and proposed solutions. He explained things clearly, and in a helpful matter. We learned a lot from the inspection and look forward to receiving the proposal.

Dan was incredibly helpful in getting us scheduled for our crawlspace vapor barrier install. He had some great ideas on managing drainage around our new home, and worked with us to manage a quote that we're comfortable with while addressing every issue we needed.

We had Mike over to take a look at our mold issue in the attic. He's knowledgeable, professional, very detailed in his assessment, and has a great sense of humor. Honestly, he was very easy to talk to. It felt like talking to a friend. Looking forward to a great proposal and working together to resolve our issue.

Dan Howard from Attic Projects completed an attic inspection for my home. He determined I have a mold problem and gave me a bid. I found Dan to be very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I live by the green river and during the storm in December water came up through the ground from the river and flooded my property and my crawl space. I found Attic Projects online and called for an inspection of my crawl space and possible water damage. Mike Mayfield, project manager, came out. He called ahead to let me know the time he would be arriving, and arrived when he said. Mike explained the procedure of the inspection, detailing start to finish. I liked that he discussed the knowledge and integrity of the employees. You want a company that knows what they're doing when it comes to your home. He also explained the steps they take in mold remediation(which I found out I need), replacing vapor barriers and insulation. He was very thorough with everything, I didn't need to ask many questions since he answered them all. Mike was easy to talk to and very knowledgeable on crawl spaces, which makes me feel I made a good choice calling Attic Projects.

After my house went through a flood it was refreshing to have Mike Mayfield come out to help us with our cleanup process. He was punctual, very knowledgeable on the issues I was having and overall he was empathetic to what we were going through and took his time explaining how to get us through it and to get our home safe and up and running again. Seems like it’s really hard to find good, honest contractors these days and I lucked out by calling Attic Projects.

Job estimator - Jeremy was our first contact regarding our project. He conducted our site visit and was so professional and thorough. He is extremely patient and answered all of our questions to 100% understanding! Nicole was our contact on several occasions by phone. I could not rate their performance even a tick higher. They were hard working, courteous, wonderful communicators and extremely detail oriented and fastidious. Our residence was left as clean as can be following their work which had a duration of some 9 1/2 hours. I have had 2 interactions as well with branch manger, Sean. As with every other employee, Sean is ultra-professional and his manner instilled great confidence in the services they proposed and we weren’t disappointed to any degree at any juncture. Put in a inquiry with Attic Projects online to get a quote for a crawl space clean out/ repair job. The company contacted me promptly to setup an inspection and sent out their project manager Michael Mayfield. Michael called ahead as promised and arrived at the very time he said he would. Immediately upon meeting Michael I could tell he was very knowledgeable and truly cared about his work and the company he worked for. I was pleased with how straightforward and honest Michael seemed to be and how he never seemed to be trying to sell anything but honesty just wanted to educate me on my crawlspace and rodent issues Id been having. I was busy getting ready for work so I let him do his thing and once done we talked briefly about his findings and told me not to worry because he would put together a very thorough report with lots of pictures and proof of any claims he would make as far as work to be done. The report was super detailed with lots of information and pictures as promised as well as a very descriptive and itemized quote as requested. I haven’t yet committed to anything yet but I wanted to write this review because of just how impressed I am with Michael and the whole Attic Projects team!

The inspection was incredibly thorough -- above and beyond. It's so unusual these days to get respectful and accurate communication about arrival times... how refreshing! Dan Howard was the Project Manager I dealt with for potential work in the crawlspace of my home. We needed help with our crawl space. Mike from Attic Projects came out and did a thorough inspection. Spent the time to inspect every inch of the crawl space and took lots of pictures. Mike found our issue and had good suggestions on plan of action.

Inspection was done by Michael Mayfield. He inspected around the house, attic and crawl spaces. Discovered some huge issues & problems a lot of rats have done to our vents, insullation and water issues due to burnt out sump pump. Mike called about 30 prior with his ETA, arriving promptly. He identified himself, gave me his business card. He reviewed my issue of why I called, then explained his plan for completing the inspection. Once done, he showed me lots of pictures and explained how all work would go. It was lots of bad news but Mike delivered it with honesty, grace and care with how overwhelming it was for me. I am so thankful, an answer to prayer, that I was led to Attic Projects and Mike as our Project Manager. I am confident that all the other employees I will meet through this job will be just as kind as Mike. I am impressed with Attic Projects, I felt a sense of caring for our health and home. These guys did a great job on my crawlspace issue that had mold and rodent problem. Malik, Fatu, & Jesus worked super hard for 3 days straight and completely remediated all my problems. I can't say enough good things about this company after having used them twice.

Jeremy came out to look at my crawlspace drainage system and was easily the most knowledgeable and straightforward person I’ve talked to during this whole mess. He wasn’t condescending or a pushy salesman like I’ve experienced previously. He didn’t just do a quick glance and hand me a quote - he actually checked the sump pump setup, discharge line, vapor barrier, standing water points, how the grading was affecting drainage, among other things. He explained everything in plain English as he went and documented everything with photos and videos which I really appreciated. What stood out is that he didn’t try to sell me a full “crawlspace overhaul” like other companies immediately jumped to. Instead, he broke down what was actually failing, what was working fine, and what could be fixed without wasting money. He pointed out things previous contractors did wrong and gave me realistic fixes instead of a ridiculous upsell. I’ve had multiple companies look at the same space and Jeremy was the only one who treated it like a real diagnostic, not a sales pitch. If you want someone who actually understands sump systems, moisture issues, and crawlspaces and will tell you the truth instead of the most profitable answer, ask for him.

It was good to work with Mason. He thoroughly checked our attic and crawl space and shared some professional advices with us about how to efficiently resolve the rodent problem. After we got our quote, he explained the items and was willing to update the quote based on our requirements and budgets.

Attic Projects was prompt with my inquiry. I reached out on Tuesday and by Thursday morning they were out inspecting my attic. Patrick came out and did the inspection, he was respectful and professional. He showed me all the portions of the attic he inspected and did not try to sell me on something I did not need. He said my attic space was immaculate and that he was happy that he didn’t have to give me a quote to fix anything! Very uncommon in my experience, he left a business card and I will not look anywhere else when I choose to do attic/crawlspace upgrades or work when that time comes. I know they are an honest company with high integrity employees, very happy with my experience.

I'm very pleased with the work I had done. My project manager Michael has been very honest and forthcoming, not piling on anything that wasn't needed. This made me trust him and return to AP later for other projects.

First of all Jeremy was early which worked out well for both of us. I brought him up to speed about the events leading up to why we need his services. He went out to his vehicle to put his hazmat suit on then spent more than 20 minutes in the crawl space. When he was ready to spill the beans we got sidetracked when talking about the Mariners and Cal Raleigh. Then I distracted him even more by showing him my drum sets out on my deck and talking music while I was filling out the financing forms. When he was leaving he said that he never had more fun on a job before. The rest is as they say hysterical.🤣

This will likely be the first of a two part review. First: The estimate. Dan arrived right on time to provide an estimate on our crawl space. By the time he left, we knew the project would be in very good hands. Dan was professional, personable, and thorough with his review and quotes. Attic and crawlspace inspection: Mike came to our house and gave us an inspection and quote regarding future work and was fantastic. Very thorough, honest, and educational. Since buying our house, we have known our attic needed insulation work, but a recent contractor from a different outfit additionally suggested lots of crawl space work, that seemed unnecessary to me. Mike’s no nonsense take was different - which I appreciated not just because I agreed, but because he backed it up with educated observations about our houses construction, the pro’s, con’s, and condition of it all. Mike pointed out the type, style and rough date of past materials and construction, and was happy, if not excited to inspect and educate us about our house. His enthusiasm for homes and construction styles was fun and refreshing, and it was evident he knew what he was talking about and looking at. Mike was able to email us a timely, thorough quote after conferring with his counterparts, with no high pressure sales tactics, limited time offers, or gimmicks.

Mike was incredibly knowledgeable and taught me a lot about my home during the inspection. After having another company try to take advantage of me with an egregious quote, I now feel more comfortable moving forward with the work that needs to take place to help preserve my home. Looking forward to reaping the benefits of better air flow and heat management this winter!

It's absolutely beyond words how incredibly horrible this company is. They knocked my air ducts apart twice along with tearing down water lines and electrical lines. They would say something was done and then I would inspect it and realize it wasn't done. They tried to make it right by replacing some of my air decks that needed to be replaced, and that was great, except when I turned on my system they hooked up the ducks wrong so I have heat coming out my return, and my registers are drawing air in. I have never experienced a more inept company in my life. I asked Michael at the beginning how my new insulation would compare to the old insulation, and he said it would be about the same. That was a complete lie because I have less than half of what I had before. He also told me lies about rat pheromones and wrapping my water pipes. Lots and lots of lies. Check out the picture of the door they built. It looks like the plywood has been laying outside for years and there are sharp screws sticking out.

We’ve had a great experience with Attic Projects. After submitting the information request, I got a call same day to schedule a walk through. Jeremy was a great communicator, arrived early, and listened thoroughly to our concerns before completing the inspection. He took his time going through each of the problem areas and made sure to build a plan that addressed all of them. The quote was very fair for the amount of work the project will take. After such a thorough inspection, I feel confident that Jeremy and the Attic Projects team can help us solve our problems once and for all. Looking forward to continuing the rest of the project.

I’ve had a great experience with Attic Projects. Clear communication from the admin rep, Shawn. I received an email with info of what to expect the day of the inspection and was notified Mike was on his way. He arrived within the agreed window and spent more than an hour surveying the perimeter of the house and attic. He took plenty of photos and openly shared his observations with me. I’m glad to know the scope of the work we need and felt confident in his assessment and knowledge.

Shawn and Patrick came by to give me an estimate for insulation for my crawl space and attic. It turned into a highly educational experience about that as well as some of my homes nuances, things that the other estimate company didn’t seem to notice. I am impressed with their knowledge and professionalism. I recommend bringing them in to look at your job.

Patrick did a really thorough inspection of our house and went through a sensible plan that would address all of our needs thoroughly. He was very informative, but not at all pushy. The fact that his bonuses are based on customer reviews and not on commission from Projects contracted is really commendable for this company. The estimate on the project was beyond our budget. I don’t think that this company over charges, it is simply that it is expensive in order to get the job done properly. If you are having rodent problems, I would highly recommend this company.

Blaine completed our inspection and did very thorough and excellent job. We saw a mold stain on our closet which turned out to be a symptom of a larger mold problem (we learned after Blaine's inspection). It's not great to hear you have a mold problem and see the pictures and process everything but Blaine walked us through our options and I feel confident that we are working with the right people and in the right path. After we signed with Attic I had questions and Blaine promptly addressed over text, which helped me feel confident with my decision! All considered, so far so good! I'll update my review as work gets completed!

Chris and Adrian came out this morning They re-wrapped all My rigid heater ducts and secured all my flexible, heat ducting to the rafters. They removed all the old vapor barrier and put down new vapor barrier. They did a very professional job. They were kind and courteous. They cleaned up after themselves. I went down in the crawl space before and after the job and Chris explained to me what he was going to do. Attic Projects came to the rescue. Reaching out online was easy and I got a response right away. It was easy to coordinate with their project manager to schedule an onsite inspection. Richard B did a great job inspecting and providing a great overview of the project and identify appropriate solutions. The scheduling and management of the cleanup, insulation was great. The crew was super responsive, making sure the home was protected, the work was well documented and summarized. I couldn't have asked for a better experience with Attic Projects. We had our attic and crawl space cleaned out and re-insulated by Attic Projects. First off, the estimator (Mike) did a very thorough job and went through everything. He documented all of the concerns with pictures so we could see what the issues were with both the attic and crawl space. They did a great job on prepping and clean up in order to not damage the house or make it feel like we were living in a project. All of the crew were respectful and hard working. Attic projects, Phil, August and all the crew were awesome. The inspection was thorough and concise with photos of everything showing me what exactly needed to be addressed to take care of my attic and crawl space, rodent and insulation problems. They even spotted where my heat ducts were compromised and the heat was blowing into my crawl space instead of heating my house. Corrected the situation as they cleaned up and made both spaces rodent proof, mold proof and disinfected the wood trusses used in the original build. Very clean and particular about their work. Hired them for crawl space clean up due to rodent problem. They replaced air dock insulation, blocked all entry ways of the rodents. They did a good job! They did thorough inspection, and were honest about their pricing. A little above average on the pricing but the quality of work is good! I recommend these guys to my friends and family.
