No one showed up today at the appointment, called to reschedule or pro ide any updates. I called and it went straight to Voicemail.

Fabricio and his team were thorough in their work. They started with the known areas and found additional areas that were infested with mold in my home. It took some time but the rooms were cleaned efficiently and we passed our retest first try.

Fabricio and his guys did a great job with our remediation project. They were extremely professional and courteous during a stressful time for our family, and most importantly, they got the job done right.

Made an appointment to have an inspection done - NO show or NO call; attempted to call multiple times since and NO answer; just wanted to see if I could find out a reason. Very disappointing and unprofessional considering the reviews. Took this as a sign and an avoidance of any further disappointments; will be taking my business & money elsewhere.

AdvantaClean of Houston West has just completed a mold remediation project at our home. We simply cannot say enough good things about the owner of this business, Fabricio Cardenas, his office staff, and his on-site work crew. First, communication was handled perfectly: phone calls returned very quickly, texts answered promptly, and emails acknowledged. Fabricio was wonderfully patient, explained findings and processes in as much detail as wanted, and was generous with his time and advice. He also coordinated very well with the mold inspector we had used as well as the build-back contractor. Fabricio was so kind and compassionate as his customers have all experienced distressing events such as flooding, mold contamination, or other significant home damage. He is truly concerned with the health and safety of the customer. Most important, we were totally impressed with his expertise and effort to find the best solutions for mold removal in various areas. We are pleased with the work done and highly recommend his company. We feel confident that the mold in our house has been successfully removed.

AdvantaClean was utterly professional educating us clearly about our water intrusion and mold problems and patiently and thoroughly analyzing and solving our issues. Their work is absolutely impeccable and price is very reasonable. There is no one else I would even consider using if I had a future need.

Fabricio was great to work with. He doubled checked the work of his staff and always answered my phone calls and text messages. He was very responsive, honest and it was never hard to get a reach of him.

My Home was build in the early 1990's on a pier and beam construction which led to signficant mold problems in our crawl space and uneven floors from the fluctuating moisure build up. This company identified the problem and spent weeks preparing the crawlspace with appropirate drains, encapsulation, and dehumidifiers. They treated the existing mold and removed all the wet insulation and installed new insulation at my request. Additionally, they will service my equipment in the future and check for problems if they occur. I was impressed by their knowledge and professionalism at working litterally under my home for weeks at a time with minimal distubance as the only access to my crawlspace was from inside my home. I highly recommend this company as a turn-key solution to crawlspace and mold problems in Houston.

Honest company the one time I used them. They went to a rental house I have that had some type of microbial growth. They said there wasn't enough growth to justify doing a mold test. I got charged nothing. Other companies or people will say you have mold to scare you into a costly and unnecessary remediation.

We highly recommend the work carried out by the AdvantaClean company in the air conditioning of our house, in addition to being very punctual, the work team was very friendly, professional and organized, now we have a cleaner air at home and better AC output! I would recommend AdvantaClean to everyone. They were always on time, always available, and responded quickly to everything. Their work was quality. They are professional, take their time to do things properly and not rushed, and made every effort to keep things clean and protect existing surfaces and areas. Most importantly, their pricing was excellent. They were 1/4 the cost of another MRC I contacted. As the scope of work got larger, they were reasonable at negotiating the new price as well. They also did not charge me by the day for keeping their air scrubbers longer than expected, which some MRCs do. I would use them again (but I hope I don't need to).

I rarely give 5 🌟 because in my opinion there is always room for some improvement. 😀<br>But with AdvantaClean, I was pleased not only by the final work but with their focus to correct a botched job (by a previous vender), their professionalism and their ability to work with my schedule. They did and amazing job the first time and their staff was easy to work with and friendly. They left my place clean of debris and trash. Highly recommend!

Excellent service! Highly recommended!<br>They performed an air duct cleaning on 3 systems in our house. The staff was very proffessional, on time, organized, and had all the necessary tools for the job.<br>They also went above and beyond to make sure the job was done thoroughly. They spotted issues with our AC maintenance and highlighted it to us so we can raise the issue with our vendor. They provided a wholesome solution at a fair cost with professional technical knowledge. They also provided a technical report after the job including pictures and follow up recommendations.<br>We will be using them in the future for sure.

Hurricane Harvey destroyed my Houston property. I could not have chosen a better company to help me. My business is real estate investments, so I have experience with a lot of contractors. Rarely do I find a company so honest, professional, timely, & reasonable.<br><br>This mold remediation job was extremely challenging, with many unforeseen difficulties. Fabricio & his crew never quit, working for days in extreme heat with no air conditioning, electricity, bathrooms or water. He kept sending his people over to remedy new problems, way beyond the pricing & scope of his original bid. I would use him on every job I have.<br><br>I liked working with them so well I asked if they would expand the scope of their business, so I could hire them for other construction jobs.

I enjoyed the service. They were very informative in all their findings. Very patient in answering our questions.<br><br>One item of concern was cleanup. Most items were disposed of as requested but a few forgotten items were left in the backyard. However, they did return a few days later to collect after I let them know.<br><br>I would recommend.

AdvantaClean did a great job remediating my property. They were able to send a crew out in just a couple days and the results helped pass the inspection. The free consultation definitely made a difference being able to ask questions and get my concerns addressed whereas some other competitors didn’t want to send someone out to take a look unless I was being serious.
