She answered all my texts promptly and confirmed arrival of the crew this morning. Chris arrived promptly @ 9am. He explained the process for the work to be performed. The rest of the crew followed and immediately got to work. They were all professional and personable in their own ways. Each process was again explained step by step as they went along. They updated our attic insulation, light bulbs, sealed my windows, and provided new thermostats. CJ is extremely knowledgeable. He went over all the paperwork, explained everything, answered all questions with professionalism and a smile. They discovered additional areas that were lacking and fixed everything. They left no mess behind. Upon completion of the job, CJ and Chris showed me pictures of the things that required attention and the finished product. The blow test surpassed the number goals! We are very pleased with the work they did and look forward to experiencing the fruits of their labor for winters and summers to come. I cannot recommend Thermal Shield Insulation enough! I found them through the Georgia Power Home Energy Program. Ethan came to look at my house and I was so impressed with his professionalism, I asked him to look at my office as well. The communication is the best I've ever seen for any contractor in the home improvement business. I've fully renovated my house from top to bottom and my office building from top to bottom in the past five years. Ethan and his team are far and away the best I've experienced. It goes to show that it CAN be done a better way. When Alex and the team arrived on the planned day, first of all, they were ON TIME. But more importantly, they were professional, respectful of my space, and extremely thorough and detailed in their work. They insulated my office and air sealed the rest of the building. Then they came to my home and air sealed my cracks and ducts. It was a LONG, HOT day, but they never complained and did not leave until they were satisfied. I can say that they have very high standards. I expected to have to clean up after they left and I didn't have to do anything. They did it all! I can't wait to see the results of how my home and office feel, as well as hopefully a drop in my power bills. Hannah also filed the GA Power rebate for me...I didn't have to do that either!

Hands down, top of the list for professionalism, punctuality and quality of work while building my house. Pretty straight forward process with easy text updates. Hannah handled the front end, even though I had to cancel a few times, she never changed her tone and was extremely easy to communicate with. Ethan came to quote the job, and Alex sprayed my house. The price never changed, work was above average in my opinion and the process was painless. Price was fair and in line with the market. Not the cheapest or the highest. I am actually going to have them comeback and spray my shop. I paid the cheap guys the first time to do closed cell on my whole shop, but it was a subpar job and doesn't meet the R value it should.

The men who performed the work knew what they were doing and did great work. I received notifications when they would arrive and they cleaned up after the job was finished. I found Thermal Shield through the Georgia Power "efficiency assessment" program, and Hannah called me to discuss needs within 24 hours. The assessment was scheduled within one week, and all of the opportunities were discussed with me prior to leaving -- with a house built in 1880, there were LOTS of opportunities to seal up the house. Ethan caught some opportunities in our attic that were missed when a local vendor came to and put fresh blown-in in for us, and the price was right in line with the market. Additionally, they sealed up chimneys on all levels, and it's made a huge difference. Upstairs was getting to be 82 (worst day) with the HVAC unable to keep up; with their fixes, it maintains a very livable 76-77 degrees on 100 degree days (our downstairs now feels less comfortable than upstairs!). Their communication was prompt, expectations were always clearly set and the we've felt the results of their work. Additionally, they were very helpful in all of the administrative work for the Georgia Power rebate -- not enough stars! With an old house, we'll have other efficiency opportunities and be sure to reach out!

Very professional, & courteous crew. Arrived at the designated time and worked until the job was complete. Very rare these days. The crew filled/sealed all cracks & open spaces. Sprayed enough insulation to bring my home up to R49. Also suggested ways to further seal my home such as wall outlet insulators, and weather stripping.

Spray foam insulation in rafters and batts in the walls. Great job. He even sprayed foam in the floor system under the bonus room.

Attic installation

Old insulation removed from floor and new Spray Foam installed on ceiling! They definitely came in with the lowest of several estimates without trying to force a sale on me. The workers were very efficient and cleaned up after themselves. I am So Satisfied with the work that was done. My attic is now cool and I can now use it for storage.
