House #1 I was having a problem with being able to cool the upstairs of my house. It would stay 80 degrees during the summer even though we had the thermostat set at 70. Enter Energy Seal and now my upstairs stays at a cool 70 and my A/C unit isn’t running constantly. I’m seeing a 5 degree difference between my attic temperature and the temperature in my house. Energy Seal was prompt and cleaned up after the job. My only complaint is that I didn’t do this 5 years ago. House #2 This is my second time using Energy Seal. Got the quote on Friday, they were out on Monday doing the installation. Installers were on time, completed the job in an efficiently, cleaned up after themselves, and were courteous. No complaints second time around. It’s cooler right now, but after first experience with bigger house I’m sure we will see the energy savings we are expecting. We’ve had our foam installation for about a year now and we are in the process of adding an extension to our covered patio on the rear of our house. We are replacing the covered patio ceiling with tongue and groove cedar. When the contractors removed the ceiling it exposed the attic and you could see that the spray foam does not go all the way to the side of the roof line (see picture). I text Stan Nagle (owner) this picture, as well as a video that I can’t seem to post, and asked if this was normal. He informed me that he was on vacation in Mexico but would send his guy out to take a look on Monday. Two weeks go by and nobody has visited. I reach back out to Stan to inform him that the ceiling will be getting installed in the next 2 weeks and we need to get somebody to the house. It takes another week to finally get Stan on the phone. During our conversation, he takes on a condescending attitude trying to explain how the fiberglass insulation is providing enough of an insulation barrier based upon the temperature in my attic. The point is, I paid for my entire roof line to be sprayed with foam and it wasn’t. Instead of acknowledging that fact and sending his people out to fix the problem (which they wouldn’t even have to go in the attic since the ceiling was exposed) he became condescending and argumentative. If things go as planned you’ll have a good experience. However, if they don’t, be prepared to be treated as a child.

The price was reasonable, the installation team was quick and professional, the results were immediately noticeable! Awesome customer service and absolutely great results. This is the temperature in my attic at the top and my house at the bottom. Before the energy seal foam my attic was over 97 degrees on a hot day. Now its 90 degrees outside and 79 in the attic. Indoor temperature is at the bottom.

Energy Seal is a five star contractor. They arrived as scheduled, were courteous and efficient. My mobile home is approximately 1600 sq. ft. Two employees removed the old mesh and insulation while a third man sprayed the insulating foam. They finished the installation, cleanup and removal of trash insulation materials in four and a half hours. I recommend ENERGY SEAL based on their knowledge, courtesy and efficiency.

I called about a price for closed cell foam insulation for my 18 by 20 metal building. The owner was very quick to reply and gave me a ballpark price, but I did not have all my measurements. When I could give him the exact measurements, we scheduled and got the job done quickly. Unfortunately, the subcontractor had to return a second time, but in the end, everything turned out great, and I am happy with my small project.

I used Energy Shield for closed cell foam under my house a couple of years ago. It has made a big difference in keeping that room cool during the summer months. I called after hours and Stan, the owner, called me personally the next day. I explained to him that our upstairs a/c unit was struggling to keep up, especially in the bonus room above the garage. Way too hot in the summer and too cold in the winter. He got me a quote the next day and did the job within a week. Only took about 6 hours with our difficult roof line. Spray foam is now in every nook and cranny under the roof. Now the upstairs stays at what we set the thermostat and the attic never gets above 85 degrees, even if its 100 outside. I would definitely recommend if you're having issues with temperature control.

Stan was courteous and patient with all my questions about spray foam. His crews were on time, professional, and made sure I was 100% satisfied before they left the job site. 2 inches of closed cell spray foam is making a big difference this winter season and allows my 500 watts halogen lights to keep my 12x28 foot building decently warm in 40 degree weather. I’m sure a decent sized space heater would be more than enough once the temps drop below 30 degrees.

Closed cell foam insulation. We used this company (energy seal) who was highly recommended by a company I bought a metal shed from. I did a lot of research and foam was the way to go but I still had questions and concerns. I spoke with Stan at Energy Seal and he answered my questions before I even had the chance to ask them. Stan's crew came and sprayed the inside of a metal shop I had installed. When they arrived they were quick to start working and was finished in a timely manner. We had a small issue with the spray foam getting on a roll up door and Stan did exactly what he said he would do to correct the problem. Incredible customer service. I had an urgent need to replace insulation in my attic. First let me say, this company was recommended by my painter for attic insulation. After a few other estimates, I chose Energy Seal. My house is 100+ years old and has not had an attic insulation update in decades. The heat build up every day caused the upstairs AC to run consistently, and well into the night. My electric bill hovers around $500 a month in the summers! Energy Seal guys carefully taped plastic sheeting on the floors and stairs before starting with the spray foam. They were very pleasant and worked diligently throughout the 4 hour process. Within 2 days, we noticed how much more efficiently the up and down AC systems were cooling the house. As Energy Seal said, my attic has not exceeded 90 degrees, even when temperatures outside are in the 90's. I fully expect that our electric bill savings will pay for my newly insulated attic within 2 years! So glad I chose Energy Seal!

Stan is a true professional. He was able to provide an accurate estimate and complete the work within 10 days. Unheard of in the world of today. The crew was quick, professional and cleaned up just like they were never there. The spray foam is incredible. My attic was over 140 degree prior and has not been above 90 degree in the heat of August since the completion. This was probably the easiest service I have ever experienced. I called to inquire about an estimate and was able to get it over the phone based on square footage of the home and a few other details. The owner, Stan, was very personable and knowledgeable about his product. He was also very confident in his product and the results that his product delivered. He promised me that my attic temperature would be 90 degrees or less after the spray foam insulation was applied. Normally the attic will reach temperatures up to 140 degrees F. He installed a thermometer in the attic to monitor the attic temperature and I have not seen it climb above 88 yet! I have been able to see a noticeable difference in how often and how long my AC runs to cool my house! They came out to install 2 days after I called and had the job done in about 3 hours. Energy Seal lived up to the reputation, and they were amazing! I did a lot of research before choosing them, and I ultimately made my decision based on their reviews. Glad I did. They sent a hard working team that never slowed down. They also did their due diligence protecting everything in my garage, before spraying that roof.

I called 3 different companies, including Energy Seal, for quotes. After providing details about my house over the phone, one company quoted me a price that was $1000 more expensive than the other two. The other two company quoted me the exact same price. The second company came to the house to assess the work, but I just did not get a good feeling about the person. I'm sure he was doing his job, but he started to talk about adding more services and talked negatively about the other companies. I'm glad I went with Energy Seal. Making an appointment for the service was efficient and hassle-free. They showed up on time and finished the job within the their estimated time.

Due to my work schedule, I had a short amount of time to get my attic re-insulated. Energy Seal responded quickly, as was able to complete the job the next day. Two gentlemen blew in new insulation in under two hours, and the job was perfect, exceeding my expectations. The blanket of insulation is thick and uniform, with full coverage. I am very happy with the results, and I most highly recommend Energy Seal.

They had problems with their equipment and returned two days later to finish the job. We have two different colors on our wall and ceiling. I asked the installer that day if it would match when it dried and was told yes so I went ahead and paid the bill. That was a big mistake. Our installation was the first week of October and now this last week of November it still does NOT match. Stan has been out to see it and just kept repeating this never happened before. I asked for a partial refund for an unacceptable job. I have heard nothing and still have NO refund. The supplier of the chemical was supposed to come see it and he has NOT shown up. If you use this company pray hard you have no problems as Stan is too busy to take care of a customer that has issues. I have spoken to others in the industry and have been told it will never match so buyer beware. In response to Stan’s response, his offer to respray was six weeks later after constantly saying it’s never happened before and it will blend. When moving into a new home most people would not be able to delay moving in for six weeks waiting on a response. As I said buyer beware!! All sample pictures we were shown were all one color. Buyer beware!!!!

Energy Seal has dropped the temperature in my attic to within 10 degrees of my indoor temperature. I had them do our condo at the beach along with my garage. Two friends were so impressed they had their homes insulated with the spray foam insulation. My wife’s business also jumped on board and insulated their business office. This company worked with me on scheduling and were prompt and professional. Now I have three neighbors in our complex ready for their installation. Thanks Stan for a great job. And I’m saving money.

Stan from Energy Seal was awesome to deal with. He was very patient, took the time to answer all of our questions. We spoke a few times to fully understand what the job entailed. After the job was finished they cleaned up after themselves. Even going as far as to scrub my driveway clean of any debris. And Stan contacted me afterwards to insure we were happy with the job. Every part of our transaction was amazing. From initial contact, continued communication, installation and follow up, Energy Seal and staff were incredible. Recently We had damage to our attic created by electricians.The Humidity level was rising in our attic.The energy seal owner talk to me through the repair process. Additionally he instructed his workers to inspect every inch of the previous work that had been performed by his company at my house. When I called with questions when his crew was at our house he immediately took the time to drive over to my home and make sure that things were completed to my satisfaction. Stan and his crew were on-time and professional. I had both an office building and house done over a 2 day period. While the odor last longer than expected (about 48 hours), we noticed a difference immediately in the temp inside and how well the temp held. It has made a huge difference already. The Energy Seal team just left our home. They were super friendly and VERY clean. This was the cleanest project I’ve ever done. After getting a quote, they were available the following week for installation. They arrived on time and finished within a few hours. The owner, Stan showed up to check on the status as well. We sprayed under the house and all of the attic. Look forward to seeing the results and saving some $$$ on my energy bill. A+++ for sure!

The crew showed up about 5 minutes early, worked strait through to the end which took about 4 hours for our average size house. They covered the whole work/traffic area in the house with plastic and once the cleanup was done you would never know they were in the house. It’s been 2 days now since the install of the foam and house feels more consistently comfortable. I would recommend this as your next comfort upgrade to your home.

Wish we would have done this sooner. Our house sits 1-2 feet off the ground and is 98 years old. Winters had been like living in an ice box. We have immediately noticed a vast improvement. Before spraying, heater ran day and night and house was always cold. Now we barely run heater and are comfortable in every square foot of the house. Stan and his team at energy shield did an awesome job , excellent customer service both before and after the sale. EVERYTHING that they promised us they delivered on, We could start to see results from having our attic done with the spray foam insulation almost immediately after they finished,, our house is so much more comfortably colder at the same temperature we were running before and now the air conditioner runs even less,,,, all the rooms in the house feel great ,,,the temperature in the attic has been 10° or less if not the same as what the temperature in the house is and we are Still in 90+ degree heat days. Working with Stan and his crew has been an amazing experience. I was looking for a way to reduce the heat in my attic and this company delivered! They provide a thermostat that sits in my kitchen and improvement was noted within hours. Very impressive. I'm told that it will continue to improve as well. For those who don't say radio advertising and cheesy catch phrases and jingles don't work, I always think of Energy Seal. When I first heard them on the radio about 10 years ago, I didn't own a house but the ad was on so much, I knew that eventually I would look into what they do when I owned a house. Energy Insulation in the attic is a big deal in Florida. The temperatures can sometimes get up to mid 100s. My heating and cooling bills are astronomical in the summer and winter. I wanted to get my house done because my daughter's bed room was always hot and because I wanted to save money on my electric bill. The first night after the job was done, I could already tell a difference. On this picture taken at noon on a hot July day, my attic's temperature is pretty close to the temperature of my house. Incredible. I have a Nest smart thermostat in the house and it tells us how many hours the thermostat runs each day. Since the energy seal, the thermostat has run an average of 2 fewer hours per day to keep the house at 72 degrees. That's 60 fewer hours the thermostat is on per month! I'll revisit this review once I get my first full electric bill but I can already tell the insulation is going to pay for itself. Spray foam insulation is not the cheapest option for sure, but why cut corners on something I would consider an important investment in your home. Pay the extra cash and get the best option. It's going to save you money. I can't imagine not having Spray Foam insulation in every house I live in going forward. The dollar-for-dollar savings on the electric bill appears to be massive. Thanks to Stan and his great crew. The came to the house at 7 a.m. and the job was finished by noon. I'm happy I made this investment.

Stan was great to work with. His employees showed up on time, were very courteous, and very careful to protect and cover our hardwood floors. The job was completed in a timely manner and when they left, you could not tell that they had been here. We are very please with the results! Attic temperature has been no more than 5-12 degrees higher than the house temperature.

Stan has been absolutely great to deal with (as have the others that work for him) through the entire process. Unlike some companies that wouldn't give me the time of day 8 months ago when I first started looking into this for a future project (now a reality), Stan spent quite a bit of time over several phone calls explaining everything I ever wanted to know about the process and ensuring I was educated about the decision I was trying to make. When the time came to get it done, he returned phone calls promptly when I didn't get through, fit me into his tight schedule based on my availability, and called the day before to confirm everything was ready and let me know timing. His teams showed up when he said they would, got right to work, did a great job, and cleaned up after themselves better than any contractor I've had here yet. Stan stopped by during the job to check on the job, and say hello. This was indeed the smoothest process I've had in getting my shop built. I would recommend them whole heartedly!

Stan and his team are awesome. They are prompt, answered every question, and returned every call. The crawlspace under our house was flooded during Hurricane Irma. The old owner used open cell foam which absorbed and retained a lot of water. Stan's team removed the old stuff and installed closed cell foam. He even offered to lend me his heater blower to dry the crawlspace at no charge! I highly recommend Energy Seal. Great People. Good price. Honest.

Upon checking backgrounds of a few spray foam contractors in person. I'd come to the conclusion that Energy Seal was truly the best in the business. Stan Nagle is a very professional businessman, that I felt was a honest person that I could trust. He told me what he could do and the price for the job. He gave me his Military discount and the best price for the job in town. I said lets go, and within a week the job was done. Me being so picky I'd found a few low spots in the job.
