The guy who came out to do the work to put the traps down was very professional. Was very knowledgeable and made sure that every possible thing that could be done to secure the property was done was very impressed with his determination to please and satisfy the customer most of all being in business myself knowing that that is very important after he had arrived and didn't have big enough traps for what our initially talked to the salesman about and he assured me that they had them. I was disappointed and ready to back out of the whole deal itself but the guy who came out to do the sprain with his searching the property and willing to go up under the deck to check for any snakes in satisfied. My concerns and decided to go ahead with the original deal

Dakota was so kind. I called at 8 pm because my kids had found a snake under the bed in my master bedroom. This wasn’t really a “contain it and wait for normal business hours kind of thing.” Dakota answered swiftly and was at the house within the hour (probably within 40 minutes of my initial contact). He came in and got to work- ripped the master bedroom apart, searched the en suite bathroom and closet as well, but after half an hour or so could not find a snake. As it turns out, what my kids thought was a snake was actually a plastic fork mixed with a little bit of wild imagination. Dakota was kind and sympathetic and never once made me feel like I was wasting his time or burdening him. If I have to have a stranger rummaging in every nook and cranny of my primary bedroom and bathroom at 9 pm in the middle of a very busy, very stressful week, I’m glad it was Dakota.

I have had a severe problem with armadillos digging under my house. I contacted coastal and they were out immediately and today, two days later they came out and installed traps to catch the armadillo. There is not much to report yet and until they catch the armadillos I cannot finish this evaluation. However, Dakota and his assistant were very, very nice and wervery concerned about my problem.

We hired this company to get rid of rats in our attic. They were very responsive and courteous.

Nick came out promptly in response to an armadillo hole. He was professional and thorough in his evaluation of the property, and laying the trap.

He was very informative on what would be happening and how quick they would pick up the cages if they did get notification and animals in there, he explained what where he’s putting them. He will walk me through everything very cordial and very knowledgeable.

After countless calls & multiple services coming out to my house to help a dead animal smell in the dryer vent. Josh from Coastal Wildlife came out on the same day I called & immediately figured out the issue & removed the dead animal. This company is the real deal!!! We were hearing noises on our ceiling and scratching. Hershel came out and gave a free inspection, we no idea we had raccoons in our attic. We’ve had what turns out to be a family of raccoons in our attic for a couple of weeks. After trying to deal with it ourselves, we caved and called Coastal Wildlife and we are so glad we did! Hershel was so helpful on his initial visit, making sure to set us up with exactly what we need to remove them safely and prevent it from happening in the future. We even found one of the babies in our backyard a couple days after his visit and texted him—he was on his way within minutes. He quickly gathered him up and the baby is on his way to a wildlife rescue. You could definitely tell that Hershel cares about the safety of the animals that he rescues. Hershel and this company deserve all the 5 stars and more! We would definitely recommend that if you have a wildlife concern, reach out to them.

We had a raccoon with babies on our property. James Ley was very knowledgeable and helpful and even gave us a convenient payment option to help relocate the animals for their safety and ours. Highly recommend and ask for James!

Panicked when a water moccasin snake was at our front door. We called our community emergency line, FL wildlife and finally this company. Hershel was at our home in 25 minutes and captured the snake with a few minutes. He is talked to us about this type of snake and then sprayed a snake repellent around our house. Great piece of mind. Very professional and understood our concerns. I highly recommend this company and high five to Hershel!

I called coastal wildlife for a venomous snake removal when no one else was helping (FWC, animal control, sheriffs sept, current pest/snake company) And they were on site within 35 minutes. It was captured and handled promptly. Jason even looked around the rest of the yard to ensure there was no other snakes hiding. We are switching our pest and wildlife control company to coastal no questions asked. They are supreme. Hershel does our monthly service is is so great! He is so kind and responsive. Explained what he was putting out and why.

Such a great experience! We started hearing critters in our ceiling and they were quickly able to come investigate and found out we had rats. They setup setup traps and closed off access points and were quickly able to solve all of our issues! Everyone is so friendly and they’re so good about communicating. Highly recommend!

Dakota was excellent!! We had a poisonous snake in our backyard where my dog and 2yr play. It took two tries to capture the sneaky snake but we got him! Dakota was professional as I was Screeching in terror! Quick to respond! Professional the whole way through the experience!

They got rid of most of the rats, but some few decided to hang around. Coastal has been on top of those and have been checking on us frequently. I am totally satisfied that those few rats will also disappear soon. I highly recommend them.

Knowledgeable about a bat colony that suddenly moved into our 2nd floor soffit. We got lucky and they moved out all on their own during the maternity season before the babies were born! We definitely got lucky there. All potential entry points sealed up and their colony location cleaned and treated. Great job everybody! *Note - they did not do an “extermination” or even an “exclusion” since the bats left on their own.

I called this service because my mother had raccoons in her attic. I live in a different state than my mother, so I needed some group with great communication. I was extremely impressed with the quick response and consistent contact of all of the staff. They took their time to answer all of my questions and explain the process thoroughly. They were always there when they said they would be and always sent me a follow up text after each visit. I really appreciated their professional attitude. Amazing! We woke up on a Sunday morning to discover a juvenile raccoon stuck in the kids soccer net. They answered and sent someone out quickly as we were concerned the net was going to strangle the animal. They were friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. They came and cut the raccoon out and safely returned it back to the mother. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

Coastal came out due to a cat spray / dead animal odor and ended up removing a dead possum from under the house. I'm thankful that they offer this service because I never would've found the source of the smell without them. Jared was knowledgeable, courteous, and fast. I have my fingers crossed the enzyme spray he used will make the smell go away by tomorrow.

Incredible service and professionalism. Do not waste your time or money with anyone else. We had a racoon problem in our attic and initially contracted a competing company to help. Ultimately the first company failed and showed little care or urgency for our problem. The issue escalated after a few nights and they stopped returning calls! When we called Coastal and Jason at 10pm the night before Easter, we were desperate and he was out within an hour to address the issue. He and Dakota stayed until 2am to remove the raccoon babies that night! The following days they were at our home multiple times to seal things up, set more traps to ensure the problem was gone, and always answered our calls or questions. We are becoming full time customers of their service now because I trust they will prevent something like this happening again. Thank you Coastal!

Called on on a Friday evening and not only got in touch with someone immediately there was a technician at my home in less than 30 minutes! I’d discovered a small snake on my front porch & thought about removing it myself. Good thing I didn’t as Jason, our tech, upon seeing the snake informed us that is was a cotton mouth and extremely dangerous. He quickly and professionally captured the snake and disposed of it. He was knowledgeable, courteous and professional. The peace of mind that they will follow up with treatment of my property to prevent further infestations is worth twice the price. Highly recommended!!!

Michail and Dakota were absolutely the best professionals I’ve seen. Their job was impeccable. Dakota even did a walkthrough after they were done with the job. Dakota explained everything they were going to do before they started the job and he seemed willing to help with any questions ( a rare find these days).

We heard critters in our attic and called Coastal Wildlife Services. They were prompt in scheduling a visit to our home and showed up on time. The technician conducted a thorough inspection of our attic and showed us pictures that he took with his iPad of what we were dealing with. He outlined a remediation plan to not only remove the critters and the damage that they cause but also to eliminate their entry points into our attic to prevent future visitors. They did a great job and I highly recommend their services. They are also locally owned and operated.

I was referred to Coastal Wildlife by the State of Florida. "Something" was actively ravaging my property and destroying my bulkhead. Thanks to Julia and Jason the identification of nutria and proper plan was put into action. My daily liaison with their dispatcher, Megan, and with their hands-on trapper, Jared, has yielded positive results. I am confident and hopeful that this "team" will solve this problem and save my property from further damage.

Coastal Wildlife (CWS) has done a great job with the removal of armadillos that were destroying my yard and digging under my house and fence. They were great in following up as outlined in their contract and was very responsive when those litter critters were caught. The best part of their service was that the placement of the traps was outstanding. I highly recommend CWS for anyone who needs this type of service.

Highly recommend. Jason came out within an hour of my call about removing a snake. He was very professional, explained everything before doing the job and gave me reassurances after. He showed where the snakes have been hanging out, obvious by the snake skins. My big concern was keeping my dogs safe since they’re puppies. Heard noises in the attic and found droppings in the garage. Called to get quotes from several companies and Coastal was the one with the most thorough plan to keep rodents out of the house. Rather than just sealing the one or two obvious places the rats were entering, they came up with a plan to seal the entire house from possible intrusion, remove the existing rats in the house and they backed it up with a nice warranty. Everyone I dealt with was on time, professional, and very communicative about the process and progress of the rat removal. Any questions I had were answered promptly and with great detail. I really appreciated all the email and text appointment updates, especially the texts they would send when they were on the way to my location. Jason came out and gave the quote, Dakota and Nick were the technicians that sealed the house and came by twice a week to check traps until all the rats were gone. I expect to never see them in a professional manner again because I am confident that I will not see any more rodents or critters in the house.
