After suspecting mold in our home we looked up highly recommended companies. I submitted an online request for someone to come assess our potential mold issues. I had extreme mold damage in my kitchen. It destroyed many of my cabinets and a wall. Anderson Restoration came to the rescue! (Literally) They cleaned everything affected and got rid of infected areas of mold. They were prompt, courteous and reasonably priced. I recommend them for any job you need. Excellent service!

AWESOME!!! Aaron and his team provided me with impeccable mold removal service on my husband and I’s lifelong home. They arrived about an hour and a half after our call, assessed my home’s situation while providing a terrific explanation of what was going on and what needed to be done. They then fixed everything like a dream and got me out for a fair price. If you need a mold issue resolved then don’t look anywhere else!

I overflowed my tub, it was a nightmare and got 2 rooms and the bathroom completely soaked. I thought it was something I could handle and rented an extractor. I quickly realized this job was beyond my control and called Anderson Restoration. Shane and his guys showed up very quickly to assess what needed to be done. They took readings of what was wet and started taking off baseboards right away. They set up dehumidifiers and fans to start drying the damage. They checked back in every day until the readings were clear. It took nearly a week to get fully dry but on the last day they spray and sanitize to stop any mold growth. These guys were great and I would highly recommend to anyone that has water problems.

I left an inquiry about a musty smelling section of wall that was showing signs of a humidity issue. Shane came out next day and was able to calm my fears about potential water damage and gave multiple options on addressing the issue. Happy to have a plan going forward and will definitely call again if I need them in the future.

One of my guys broke a PVC water pipe and the house got flooded. Anderson Restoration was very prompt to take control of the situation and in a few short days everything was like new again. Very friendly and professional service, I highly recommend them!

What an amazing service at such a stressful time of my life. Had a main pressure line underneath my kitchen sink break and had a major food throughout my kitchen, living room, and 3 bedrooms happen. About an inch of water covering all and when I called Anderson they responded in under an hour and Drakon came out being a very Professional young man helped me, extracted all the water and setting equipment explaining the entire situation bringing my stress from 100 to at least a 25 percent. Let me know it will be dried out very quick and that the equipment set “will prevent any microbial growth” . Loved the services and definitely recommend 100% for any water and mold situations. Will call them again if any issues arise!!

USE THIS COMPANY! Why? I had such a good experience with Drakon and Shane when I asked for a mold assessment and remediation as needed. They were good natured, friendly, honest, patient and thorough. They were honest in stating what I don't need or need. They explained the process well and was very thorough in checking out the house.

We had a mold inspection a few weeks ago on our new construction home. Bronson came by and gave us reassurance that the growth was dormant and just needed to be cleaned rather than torn out and repaired. Great experience overall, everything was explained so that I could understand, even with no experience in the industry.

After inspection we were told we would have an estimate or proposal within a few days. It’s been almost two weeks. We called and spoke with a receptionist 3 times. Each time we were told “The Estimator” would contact us. Almost two weeks and we have received zero calls, zero emails, zero voicemails and zero estimates/proposals. We decided to have the job done by another company. Our time was waisted. Please don’t waist yours.

We live in a new construction community in the St. John’s area. Bronson and the guys came by to inspect some mold damage in one of our bathrooms. They were on time and explained the situation very well so that I could understand how the growth was forming. Would definitely use these guys again in the future!

I had a leak in my brand new Pulte Home about a month ago. I contacted my warranty rep and he dispatched Anderson restoration. Jeff, Ashley and their team made this nightmare a walk in the park. They were very fast in arriving to my home to stop the leak from causing more damage. Ashley then scheduled to repair all of the areas that were damaged which only took two days to completion. The gentlemen that showed up to do the repairs were very polite and got the work done very fast and made sure to clean up after themselves the whole way. 5 stars will definitely recommend to my friends and family.

Jeffrey and his crew are absolutely exceptional. Unfortunately in the time we live, many people don’t know the value of hard work, don’t want to take extra steps, etc. these guys are not like this at all! They are knowledgeable, professional yet friendly, and hard-working. I had mold growing my garage—brand new home—because some of the workers punctured the hvac. These guys diagnosed the problem immediately and removed the drywall. They inspected for mold growth in the surrounding areas. I know for a fact they would never leave a job half done. In addition to their work value, Jefferey has exceptional customer service skills. Sat with me on the phone for a half hour discussing plans to fix at night after hours (My husband was there, but I wasn’t able to be there the first time they came out), explaining things fully even though I pestered with the same questions over and over again in a panic. They came out again today and performed more work, waiting an extra half hour for my hvac guy who was late. I would fully trust and recommend this company. I’m still amazed at the phenomenal customer service. I hope I don’t have any more problems with my new home, but if I did, this company would be my first call.

Jeff was quick to respond to a potential mold issue (<2 hours!). He showed us a simple solution (adjusting air vent near doorway) that resolved the issue for free, and didn't make up a bunch of reasons to come up with more work to generate a large charge. Super thankful!

I had a nasty flood with a busted pipe underneath my sink, looked all over google found Anderson Restoration and called them up, they were super friendly and had one of their technicians, Drakon, come out and extract up my flooded home. Not only was he friendly and was very helpful but also was quick at coming and taking all the water out, setting up equipment and explained everything thoroughly, I would choose Anderson anytime I have a flood again!

We have a weird damp nasty smell in our sub level Unit and the crew at Anderson found the small leak, repaired and took care of the problem. Definitely recommend for people like me with rental properties in Fl and south GA. Quality work at a great price!

There was a huge water spot on the ceiling of my mothers home. I called Anderson Restoration where Bronson and his colleague came to analyze the discoloration on our ceiling. Within 30 minutes they diagnosed the problem which was my A/C condenser line was apparently leaking. Highly recommend these gentlemen for your restoration needs!!

My wife & I recently had an area of concern in our home because of some excess moisture intruding the home. We called Anderson Restoration hoping to receive some advice. They quickly sent out a very professional and respectful tech by the name of Bronson G. Bronson inspected the area of concern very thoroughly and gave my wife and I some very helpful information regarding the excess moisture and mold risk. Robert Charles removed my wet drywall and engineered wood laminate floors when my condo had a water leak in early April 2020 and did an absolutely fantastic job! Here's some background: in 2016 my condo flooded with 6-8" of water when a water pipe snapped inside the wall of my condo. I had my insurance company's vendor come out to do the water and mold remediation. They took hammers to my walls, punching holes in them and ripping out the drywall from the center of the holes, piece by piece. It was a mess, and it made it harder and more expensive to repair the drywall later but I didn't know any better at the time. So last April I had a slow water leak which I discovered when I found water coming from beneath my floors. It wasn't as much water as the flooding from the previous flood, but it was enough to cause my floors to buckle I called my insurance and they sent out Anderson Restoration. Robert Charles came out for the job. He measured out his cuts beforehand, and used a ruler and pencil to mark his cuts and make sure they were level as possible. He took into consideration the standard measurements sheets of drywall come in to determine how much and where to cut my walls. My condo management company was responsible for repairing the drywall so I used their contractor, and he was very impressed with how Charles had cut the drywall and prepped the walls for repair. Charles saved me a lot of money, time and unnecessary repairs by taking pride in his work and craftsmanship. Good work and craftsmanship and attention to detail like his is almost impossible to find!

I was referred by Julington Creek Carpet Cleaning, after I called them and explained our issue. We had a water inlet on our washing machine break over night so we woke up to about 100 gallons of water throughout our downstairs living area, a couple of closets and the master bedroom. The guys arrived very quickly and wasted no time, they were understanding, courteous, and very helpful. We are left with several fans and dehumidifiers running in several rooms, but our floors and carpets felt very dry on the surface after they were done. Now we are on to the claim phase, and likely will end up with other contractors to replace baseboards etc. But I absolutely recommend you give these guys a call if you have a similar issue and you want to save your baseboards and drywall before mould has a chance to take hold.

The speed of response and professional courtesy from the team was worth the 5-star review, and on top of that, they came back the next day, ON TIME, just to double check the situation. We had Anderson Restoration come in after a pipe broke under our kitchen sink, causing the majority of our living area to flood. They were at my house within an hour of calling, and immediately started removing the majority of the water. They put in several fans and dehumidifiers, and came back daily to check on our progress. They were very upfront about what was being done, the status of our drying, and answered all of the questions that I had. Everyone that I dealt with has been great - Jeff, Bronson, and Drakon were all knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough. We had water damage on Jan 4, 2019 which caused black mold to appear in many locations in our villa. Anderson Restoration came into the picture to demo and get it ready for rebuild. We came to find out that we had other areas in our place that had the black. After a few air quality test we finally passed and was ready for the rebuild. The crew from Anderson were polite and knowledgeable and worked with us. Marcina in the office kept in touch with to keep me updated on the entire project. She was a pleasure to work with. I really can't say enough about how helpful Josh Hackey and his team were. My problem became know when my 11 year old son told me on a Saturday afternoon.there was water coming out of the wall. Josh came out 20 minutes after I called and expertly determined the most likely source of the leak, and exactly where the water was in the walls and ceiling with some super cool high tech sensors.They cut some holes, installed dehumidifiers and heaters, and strategically place plastic to seal off specific areas of the house to maximize effectiveness of the drying process and prevent mold growth, and followed up daily to monitor and maximize effectiveness of the 3-4 day drying process. Only a small amount of drywall could not be saved, and the repair process was mostly cosmetic, due to their expertise. I really can't thank them enough!

The process drying of our home was acceptable. The Dustin was courteous and informative. The restoration process was, however, a nightmare. Once work got started we had cameras set up in our house so we would check up on them from our hotel room. The crew was very messy. They didn't cover any of our belongings while they hung drywall. They left trash everywhere in our house (food wrappers, soda cans). They goofed off, watched videos on their phones and very shoddy work. I'd say at least a third of their work had to be redone. This was all because of what would be a constant problem: no supervisor on site. EVER. The contractor in charge of our job was never to be seen. He would occasionally stop by first thing in the morning to drop off supplies, but was never around more than 10 minutes. I was in regular contact with him trying to understand why things were taking so long and being done so poorly, but I had to also figure out that he was a "fast talker". He would constantly make deadlines and miss them. Promise things would be fixed, but they wouldn't get fixed until I insisted it be done THAT DAY after asking 3 or 4 times. He wouldn't provide his workers with proper materials and they were always back and forth to Home Depot or Lowe's. I can understand running into an issue and needing extra supplies, but this was every day. One day I happened to be home and they wanted to stop working because they had been given the wrong toe kicks to match our cabinets so I went to Home Depot myself and bought them so they could carry on with other work. It was ridiculous. This also meant that I became the defacto crew leader at times. I had to follow everything they did and make notes of what wasn't done correctly or done at all and report back to Joey like I worked for him. I had to measure the space for a new vanity because he couldn't be bothered to. Surprise surprise, my measurement was incorrect because I'm not a contractor (didn't account for outward swinging doors, but he bought a vanity based on my incorrect measurements anyway. Another day lost. This went on and on for months. Meanwhile, my wife and newborn son have been stuck on the second floor because the first floor is a jobsite run by a company with no sense of urgency, but very excited to get paid. I made the mistake of giving them payment up front for the first half of work and I think that had a lot to do with them dragging their heels because once they heard I had a second check my insurance they would not stop asking about it. In case anyone reading this doesn't know already, you DO NOT have to pay up front for ANY WORK. Payments are made when work is done like any other business. But the owners and supervisors at Anderson insist they are entitled to that money immediately. It took a conference call with my insurance adjuster and them to lay things out plainly. They had dragged their heels long enough and it was time to finish the job or not get paid. Work was finished in a week. Stay away from these people. They are motivated by money first and customer satisfaction a distant second.

They were so professional, knowledgeable, caring, and truly made one of the worst experiences of my life ( A fire, water damage, mold) not so bad! Their superb work had me feeling like I can finally rest assured, knowing my nightmare is close to over! Employees like these, that are such caring, hardworkers are hard to find! So, don't let them go! And, if anyone has a nightmare like mine! I called Serve Pro first, they were not willing to bill them, and wanted me to pay $125 just for them to come out. So, don't waste your time! We live in a condo. Above us a water pipe broke. We were deluged with water. While it was still coming down, Anderson showed up at the door with clean up and dry out equipment. They had fans, dehumidifiers, and an air scrubber, all of which ran for days. It worked! We were dry, no mildew and no mold. We were very pleased with the fast and comprehensive service.
