Excellent Work! Hired Clark's to closed cell spray foam my Barndominium Roof and Walls (Air Tight Envelope). The Owner and Staff were very helpful answering my many questions, and professional on site. They successfully foamed every square inch of space. Also the Price was Right! Definitely reccomend Clark's Spray Foam!

Clark Spray foam performed a spray of my upstairs attic and in between my 1st and 2nd floor. I waited a month to verify the impact to my power bill and efficiencies. I can now attest to the fact that I saved 20 percent on both my bill and energy usage. This is going to have a massive positive impact to my yearly energy savings over the next 12 months and beyond. The installers cleaned up after themselves and did a really great job. I would recommend this service to anyone looking to save money and upgrade their current insulation to their home.

Outstanding. Starting with the prep. John, Miguel and Roberto were meticulous in covering, taping off and preparing our home for the spray foam process. They used plastic and cardboard to cover everywhere that needed to be protected. Working in extremely hot and tight spaces, they first removed the original batt insulation, carefully bagged it and put it in their truck. The actual spraying process took hours in the cramped attic. The clean up was perfect. We’re anxious to see the resulting comfort and energy savings. Highly recommended this crew and company.

First of all, Michael is one of the kindest people you'll ever meet. On top of that his guys are fantastic, hard working, respectful and Miss Bethany the office manager is an absolute doll. We had a large outbuilding built that was supposed to be completed in the spring. Fast forward almost 6 months and 4 different crews and the building was finally ready for Michael and his spray foam team. The fact that he stuck with me and was so patient, kind, and flexible when I kept having to delay told me I was in the right hands. They covered everything before starting and went over everything with a fine tooth comb, not a spot was missed. When I asked if we should go thicker in certain areas, he absolutely could have oversold me and taken them money but he didn't. He was honest about not needing it. Mike came out promptly for an estimate and although he was not the least expensive quote we got, based on his great reviews we knew we wanted to hire him for our job. We had spray foam insulation done on the ceilings and exterior walls and batt insulation placed in the interior walls. We are very pleased with the job they did from communication, setup, cleanup, and timeliness of their work. The job was so well done and we highly recommend the great job they do. Another Company scheduled a time to come out and had me remove all the old insulation then didn't show up TWICE then scheduled me out two weeks. The temperature in my house wouldn't go below 90 degrees in the daytime but the other company didn't care. I called Clark's and he had a crew out to insulate my house in 2 days. I am extremely thankful they went above and beyond.

Clark Spray Foam was Incredible! We recently had our attics (due to the layout of our house, we have three separate attics) cleaned out and discovered in the process that the insulation, which was at least 40 years old, was at a minimum ineffective and in most places nonexistent. We received a very prompt in-person quote from Michael, the owner, and accepted quickly. He clearly explained the process, the timing, and the benefits. When we had questions before the work was scheduled to begin (we were also scheduling repairs/replacements to some A/C ductwork in one of the attics), Michael promptly answered the questions and addressed any concerns. On the day work was scheduled, the Clark Spray Foam crew, led by John, showed up early and went right to work, even though the temperature for the day would top 100 degrees (it probably exceeded 120 in the attic). They prepped the house, put down paper to protect the carpet and floors, and started removing the old insulation. We left the house as Clark doesn’t recommend being in while the foam is applied, but John and Matthew kept us in the loop about progress. They were in the process of finishing up late afternoon when we returned to the house. They cleaned up and put back everything, had a dumpster’s worth of old insulation to haul away, and left the house in the same condition as when they arrived (my garage was probably cleaner)! We headed out to get something to eat to let the air conditioning do its job (the systems were off while they worked) and the odor of the insulation dissipate, and the temperatures dropped quickly. This morning, we checked the attics, and the temperatures were about the same as in the house! The attics were clean, and the guys who arrived to start on the ductwork were pleasantly surprised at the condition, especially the temperature, in the attic that they would be working in. This review is probably more detailed than most would want or need to know, but I thought it was important to show why we cannot recommend Clark Spray Foam highly enough: 1. They were honest and direct throughout the process, from the time we contacted them to the job completion. 2. They were communicative. Michael’s and John's communication was amazing. Often, it’s difficult to get through to a person, receive callbacks, or get straight answers, but not with Clark. Every step of the way, we received quick answers and updates. 3. They were professional, “no nonsense.” They paid attention to the work and did it diligently. They set the equipment up and took great care in positioning the trailers and dumpster in our driveway without damaging any of the lawn. This is a small thing, but it demonstrates their professional approach and experience. 4. They were nice - everyone was friendly and respectful. 5. They were prompt. If there was a delay or question, see point 2 - communication kept everything on track. 6. They were trustworthy - you leave your house in the hands of strangers, and it’s hard not to worry a bit, but I believe that they looked out for my house and possessions as if they were their own. 7. They will follow up. We were concerned about doing the insulation before the ductwork, but Michael said not to be concerned. They’d come back to take care of any damage that may be caused!

I had a great experience with Clark Spray Foam. They were very flexible and were happy to work around the various steps required for my project. From prep work, installation, and clean up, the crew did a great job. I had the opportunity to speak with the installation crew, the superintendent, as well as the owner. Everyone was great. This type of insulation is not always the most aesthetically pleasing surface if not done skillfully. But the crew at Clarks laid this stuff down with ninja-like precision for a finished product that looks like a work of art, completed by a renowned artist. I’m a control freak with OCD, so it was HARD to trust virtual strangers with my gym. The team from Clark Spray Foam covered EVERY single piece of equipment and every square inch of the floor. When they were finished (in just a few hours) the place was exactly as I’d left it, … but notably cooler with a nice, bright ceiling. I hadn’t considered the foam would brighten the space, but it does. Side note: if they say they’ll be there at 8, you might want to plan on 7:45 ;-)

Highly recommend Clark Spray Foam. Excellent Price Excellent Service. They did exactly what they said they would do. I have two metal buildings side by side. One sprayed by Clark Spray Foam and one by another company. Clark's building the foam is two inches thick, consistent and evenly coated. The other company has many areas 1/4 to 1/2 thick huge clumps etc. When I originally spoke with Clark Spray Foam he said the spray would be at least 2" thick and that is what they delivered.

Clark spray foam folks gave me a fair quote, showed up when they were scheduled and knocked it out quick. 100 percent recommend their service and can't beat spray foam insulation.

I was able to get them out in less than 24 hours from signing the quote—super fast turnaround. We just had some condensation problems with our a/c with the crazy weather. So we teamed up witch Romano Brothers Roofing Donovon Air and Clark Spray Foam Romano Brothers came in and removed the damaged ceiling then Donovan Air had to remove all Ductwork so Clark Spray Foam could install Spray Foam then Donovan Air put in New Ductwork. Romano Brothers put ceiling back up and retextured ceiling These three Contractors worked well together all work done was very professional and they all cleaned up after there scope of work. New duct work like being in a new house and the spray foam has lower the temperature in our house immensely. Our a/c unit used to run nonstop and now it stays at the temperature setting. I am sure this will make a big difference in our electric bills in the future. I definitely recommend all three of these companies. We were experiencing hot rooms in our home, uneven heating and cooling, and extremely high energy bills. We hired Clark Sprayfoam to help. The owner Michael came in and provided an estimate which came in more competitive than other companies and so we went with them. They were able to perform the service within a week of the quote. Their crew came in, removed all of our existing batt and loose fill insulation, and sprayed a heavy coat of spray foam insulation throughout our entire attic covering approximately 2000 sq ft, and they did this all in a single day, and everything was cleaned up perfectly. They did accidentally put a small hole in a section of our bedroom ceiling drywall, but they sent out a repair person and had this repaired within a few days, which speaks to this company's integrity and desire to make their customer's happy. We already feel our home is much cooler, no rooms feel hotter than others, AC system runs less, and we are really looking forward to seeing what our energy bill looks like next month. Can't say enough good things about Clark Sprayfoam and their team. 10 out of 10!

My wife and I own a historic home built around 1900 in Fernandina Beach, FL. Due to the age of the home, it has very little insulation. The fiberglass insulation under the house was in terrible shape with much of it hanging down and laying on the ground. There was some blown-in insulation in the attic that was breaking down, causing a lot of dust and dirt, and not doing a very good job of insulating. With the incredibly hot summer our cooling bill broke $400 for a month. We keep our a/c at 75-76 degrees and our home is just over 1,300 sqft. We needed to replace our insulation and after talking with our contractor/friend decided to go with spray foam insulation which is what is used in almost all of the new construction homes. My wife called Clark Sprayfoam and we immediately liked the fact that we spoke directly with the owner Mike, unlike a big company who you may get a sales rep, administrative assistant, etc. Mike was extremely helpful right from the start. He was able to give us an estimate very quickly, his cost was very competitive, and we felt extremely fair. Mike is extremely communicative and very prompt in replying to any questions we had which is super refreshing! They did a great job with clean-up and we were very happy with the finished product. In fact, we were so pleased, we asked Mike to come out and take a look at our attic. We were going to wait but decided to have them remove the old blown-in insulation and spray foam our entire attic. Very professional and quick to respond to question and to give me a quote. Gave me advice on pros and cons of spray foam. We had the whole house done and man what a difference. His crew worked hard for 2 days to get the job done. They cleaned up at the end of each day of work and you would never know they had been there all day. Mike's team did an amazing job spray foaming my attic and building a foam wall to isolate garage from house. The workers were very professional and did a great installation. I can already tell it works from the temperature of the water in the sinks. In the hot months, you have to let the cold water run till it actually gets cold due to attic piping. With this installation, there is automatically cold water from the spigots. Great job, and have already referred to several friends.

Mike responded to my inquiry immediately and was able to schedule the quote the next day; the job was a few days later and was very reasonably priced. He even offered a special military rate to us as an appreciation for service. What I found most impressive was that Mike (the owner) was in full protective gear, spraying with his crew. He said he insisted on ensuring the project was completed to his standard, and the best way to do that was to be in the attic with his crew. They built a Tyvek wall separating the garage from the rest of the house and spray-foamed it, ensuring the “conditioned” areas were separate from the unconditioned space, and completely sealed. They were here for 6 hours, ensuring every detail was accounted for. I highly recommend Clarks to anyone needing attic insulation in their Jacksonville Florida homes.

Michael is a small business owner who went above and beyond. I had 3 quotes and yes one was cheaper but only because they only wanted to remove 30% of the existing insulation.
