I would strongly recommend Dry Force. I am in the residential property management business and have worked with many mitigation companies. I am very impressed with the quick response and the professional attitude of everyone, especially my consultant, Adam Shortell. Thank you.

Shawna Owens has been very helpful. She first explained very well the situation regarding a leak in our kitchen. She then has explained all the process of repairs and how to file the claim. Despite the stress generated by the leak, she has been very nice, and professional. We highly recommend her and Dry Force.

Michael and Tito came out quickly to assess the damage and to get the water removal process started. They were extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They walked me through the process step by step and answered all my questions. I couldn’t have made a better choice for a water restoration job. I highly recommend Dry Force!

Shawna has been very through in testing for water leaks and has explained the remediation process. In addition she helped me file a claim with State Farm. I could not have understood the agent without her assistance. She is a valuable employee of Dry Force. I appreciate her help very much. Jan Shelton

Dave was extremely wonderful and provided us with a lot of helpful information! We are still in the beginning process of our services so will update with more information as things move along<br><br>Update 1/28/26<br><br>We were told we’d get a call when the crew would be on their way. Never got it. Just showed up fairly early than we expected. We were hoping more in the evening. Honestly can’t remember if tarp would be put on furniture or not but our bed is covered in dust. We were told the dresser would be put on Styrofoam blocks and put back where it was. It’s now blocking the entire side of the bedroom that I get into bed on. While Dave was very professional, we feel that the crew was not. There’s tape showing how high Dave recommended to cut up into the wall, they cut lower and not what we expected. Debris was left all throughout the hallway too.<br><br>Update 2/3/26<br><br>They insisted that insurance would cover their services. Apparently, that is not the case. Definitely feel scammed from them as we now have to pay $3k+ for their work that insurance will not cover. Will never use this company again. Dave has been an absolute disappointment as he said if we needed anything to contact him. We have called, texted, and emailed him and have received no response from him.

We had accidentally gotten Dry Force to come out when we really needed a handyman, but Adam was extremely helpful and even put in a temporary prop for the sagging sink base. Great service!

The team was at the house within an hour after my call and had a plan and equipment ready to deploy for our water damage very quickly. O appreciate the rapid response and for easy to understand explanations on what will happen to repair our home. Dave was very thorough and I appreciated his handling of our situation.

Kem has been amazing! She is one of the hardest workers I’ve ever had. She is meticulous and caring. I want to adopt her! We have had quite the project. She is so thorough that two other leaks were discovered. She insists the equipment stays until the job is complete. We are so fortunate that we had Kem assigned to our job.

Adam was extremely professional and knowledgeable in explaining everything from how he would assess the damage, to explaining the damage and our options to mitigate water from our leak. Not to mention this was done during our winter storm. We felt very confident that our issue would be taken care of fairly.

I had a small leak and was worried about contamination since it was a sewer pipe so I called DryForce. They also do a free consultation. Adam Shortell came and did the inspection. He is honest (said everything looks clean and dry) so helpful and explained it all in a way for me to understand with great tips. I’d definitely recommend DryForce and if you can get Adam to come for the inspection then you’re in good hands.

The workers were friendly, and the water removal service was okay, but the construction was far from good quality. The project manager Jeremy didn’t care and tried to convince me that their poor work was normal—until I hired an external inspector who pointed out all the flaws. They even got mad if you complained. I was so desperate to finish the project that I had to accept their subpar quality. I don’t recommend them; a good project manager should make sure everything is ready to start the project, supervise the work, keep you updated on contractors arrival times and dates, and not try to upsell bad quality. I knew nothing about restoring floors and couldn’t trust them to do the job right, so I had to pay for an inspector and invest a lot of time researching what they should have done correctly from the beginning. Work was supposed to be done in a couple of weeks and insurance approval would be the delay, turns out it took almost 3 months.

With the cold temperatures unfortunately, our pipe froze, causing water damage in our walls. Working with Adam and Miguel made the process a little easier. They were knowledgeable, efficient and started getting the process moving quickly. I have a family that can't afford to live in a home with mold growing in my walls. Their team was able to show up within a few hours of me calling and began to immediately help me dry out my walls and asses the damage.

They need to rename this company "SCAM FORCE".<br>Here is my story.<br>We live in the Richardson area, and shortly after Thanksgiving of 2025 we identified a leak from an upstairs bathroom that resulted in an area of our garage ceiling that was showing signs of water damage. My wife called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing (also a suspect company) about the leak. They came out but really did not thoroughly evaluate the situation, & instead immediately directed her to call Dry Force because of potential water damage. Following these recommendations, we got Dry Force out immediately. I was working, so my wife took care of this during the day. A technician from Dry Force responded immediately, and evaluated the problem. They fed into my wife's fear of mold growth, etc. This technician assured my wife that they could easily remedy the problem, because it did not seem too extensive. They put paperwork in front of her to sign, and told her we needed to pay the estimate upfront before any work would start. We paid them $2700 that day, because of the anxiety they created for my wife. They cut out a 2-3 ft section of the garage ceiling dry wall, and set up fans with makeshift plastic ducts to blow warm air through the ceiling to dry out any water contamination. The weather was fairly cold during this time, and on multiple occasions during the 7-9 days that these blowers were working, I noticed that the air created by the blowers was cold & not warm as they said. We reached out to Scam Force to come and fix the blowers (at least 3 times during that week). They would eventually come out, but frequently not the same day, and it would always be a different technician. They always had an excuse for their delays, but they would fix the heating unit, and at least one of these technicians tried to throw his coworkers under the bus for initially setting up the system incorrectly. After about a week or so, another technician came out to perform an assessment of how well things were drying out. This technician stated there was still moisture, and now they recommended replacement of the damage. They did not offer any further options, and claimed that there were no further remedies for the wetness before leaving.<br>We have tried to call Scam Force on multiple occasions since, to request for them to come back out & fix the issue they said they could fix from the beginning. We started to escalate our request, and a shift manager Frank Savatino spoke with me by phone. He explained that his technicians had told him they tried everything without success. He also informed me that my wife signed the disclosure/liability statement (which was in the initial paperwork), which basically releases them from any liability if they cannot cure the issue, and he also recommended replacement of the damage. I quickly got the feeling that they were wiping their hands from the job, and I barely got an apology. I requested at least some amount of partial refund if they felt they had reached the end of what they could do, but Savatino could not or would not authorize this, and told me he would have the head manager call us back. "Sorry sir, but your wife signed the paperwork." That is what he said. Frank still assured me he would have the manager call us back. I never received a call, and there is still a hole in my garage ceiling today.<br>The leak has since been repaired by a fair & reliable plumber. The damage was minimal, & dried without issue or replacement.<br>There are many restoration companies around so at least y'all don't have to choose "Scam Force". We recommend staying far away & clear of this company, because I would bet this is not their first charade rodeo! Maybe they need to advertise as an improvisation company. I'm wondering if their technicians are actually thespians/comedians. They could be in line for an Emmy or Academy award. What a masquerade!<br>It's not even the money issue. It's the lack of accountability! The fear mongering & entrapment as part of their processes to ensure they get their fee up front, which then allows them to make a quick and ghostly exit.

Kem was a very kind and patient person. He helped me talk to my insurance company because I didn't know how to do it since I don't speak English. I'm happy I chose Dryforce for the water damage in my house because they came quickly, they took care of me, they listened to me, and they helped me.<br>Kem also told me that Dryforce could help me with the repairs, which made me very happy because I know they are a very responsible company.<br>I recommend Dryforce 1000 times over.<br>Merry Christmas

Adam Shortell arrived on time and was very helpful. He did a very thourough job explaining the process and what to expect. he knew what he was talking about and assisted me with filing a claim and helping me understand my policy and what exactly insurance may cover. My dogs loved him as well. i knew i could trust him and the company. they did a very fair price and helped me with over 1000$ in savings. I used my insurance and they still gave me a very large fair discount. i had a sewer backup and Adam was very honest about my insurance having a cap on coverage of 5k. i would reccomend them to my friends and family.

This company is the biggest scam going! They did nothing but plug in fans. I can do that. No investigation, no tear out, no drilling, just came and moved fans around for 2 weeks! It was a single water leak. They walked around with their bogus handheld moisture detection devices and claimed water in places that did not have it. They did not go into the crawl space until the last day, 2 weeks later. Sprayed some Kilz. I can do that too. When the actual PROFESSIONAL restoration company did the tear out that Dry Force should have done, there was no evidence of water on adjacent sheet rock! As others have said, this company tries to milk thousands from insurance for doing nothing. My insurance company requested details on the billing over and over and DryForce would not comply. As they had no justification to charge $13,000 for nothing. Now they are coming after me. Do not use DRYFORCE. They are FRAUDS!

Our hot water line burst the week of our wedding, while my wife and I's 6 month old baby was sick as well. Needless to say that was the last thing we were trying to deal with leading up to our big day.<br><br>We called Dry Force and they sent Adam Shortfell out same day to assist us. Adam has been nothing short of amazing. He not only made us feel better about everything turning out alright, but made himself available every step of the way as we dealt with the whole process including working with the insurance of course. He gave us sound advice while also letting us know what we were and were not obligated to do, say, etc.<br><br>We can't say how much we appreciate him for everything. While we hope to never have an incident like this again.......if it does happen, we definitely know who we'll be calling for help.<br><br>Thanks again Adam!!!

UPDATE For Business: To DryForce; go ahead and check the correspondence between your AR and my insurance and you’ll understand my concerns. Obviously my experience was not a rare occurrence. I have never dealt with a company so unprofessional before.<br>This is the exact reason why I refused to continue the restoration with you. I’m told by the representative that I will not be provided by an estimated cost unless I sign a contract with you for restoration. !!<br><br>If you call their number as a new customer you get a great experience. They are polite, helpful, full of promises.<br>Unfortunately, that lasts until you sign a contract. The field staff has been polite so far, but their office staff once you have a contract is not professional. You get bounced back and forth between "departments", leaving voicemail. You're in the infinite "waiting for claims" loop, if you get to talk to someone. If you were lucky so far, wait until you need to contact their Accounting!!! Now that they have a leverage, there is no need to be professional or even slightly polite! I cannot wait to be over and done with them.

I used Dry Force and then they threw in more cost for me to pay after the job was completed. I wouldn’t recommend using this company. Then threaten to put lien on my home. And spoke the the bill department and she was so unprofessional and raised her voice after just trying to ask questions.

Had a dishwasher leaking & only knew when the kitchen cabinets warped from water damage. We called Dry Force, and the employees were always professional, helpful, and very informative throughout the whole process. My water heater exploded and flooded my house. Dan from Dry Force has been SO helpful through the entire process of remediating the water damage. He’s explained what to expect, was so very patient with all our questions and thorough in checking for damage. He’s been communicative and quick with responses, and accommodating of our needs. The company came out same day, got the remediation machines into our home next day, and worked directly with insurance to handle payment. Wonderful!

I had a very poor experience with Dry Force. From start to finish, the process was drawn out, confusing, and handled unprofessionally.<br><br>Payment issues: Dry Force assumed I had received funds from my insurance when I had not, refused to authorize electronic payments (even after failing to process them the first time), and made an already difficult situation even worse. Their Accounts Receivable team was argumentative and dismissive instead of working toward a resolution.<br><br>Project quality: The mitigation work itself dragged on far longer than industry standards, involved more equipment than necessary, and felt designed to maximize billing to insurance rather than provide efficient service to the homeowner. They left their equipment in my home for weeks, with different contractors coming to check on it or update the strategy/plan of action... no one knew what the other employee had done or what needed to do moving forward. Terrible communication by the Dry Force team leaving me to sleep on my couch for weeks and out of the loop for when nightmare was going to end.<br><br>Overcharging: It became clear that Dry Force charges insurance carriers significantly more than they would a direct consumer, which doesn’t feel honest or customer-focused. After months of arguing with them, they finally lowered my payment as they knew they were in the wrong. Instead of working together, they will try to squeeze every penny out of their customers.<br><br>Overall, this was one of the most frustrating contractor experiences I’ve ever had. I cannot recommend Dry Force and would strongly encourage others to look elsewhere for water mitigation services.

1. They had reassured my mom that they would check with the insurance and make sure that everything is covered. They did not . In fact they began their work and decided to check what the insurance afterwards only to find out it wasn't covered.<br>2. They had reassured my mom even if it wasn't covered that she had nothing to worry about that because she was older they were provider with a decent discount they did not.<br>3. There was water in the garage a huge puddle they did not clear all this water in fact they still left the puddle for my mom to have to sweep out of the garage and they did not move all the items over where the water was to prevent them from getting damaged.<br>4. They missed the closet that was carpeted and ended up gaining mold and we have a centerpiece of a table that was in there that ended up getting mold and gross and we had to throw it away along with other shoes and clothes that my mom had in there . Later we had a fire in September . I had left to Google review they pretended to care and act as if we were a priority they sent someone over to check on the job . And then try to blame the fire for them missing the closet and them not actually doing a good job . This fire was after the pipe burst under the house and the stairs are not directly underneath does the rooms that caught fire . This is their way of trying to get out of the fact that they didn't do a thorough job.<br>5. They would call her and she would answer and then they'd hang up and send her a text about the bill . And when she did call she spoke to an agent who had an attitude about wanting to work on this discount that she was reassured that she had nothing to worry about from this company who shouldn't have started their work until after knowing that the insurance would cover it they wanted to make it seem more pressing that it was so that they can move in all their machines and then slap her within over $7,000 bill .<br>6. After replying to my Google review somebody called my mom scheduled an appointment with her to meet on Monday at noon I was going to be there I was there they weren't , instead whoever was supposed to show up called in sick didn't tell anybody at the office and left us there hanging . And in order to find that out I had to call and speak to several different people until they can finally figure this out.<br>7. The following day they schedule an appointment for 3:00 on Tuesday once again they did not show up I had a call again only for them to have Ryan the one who came to review the house and appear to be friendly I'm not sure if he suggested with them that the closet they missed was because of the fire which it couldn't have been since the warer happened months before.<br>8. I called my mom back to found out that Donna thought it was ok to raise her voice to mom for inform her that the adjuster could prove that the closet that was missed couldn't have been due to the fire since it was isolated to the two rooms up stairs on the far right hand side NOT the first floor where the closet is located and the water from the pipe burst soaked up the carpet and destroyed items kept inside. It couldn't have been the fire because the closet was initially missed.<br>I Quote, "I DONT NEED TO SPEAK WITH YOUR ADJUSTER, I'M PUTTING A LIEN ON YOUR HOUSE TODAY"<br>9. I 100% do not recommend this company you cannot trust them nor believe them when they act as if they might be concerned and want to resolve your issue and tell you, you're a priority when you're clearly not because they don't even communicate amongst themselves enough to keep a simple appointment and will instead threaten you and try to find ways to make you pay a large bill that they had previously reassured you you wouldn't have to worry about instead of attempting to be more reasonable with the bill they threatened my mom when they didnt even do a good job by blaming another disaster and are completely inconsiderate when you do try to talk to them . Oh and yes I do remember that they would call not answer when my mom said hello and then text her the bill.<br>~ Daisy G.

I had previously left a positive review because they had reassured us the insurance was going to cover it and they could start working. And no matter what that they would figure it out with the insurance they did not. they lied and they started adding all their machines into our house I do not recommend dry Force. They don't confirm with your insurance company before starting to work and then try to slap you with a huge bill of over $7,000 that we didn't even agree to. first they had mentioned that since my mother was older they would find a way to give her some sort of a discount they did not do that. they have not even really communicated with her all they do is send texts and they 100% do not check with your insurance company. Until after they have already added all their machines so they can bill you. They should have never started working without the approval of the insurance company first.<br>~ as I previously stated 100% do not recommend this company and if I need to I will make a YouTube video about it I will be also add a negative review on Yelp and anywhere I can leave a review for this company, as they did not checking with the insurance first before starting their work.<br>~ in addition they missed the closet. Which had ended up gaining mold and my mom had to throw more items away and like shoes and a very nice piece of our Center table that was kept in that closet they drilled holes in our very nice cabinets without asking permission. I'll add photos of those holes later once I stopped by the house.<br>~ dry Force pretended to show concern as you can see from the comment below and when they finally sent an agent to stop by. Which they had scheduled one the day before previous who didn't communicate with anyone in the office who didn't show up on Monday at noon. And then the second day on Tuesday someone else was supposed to come around 3:00 they did not show up so I had to call again and they called Ryan on his day off apparently to come check on the damage. We recently had a fire which was after the pipe burst under the house and they did their work that was when they missed the closet. Now instead of taking responsibility. They're trying to blame the fire which happened way later. This company does not care about you they are not trying to work with you I spoke with the manager Donna. Who told me that I wasn't her customer and basically hung up the phone on me cuz she didn't want to help my mom but instead wants to put a lien on the house be very careful with this company you cannot trust them they do not check with your insurance to make sure it's covered. Then they do all this work and expect you to pay a large bill without trying to work anything out or taking responsibility for their mistakes instead they're trying to blame it on something else the closet is not directly underneath or the fireman had put out the fire which was in my gym room on the far right hand side.<br>I don't understand why they pretended to show concern and that message below and say that it is the priority when they do not treat you like a priority I had to call I don't know how many times for that mis scheduled appointment and then again the next day for an appointment that they scheduled with us do not use this company do not trust this company.<br>~ I will now proceed to Yelp and leave a negative review there you all have been warned.<br>~ and I just remembered the water in the garage where there was a huge puddle they were supposed to clean out they did not they were still a huge puddle left for my mom to sweep to sweep up to make sure that the items that they didn't move over they moved some not all didn't get damaged and then they didn't move them back. And when we do call the customer service isn't all that great when my mom asked and informed about how they they reassured her that the insurance would cover it if not they would give her a discount the lady on the phone with an attitude about assisting her with this instead they threatened her and said if you don't pay we will put a lien on your home within the week.

Charesa Alba came out the very same day that we called. We had lots of questions and were feeling Both anxious and overwhelmed, but she answered all of our concerns calmly and professionally. For your sanity and pockets sake DO NOT work with these folks if you can avoid it.<br><br>I’m a new homeowner than ran into water issue that should have been minor and relatively cheap, instead we were giving terrible service across an entire weekend and left with a fat bill that makes no sense.<br><br>They were a trusted recommendation too, so that makes it that much worst. I wouldn’t work with either company again for as long as I live and hope whoever is reading this takes the warning seriously. Not worth it.

There rating is a complete lie. They sound nice on the phone but was provided terrible service for a minor problem and overcharged beyond belief. They are only looking to take advantage of vulnerable homeowners.

I had Dry Force out last night for sewage remediation and agreed to have them come back this morning to start the work after working with my insurance, It is 8 PM and I have called 7 times requesting the cost estimate and paying immediately on the phone, requesting the contract and signing it immediately while on the phone, and then asking for ETAs for the technician to be at my home. They were clear yesterday that they would be able to start remediation as soon as I called them today, so I am beyond disappointed and feel that I am getting scammed at this point while having sewage seeping into my flooring. Extremely disappointed and waiting on a supervisor to call me to cancel my service as there are plenty of remediators in Dallas

We had issues with Dry force right from the beginning. From people not showing up at their schedule times to failing to submit claims for pack out today’s in submitting revised claims - delaying our work for weeks leaving my kitchen floor a hazard to walk on. My elderly dad ended up falling twice .<br><br>The packout team started treating to with hold our furniture until they got paid . It was a complete nightmare. Worse part was causing delays in getting Dry Force paid by my insurance (again their fault they never submitted packout claim which I was never aware of and paid them from what my insurance had already given me.<br><br>Then they come after me with a lien on my property! I highly recommend looking them up on BBB- it’s a common theme.

If a 10 Star rating was possible, Dave Penn would be given 20 Stars. He was extremely professional and was there to find a solution. His knowledge concerning the matter at hand was stellar. He offered viable solutions and answered my questions in a way that a lay person could understand. He is a top notch professional in his industry and people like Dave are difficult to find. I consider myself very fortunate.

We had a pipe burst and water ended up in our bedroom. Stressed out, I was recommended them through A1 Plumbing. Within 2 hours of calling, a man by the name of Dave arrived at our house. He explained in detail what needed to be done, why it needed to be done and how he was going to do it. He was very patient with my toddler interrupting his work and was personable and friendly. I highly recommend this company.

My experience with Dry Force has been horrible, and is causing me so much stress. The mitigation consultant and the workers he sent here were good people, behaved professionally and I trusted them. They assured me that my insurance company would take care of everything, and not to worry about the cost. After the insurance adjuster took a look at my claim, they said they will only cover up to $5,000. At that point, I asked for all work to stop immediately. Dry Force sent out a guy to pick up the blowers/equipment. Afterward he called to tell me I would be charged $10,500. I was in shock because they only spent one day at the house. He said he would talk to his boss. My insurance adjuster said they received an invoice for $8814. from Dry Force. On 5/19/2025 I mailed a letter to your office in Irving, TX., requesting leniency in the bill due to our financial situation. I also requested an invoice. I never received a response to my letter. I received a couple of emails asking me to sign documents, but I returned them unsigned and asked them to call me. I did not get any responses,<br>My insurance adjuster sent me a revised bill that showed charges now at $6993. Still, I haven’t received an invoice from Dry Force.<br>Friday, August 1, 2025, I received a message from Tonya saying I need to pay the invoice of $8814. by Friday, August 8, 2025. I explained to her that I haven’t received an invoice, and that I saw a lower amount owed and I would send her my documents. On Monday, I sent Tonya the revised invoice of $6993. August 5th, Donna said she reviewed my document and I could now pay $6993 but it must be paid by August 8, 2025.<br>I received an invoice from Dry Force in the mail on August 4, 2025 for $8814. I also received a voice mail telling me to pay the revised bill of $7,500 by August 8th.<br>Today, I returned a phone call to Donna. She was not nice, and kept lying to me. She said they tried to contact me numerous times after they received my letter of 5/19/2025, but I did not answer the phone. She said they left voicemails but they did not. She said they sent me an invoice in the US mail, but I never received anything, then she blamed it on the post office. I asked her if it was reasonable for her to demand I pay by August 8th, when I did not get an invoice from them until Monday, August 4th. She said I knew they did the work, and I would have to pay or she will put a lien on my house. She spoke to me as if it was my fault I didn’t pay sooner. Receiving copies of invoices from my insurance adjusters is not the same as receiving an actual document from Dry Force. There have been 4 different amounts passed around so it is very confusing.

Dave came out today and checked my home for water damage after we found some issues with our flooring. He was very thorough and explained everything in detail, helping me figure out next steps. He was kind and professional, and a joy to work with. I am so thankful for the help and expert advice and will definitely be calling Dry Force with any future needs!

Adam Shoetell did a fantastic job on setting up and get us started on the path of getting our water leak taken care of! Adam was very curious and explained everything in simple terms for us! Definitely recommend him and Dry Force in the future!

I would rate this service a mere zero stars if I were permitted. The communication skills of the crews are severely deficient, and many of the technicians appear to be unfamiliar with their responsibilities. Once they ascertain that it is an insurance claim, they consistently extend the assignment. No one provides a comprehensive overview of the process. Despite repeated requests for dried repots, they were never dispatched. Management consistently fails to return phone calls. Despite having less than seven feet of cabinets available for drying, it took them two weeks to operate their fans. This experience has left me highly dissatisfied and with a huge increase in my power bill…I must express that there is only one technician, Veronica, who takes her time and cares for your home and/or job!

Dave Penn and his partner Joe were fantastic consultants who helped us when our water heater failed and flooded our kitchen. I appreciate that Estvan was kind, courteous, and very professional throughout the entire process today. He answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. I had never heard of Dry Force until today. Estvan represents your company very well. I am sure that the rest of this process will go as smoothly as today went with Estvan. So far, I highly recommend!

Dave was very knowledgeable and thorough, walking through the process and explaining everything on the day Dry Force arrived. Good sales approach. I was surprised when they asked for a review before any work was done but gave a five star review based on the initial meeting.<br><br>Nothing has gone as promised. Poor communication, poor work by some subcontractors, lack of project management and accountability. I would do it myself vs. contracting with Dry Force. I do not recommend using Dry Force and I’m not even half way through the project yet. Thus my revised one star based on experience.

I use dry force to repair flood damage to my home and their contractors broke the tile in the master bathroom never came back to fix it or finish the work an have not reached out to me. In my opinion they are scammers and after spending $10,000 dollars over all I feel like I was robbed.

First of all, I hope to never go thru this experience again! That said, I feel like a hero for choosing Dry Force to help us with our water damage loss. From the very first contact from their dispatch to the continual support and helpful education from our project manager, Adam Shoretell, our experience has been literally painless (albeit the water damage incurred at our own doing and peril)<br><br>Our insurance company has been great too so everything has just been great but it’s Dry Force who’s doing the work so they get the online praises. Their teams are organized and efficient and Adam communicates with us proactively so we haven’t been surprised by any step during the process so far and I have all the confidence that it’ll continue this way until our home is dry and restored.<br><br>Water damage sucks but having a good mitigation company with the both the resources and desire to do a good job has truly made this the best of a bad situation.

My wife Amy left a review on Friday, 3/28. First of all, Dave came out and was very helpful and knowledgeable, but made our issue seem like a dire emergency and that if we didn’t act at that precise moment that we would risk insurance not paying our claim. Dave set up his drying equipment and when it came time to leave, he would not physically exit our house without my wife writing a positive Google review. Is this standard practice for Dry Force? We had barely begun the process, and that was not the appropriate time to pass judgment on the services of Dry Force as a whole. 3 stars is more appropriate. Dave lined up the crew to come out and do the demolition to open up our walls and put more dryers/dehumidifiers in our house for 9:00am on Saturday. We called shortly after 9:00 as we had a busy day planned and the technician had not even loaded up. We asked that he give us a call with an ETA, but we only got a call 12 minutes before he arrived, which was over an hour late. Carter came out and spent about 4 hours and got everything taken care of. Initially, Dave sold us on end-to-end services from drying to repair to make our house the way it was before, only to be told by Carter at the end our job did not qualify for their repair services. Had we known this we would have lined up contractors to quote the repair job ahead of time, but we were left high and dry (no pun intended) to figure it out on our own. They kindly left us with a giant hole in our drywall with no help in getting it repaired. Maybe have your sales consultant mention that there is a minimum job repair to a client next time?<br><br>Then on Sunday when we were in downtown Dallas with family, my wife got a call saying they would be at our house soon, and this was a completely unexpected visit, so this was very poorly planned/timed. Another technician had to come out and resolve an issue with the equipment getting too hot, and he was at our house at 6:30 on a Sunday evening and was here until around 8pm. Not convenient at all. They finally came and took their equipment on Tuesday. With that all said, Dry Force did a satisfactory job getting his dried out, but we would never use them again or recommend them to anyone else.

This is my first experience with Dryforce. They have been Fantastic! David initially came out tested home and set up needed devices. Ensured I knew what to expect and help me with my claims process. Vanessa came the next morning managed the teams that came in for demolition and packing. Made me more comfortable in a process that had me really anxious and ensured further equipment setup. I would suggest them to anyone going through flooding in their home.

Edit: While Freddy was charismatic and friendly, I would not recommend this company. Especially if you’re planning to pay out-of-pocket. The company came in and set up fans that ran for almost a week. I ended up still having some water damage and when I called their main office to see about any remediation it took multiple tries to get a manager on the line. He said he would talk to his boss and would give me a call back. Never got the call. I never signed the contract approving the premature removal of the equipment from that area, I had signed one for a different area, but it was still removed. Very annoying as I was assured by multiple techs that progress was going well and things were drying out. Turns out that one area was not and I was not made aware of that until 2 days before they were set to take away the equipment. It seems like they really only want to deal with people that make insurance claims vs out of pocket clients. Would give 1 star, but Freddy and the last tech who visited us (I believe his name was Isaac) were nice people so the extra star is for them.<br><br>I called Dry Force due to an emergency water damage issue and Freddy arrived within a couple hours. Freddy walked me through his findings and his recommendation of what needed to be done in a clear concise manner and happily answered any questions I had along the way (I had A LOT). He had a kind, positive demeanor throughout the consultation and was very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend Freddy to anybody looking for an estimation/quote!

We noticed water leaking from the ceiling inside a shower stall and realized it was coming from our attic. At first it looked like the problem was from our water heater so we had a plumber come out. Our plumber got us in touch with Dry Force who arrived within about 1.5 hours after we called which was fine considering it was about 10:00pm when we called them. We were very thankful that they showed up that late and didn't make us wait until the morning. We went ahead and signed the agreement for the work order and they began setting up by placing a large dehumidifier in the bathroom with the shower. It was only then that my husband remembered that his business has used another water removal company and wanted a 2nd opinion. Dry Force was gracious enough to put our work on hold. They left their dehumidifier with us until the other company was able to come out. Obviously, we shouldn't have signed the work order with them if we were going to get a 2nd opinion. But one of the managers, Keith Simmonds, reached out to me and was really great about this awkward situation. In the end we did not use Dry Force - but only because my husband preferred to work with the company that he already has a relationship with. Keith said he would not charge us anything. Even though I was willing to pay for having their dehumidifier in my home for 2 days. He said it wasn't a problem. When they came to pick up their equipment, they were again very gracious and asked if we had any questions or concerns. So everyone we encountered were really nice and never showed annoyance even after we decided to go with another company. I would give 5 stars but since we didn't really use their services, I can't speak about their work.

When you have water leak from outside/inside call Dry Force to get the water out and repair the damage. We had a leak at bathroom sink which wasn't discovered soon enough. Our go-to plumber (Legacy Plumbing) got us fixed up with Dry Force who came the next day to start the water extraction process. I took photos of what they installed in bathroom. Made it a bit awkward getting into closet etc but we managed. The heat injection machine (yellow with black hoses) is very very loud. Add the large blue fan and the noise is something else. But getting the water out is what's most important. Started on Thu, came back on Sat to check drop in humidity and removed equipment on Tue. Called Dry Force to setup restoration work and he arrived as scheduled. It only took about 45 minutes to put the door back on and a new toe kick plate to cover where the hoses went under cabinet. All's well.

Very good company. They were on time and really spotted the problem. The gentleman in the morning saw what where the problem was and was very professional and explained next steps. Michael came out and put up the machines to dry out our water damage. He was so friendly and polite. Let me know the entire time what was going on. He walked me through the process and was so accommodating with everything. I would highly recommend this company! Nancy Gallion

Dry Force came out super fast and removed all the water and affected material. They worked side by side with the plumbing company. Great response, great service and value. Thank you Kristy Thomas and the tech Chris Robertson for amazing service.

The technician Michael came today to evaluate our water damage issue. He pointed out several areas where the water had traveled to that I didn’t even notice. Michael was very thorough, respectful and professional. He really went out of his way to make sure everything was handled, he explained the process really well and got started with a dehumidifier machine placed near the source of the water leak. I would definitely recommend!
