I contacted Alec at Cavalry Construction for carpet cleaning services. Within a day, Tyler reached out to me and provided an estimate for the commercial building. Since there were people working during the day, he kindly accommodated me by scheduling the cleaning for after hours. Sebastian and Ethan did an excellent job cleaning the carpet. We used Calvary Construction & Restoration to perform Drying Services in our Pier and Beam house after a shower floor leak. The entire crew was very professional and knowledgeable to remove moisture. Logan did a great job monitoring the moisture levels and mapped the entire hardwood floor to provide information to the insurance. Great job and highly recommend them.

Our experience with Cavalry was generally excellent. The Cavalry employees and contractors were generally top notch, and we are happy with our new bathroom. The mitigation supervisor (Juan) and the restoration general contractor (Caleb) were careful to stay in touch with us and to make sure things ran smoothly. They were both masters at hearing our wishes and concerns, and always acted efficiently and promptly to handle problems and changes as the arose. We were particularly impressed with the cabinetmaker and the tile installers. The new cabinet is perfect and the tile work is phenomenal. The only problems we had were with the painting contractor, who failed to appear without warning on three days he was scheduled to work, and who was not careful to cover our new vanity and toilet when spackling and painting. He was very friendly and his paint/spackling work is good, but he was careless about cleanup. I still have more work to do in order to deal with the spackle and paint residue on our brand new vanity. Our rating would be a FIVE if not for the painter and the resulting cleanup left for us to handle.

We had a leak in a copper pipe underneath our slab causing water and moisture to accumulate in our laundry room and partially in adjoining rooms. Trystan was very thorough and<br>knowledgeable in assessing, explaining and answering questions about our damages including the prevention and alleviation of mold. The team that placed the fans and dehumidifiers in places, checked for moisture levels each day and the carpet cleaners were conscientious and courteous.

For this initial part of our restoration process, Ramone and then later, the guy he is training Eduardo, have been coming out to our house to check on the moisture levels since our water damage started a couple weeks ago (currently in the beginning stage where we are dehumidifying our house). They have been very helpful, polite and professional. I really appreciate their communication and keeping us updated on the progress/status. There are a lot of moving parts when you get water damage in your home and I'm glad for these two guys, they have been consistent and dependable, careful with keeping shoes covered, arrive on time and etc.

WOW! Just WOW! Cavalry has been amazing to work with these past few days. I've been under intense stress from my water leak and these guys hit the floor running! Lorenzo has checked in with my every day and has gone above and beyond to give me an update on the progress. He just gave me the last update on his part and now I know the next team is on the way.<br><br>I also want to thank Juan for the quickness when my plumber connected me to him. Our balcony developed water seepage due to poor drainage and seepage through the tiles. Chris did an excellent job of finding the source of the problem and the planning the reconstruction. Almost the entire balcony had to be taken down and redone, minus the support pillars, which thankfully had no damage.<br>The job took 3 weeks, and Chris was in contact with us throughout, either by phone or in person. He always answered our calls promptly. He came by frequently to inspect the ongoing work His crews for different aspects of the job were excellent and weather permitting, on time.<br>I would definitely use Cavalry again, and I highly recommend Chris as the project manager.

I could not be happier with how well we were taken care of by Ramone Waffer with the demo and clean up of our kitchen after the house flooded!! After repairing a sewer water line leak, my plumber (Medley) recommended and contacted Logan at Cavalry for me. He arrived within an hour to assess the damage in my living/dining/powder rooms and to initiate the mitigation process. Logan coordinated well with my insurance adjuster. The renovation part of the process had a couple lengthy pauses that were stressful when there was no communication about what was going on. Luis was the lead technician for renovations; he was friendly and worked hard at the communication between the contractors and myself when work was occurring. Cody, who was the lead technician for the pack up and the pack out, was such a pleasure to work with. He was so kind and helpful, often going the extra mile to make sure everything was done according to his high standards. I am now enjoying my home restoration!

Our water heater leaked into our master closet. We called Medley Pluming and they fixed the water heater and recommended Tyler with Calvary Construction for the dry out. Tyler was great! Very helpful, fast and affordable. He was also able to recommend a contractor for the repair. I highly recommend Calvary.

We were referred to Calvary for a small kitchen fire by another friend who works in the restoration industry. We were not disappointed. Logan came out and brought exactly what was needed to help rid the house of the smoke smell. He was super helpful and accommodating. Within 30 minutes of our plumber putting me in touch with Calvary, a project manager arrived at our home where a clogged pipe had flooded a laundry room and caused water infiltration into our garage space and other surrounding rooms. Trystan Scott was prompt, courteous, professional and thorough in his assessment and resulting remediation game plan. In less than two hours, his remediation team arrived (after driving across the metroplex from another job) to remove the saturated drywall, insulation and flooring and set up industrial-sized dehumidifiers and fans to dry out the remaining areas. They took great care to protect the surrounding areas and items where they worked and everything was clean when they left. Someone from our Calvary team came out daily to monitor moisture levels until they were certain the affected areas were dry. We couldn't be happier with the outstanding service performed by everyone on their team, and will be sharing their information with friends and neighbors should they ever need such services. I took time off work to have my roof inspected by Cavalry construction on June 3rd, and as of June 25th I have not received an estimate, and neither has State Farm.<br><br>After multiple texts, phone calls and emails I am still unable to get a response from the inspector or anyone else at the company. Maybe they don't want to do the job, which is fine, but I believe they owe me an estimate, or at least some response.<br><br>[Edit] June 26th 2024<br>I've been informed that an estimate was provided to State Farm, but was not available to me, through no fault of Cavalry.<br>State Farm states that while they can recommend contractors, the contractor works for the policy holder and not State Farm. Cavalry, as with any 'approved vendor' is bound by strict guidelines that prevent them from sharing their estimate with the policy holder until approved by State Farm; this to me is a contradiction, but not under Cavalry's control.<br><br>I have not had any construction work done by Cavalry and have no reason to believe they provide anything but excellent work. In my case, communication from the company could have been better, even if an estimator goes on vacation. That's really all I can comment on.

Cavalry oversaw our restoration project following water damage to our home due to a problem with the AC unit drain system. Two bathrooms, wood flooring, walls, and ceilings were affected, requiring us to move out of our home while the work was being done. As you can imagine, everything about this was stressful. However, having professionals at Cavalry like Henry Harms managing the estimates and paperwork for insurance and Zak Kouns managing the on site work and crews, we were relieved of much that would burden us. We are back in our lovely home, and so grateful for the extra care and dedication this company showed. Highly recommend!

After the damage was removed and the dry-out completed, Cavalry Construction was retained to to do the repair/rebuild.<br><br>Harry Harms, Project Manager and Project Supervisor, Richard Gadwood explained in detail the rebuild to be accomplished. I had never had the experience of major home repair and they were helpful in making the experience as easy as possible.<br><br>The team was there when they said they would be and were excellent to work with. Henry and Dan were soldiers. I could count on them for everything. If there was ever an issue, I never had to worry about it because they both were proactively handling it. Calvary was a pleasure to deal with- they are lucky to have employees like Henry and Dan on their team.

I have been working with Helver on a bathroom restoration. He and his crew have been respectful, efficient, and willing to work with my schedule. Even when an unexpected problem came up, he kept his cool and continued to work closely with me to resolve the problem. Mani and Bevin are an amazing team. Our home was struck by lightning and needed a rebuild immediately. Cavalry did a fantastic job with every step along the way. From the moment we met Mani and Bevin, we knew we were in good hands. They are very talented and knowledgeable in their craft. They are very professional. Every document, email or phone call we get from them is well written and sincere. They were so respectful too of our home and the situation we had been in and showed great compassion and care to ensure that not only did our house get rebuilt but that it was done extremely well. They also do a great job managing timelines, being responsive and treating their subcontractors well. As a physician, I look for detail oriented companies and this one is the best. If you need any reconstruction, we highly recommend them. Even after our home was built, they still are responsive and check in.

My house was flooded and had to be taken down to the studs. Cabinets ruined, flooring ruined. Joshua, Richard, and their team basically rebuilt my house. They were fast, efficient, and the results are fabulous.

Cavalry's team did not disappoint! We had a second floor shower plan leak with residual damage in the ceiling below. Skott and his team came in with their expertise to properly fix the problem. Cavalry is very aware and respectful that the work is being done while people are living in the house so spaces were carefully lined and draped appropriately to keep the mess at bay as much as possible.

Very modern facilities with a great staff!

We used Cavalry Construction to reconstruct our home after a fire. It was taken down to the studs, so they essentially rebuilt the entire house. They did a fantastic job. We couldn't be more pleased with the end result. Mani Siaosi was our superintendent. He was available and responsive to us through the entire project and let me be as involved in selections of finishes as I wanted to be. And he stayed on the subs to get everything done well and on-time which was a real challenge during COVID. Danny Dydik was our project manager. We very much enjoyed working with both of them and would not hesitate to recommend them .

Two years ago, a pipe burst in our home and required all flooring to be dried and replaced or repaired. Our insurance company referred us to Cavalry. The sub contractors were shady, and I made sure to be there each day to ensure they were doing work and showing up. They tried to use a different grade for wood and carpet, which we noticed and had them replace. When installed, it looked ok. Fast-forward two years, the carpet is worn, and our interior designed said it is not the right grade of carpet. That shows now. Then during the winter storm, our water heaters flooded the downstairs and we needed to repair our woods floors. The new floor refinished showed two different types of oaks used on the replacement flooring, and lacing done improperly. If we restrain and repair, the imperfections will now show. Additionally, mold was found under the carpet in our kids rooms from laying down the carpet too soon after the flooding two years ago. Our new flooring person told us she no longer accepts contracts from Cavalry due to them ignoring protocol for flooring to finish job fast. Beware.

This company is top notch- first class in all ways. Callisburg ISD used them and we were 110 percent satisfied with all their employees and all scope of work that they performed. They will be our first choice for any future projects.

Cavalry Construction was recommended to us by a friend, who has had experience in catastrophic loss, the day after a tornado came through our neighborhood.<br><br>We verified with our Insurance provider that Cavalry did indeed work with them. Cavalry met us the very next morning to inspect the damage and get started on mitigation of the interior and exterior. Cavalry worked quickly to securely cover our roof and move debris to keep us and our neighbors out of harm’s way. My medical offices were flooded by a sprinkler main break that ran for 4 hours. The damage was extensive - Cavalry Construction was recommended by our insurer and I was very pleased. They were very reasonable priced and extremely professional. Drywall, flooring and cabinetry had to be replaced and we are very happy with the quality of the work . The work was completed quickly as I requested so I could get back into my offices asap. I very much appreciated their good and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or use them again.

We had a pipe leak in a wall due to some faulty construction when our house was built. We suffered damage in guest bath, guest bedroom and hall. Cavalry Construction came to our rescue and restored our home to better than new condition. They repaired/re-built drywall, wood flooring, plumbing, and vanity. I recently had a water incident in my townhome caused by a leak coming from my neighbor's water heater. It completely ruined my engineered hardwood floors and on top of that, it was discovered this was a slow leak that caused a build-up of mold behind my walls that had to be removed. Cavalry came in quickly and efficiently dried everything out, cleaned, and rebuilt everything even better that it had been before in a matter of weeks. I hope something like this never happens to me and my family again, but if it does, I'm certainly calling Cavalry to help.

Danny, It was on this date, 3 years ago, 2/23, 2015, that my home was totally destroyed by fire. Ta-ta-ta-ta---ta-ta!!!! Your name expresses who you are. Cavalry to the rescue!!! Oh, my goodness! How can I possibly thank you for all you have done to help me with such an overwhelming project of rebuilding my home after the devastation of total destruction by fire. Your work ethics are of the highest caliber and integrity. All of your crews worked together like a finely-tuned machine: each within their knowledge and expertise - always in a timely manner; so very respectful and considerate. Like a giant puzzle, when all the pieces came together, you created a beautiful work of art - a masterpiece that I can be proud of. I have a good, solid home and feel safe, knowing that you have provided the very best for me in every part of the construction process. Your workmanship is of the highest quality. You have fulfilled every promise and commitment to the "inth" degree. I shall always be grateful for God placing you in my path, not only in rebuilding my home but also my life - giving me the confidence to continue walking forward, to keep on keepin' on. You told me in the beginning that we would become good friends by the time this was all said and done, and you were so right. He took me by the hand and walked me through the process step by step, so patiently guiding me with every decision that needed to be made. Zak is so very knowledgeable, positive-minded, patient, kind - again, of the highest integrity, honest, sincere, dependable. What he said he would do, he did. Do you think remodeling is a daunting project? Try doing it from another state!<br>After my aunts house was flooded by a back up sewer we were left with just the walls. We needed a reliable and honest contractor to rebuild our home from top to bottom.<br>How difficult can it be? there are hundreds of contractors, so we thought.<br>After firing two contractors we were<br>dishearten, until, Cavalry came to the rescue!<br>We were blessed to have found Josh Hughes and Zack Kouns.<br>They are what we were looking for: reliable, honest, hard-working, knowledgeable and had lots of patience.<br>Because, I was in another state we had to communicate through the technology that is available nowadays, neither Josh nor Zack had any problems with that request.<br>I was kept informed, I was consulted, and my favorite; they always answer my questions in a timely manner. Everything should be that easy!<br>Yes there were a couple of minor issues with the subs but they were resolved in a timely manner. At the end of the project the punch list was small and dealt with it in a reasonable amount of time.<br>After a couple of months we have this brand new home. It turned out beautiful and just the way we wanted it. I wanted to take this opportunity to thank Cavalry Construction for the service and quality that we received following our home fire.<br><br>Throughout the entire process, Richard Gadwood and Frank Fuller kept me abreast of the situation, were flexible in their schedules to accommodate us, and thorough in making sure that everything was done to our satisfaction within our time requirements.<br><br>I have hired several different contracting groups, in the past, for various projects and none of them came close to the level of professionalism and quality that was exhibited by Cavalry.<br><br>While I certainly never hope to have another house fire, Cavalry will be the first call that I make if I am making any changes to our house, in the future.
