We had Indiana Spray Foam come put closed cell spray foam in our attic space that we are finishing. Rex came out a few months ago and gave us a very good quote to spray foam insulate the underside of the roof decking, all exterior walls, as well as the ends of where the floor joists meet the walls. We paid around $5900 for the job (30% up front and haven't yet paid the remainder). If I were to have done this on my own, the material alone would have been more than $10k. We had a great crew with Scott, Tomas, Nelson and Celso. They showed up in the time frame we had been told, they prepped the area and kept my stuff out of harm's way, they put plastic floor coverings down from my first floor up the stairs, and they cleaned up after themselves when they left. I found them to be cordial, timely and hard working. Overall, I am completely happy with my experience and the final product. As coincidence would have it, after we decided to finish he attic and hire Indiana Spray Foam to do the job, we actually had an offer accepted on another property and we will move in early 2024r. I plan on having Indiana Spray Foam come do some work there right before we move in to get the place in tip top shape before we move in. My experience with Indiana Spray Foam was a positive one. The crew who completed the job (Celso, Tomas, Scott and Nelson) were professional and courteous. I appreciate that they were thorough in cleaning up after they finished. We bought an older home with two crawl spaces in which the insulation was insufficient or non-existent. The entry to one was a rough 2'x2' hole, so a special shoutout to Celso who squeezed through and sprayed the dark, narrow area.

This is a great setup, everything about this organization is well put together! The company seems passionate about their mission statement to bring smiles and proper insulation to homeowners and home builders!

Indiana spray foam was great! We had the exterior walls of our 50 year old house insulated and noticed an immediate difference in the outside noise level and temperature. Price was very reasonable and well worth it. Our crew Scott, Tomas, Amos Jr, Sergio, and Ysennia did a great job. They were very responsive, cleaned up well after the job was finished, and answered all of our questions along the way. Fantastic outcome at a reasonable price! We looked into sealing our crawl space for years and the quotes were crazy expensive. Our neighbor mentioned Indy Spray Foam. Rex (estimater) was candid about what we needed for insulation and our crawl space. The crew, David, Tomas, Jose, and Nelson were quick to complete the job and great to work with. Super thorough! We had Indiana Spray Foam spray foam (what else) to insulate our master bath floor and closet and the exterior of our atrium walls. When the temp is in the 20s or below our living room/dining room will be 70. Our bedroom will be low 60s, the bath and closet will be in the low 50s and the dry side of our shower has been below 30. We're having the tile replaced in the bathrooms. After another crew tore out the old tile and cut access through the subfloor, Chewy's team from Indiana Spray Foam came in and sprayed the almost 9 ft across under the bath floor to the far closet exterior wall and the other two exterior walls. They filled the 10 x 12 area under the two rooms over 6' deep for $1200. We haven't tested it yet, but we expect it to be much warmer with the next cold snap. We also have an Atrium that above the ceiling was only a layer of aluminum siding on 2 x 4 studs. The backside of the siding was open to the attic. We leave the sliding door open so the plants in there don't freeze. We had them spray the back of the siding. They sprayed three sides of an area approx. 12 x 3.5 x 7h. over 3.5" thick for $980. Chewy was personable, efficient and very attentive to our requests. His crew was quiet and effective, protecting our floors with plastic sheeting and being careful to avoid our walls. They took their hose through a more difficult route to avoid leaving our door open as they sprayed.

I don't know how Arbor Homes passes code but we had to have Indiana Spray Foam out and insulate our walls. Cesar and his crew were prompt and professional. Wasn't bothered at all from my questions and even skipped lunch to get the job done before the weather moved in. Cesar's operation was perfection. 2 men on the hose 1 cleanup and 1 replacing the siding as they worked. I highly recommend this business to everyone. Cant wait to see how much my bill drops next month.

As a a newbie in the home renovation I had very little knowledge on the insulation process; these guys were very informative and helped make the process so smooth. Pricing wasn't bad at all, and I'm already seeing the difference on my utility bill. Will definitely use again in the future when needed!
