I had Jeff from Raptor Roofing come out to my house and inspected my gutters because of ice damming, he gave me a detailed description of what causes it and what the solution will be. Highly recommend Raptor Roofing.

Unfortunately, the time has come that we are going to have to invest in a new roof. We had a couple other roofing companies come out to give us estimates but their inspections/service felt rushed & careless. Luckily, we had a friend recommend Raptor roofing & we had the privilege of getting to work with Jeff! His inspection felt much more thorough & he seemed to really care about our questions & concerns. He did a great job of explaining everything to us from all of our possible options & costs! Matt Adamson didn't just look at our roof from the ground view with binoculars as two of our potential roofing contractors did. He got on top of the house and walked the entire roof taking pictures to show us so we could see what he saw. Our home has a steep roof and is a two story, so the fact that he was willing to do what needed to be done rather than just show up, chat a bit, and then do a hard sell was impressive. He was knowledgeable and took time to actually listen to our questions rather than just fire off a rote sales pitch.

Recently used Raptor Roofing after an inspection revealed hail damage to the roof. They also updated the skylights. The roof looks great but the previously installed gutter guards were damaged during roof installation but Raptor replaced them. Everything looks great.

Raptor roofing is a blessing to me, Jamie Clark assured me that he could get my home/garage roof replaced for free , after filing an insurance claim from hail and wind damage in which he did on my behalf. Jamie Clark gave me his promise that he could get my insurance to cover the entire project after running into problems with some unforseen decking not being up to code,Jamie's honest relentless hardwork went back to the insurance Adjuster and explained the situation and was granted the the coverage to bring the decking up to code. Jamie was able to get post hail damage approval when the insurance company previously denied it by arranging to be at my home when the inspector was here. When it was clear that the previous roofers(1940s?) did not have adequate decking and it didn’t meet current codes, he intervened to get them to pay for the bulk of the decking costs. I really appreciate his knowledge and help.

He came out to my house to look at it, and found storm damage on the roof and gutters. They helped me through the claim process with my insurance company which I was nervous about. Anytime I had a question the were available with a quick answer. After the claim was approved, we went through materials options and set the date for installation. The new roof looks great and I am very happy with my new gutters and guards to keep the leaves and other debris out as the last ones were severely clogged. Thanks again!

I had been dropped by another roofer when insurance only approved a partial replacement. Thomas was diligent with my insurance to prove the old style shingles were not available, and with his persistence, he was able to get me approved for a FULL roof replacement!!
