He was polite, efficient, and iI felt like he went above snd beyond. My furnce failed me at 5 and by 8:30 I was warm! I can't say enough good things.

Called indy home comfort when my furnace was no longer working properly. Weather was not the best and was able to get an appointment within a couple of hours. Austin Karamanos arrived diagnosed the problem and explained all of options. He made sure we had heat and unit was operating safely. We decided to have Indy Home Comfort install a new furnace. Austin came out an installed the new furnace and once again explained everything he was going to do and after he was completed. He went over the operation and explained the benefits of a Maintenance and labor warranty. Fantastic job great customer service. Thank you very much Austin and Indy Home Comfort. You will be my HVAC company from now on

Furnace failed. Called Indy Home Comfort Solutions, got a same day appointment. Technician, Austin came out and inspected our furnace. We had suspected what the issue was and he actually confirmed it. Gave us options. With the age of our old system we decide to move forward with a new furnace. They are reasonably priced, non pressured, efficient and timely. Bonus for us, military friendly. I feel extremely confident with our new furnace and it's installation. I would recommend IHCS and Austin. He answered all of our questions. Gave us tips to help our system run more efficiently.

GREAT JOB! I called these guys after 8:00 pm on the one of the hottest days of the year we've had so far. My A/C drain was clogged and water was spilling out all over the floor in our utility room. It was Austin who returned my call within 5 to 10 minutes and got here shortly after that call. He was kind, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He did the work and reconfigured the drain system. In no time at all the water was going where it is supposed to go and not on our floor. He helped me clean up the mess as well. I found there pricing for an afterhours call to be extremely reasonable . Also, I am going to cancel my existing service contract with my current HVAC provider. For the record, I called this provider first and I was told I could NOT get service for at least another 7 days! After a Google search, I reached out to Indy Home Comfort Solutions. This experience prompted me to ask Austin about service contracts and that too was incredibly reasonable compared to what I'm paying my current provider. So, I decided to join their plan for one year. But more than that, I'm so glad I made the call.

Routine maintenance check revealed a suspect part. Technician explained the options and consequences. I made the decision to replace the part which he had with him and completed on the same visit. My outside A/C unit fan motor died, called late at night and Austin came out first thing in the morning. Diagnosed the issue and ordered the part. I was able to pickup the part and Austin came back out and installed it just after lunchtime. Always great service!

IHCS installed our heating and cooling system when we built our home in 1998. We recently had a minor repair done and it was a very easy process. I got a text from my technician (Austin), with his picture on it, confirming the time and date he was coming. On the day of service, he let me know he was on his way. The service is professional and friendly with great communication. I highly recommend IHCS!

Austin does a good job as a tech. He is always on time and does a good job communicating what he is doing and what he sees. Air con quit working last evening. After calling their after hours #, Justin called me promptly to ask questions and to set up an appointment for the next morning (my request since I didn't consider this an emergency, and didn't feel the need to bring someone out that night). Arrived when he said he would, and after changing out a few parts(which were definitely needing replaced) he still couldn't get the compressor to kick on. Rather than call it a day, he did a further investigation and found a loose wire connecting to the compressor that must have worked loose while trying to cycle on and off last evening due to a faulty capacitor. After staying around and running it through a few cycles to make sure things were OK, I was up and running again. Justin has serviced my unit several times, and he is always professional and thorough, and happy to answer an questions. I'm a happy customer.

Over 100° temperatures and my air conditioner quit working last night, first thing this morning. I contacted them and it was repaired and fixed before noon! Amazing customer service and very professional.

We noticed our air conditioner was not running. We called the office and Justin got someone here quickly. Austin worked trying to get this problem fixed. Discovered a board had gone bad. He had to order a new one, hoping he could get it in by the next day. It took two days for them to get back out here. We were blessed with this cool weather. This problem was not fixed by replacing the new board. Justin worked all afternoon testing and testing. Justin came out the next day and he finally figured out another box had gone bad also. We now have cooling and thank all the employees at Indy Home Comfort Solutions who got our air conditioner running. They never gave up! Thank you all!

I purchased a 52 year old townhouse that basically had no attic insulation remaining. Steve provided an estimate that addressed the very same concerns which were in my inspection report--but he hadn't seen the report! Therefore, I trusted his expertise right away. The temperature difference upstairs is noticeable. It was definitely money well-spent with a reputable company.

We ordered our ductless ac unit in May and it came in damaged. We were told the replacement wouldn’t arrive until August. Then Steve contacted us to let us know it was in!! I was away from home when they installed it but my husband was very pleased with the crew and their work. When I came home I was thrilled that I now had an icebox for my 2nd floor sewing studio!!! I can sew all summer long without breaking a sweat. And with the heat wave headed our way, it was the best timing!

Brad arrived and went straight to work. He replaced two 50 gallon water heaters ( 20+ years old) that were connected in series and also connected to our geothermal furnace that Indiana Home Comfort Solutions had installed 10 years ago. Called Indy Home Comfort Solutions first thing in the morning when we discovered we had problems with our heat pump on a sub-zero degree day. They responded quickly, and had everything working again within a few hours. We really appreciated the great service when we needed some help quickly.

Our AC was blowing without cooling. These folks were able to fit us in same day, which we were thankful for with the 85° forecast. Austin even arrived prior to the time quoted (after confirming that would be okay with us), and fixed everything right up on the spot! Absolutely awesome experience wire to wire with this company. They were quick, responsive and thorough. The repair price seemed pretty fair, and was done quickly and efficiently. I don't know much about HVAC, but when it comes to businesses I work with, they get perfect marks from me. I can't think of a single metric where they didn't shine. Highly recommended!

I was surprised that they could get to me today with all the jobs they must have going on in this heat. Austin did a thorough examination and carefully explained to me what needed to be done and why and gave me a very reasonable quote. And I believe in the quote he was more than kind. Once we got to that point, the repair took place in a very brief amount of time even though one of the replacement motors he brought with him failed upon installation and had to take it back out and put another one in. It was an hour's worth of effort on his part that I was more than happy to pay for. What I like best is that they are not salesmen with flip charts or videos trying to sell you something without even checking your house. They go right to your crawl space and attic and they can tell you exactly what is going on and what to do about it. And they don’t try to upsell. They have good old fashioned work ethic and know how and I hope they never change. You can trust these guys.

Lindley was very professional and informative to help identify air sealing and insulation issues with my house during the energy audit that I had Indiana Home Comfort perform. He was able to identify more issues that I realized were in my house. Now that I have a good baseline on how my house performs I am looking forward to using their services again in the future after a few fixes to see how much I was able to do to help our house perform better.

My motor for my heat went out after hours and Austin was extremely professional, courteous, and very nice. He went above and beyond to find a replacement motor so that I wouldn't go without heat and installed it late into the evening. I felt so comforted by him and his professionalism. His concern for this being fixed was beyond what I am used to. I have never had this type of great service and caring.

When Steve came out to give us an insulation estimate he recommended we might try the "super insulation." I did a little research and we went ahead with the work as scheduled. The workmen left no mess, and cleaned up after themselves well. It was a dirty job for those young men, but the outcome is fantastic. Our attic looks great; it clean, sealed tight, and "super." Here it is months later and I had our old garage insulated. It was a challenging job to design, so I called Steve and he came up with a great plan. The end result is perfect! I'll recommend Indiana Home Comfort to anyone who asks, and those who don't!

We have now used IHCS at our previous house and this one, and have been very pleased in both cases. Austin has been the one on site in both instances, and was very prompt, very knowledgable and very good about explaining what needs done, why it needs done, and the cost. In the first instance, we actually needed to have the entire unit replaced. The owner, Steve, came out to meet with me in person to discuss the different options available to us, the benefits and drawbacks of each, and the cost. I found him to be very honest and transparent with the pricing and options, and never felt like I was being pushed toward the most expensive option, or the least expensive option for that matter. I've been very pleased with their professionalism, honesty and service, and will continue to use them in the future.

The technician was great, quickly diagnosed the problem, repaired, and made sure it was working before he left. My main issue is for a $30 part and less than an hour of work was $400. I understand not working for free, but if you hire them to repair your unit the diagnostic fee should at least buy a “tune up”. They are wildly overpriced for small repairs. I was totally happy with the service aside from the cost.

Estimate for full hvac system installation was timely and a great value. Installation was a full day with a couple follow ups to be sure everything was correct and satisfactory. Installers were very pleasant and paid particular attention to be sure they cleaned up all of the mess. We would definitely recommend to anyone needing service.

We had our home sealed and insulation blown in. Robbie and Jacob were great technicians. Very professional. Answered all our questions. They preformed the work quicker than expected and very thorough. They did a great job cleaning up after themselves leaving the areas cleaner than they found them. I would definitely hire them again.

From working with the owner to the employees..they have been great. A wonderful company to work with. I love our new units. And they also had to work around our contractors tight schedule. They were great. I just had them come out and work on my mom’s furnace after she had been quoted a crazy amount to fix her furnace from another company. The other company said she had two parts broken and were charging a crazy amount to fix it. Indiana Home Comfort Solutions discovered only one part broken and saved my mom a lot of money. On one of the hottest days of the year, water from the AC unit was backing up all over the floor so I had to turn my AC off. Literally within an hour of contacting this co, I had the nicest, most thorough service professional at my place. He was polite, explained everything, showed me the problem and how he would fix it and exactly what it would cost before he started. He was fast and efficient. When he was done, he showed me the work he had done to correct the problem which was a clogged up PVC pipe/drain. He showed me a better way to put the air filter in and made sure I knew how to do it next time. He had a detailed invoice and the price was extremely reasonable. I would certainly use this company in the future.

Very easy to schedule and was extremely pleased with the work. We have had long standing issues with drafts in the house. Steve was able to identify the problem and propose a solution. Since they did our duct and crawl spaced work, my house has stayed warm. Not sure why I waited to long to call them.

I needed mu duct work cleaned in 40 year old house and learned about Duct work sealing during research. This helps improve air quality and furnace efficiency. I located Indiana Home Comfort as local supplier for Duct Seal. The owner Steve met with us and analyzed the house. His guys worked 2 days as planned to prepare things and take care of some other issues we had. They we hard working, persistent and answered questions I had throughout the process. They took great care when working with furnishings etc. They did everything we agreed on and even more. Excellent people from the receptionist to the installers.
